Abstract
BACKGROUND Gastric cancer has a high incidence and fatality rate, and surgery is the preferred course of treatment. Nonetheless, patient survival rates are still low, and the incidence of major postoperative complications cannot be disregarded. The systemic inflammatory response, nutritional level, and coagulation status are key factors affecting the postoperative recovery and prognosis of gastric cancer patients. The systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) and the albumin fibrinogen ratio (AFR) are two valuable comprehensive indicators of the severity and prognosis of systemic inflammation in various medical conditions. AIM To assess the clinical importance and prognostic significance of the SIRI scores and the AFR on early postoperative outcomes in patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery. METHODS We conducted a retrospective analysis of the clinicopathological characteristics and relevant laboratory indices of 568 gastric cancer patients from January 2018 to December 2019. We calculated and compared two indicators of inflammation and then examined the diagnostic ability of combined SIRI and AFR values for serious early postoperative complications. We scored the patients and categorized them into three groups based on their SIRI and AFR levels. COX analysis was used to compare the three groups of patients the prognostic value of various preoperative SIRI-AFR scores for 5-year overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS). RESULTS SIRI-AFR scores were an independent risk factor for prognosis [OS: P = 0.004; hazards ratio (HR) = 3.134; DFS: P < 0.001; HR = 3.543] and had the highest diagnostic power (area under the curve: 0.779; 95% confidence interval: 0.737-0.820) for early serious complications in patients with gastric cancer. The tumor-node-metastasis stage (P = 0.001), perioperative transfusion (P = 0.044), positive carcinoembryonic antigen (P = 0.014) findings, and major postoperative complications (P = 0.011) were factors associated with prognosis. CONCLUSION Preoperative SIRI and AFR values were significantly associated with early postoperative survival and the occurrence of severe complications in gastric cancer patients.

Abstract
Purpose To explore the relationship between the systemic inflammation response index (SIRI) and postoperative delirium (POD) in older patients with hip arthroplasty surgery. Patients and Methods Older patients who underwent elective hip arthroplasty surgery were included in this retrospective study. SIRI, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) were collected from blood routine examination at admission. Binary logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the association between SIRI levels and POD was analyzed. Results Ultimately, 116 older patients who met the inclusion criteria were assessed. Thirty-four (29%) of 116 patients diagnosed with POD were defined as the POD group, and the rest consisted of the Non-POD group. Compared with non-POD patients, POD patients showed significantly higher levels of SIRI (P < 0.001) and NLR (P = 0.002) at admission. There was no significance in the levels of PLR between two groups. SIRI was independently associated with the occurrence of POD in multivariate logistic regression analysis [odds ratio (OR) = 3.34, 95% confidence interval (95% CI) = 1.26-8.85, P = 0.016]. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis indicated that SIRI with an optimal cutoff value of 0.987 predicted the POD with a sensitivity of 88.2% and specificity of 74.4%, and the area under the curve was 0.82 (95% CI, 0.74-0.90, P < 0.01). Conclusion Preoperative SIRI and NLR levels in the blood are associated with the occurrence of POD. Moreover, preoperative SIRI level is a useful candidate biomarker to identify delirium after elective hip arthroplasty surgery in older patients.

