Abstract
OBJECTIVE To characterize the systemic treatment patterns and current state of moderate-to-severe psoriasis patients in real-world settings in Greece. METHODS CRYSTAL-Greece was a multicenter, cross-sectional and retrospective chart review study assessing Psoriasis Area and Index (PASI), Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) and EuroQol-5-Dimensions 5-Levels (EQ-5D-5L). Eligible patients were consented adults (18-75 years old) on continuous treatment with any approved systemic therapy regimen for ≥24 weeks. RESULTS 280 eligible patients were enrolled between 07APR2020 and 30NOV2020. Current treatment at the study visit was biologic monotherapy in 78.2% of patients, non-biologic monotherapy in 16.1%, and conventional systemic + biologic in 5.7%. Median absolute PASI score was 1.8; of patients, 36.8%/64.6%/83.9% had PASI ≤ 1/≤3/≤5. Rates of absolute PASI > 5 were 13.7% and 28.9% in the biologic and non-biologic monotherapy subgroups, respectively. Median DLQI score was 2.0, with 18.9% of patients having DLQI > 5 (16.0% and 26.7% in the biologic and non-biologic monotherapy subgroups, respectively). The correlation between DLQI and absolute PASI was low positive (Spearman rho = 0.432; p < 0.001). Most affected EQ-5D-5L dimensions were anxiety/depression (58.6%) and pain/discomfort (28.6%). CONCLUSION A considerable proportion of patients still do not achieve complete or almost complete skin clearance, while one fifth of the population experience at least moderate impairment of quality of life.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Comparisons among autoimmune diseases enable understanding of the burden and factors associated with work productivity loss and impairment. AIMS The objective was to compare work productivity and activity and associated factors among patients with inflammatory bowel diseases and other autoimmune conditions. METHODS This cross-sectional study included employed, adult patients (age 20-64 years) in the CorEvitas Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Psoriasis, and Psoriatic Arthritis/Spondyloarthritis Registries between 5/2017 and 6/2020. Any patient-reported impairment on four domains of the Work Productivity and Activity Index (WPAI) was collected across registries. Prevalence for each autoimmune disease was reported and stratified by disease activity using direct age-sex-standardization. Factors associated with the presence of any WPAI were identified in logistic regression models. RESULTS A total of 7,169 patients with psoriasis (n = 4,768, 67%), psoriatic arthritis (n = 1,208, 17%), Crohn's disease (CD, n = 621, 9%), and ulcerative colitis (UC, n = 572, 8%) met inclusion criteria. Among patients not in remission across all disease cohorts, the age-sex-standardized prevalence of any presenteeism, work productivity loss, and activity impairment ranged from 54 to 97%. Patients with CD in remission had higher standardized prevalence of presenteeism (53% [48-57%]) and work productivity loss (54% [49-59%]), compared to those from other cohorts (presenteeism [range: 33-39%] and work productivity loss [range: 37-41%]). For all WPAI domains, the strongest adjusted associations were for moderate to severe disease activity and psychosocial symptoms. CONCLUSIONS Patients with moderate to severe disease activity reported the highest WPAI burden. However, patients in remission or mild disease activity also report some WPAI burden, emphasizing a multidisciplinary treatment approach to improve work productivity loss and impairment.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) recommends evaluating patient response to treatment at week 12, with a target response of ≤ 1% body surface area (BSA) affected by plaque psoriasis and an acceptable response of BSA ≤ 3% or ≥ 75% improvement. This post hoc analysis compared the achievement of NPF target and acceptable responses for ixekizumab (IXE) versus other biologics. METHODS Outcomes were evaluated at week 12 for patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis from four head-to-head randomized clinical trials (RCTs; UNCOVER-2, UNCOVER-3, IXORA-R, and IXORA-S) and one real-world prospective observational study (Psoriasis Study of Health Outcomes; PSoHO). RCT patients were treated with IXE or etanercept (ETN; UNCOVER-2/3), guselkumab (GUS; IXORA-R), or ustekinumab (UST; IXORA-S). PSoHO patients were treated with anti-interleukin (IL)-17A biologics (IXE, secukinumab, SEC) and other approved biologics for the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Patients with missing outcomes were imputed as non-responder imputation. For RCT data, statistical comparisons between treatment groups were performed using Fisher's exact test with no multiplicity adjustments. For real-world data, adjusted comparative analyses were performed using frequentist model averaging (FMA) and reported as odds ratio (OR). RESULTS Across the four head-to-head clinical trials analyzed, significantly higher proportions of patients achieved target and acceptable responses at week 12 with IXE versus ETN, GUS, or UST. Likewise, the proportion of PSoHO patients achieving target and acceptable response at week 12 was higher with IXE compared with other individual biologics. Adjusted comparative analyses showed that IXE had significantly greater odds of target and acceptable response at week 12 versus SEC, GUS, risankizumab (RIS), adalimumab (ADA), UST, and tildrakizumab (TILD) and numerically greater odds of target and acceptable response at week 12 versus brodalumab (BROD). CONCLUSION Across both clinical studies and real-world settings, more patients treated with IXE achieved NPF target and acceptable responses at week 12 compared with those treated with other biologics. Abstract
Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the Disease Activity index for PSoriatic Arthritis (DAPSA) based on a quick quantitative C reactive protein (qCRP) assay (Q-DAPSA) in a multicentre, prospective, cross-sectional study in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Methods The assessment of prospectively recruited study patients included joint examination and patient reported outcome (PRO) measures (patient global assessment, patient pain assessment). Following, the DAPSA based on a routine laboratory CRP measurement, Q-DAPSA and clinical DAPSA (cDAPSA) were calculated. Cross-tabulations and weighted Cohen’s kappa were performed to analyse the agreement of disease activity categories. Bland-Altman plots and intraclass correlation coefficients were used to determine the agreement of numerical values regarding CRP and qCRP as well as different disease activity scores. Results Altogether, 104 patients with PsA could be included in the statistical analysis. With Q-DAPSA, 102 of 104 (98.1%) patients achieved identical disease activity categories in comparison to DAPSA with a weighted Cohen’s kappa of 0.980 (95% CI: 0.952 to 1.000). The agreement between DAPSA and cDAPSA was slightly lower with identical disease activity categories seen in 97 of 104 (93.3%) of patients and with a weighted Cohen’s kappa of 0.932 (95% CI 0.885 to 0.980). Conclusions The Q-DAPSA showed an almost perfect agreement with the conventional DAPSA regarding identical disease activity categories. Thus, the Q-DAPSA can be used as a timely available disease activity score in patients with PsA with the additional benefit of CRP involvement. Consequently, the Q-DAPSA could facilitate the implementation of the treat-to-target concept in clinical routine and clinical trials.

Abstract
Background: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, affecting about 0.6% of the Chinese population. Many patients are not well controlled by conventional treatments, thus there is need for new treatment regimens. In this study, we assessed the efficacy and safety of secukinumab in Chinese patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Methods: This study was a 52-week, multicentre, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, Phase 3 trial. A sub-population of study participants (≥18 years) of Chinese ethnicity were randomized to receive subcutaneous injections of 300 or 150 mg secukinumab, or placebo. The co-primary endpoints were psoriasis area severity index (PASI) 75 and Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) 0/1 at Week 12. Results: A total of 441 Chinese patients were enrolled in this study. Co-primary outcomes were achieved; 300 and 150 mg secukinumab were superior to placebo as shown in the proportion of patients that achieved PASI 75 (97.7% and 87.2% vs. 3.7%, respectively; P < 0.001), and IGA 0/1 (82.3% and 69.7% vs. 2.7%; P < 0.001) at Week 12. Treatment efficacy was maintained until Week 52. There was no increase in overall adverse events with secukinumab relative to placebo throughout the 52-week period. Conclusion: Secukinumab is highly effective and well tolerated in Chinese patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Abstract
Secukinumab, a fully human monoclonal antibody that selectively neutralizes interleukin-17A, has been available for the treatment of moderate to severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis since February 2015 in Japan. Because there was a time gap after the previous approval of biologics for psoriatic disease indication, it was suggested that patients to be treated with secukinumab at its launch might have refractory disease symptoms. In order to assess the safety and effectiveness of secukinumab in those patients, a 52-week, open-label, multicenter, observational cohort study was conducted. In total, 306 and 250 patients were included in the safety and effectiveness analysis sets, respectively. Over half of patients had previously received biologics (56.9%). Adverse events, serious adverse events and adverse reactions were reported in 41.2%, 7.2% and 24.2% of patients, respectively. The most commonly reported adverse reactions were oral candidiasis (2.9%), consistent with those reported in clinical studies. In addition, none of the patient characteristics assessed for the effect on safety of secukinumab increased the occurrence of adverse reactions. Psoriasis Area and Severity Index score (mean ± standard deviation) improved from baseline (14.7 ± 12.3) to week 12 (1.78 ± 3.3), which was maintained up to week 24 (1.59 ± 3.0). The proportion of patients with a Dermatology Life Quality Index score of 0/1 improved from baseline (2.2%) to week 12 (64.7%) and sustained up to week 24 (71.4%). In addition to the skin symptoms, improvement was observed in all psoriatic arthritis disease-related assessments. The current study reaffirmed the safety and effectiveness of secukinumab with broader patients than those in the clinical studies.

