Abstract
Ferroptosis is a form of regulated cell death that was first formally proposed a decade ago. While its role in cancer cell death was initially understudied, it has recently gained considerable interest from researchers. In recent years, a growing number of studies have focused on the role of ferroptosis in cancer progression, with the goal of developing novel ferroptosis-inducing cancer therapies. This study aims to present the developmental trend and hotspots of research on ferroptosis-inducing cancer therapy using bibliometric analysis. A literature search was conducted using the Web of Science Core Collection on October 1st, 2022, to retrieve articles and reviews pertaining to ferroptosis and cancer published from 2012 to 2022. Microsoft Excel 2016, VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace (version 6.1. R6) were utilized to conduct the bibliometric analysis of publication trends, authorship, and citation networks, with a focus on identifying countries, institutions, journals, and authors contributing to the field. These analyses were used to predict future trends in this area. A total of 2839 articles were identified and extracted for analysis. The number of publications has increased almost every year, with a sharp increase after 2018. China produced the most publications in this area, followed by the United States. Central South University was the institution that published the most papers. Frontiers in Oncology was the journal with the highest number of publications, while Cell had the greatest impact factor. Daolin Tang was the most productive author and Dixon SJ was the most influential author. Co-occurrence and burst analyses of keywords and references were conducted to identify the developmental trends and hotspots in ferroptosis-inducing cancer therapy research. Main research directions have shifted from investigating the mechanism of ferroptosis to developing novel ferroptosis-targeting cancer therapies. Emerging topicsfocus on the role of ferroptosis in solid tumor therapy. Based on our bibliometric analysis, we predict that research on ferroptosis in cancer therapy will continue to be a hot topic in the future, with a growing number of treatment modalities related to ferroptosis being developed. Our study provides valuable insights into the current state and future trends of research in this field, serving as a useful guide for researchers seeking to make important contributions in this area.

Abstract
Although colorectal cancer (CRC) is a serious cause of death and has a significant impact on patients' quality of life and incidence rate of CRC has increased among the younger populations, bibliometric research of CRC has not been conducted yet. To perform a comprehensive analysis of scientific publications on CRC using various statistical and bibliometric techniques. Publications on CRC published between 1980 and 2021 were downloaded from the Web of Science database and analyzed using statistical methods. The trending topics, collaborations among countries, and citation relationships were analyzed using bibliometric network visualization mapping. The number of articles to be probably published in the next 5 years was estimated using the exponential smoothing estimator. The Spearman's correlation rank correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlations among the variables. A total of 122,717 publications were found in the fields of oncology, gastroenterology, hepatology, and surgery. Of the published articles, 64,774 publications were research articles. The top five countries that contributed the most to the literature were the USA (16,604; 25.6%), China (10,567; 16.3%), Japan (7932; 12.2%), the UK (5009; 7.1%), and Italy (4287; 6.6%). The most prolific author, institution, and journal in the field of CRC were Zhang Y (n = 331), University of Texas System (n = 1646), and Diseases of the Colon and Rectum (n = 2090), respectively. The most influential journal based on the average number of citations received per article was CA-A Cancer Journal for Clinicians (citations per article; 286). There was a significant positive correlation between the number of articles produced by the countries on CRC and gross domestic product and human development index (r = 0.726, P < .001; r = 0.658, P < .001, respectively). Additionally, a significant moderate correlation of CRC was found with gross domestic product per capita (r = 0.711, P < .001). Keywords like overall survival, neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, locally advanced rectal cancer, robotic surgery, anastomotic leakage, chemoradiotherapy, metastatic colorectal cancer, KRAS, meta-analysis, colorectal surgery, and laparoscopic surgery were studied.

Abstract
Purpose The aim of this study is to comprehensively analyze the publications of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) research and display the current research status in this field. Methods Articles regarding ACLR research published before October 7, 2021, were downloaded from the Web of Science Core Collection. Excel 2016 and Bibliometric website were used to analyze the annual article trends and international cooperation network. CiteSpace V and VOSviewer were used to perform co-occurrence and citation analyses for journals, institutions, authors, cocitation authors and keywords. Burst keyword detection was also performed with CiteSpace V. Results A total of 12 223 ACLR articles were identified. The American Journal of Sports Medicine (1636 publications, 92,310 citations), the Pennsylvania Commonwealth System of Higher Education (624 publications, 25,304 citations) and Freddie H. Fu (321 publications, 15,245 citations) were journals, institutions and authors with the most publications and citations, respectively. Patellar tendon was the keyword with the most occurrences (1618 times) and return to sport was the keyword with the most burst strength (burst strength: 46.99). Conclusion ACLR-related publications showed a rapid increasing trend since 1990. A large number of articles have been published by authors from different institutions and countries, some of which have gained great academic influence. Based on keyword analysis, patellar tendon is identified as the research hotspot and return to sport is identified as the current research frontier.