Abstract
Inflammatory response was involved in the progression of cerebral hemorrhage. We sought to explore the associations of easily obtained inflammatory indicators including blood cell counts and the ratios of different blood cells counts with pneumonia and severe pneumonia in cerebral hemorrhage patients. We carried 1 retrospective study including 200 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and surgeries. The associations of neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, platelets, systemic immune inflammation index (SII), systemic inflammation response index (SIRI), neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) with pneumonia and severe pneumonia in cerebral hemorrhage patients were estimated by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression model. Among the 200 patients included, there were a total of 163 (81.5%) had pneumonia after surgeries. Among 163 cerebral hemorrhage patients with pneumonia, 60 (36.8%) cases were evaluated as severe pneumonia. The level of SIRI on the 1st postoperative day in patients with severe pneumonia was higher than non-severe pneumonia (10.89 ± 12.10 × 109/L vs 7.14 ± 9.76 × 109/L, P = .003). The level of SIRI on the 3rd postoperative day in patients with severe pneumonia was more significantly higher (7.98 ± 7.46 × 109/L vs 4.10 ± 3.74 × 109/L, P < .001). The results of multivariate analysis showed that SIRI level on the 3rd postoperative day (>6.5 × 109/L) was associated with severe pneumonia in cerebral hemorrhage patients (OR: 4.409, 95% CI: 1.799-10.806, P = .001). SIRI was possibly a superior predictor for severe pneumonia in cerebral hemorrhage patients compared with other inflammatory indicators. On the one hand, we intend to validate the cutoff value of SIRI for predicting severe pneumonia in larger samples and multicenter studies. On the other hand, we also intend to use this index to guide the choice of antibacterial drugs in order to better benefit patients.

Abstract
Xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis (XGC) and gallbladder carcinoma (GBC) are rare diseases with several similarities. This study aimed to evaluate the utility of the systemic immune inflammatory index (SII), a novel index that more accurately depicts inflammatory and immunological balance, in distinguishing between XGC and GBC. This retrospective study included 33 XGC, 22 GBC patients diagnosed according to histopathological findings and 33 age-sex-matched healthy controls at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, General Surgery Department. The demographic, clinical and laboratory findings were recorded. Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, platelet to lymphocyte ratio, monocyte to lymphocyte ratio and SII were calculated from preoperative complete blood count parameters. The receiver operating characteristic curve was performed to evaluate the utility of SII in differentiating GBC and XGC. A P value < .05 was accepted as statistically significant. The preoperative neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, monocyte to lymphocyte ratio, platelet to lymphocyte ratio and SII were significantly higher in patients with GBC compared to XGC patients and healthy controls (P < .001, P = .001, P = .001, P < .001, respectively). When receiver operating characteristic analysis was made, the optimal cutoff value of SII was 640 for differential diagnosis of XGC and GBC preoperatively with a sensitivity of 77.3% and a specificity of 66.7%, among which the positive likelihood ratio was 2.32, and Youden index was 0.44 (P = .006). The positive predictive value was 60.7%, the negative predictive value was 81.5%, and the diagnostic accuracy was 79.9%. SII may be a valuable, practical, and affordable method to differentiate between XGC and GBC, in addition to clinical and radiological signs, prior to surgery. When supported by prospective trials with a larger study population, distinguishing GBC from XGC using SII preoperatively may lead to a change in the management practice of GBC.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) values and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are associated with the prognosis of various tumors. There is minimal evidence of those two as prognostic markers in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). In this study, we aimed to examine the predictive value of SIRI and tumor-infiltrating CD3+/CD4+/CD8+ T cells in the prognosis of patients who underwent partial or total laryngectomy. STUDY DESIGN A total of 78 patients with LSCC who underwent total or partial laryngectomy at the Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat Hospital of Fudan University between 2013 and 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. METHODS The tumor tissues of 78 LSCC patients were retrospectively evaluated using immunohistochemical staining for CD3+ /CD4+ /CD8+ -cells. The overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) rates were recorded using the Kaplan-Meier method. RESULTS Patients with high immunoscore (IS) (3-4) had prolonged survival (P < 0.001 for OS). High SIRI values were independently associated with poorer OS and DFS (P = 0.018 for OS; P = 0.016 for DFS). CD8+ TILs and SIRI values showed a- negative association (P < 0.01). Patients with low SIRI values and high IS had better 5-year OS and DFS than those with high SIRI values and low IS (P < 0.001 for OS; P = 0.0014 for DFS). Patients with 'hot' tumor had a higher 5-year OS than those with 'excluded' or 'cold' phenotype. CONCLUSIONS The SIRI values and the density of TILs may help predict LSCC patients' outcomes after surgery. The combination of SIRI and IS may be a new component of the tumor, nodes, and metastases (TNM) classification of cancer and prognostic factor for T-cell-target immunotherapy.

