Abstract
PURPOSE
To report a rare finding, choroidopathy, in herpes zoster ophthalmicus (HZO).
METHODS
Report of two cases.
RESULTS
Multiple, well-defined, choroidal depigmented lesions were demonstrated in two cases of HZO on fundus color imaging, optical coherence tomography, fundus angiography, and indocyanine green angiography at 6 months.
CONCLUSION
This report demonstrates a very rare, late finding of choroidal involvement in two HZO cases.
