Abstract
Background and Objectives: Abdominal muscle exercises with limb movements are more effective for trunk stabilization than traditional exercises involving trunk flexion alone. This study examined the effects of abdominal exercises incorporating sprinter pattern and crunch exercises on changes in the lordotic curve and abdominal muscle activation in individuals with low back pain caused by hyperlordosis resulting from weak abdominal muscles. Materials and Methods: In this single-blind, randomized controlled trial, a total of 40 participants with hyperlordosis were recruited and randomly assigned to perform either sprinter-pattern abdominal exercises or crunch exercises. The participants assigned to each group performed three sets of ten abdominal exercises. The lumbar lordotic angle (LLA) and sacrohorizontal angle (SHA) were assessed prior to and following the intervention, whereas abdominal muscle activity was gauged throughout the intervention period. Changes in the LLA and SHA were measured by radiography. Abdominal muscle activity was measured using electromyography. Results: The LLA and SHA decreased significantly in both groups (p < 0.001), while the sprinter-pattern exercise group showed a statistically significant decrease compared to the crunch exercise group (p < 0.001). In the activity of the abdominal muscles, there was no significant difference in the rectus abdominis muscle between the two groups (p > 0.005). However, a significant difference between the external and internal oblique muscles was observed, and the activities of both muscles were significantly higher in the sprinter-pattern exercise group than in the crunch exercise group (p < 0.005). Conclusions: Abdominal exercise using a sprinter pattern may be effective in reducing lumbar lordosis by strengthening the abdominal muscles in patients with hyperlordosis.

Abstract
Lumbar lordosis is one of the most important parts of the spine, which is of special importance due to its unique position and direct contact with the pelvis. The aim of this study was to combine the results of several studies and to evaluate the magnitude of the effect of different Lumbar lordotic angle correction programs through meta-analysis. This study has been developed in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) Statement. Four databases were searched for articles collection: PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. The key search terms were: "Lumbar Lordotic angle", "Lordosis", "Hyperlordosis", "Corrective exercise", and "Low back pain. "The articles included in our study were limited to original articles written only in English that met the following inclusion criteria: (1) participants with lumbar lordosis or hyperlordosis or low back pain; (2) different programs of corrective exercises were applied; (3) Lumbar lordotic angle used as outcome measures. Ten studies are included in our systematic review and meta-analysis. The effect size for the Lumbar lordotic angle outcome was (SMD = 0.550, p ˂ 0.001, moderate effect size). Subgroup analysis for Lumbar lordotic angle: Subgroup Younger group (SMD = 0.640, p ˂ 0.001), Subgroup Older group, (SMD = 0.520, p ˂ 0.001). Subgroup Treatment (SMD = 0.527, p ˂ 0.001), Subgroup No treatment (SMD = 0.577, p = 0.002). This was the only outcome assessed in our analysis. The current meta-analysis indicates that different correction methods have a positive effect on subjects with lumbar lordosis or hyperlordosis. In the following research, we should try to determine which corrective methods have the best effects.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Chemotherapeutic agents, with or without other drugs and radiation, may cause indirect or direct hepatotoxicity. Doxorubicin-induced hepatotoxicity (DIH) is a major health concern in cancer patients receiving this cytotoxic drug that is mostly resulted from the production of reactive oxygen species leading to transient or permanent liver damages. Silymarin, a flavonoid extracted from the Silybum marianum, exhibits antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. PURPOSE This study aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy of systemic administration of silymarin in management of chemotherapy induced hepatotoxicity in patients with non-metastatic breast cancer who received doxorubicin/cyclophosphamide-paclitaxel (AC-T) regimen.Material: In this randomized, triple blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, 30 patients who received AC-T who fulfilled the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to silymarin (n = 15) or placebo (n = 15) groups to receive oral silymarin 140 mg three times a day or placebo tablets, respectively. Fatty liver severity was assessed by liver ultrasound imaging and FibroScan® and also measurement of liver function tests before and after the intervention. RESULTS There was a non-significant trend toward more severe liver involvement in placebo group comparing to the silymarin group after intervention based on ultrasonography (p = 0.083). Besides, in silymarin group, hepatic involvement grade based on ultrasonography considerably reduced after intervention (p = 0.012). However, no difference was found between two groups based on FibroScan and liver function tests. CONCLUSION Oral administration of silymarin could significantly reduce hepatotoxicity severity after 1 month of treatment in non-metastatic breast cancer patients treated with AC-T regimen.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of posterior pelvic tilt taping (PPTT) on lumbar lordosis, pain, disability, and abdominal muscle thickness in individuals with nonspecific chronic low back pain with hyperlordosis. METHODS A prospective, single-group, repeated-measures design was conducted with 31 individuals with nonspecific chronic low back pain (16 men, 15 women) with hyperlordosis (mean ± SD = 59.3° ± 2.9°). Participants' mean age, pain, disability, and lumbar lordosis were, respectively, 35.7 ± 9.9 years, 5.1 ± 1.3, 26.8 ± 11.5, and 59.3° ± 2.9°. The thickness of the abdominal muscles on both sides was measured in the crook lying position by ultrasound imaging. PPTT was performed on both sides. Pain intensity, functional disability, lumbar lordosis angle, and abdominal muscle thickness were measured before PPTT (W0), 1 week after PPTT (W1), and 1 week after PPTT removal (W2). RESULTS Analysis revealed significant reductions in lumbar lordosis, pain, and disability, and increased abdominal muscle thickness, at W1 and W2 compared with W0 (P < .001). There were no significant differences in lumbar lordosis or abdominal muscle thickness between W1 and W2. CONCLUSION The current study showed in a small group of participants that 1 week of PPTT may improve lumbar lordosis, pain, disability, and abdominal muscle thickness in individuals with nonspecific chronic low back pain with hyperlordosis.

Abstract
Smartphones are increasingly incorporated with features such as sensors and high resolution cameras that empower their capabilities, enabling their use for varied activities including human posture assessments. Previous reviews have discussed methods used in postural assessment but none of them focused exclusively on mobile applications. This paper systematically reviews mobile applications proposed for analyzing human posture based on alignment of the body in the sagittal and coronal plane. The main digital libraries were searched, 26 articles published between 2010 and 2020 were selected, and 13 mobile applications were identified, classified and discussed. Results showed that the use of mobile applications to assist with posture assessment have been demonstrated to be reliable, and this can contribute to clinical practice of health professionals, especially the assessment and reassessment phases of treatments, despite some variations when compared to traditional methods. Moreover, in the case of image-based applications, we highlight the advantage that measurements can be taken with the assessor at a certain distance with respect to the patient’s position, which is an important function for assessments performed in pandemic times such as the outbreak of COVID-19.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The combination of fluorouracil, leucovorin, irinotecan, and oxaliplatin (FOLFIRINOX) is more toxic than gemcitabine, but it is a safe regimen with manageable toxicities. CASE REPORT We report a case with steatohepatitis mimicking liver metastasis as toxicity that was not seen in study patient population.Management and outcome: In the adjuvant statement with FOLFIRINOX due to biopsy, we give the same regimen by excluding metastasis. DISCUSSION The adverse events of drugs are important predictive factor for treatment management, as important as efficacy. Especially the new lesion and metastasis is the most important factor for changing treatment. The clinicians must be careful about adverse events of regimens. CONCLUSION FOLFIRINOX regimen is the most important combination in pancreas cancer adjuvant setting. This case shows us the different presentation of usual adverse event.