Abstract
Background Lung cancer (LC) has the highest mortality rate all over the world. It is necessary to search for novel potential biomarkers that are easily accessible and inexpensive in identifying patients with LC at early stage. Methods A total of 195 patients with advanced LC who have received first-line chemotherapy were involved in this study. The optimized cut-off values of AGR and SIRI (AGR = albumin/globulin; SIRI = neutrophil ∗ monocyte/lymphocyte) were determined by survival function analysis based on R software. COX regression analysis was performed to obtain the independent factors for establishing the nomogram model. A nomogram model comprising these independent prognostic parameters was built for the TNI (tumor-nutrition-inflammation index) score calculation. The predictive accuracy was demonstrated through ROC curve and calibration curves after index concordance. Results The optimized cut-off values of AGR and SIRI were 1.22 and 1.60, respectively. It was revealed that liver metastasis, SCC, AGR, and SIRI were independent prognostic factors in advanced lung cancer by Cox analysis. Afterwards, the nomogram model comprised of these independent prognostic parameters was built for TNI scores calculation. Based on the TNI quartile values, patients were divided into four groups. And it was indicated that higher TNI had worse OS (P < 0.05) via Kaplan-Meier analysis and log-rank test. Moreover, the C-index and 1-year AUC area were 0.756 (0.723-0.788) and 75.62, respectively. There was high consistency shown in the calibration curves between predicted and actual survival proportions in the TNI model. In addition, tumor-nutrition-inflammation index and genes play an important role in LC development that might affect some pathways related to tumor development including cell cycle, homologous recombination, and P53 signaling pathway from a molecular level. Conclusion TNI might be an analytical tool which was practical and precise for survival prediction of patients with advanced LC. Tumor-nutrition-inflammation index and genes play an important role in LC development. A preprint has previously been published [1].

Abstract
BACKGROUND The treatment of superficial esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (SESCC) is mainly based on endoscopic and surgical procedures. For some patients, surgical treatment alone is associated with a poor prognosis. How to screen out patients with poor prognosis and give appropriate intervention is a challenge for clinicians. Therefore, it is very important to find more convenient and effective prognostic indicators for the survival of patients to guide further treatment.
AIM To evaluate the prognostic value of peripheral blood systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) and prognostic nutritional index (PNI) in patients with SESCC.
METHODS The clinical, biochemical, and pathological data of 122 patients with SESCC were retrospectively analyzed. The optimal cut-off values of SIRI and PNI were determined using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. According to the optimal cut-off values of SIRI and PNI, the patients were divided into a low SIRI group and a high SIRI group, and a low PNI group and a high PNI group. The Kaplan-Meier (K-M) method was used for survival analysis, and the Log-rank method was used to evaluate the difference between groups. COX univariate and multivariate regression analyses were performed to determine the predictive factors for the prognosis of patients with SESCC.
RESULTS The overall survival time of patients in the low SIRI group was significantly longer than that of patients in the high SIRI group (P = 0.001). The overall survival time of patients in the high PNI group was significantly longer than that of patients in the low PNI group (P = 0.014). Preoperative SIRI and PNI were identified to be independent risk factors for the overall survival of patients with SESCC.
CONCLUSION Preoperative SIRI and PNI are simple and reliable biomarkers for predicting the prognosis of patients with SESCC.

Abstract
Introduction Inflammation is known to contribute to the development of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Several inflammatory indices derived from routine complete blood counts have been proposed as biomarkers in multiple disorders. Methods In this study, clinical and laboratory data were retrospectively collected from medical records to assess the aggregate index of systemic inflammation (AISI) and the systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) as potential biomarkers of systemic inflammation in patients with early diagnosis of dry AMD. Results The study included 90 patients with dry AMD and 270 age/sex-matched patients with cataracts as a control group. There were no significant differences in the AISI and SIRI results between the cases and controls (p = 0.16 and 0.19, respectively). Conclusion This suggests that AISI and SIRI may be inadequate metrics for AMD or lack sensitivity in detecting inflammatory changes. Exploring other routine blood markers may help to identify and prevent the early stages of AMD.