Abstract
Introduction Treat-to-target strategies are used in several chronic diseases to improve outcomes. Treatment goals have also been suggested for psoriasis, but there is currently no consensus on targets, and guidance is needed to implement this strategy in clinical practice. The project ‘Treat to Target Italia’ was launched by a scientific board (SB) of 10 psoriasis experts to generate expert consensus recommendations. Methods On the basis of the published literature, their clinical experience, and the results of a survey among Italian dermatologists, the SB identified four relevant topics: (1) clinical remission; (2) quality of life; (3) abrogation of systemic inflammation; (4) safety. They drafted 20 statements addressing these four topics and submitted them to a panel of 28 dermatologists, in a Delphi process, to achieve consensus (greater than 80% agreement). Results Consensus was reached on all statements. Treatment goals defining clinical remission should include a 90% improvement from baseline in the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI90 response) or an absolute PASI score of less than or equal to 3. Patient’s quality of life and satisfaction are important targets. If PASI targets are achieved, there should be no or very low impact of psoriasis on quality of life [Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) score less than or equal to 3]. If PASI or DLQI goals are not achieved within 3–4 months, treatment should be changed. Abrogation of systemic inflammation may be crucial for preventing or delaying inflammatory comorbidities. Safety is an equally important target as efficacy. Conclusion These 20 consensus statements define the parameters of a treat-to-target strategy for psoriasis in Italy. It is hoped that use of these in the management of patients with psoriasis will improve treatment outcomes and patient health-related quality of life.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES The Psoriatic Arthritis Disease Activity Score (PASDAS) and Disease Activity Index for Psoriatic Arthritis (DAPSA) are composite PsA disease activity measures. We sought to identify the PASDAS and DAPSA cut-off points consistent with patient acceptable symptom state (PASS), the threshold of symptoms beyond which patients consider themselves well, and examine PASS across published PASDAS and DAPSA thresholds for low, moderate and high disease activity. METHODS We used a standard protocol including physician assessment and patient-reported outcomes to prospectively record measures required to calculate PASDAS and DAPSA. We identified PASS thresholds for the PASDAS and DAPSA using receiver operating characteristics curve analyses. We assessed the frequency of reporting acceptable symptom state across disease activity thresholds for PASDAS and DAPSA scores. RESULTS A total of 229 patients (58.5% male, mean age 55.5 years, mean disease duration 17.1 years) were recruited. The PASS threshold for the PASDAS was 3.79 [area under the curve (AUC) 0.86, sensitivity 0.75, specificity 0.82] and for the DAPSA was 11.10 (AUC 0.91, sensitivity 0.89, specificity 0.82). With the PASDAS, 90% of patients defined as having low disease activity considered their symptom state acceptable, compared with 55% and 17% among those with moderate and high disease activity, respectively. With the DAPSA, 98% of patients in disease remission considered their symptom state acceptable compared with 85, 22 and 18% among those with low, moderate and high disease activity, respectively. CONCLUSION We have defined PASS thresholds for PASDAS and DAPSA. The PASDAS target for low disease activity and DAPSA targets of low disease activity or remission align well with PASS.