Abstract
We aimed to evaluate the prognostic value of the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in colorectal cancer liver metastasis (CRLM). A comprehensive search was conducted across PubMed, MedLine, and the Cochrane Library databases for articles published from January 1, 2000 to April 30, 2022 that investigated the long-term prognostic value of NLR in CRLM; only studies with multivariate analyses were enrolled. Hazard ratio (HR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) was used to determine the effect size. A total of 2,522 patients in 12 studies were selected; the meta-analysis demonstrated that elevated NLR correlated with poor overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) (HR, 1.95, 95%CI, 1.698-2.223, P < 0.01; HR, 1.80, 95%CI, 1.363-2.363, P < 0.01; respectively). The 5-year OS and disease-free survival rates were higher in the patients with normal NLR than in patients with high NLR (47% vs. 27%, P < 0.01; 37% vs. 6%, P < 0.01, respectively). Further analysis of clinicopathological parameters indicated no significant difference between the patients with and without elevated NLR. Begg's and Egger's tests for publication bias revealed no significant publication bias (P = 0.891 and P = 0.926, respectively). Multivariate analysis revealed that NLR had an excellent prognostic ability in CRLM, which can be used in deciding the treatment and predicting the clinical outcomes. Further multicenter randomized controlled trials are required to verify this conclusion.

Abstract
The bibliometric analysis uses the citation count of an article to measure its impact in the scientific community, but no study has been undertaken to determine the most influential papers in the field of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC). This study aimed to investigate the global research interest regarding PBC in dentistry using a bibliometric approach. We searched the Web of Science Core Collection database to find the top 100 most cited (T100) articles focusing on PBC. The information about each article including citations, authors, journals, countries, institutions, and keywords was recorded for bibliometric analysis. The T100 articles related to PBC were published from 1983 to 2019 and were originated from 26 countries. A total of 805 different authors were from 342 different institutions, and articles written by them were published in 35 journals. The five most frequently occurring keywords were "biochemical response," "ursodeoxycholic acid," "primary biliary cirrhosis," "antimitochondrial antibody," and "autoimmunity." The T100 articles were classified into different research focuses: pathogenesis (41%), treatment (20%), prognosis (12%), epidemiology (9%), diagnosis (8%), and others (10%). These 100 articles included 32 observational studies, 29 basic research articles, 15 reviews, eight meta-analyses, 12 clinical trials, and four clinical guidelines. The 100 top-cited articles are marked with the leading countries, institutions, journals, hotspots, and development trends in the PBC field that could provide the foundation for further investigations.

Abstract
Patients with microsatellite-instability-high (MSI-H) or mismatched repair-deficient colorectal cancer (CRC) appear to be responsive to checkpoint inhibitors. This study aimed to assess research trends in CRC immunotherapy. Publication patterns of articles covering immunotherapies in CRC in the Web of Science Core Collection database were retrospectively examined using VOS viewer software (version 1.6.16) prior to 25 May 2021. Ultimately, 3977 records were identified that were published between 1975 and 2021, which received a total of 128,681 citations (an average of 32.36 citations per item), with a noticeable rise in 2014. The majority of articles were published in the US (35.8%), China (17.7%), and Germany (9.4%). Publications mainly originated from the Institut National de la Santé Et De La Recherche Medicale Inserm, followed by the University of Texas System and Harvard University; however, Johns Hopkins University received the most citations (18,666 for 69 publications). The Journal of Clinical Oncology issued the most publications (n = 146), while the most referenced item (7724 citations) was published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2012. The most common keywords were associated with tumors (expression and microsatellite instability) or immune system components (t-cells/dendritic cells). The findings demonstrate the scientific community’s interest in the MSI-H subtype of colorectal tumors and how immunotherapy may be employed more successfully to treat metastatic CRC.