Abstract
BackgroundPreoperative inflammatory status plays an important role in the prognosis of malignancy. We sought to explore the value of preoperative inflammatory biomarkers in predicting long-term outcomes of liver transplantation (LT) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).MethodPatients who underwent LT for HCC in our hospital between January 2010 and June 2020 were included in this study. Demographic, clinical, laboratory, and outcome data were obtained. The area under the curve (AUC) of the receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of inflammatory biomarkers. The effectiveness of inflammatory biomarkers in predicting outcomes was analyzed by univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards analyses.ResultsA total of 218 patients were included in the study, with a mean age of 53.9 ± 8.5 years. The AUC of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR), systemic immune inflammation index (SII), and systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) for overall survival (OS) were 0.741, 0.731, 0.756, 0.746, and 0.749, respectively. Cox proportional hazards model indicated that SIRI > 1.25 was independently associated with low OS [hazard ratio (HR) = 2.258, P = 0.024]. PLR > 82.15 and SIRI > 0.95 were independently associated with low disease-free survival (HR = 1.492, P = 0.015; and HR = 1.732, P = 0.008, respectively). In the survival analysis, the prognosis of patients with high preoperative SIRI and PLR was significantly worse (P < 0.001).ConclusionSIRI and PLR were useful prognostic markers for predicting patients with HCC after LT.

Abstract
Background To explore and screen preoperative serum immune response level-related biomarkers with better prognostic ability and developed a prognostic model for decision-making in clinical practice for gallbladder carcinoma (GBC) patients. Methods A total of 427 patients who underwent radical resection for GBC in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2011 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Time-dependent receiver operating characteristic (time-ROC) was performed to determine the prognostic predictive power of preoperative biomarkers. A nomogram survival model was established and validated. Results Time-ROC indicated that the preoperative fibrinogen-to-albumin ratio (FAR) had a better predictive ability for overall survival among preoperative serum immune response level-related biomarkers. Multivariate analysis indicated that FAR was an independent risk factor (P<0.05). The proportion of clinicopathological characteristics of poor prognosis (such as advanced T stage, and N1-2 stage) was significantly higher in high FAR group (P<0.05). Subgroup analyses indicate the prognostic discrimination ability of FAR depended on CA19-9, CA125, liver involvement, major vascular invasion, perineural invasion, T stage, N stage, and TNM stage (all P <0.05). A nomogram model was established based on the prognostic independent risk factors with the C-index of 0.803 (95% CI:0.771~0.835) and 0.774 (95% CI:0.696~0.852) in the training and testing sets, respectively. The decision curve analysis indicated the nomogram model had a better predictive ability than the FAR and TNM staging system in the training and testing sets. Conclusion Preoperative serum FAR has a better predictive ability for overall survival among preoperative serum immune response level-related biomarkers, and it can be used for survival assessment of GBC and guide clinical decision-making.