Abstract
Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a lifelong disease associated with extra-articular manifestations and several comorbidities, as well as reduced quality of life and psychosocial burden. Diagnostic delay is associated with poorer outcomes, while a short delay between symptom onset and diagnosis is linked with preservation of function. Overcoming the barriers to early diagnosis of PsA is often difficult to achieve in the absence of well-characterized disease markers and/or a definitive screening procedure. Once a diagnosis is made, approaches to care may differ between countries, but a treat-to-target approach can be advocated, with constant patient follow-up visits and specialist monitoring and treatment of comorbidities. Adequately addressing all aspects of care can help to drive patient-centered care and encourage better adherence. Given the mounting number of therapeutic options and the complexity of management of PsA, the disease can be optimally treated by a multidisciplinary approach, and a collaborative approach between rheumatologists and dermatologists can be advocated. The need for multidisciplinary management is reinforced by consensus among experts. Patient satisfaction has emerged as a central indicator of quality, and patient-centered care must remain a central goal for the care of patients with PsA. Definition of a minimum set of standards for care will help to achieve the goal of multidisciplinary care for patients with PsA. Optimal care of PsA and greater collaboration among clinicians should always be encouraged so that patients can receive the best possible quality of care.Funding: Pfizer Italy.

Abstract
Background: The treat-to-target (T2T) strategy has become established in several medical specialties as a key guidance to optimal therapeutic decision making. T2T may be effective in the assessment of the biologic class of agents called interleukin (IL)-17 inhibitors, which are emerging as a safe and effective treatment option for autoimmune inflammatory conditions such as plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Objective: The objective of this article is to use a T2T approach for the evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of IL-17 inhibitors in the management of patients with plaque psoriasis, PsA, and AS. Methods: Following a comprehensive literature search, a full-day meeting was convened to discuss and identify the T2T targets for psoriasis, PsA, and AS. Clinical trial evidence was presented for the approved IL-17 inhibitors—secukinumab, ixekizumab, and brodalumab—to assess whether these data meet T2T safety and efficacy targets. Results: All 3 approved agents were significantly superior to placebo and active controls in the achievement of T2T targets for psoriasis. Secukinumab and ixekizumab were likewise associated with significantly better outcomes than controls in the PsA targets, and secukinumab resulted in significant AS target improvements vs placebo. The IL-17 inhibitors were also associated with low rates of serious adverse events and exacerbations of common comorbid conditions. Conclusion: Phase III trial results support the T2T benefit and safety of IL-17 inhibitors according to their specific indications for the management of patients with plaque psoriasis, PsA, and AS.

Abstract
Introduction Secukinumab, a fully human anti-interleukin-17A monoclonal antibody, has demonstrated superior efficacy to ustekinumab in the phase 3b CLEAR study of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Here, we report 16-week results from CLARITY, a second head-to-head trial comparing secukinumab with ustekinumab. Methods In the phase 3b CLARITY study, patients were randomized 1:1 to receive subcutaneous secukinumab 300 mg or ustekinumab per label. The co-primary objectives were to demonstrate the superiority of secukinumab over ustekinumab at Week 12 in relation to the proportion of patients with (1) 90% or more improvement from baseline Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI 90) and (2) a score of 0/1 (clear/almost clear) on the modified Investigator’s Global Assessment (IGA mod 2011 0/1). Key secondary objectives were also assessed, as was Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) 0/1 (no impact of skin disease on patients’ quality of life) response. Missing values were handled by multiple imputation except for DLQI 0/1, where last observation carried forward techniques were utilized. Results Both co-primary objectives were met: secukinumab