Effect Analysis of Nursing Method Based on Stratified Emergency Knowledge in Emergency Myocardial Infarction

First aid is to give immediate first aid to patients who have suffered accidental injuries or sudden diseases before the emergency medical personnel arrive at the scene or are sent to the hospital for treatment; myocardial infarction is a severe and emergency of coronary heart disease. It is often because of coronary atherosclerosis, plaque rupture, bleeding, or thrombosis, which leads to the acute and complete occlusion of the coronary arteries and acute necrosis of the myocardium. This article aims to investigate the effectiveness of a stratified emergency care team assisted by multidisciplinary first aid knowledge in acute myocardial infarction first aid, hoping to reduce the probability of acute myocardial infarction through first aid and nursing care. Business process reengineering is a management idea that reached its heyday in the 1990s and is usually defined as achieving workflow and productivity through the reorganization and optimization of corporate strategies, value-added operational processes, and the systems, policies, organizations, and structures that support them. This article first outlines the concepts and steps of medical image registration, analyzes the characteristics of current medical image registration methods, and uses the two most commonly used medical registration methods today; in this study, the BPR theory was used to construct the AMI emergency care process in the hospital, which effectively reduced the emergency delay time of AMI patients, improved the patient's emergency response, and increased the efficiency of emergency nurses' rescue work. The experimental results in this paper show that the sensitivities of the first four groups of ST↑III > II, ST ↓ aVL > I, STV3 ↓ /STIII↑≤1.2, STI ↓ ≥0.05 mV are 82.1%, 80%, 75.3%, and 60.3%, respectively. Their sensitivities are relatively close, both are greater than 50%; among them, ST↑III > II has the highest sensitivity, which is 80%. In terms of specificity, ST↑III > II, ST ↓ aVL > I, STV3 ↓ /STIII↑≤1.2, and STI ↓ ≥0.05 mV were 82.1%, 89.2%, 82.7%, and 65.2%, respectively. ST ↓ ≥0.05 mV has the lowest specificity, and ST ↓ aVL > I has the highest specificity.

Nursing Effect of Health Monitoring System on Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis

Nursing refers to the fact that nursing staff must strictly follow the nursing system and operating procedures in the nursing work, accurately implement the doctor’s orders, implement the nursing plan, and ensure that the patient is physically and mentally safe during treatment and recovery. Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease in which bone density and bone quality are decreased due to various reasons, and the microstructure of bone is destroyed, resulting in increased bone fragility, which is prone to fractures. Osteoporosis is divided into two main categories: primary and secondary. Primary osteoporosis is divided into postmenopausal osteoporosis (Type I), senile osteoporosis (Type II), and idiopathic osteoporosis (including adolescent forms). This paper aims to study the healthcare effect of health monitoring system on elderly patients with osteoporosis, expecting to use the health monitoring system to provide more scientific care for the elderly and reduce the pain caused by osteoporosis. This paper proposes a study from the users of the elderly health monitoring products and the elderly home health products and analyzes the influencing factors of the usability design of the elderly home health monitoring system. This paper designs the overall framework of the elderly health monitoring system and designs the main components and application functions of the system. The experimental results in this paper show that there are 20 patients with osteoporosis due to lack of light, accounting for 16%. There are 10 patients with osteoporosis due to excessive coffee intake, accounting for 8%. There are 90 people who normally eat eggs, accounting for 75%, and 66 people who eat meat normally, accounting for 55%. According to the data, the health monitoring system can effectively control the diet of patients with osteoporosis.

According to the process of 50 m round-trip movement pattern recognition, the data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, and selection of 50 m round-trip movement are evaluated. The classification and recognition of each module were analyzed. Performance of Problem-Based Learning Based Image Teaching in Clinical Emergency Teaching

At present, with the rapid increase of emergency knowledge and the improvement of people’s requirements for medical quality, the traditional teaching mode cannot fully meet the needs of emergency teaching in the new era. PBL is a project-based teaching that allows students to have a deeper understanding of content knowledge and to better apply what they have learned to their lives. This paper aims to improve the clinical emergency teaching mode by PBL teaching method, and improve the comprehensive ability of clinical emergency of medical students. This article proposes a problem-based PBL imaging teaching method, combining the characteristics and content of clinical emergency courses, focusing on students, highlighting the problem-solving process, and improving students’ creative thinking ability. To cultivate students’ interest in clinical learning, develop their self-learning ability, train their teamwork and communication skills, and cultivate their ability to set, question and solve questions, so as to promote medical students’ overall comprehensive ability to integrate specialized knowledge and clinical practice. In this paper, the PBL teaching method and the traditional teaching method of comparative experiments show that the PBL teaching method can more effectively highlight the characteristics of clinical emergency medicine teaching mode, and make full use of the limited emergency teaching resources, so as to improve the quality of clinical emergency teaching. Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills of medical students under the PBL teaching mode are improved by 13%, Autonomous learning ability, communication ability and creative thinking ability have also been relatively improved.

Individual Decision Model for Using technology in Digital Era

Digital transformation has brought about great social changes, and individuals are constantly facing the challenge of using emerging technologies. This article, for the first time, combines the Diffusion of Innovation Theory and Contract Theory to build a decision model to solve the above challenge. The decision model is constructed according to the key factors that influence the individual decision process, including technological relative advantages, intrinsic motivation, risk-taking, use-cost, technological complexity and compatibility. Through the analysis of the cost utility of each party in Health CrowdSensing technology, the question of whether individuals use the technology is transformed into the question of cost utility. In the experiments, the validity of the decision model is verified by numerical analysis. The decision model proposed in this article provides theoretical basis and experimental verification for further research on how an individual decides whether to use technology or not.