Abstract
Background Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most frequent and lethal brain tumor, which possesses highly malignant characteristics and predominates in elder patients. Systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) is a novel prognostic marker from peripheral blood, which is defined as neutrophil count × monocyte count/lymphocyte count. In the current research, we aim to explore the relationship between SIRI and newly diagnosed GBM underwent gross total resection (GTR). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on consecutive newly diagnosed GBM patients underwent operation at West China Hospital from March 2015 to January 2019. X-tile software was used to determine the optimal cut-off values of SIRI, and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR). All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS software and R software. Propensity score matching (PSM) was conducted to adjust for imbalance of all potential confounding covariates. Results The current research included a total of 291 consecutive newly diagnosed GBM patients underwent gross total resection. Among them, 186 were male patients and 105 were female patients. In original cohort, only gender was evidently related to SIRI level. SIRI and NLR were independent prognostic indicators both in original cohort and PSM cohort. Prognostic models based on the independent prognostic factors were established, and prognostic capacity of Model SIRI was superior to Model NLR. Conclusion In the current research, SIRI was determined to be an independent prognostic indicator for GBM. And the prognostic predictive ability of SIRI was stronger than NLR. Abstract
Background The systemic inflammation response index (SIRI), a novel and cost-effective serum biomarker, is associated with prognosis in patients with cancer. However, the prognostic value of the SIRI in cancer remains unclear. This study aimed to evaluate the potential role of the SIRI as a prognostic indicator in cancer. Methods Reports in which the prognostic value of the SIRI in cancer was evaluated were retrieved from electronic databases. The pooled hazard ratio (HR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated to evaluate the prognostic significance of the SIRI. The odds ratio (OR) was also calculated to explore the association between the SIRI and clinicopathological features. Results This study included 30 retrospective studies with 38 cohorts and 10 754 cases. The meta-analysis indicated that a high SIRI was associated with short overall survival (OS) (HR = 2.04, 95% CI = 1.82-2.29, P < .001) and disease-free survival (DFS)/recurrence-free survival (RFS)/progression-free survival (PFS) (HR = 2.08, 95% CI = 1.84-2.34, P < .001). Subgroup analysis showed that the prognostic value of the SIRI was significant in all kinds of cancer included. Moreover, the SIRI was significantly correlated with sex, tumor size, T stage, N stage, TNM stage, and lymphovascular invasion. Conclusion The pretreatment SIRI could be a promising universal prognostic indicator in cancer.

Abstract
Objective Inflammation plays a crucial role in tumorigenesis and progression. Our purpose was to investigate the prognostic value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), systemic inflammation response index (SIRI) and systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), and develop a nomogram to predict the cancer-specific survival (CSS) and disease-free survival (DFS) of stage I lung adenocarcinoma patients. Methods 1431 patients undergoing surgical resection with pathologically confirmed stage I lung adenocarcinoma were reviewed. The optimal cut-off values for NLR, SII, and SIRI were defined by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Cox proportional hazards regression analyses were performed to recognize factors significantly correlated with CSS and DFS to construct the nomogram. The value of adjuvant chemotherapy on model-defined high-risk and low-risk patients was further explored. Results The cohort had a median follow-up time of 63 months. Multivariate analysis revealed that higher NLR (≥2.606), higher SIRI (≥0.705), higher SII (≥580.671), later T stage, histological pattern with solid or micropapillary components and radiologic features with solid nodules were significantly associated with worse CSS and DFS. The concordance index (C-index) of the nomogram established by all these factors was higher than that of the TNM staging system both in CSS (validation set 0.778 vs 0.652) and DFS (validation set 0.758 vs 0.695). Furthermore, the value of the established nomogram on risk stratification in stage I lung adenocarcinoma patients was validated. Conclusions Higher NLR, SII and SIRI pretreatment were associated with worse survival outcomes. A practical nomogram based on these three inflammatory biomarkers may help clinicians to precisely stratify stage I lung adenocarcinoma patients into high- and low-risk and implement individualized treatment.

Abstract
Background The predictive value of systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI) was confirmed in some malignant tumors. However, few studies investigated the prognostic value of SIRI in high-grade gliomas. This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic relationship of preoperative SIRI in high-grade gliomas and established a nomogram accordingly. Methods Data of operable high-grade glioma patients were analyzed. Kaplan-Meier, log-rank test, cox regression and propensity score matching (PSM) analysis were used to analyze survival. ROC curve and area under the curve (AUC) were used to compare the ability of preoperative SIRI, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and monocyte-lymphocyte ratio (MLR) to predict prognosis. A nomogram based on the results was established. The consistency index (C-index) was calculated and a calibration curve was drawn.The prediction effect of the nomogram and WHO grade was compared by AUC. Results A total of 105 patients were included. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival (OS) of grade III gliomas patients with lower preoperative SIRI (SIRI<1.26) was significantly prolonged (p=0.037), and grade IV gliomas patients with lower preoperative SIRI had a tendency to obtain longer OS (p = 0.107). Cox regression showed preoperative SIRI was an independent prognostic factor for grade IV and grade III glioma, however, in IDH mutant-type IV gliomas, patients with lower SIRI only showed a tendency to obtain better OS. Similar results were obtained in PSM. The prognostic value of SIRI were better than PLR and MLR by ROC analysis. And in grade IV gliomas, the predictive value of SIRI was better than NLR. The nomogram established based on preoperative SIRI, age, extent of resection, number of gliomas, MGMT methylation status and histological types (only in grade III gliomas) could predict the prognosis more accurately. Conclusion SIRI was valuable for prognosis prediction in high-grade glioma. The nomogram covering SIRI could more accurately predict the survival rate in operable high-grade glioma patients.