was superior to ustekinumab for the proportion of patients achieving a PASI 90 (66.5% vs. 47.9%) and IGA mod 2011 0/1 response (72.3% vs. 55.4%) at Week 12 (p < 0.0001). PASI 90 responses were greater with secukinumab compared to ustekinumab from as early as Week 4 (16.7% vs. 4.0%) and out to Week 16 (76.6% vs. 54.2%). Similarly, IGA mod 2011 0/1 findings were greater with secukinumab at Week 4 (26.9% vs. 7.8%) and at Week 16 (78.6% vs. 59.1%). DLQI 0/1 response rates were also greater with secukinumab compared to ustekinumab at Week 4 (33.9% vs. 18.0%), Week 12 (64.0% vs. 51.7%), and Week 16 (68.4% vs. 55.9%). Conclusion The results of this study confirm the superior efficacy of secukinumab over ustekinumab in treating patients with moderate to severe psoriasis. Abstract
PURPOSE OF REVIEW Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory spondyloarthritis that can cause progressive joint damage and irreversible disability. Advances in modern therapies, now mean a target of remission is an achievable goal in PsA. There is strong and consistent evidence that a treat-to-target (T2T) approach to PsA management results in better patient outcomes; however, the practicalities of incorporating this strategy into routine clinical practice remain a challenge. The heterogeneous nature of this condition and the need for validated outcome measures have to-date hampered consensus on a definition of remission. This review aims to summarise the current T2T research landscape in PsA and highlight potential roles for biomarkers and imaging advances in revolutionising the T2T concept. RECENT FINDINGS There is a growing body of evidence to support the implementation of a T2T strategy, using a pre-defined target in PsA management, with significant benefits in disease outcome, physical function and quality of life. Whilst remission is the ultimately goal for PsA patients and their clinicians, further comparative studies of different treatment targets are needed to establish a widely acceptable definition of remission.

Abstract
Due to that one patient may be at high risk for developing several immunoinflammatory diseases (psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and Crohn's disease (CD)), their early diagnosis and adequate therapy are extremely relevant. The Interdisciplinary Working Group that includes experts in rheumatology, gastroenterology and dermatology has developed draft guidelines for early diagnosis, methods for activity assessments and for indications for the use of biological agents in patients with concomitant immunoinflammatory diseases (psoriasis, PsA, and CD). In accordance with the decision adopted by the Council of Experts and with the results of a discussion with experts from different regions of the Russian Federation, further steps will be undertaken to validate the guidelines.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Risankizumab is a humanised IgG1 monoclonal antibody that binds to the p19 subunit of interleukin-23, inhibiting this key cytokine and its role in psoriatic inflammation. We aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of risankizumab compared with placebo or ustekinumab in patients with moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis. METHODS UltIMMa-1 and UltIMMa-2 were replicate phase 3, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled and active comparator-controlled trials done at 139 sites in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, and the USA. Eligible patients were 18 years or older, with moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis. In each study, patients were stratified by weight and previous exposure to tumour necrosis factor inhibitor and randomly assigned (3:1:1) by use of interactive response technology to receive 150 mg risankizumab, 45 mg or 90 mg ustekinumab (weight-based per label), or placebo. Following the 16-week double-blind treatment period (part A), patients initially assigned to placebo switched to 150 mg risankizumab at week 16; other patients continued their originally randomised treatment (part B, double-blind, weeks 16-52). Study drug was administered subcutaneously at weeks 0 and 4 during part A and at weeks 16, 28, and 40 during part B. Co-primary endpoints were proportions of patients achieving a 90% improvement in the Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI 90) and a static Physician's Global Assessment (sPGA) score of 0 or 1 at week 16 (non-responder imputation). All efficacy analyses were done in the