Abstract
Background: Studies have shown that neoadjuvant anti-HER-2 therapy and chemotherapy can increase pathologic complete response (pCR) rate in HER-2-positive breast cancer patients and improve prognosis. However, data from Chinese patients are limited. Therefore, we conducted a single-center retrospective study to evaluate the effects of neoadjuvant single or dual anti-HER-2 therapy and chemotherapy in Chinese HER-2-positive breast cancer patients and to explore the prognostic indicators of pCR and progression-free survival (PFS). Methods: We included patients with HER-2-positive breast cancer treated with neoadjuvant anti-HER-2 therapy and chemotherapy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in China from January 2016 to July 2020. We analyzed the relationship between patient characteristics and the pCR rate or PFS. Results: Forty-seven patients with HER-2-positive breast cancer receiving neoadjuvant anti-HER-2 therapy and chemotherapy were included. Univariate analysis suggested that compared with patients receiving neoadjuvant single anti-HER-2 therapy, patients receiving neoadjuvant dual anti-HER-2 therapy tended to have a higher pCR rate and better PFS. Patients who achieved pCR also tended to have longer PFS. Multivariate analysis indicated that patients with greater systemic inflammation response index (SIRI) reduction (>0.54) during neoadjuvant treatment (NAT) and patients with a lower T stage were more likely to achieve pCR. Patients aged ≤60 years with lower Ki-67 had longer PFS. Conclusion: Greater SIRI reduction during NAT was an independent influencing factor for pCR. Patients receiving neoadjuvant dual anti-HER-2 therapy and chemotherapy tended to have higher pCR rates and longer PFS. Patients who achieved pCR also tended to have longer PFS.

Abstract
Background Systemic inflammation response index (SIRI) has been reported to be an effective blood-based biomarker for predicting prognosis in various kinds of cancer patients. However, the prognostic role of SIRI in advanced lung adenocarcinoma patient remains unclear. Methods The aim of the present study is to evaluate the prognostic role of SIRI in EGFR-mutant advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients treated with first-generation EGFR-TKIs. A total of 245 patients who received gefitinib, erlotinib, or icotinib at the Second Xiangya Hospital were retrospectively evaluated. SIRI was defined as neutrophil count×monocyte/lymphocyte count. The optimal cut-off value was determined according to receiver operation characteristic curve analysis. Characteristics of patients were compared via chi-square test or Fisher’s exact test. Survivals were estimated by the Kaplan–Meier method and compared by the Log rank test. Multivariate analysis was estimated using the Cox proportional hazards model. Results It is showed that high SIRI was associated with male patient, smoker, worse ECOG PS, 19-DEL mutation. Kaplan–Meier survival analysis showed that ECOG PS, brain metastasis, SIRI were significantly correlated with progression-free survival (PFS), and gender, ECOG PS, brain metastasis, NLR and SIRI were significantly correlated with overall survival (OS). Multivariate analysis showed that SIRI and ECOG PS independently predict PFS and OS. Conclusion Our findings indicate that SIRI is an effective and convenient marker for predicting prognosis in advanced EGFR-mutant lung adenocarcinoma patients treated with first-generation TKI.