intention-to-treat population. These trials are registered with ClinicalTrials.gov, numbers NCT02684370 (UltIMMa-1) and NCT02684357 (UltIMMa-2), and have been completed. FINDINGS Between Feb 24, 2016, and Aug 31, 2016, 506 patients in UltIMMa-1 were randomly assigned to receive 150 mg risankizumab (n=304), 45 mg or 90 mg ustekinumab (n=100), or placebo (n=102). Between March 1, 2016, and Aug 30, 2016, 491 patients in UltIMMa-2 were randomly assigned to receive 150 mg risankizumab (n=294), 45 mg or 90 mg ustekinumab (n=99), or placebo (n=98). Co-primary endpoints were met for both studies. At week 16 of UltIMMa-1, PASI 90 was achieved by 229 (75·3%) patients receiving risankizumab versus five (4·9%) receiving placebo (placebo-adjusted difference 70·3% [95% CI 64·0-76·7]) and 42 (42·0%) receiving ustekinumab (ustekinumab-adjusted difference 33·5% [22·7-44·3]; p<0·0001 vs placebo and ustekinumab). At week 16 of UltIMMa-2, PASI 90 was achieved by 220 (74·8%) patients receiving risankizumab versus two (2·0%) receiving placebo (placebo-adjusted difference 72·5% [95% CI 66·8-78·2]) and 47 (47·5%) receiving ustekinumab (ustekinumab-adjusted difference 27·6% [16·7-38·5]; p<0·0001 vs placebo and ustekinumab). In UltIMMa-1, sPGA 0 or 1 at week 16 was achieved by 267 (87·8%) patients receiving risankizumab versus eight (7·8%) receiving placebo (placebo-adjusted difference 79·9% [95% CI 73·5-86·3]) and 63 (63·0%) receiving ustekinumab (ustekinumab-adjusted difference 25·1% [15·2-35·0]; p<0·0001 vs placebo and ustekinumab). In UltIMMa-2, 246 (83·7%) patients receiving risankizumab versus five (5·1%) receiving placebo (placebo-adjusted difference 78·5% [95% CI 72·4-84·5]) and 61 (61·6%) receiving ustekinumab achieved sPGA 0 or 1 at week 16 (ustekinumab-adjusted difference 22·3% [12·0-32·5]; p<0·0001 vs placebo and ustekinumab). The frequency of treatment-emergent adverse events in UltIMMa-1 and UltIMMa-2 was similar across risankizumab (part A: 151 [49·7%] of 304 and 134 [45·6%] of 294; part B: 182 [61·3%] of 297 and 162 [55·7%] of 291), placebo (part A: 52 [51·0%] of 102 and 45 [45·9%] of 98), ustekinumab (part A: 50 [50·0%] of 100 and 53 [53·5%] of 99; part B: 66 [66·7%] of 99 and 70 [74·5%] of 94), and placebo to risankizumab (part B: 65 [67·0%] of 97 and 61 [64·9%] of 94) treatment groups throughout the study duration. INTERPRETATION Risankizumab showed superior efficacy to both placebo and ustekinumab in the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Abstract
BACKGROUND Secukinumab, a fully human monoclonal antibody that selectively neutralizes IL-17A, has been shown to have significant efficacy and a favourable safety profile in the treatment of moderate-to-severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. OBJECTIVE To assess the efficacy and safety of secukinumab through 5 years of treatment in moderate-to-severe psoriasis. METHODS In the core SCULPTURE study, Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) 75 responders at Week 12 continued receiving subcutaneous secukinumab until Year 1. Thereafter, patients entered the extension phase and continued treatment as per the core trial. Treatment was double-blinded until the end of Year 3 and open-label from Year 4. Here, we focus on the 300 mg fixed-interval (every 4 weeks) treatment, the recommended per label dose. Efficacy data are primarily reported as observed, but multiple imputation (MI) and last observation carried forward (LOCF) techniques were also undertaken as supportive analyses. RESULTS At Year 1, 168 patients entered the extension study and at the end of Year 5, 126 patients completed 300 mg (every 4 weeks) treatment. PASI 75/90/100 responses at Year 1 (88.9%, 68.5% and 43.8%, respectively) were sustained to Year 5 (88.5%, 66.4% and 41%). PASI responses were consistent regardless of the analysis undertaken (as observed, MI, or LOCF). The average improvement in mean PASI was approximately 90% through 5 years compared with core study baseline. DLQI (dermatology life quality index) 0/1 response also sustained through 5 years (72.7% at Year 1 and 65.5% at Year 5). The safety profile of secukinumab remained favourable, with no cumulative or unexpected safety concerns identified. CONCLUSION Secukinumab 300 mg treatment delivered high and sustained levels of skin clearance and improved quality of life through 5 years in patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis. Favourable safety established in the secukinumab phase 2/3 programme was maintained through 5 years.
