Abstract
Phytophotodermatitis are skin eruptions caused by contact with a plant substance and exaggerated by exposure to sunlight. They are due to the presence of furocoumarins (psoralens, xanthotoxins, and bergaptenes) in the plant and involve 2 mechanisms of skin photosensitivity: phototoxicity or photoallergy.

Abstract
Deep dermatophytosis is a dermal infection caused by Dermatophytes. It can cause deeper dermal dermatophytosis, Majocchi's granuloma, dermatophytic pseudomycetoma or a widespread infection. CARD9 deficiency is a known risk factor in the Mediterranean region, first reported in 1964 in Morocco. We report a case of 23-year-old man with a scarring alopecia who presented with subcutaneous abscesses topped off with a large ringworm infection. Mycotic analysis revealed a Trichophyton Rubrum deep dermatophytosis. The molecular study revealed a CARD9 mutation confirming dermatophytosis with parotid and lymph nodes involvement. The patient underwent successful drainage surgery of the abscesses alongside medical treatment including antifungal agents and he was discharged after an uneventful postoperative course.

Abstract
A woman in her 50s presented with total scarring ulcerated alopecia evolving for 10 years, and a recent budding tumour on the lower lip. Clinical examination revealed an associated exfoliated and infiltrated erythroderma with ulcerated cutaneous tumours of the legs, palmoplantar hyperkeratosis, hepatosplenomegaly and diffuse lymphadenopathies.Dermatoscopy of the scalp, leg tumours and infiltrated skin showed a typical yellowish background overlaid by arborescent vessels and whitish areas. Cutaneous biopsies of the same areas found sarcoidotic granulomas. Lip biopsy found an associated well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Investigations confirmed the diagnosis of systemic sarcoidosis with an elevated converting enzyme level, mediastinal calcified lymphadenopathies in CT scan and deep localisations in positron emission tomography scan (thyroid, lymph nodes, mediastinum, liver, spleen and adrenal glands). The patient was treated with oral prednisone for sarcoidosis and intramuscular bleomycin followed by surgery and radiotherapy for squamous cell carcinoma. Sarcoidotic lesions healed, but a recurrence of her carcinoma led to death.

Abstract
Cutaneous tuberculosis represents the fifth extrapulmonary form in Morocco after pleural, lymph node, urogenital, and intestinal tuberculosis. It is recognized to form a continuous immunopathologic spectrum, ranging from a high intensity to a low intensity of cell-mediated immunity, which explains the multiplicity and heterogeneity of anatomo-clinical forms. Association of multiple forms in the same patient is really rare. In this regard, we report a case of scrofuloderma on axillary tuberculosis adenitis associated to a lupus vulgaris in an immunocompetent patient, which was confirmed by histology, QuantiFERON-TB Gold test, and polymerase chain reaction. He received an antituberculous therapy with clinical regression of the lesions. In conclusion, cutaneous tuberculosis is still endemic in developing countries. The diagnosis is difficult because of its clinical polymorphism. That's why it's should be suspected clinically in the presence of any destructive or verrucous skin lesion evolving without healing for a long period and confirmed by bacteriological examinations and histology.

Abstract
Sneddon-Wilkinson disease is a benign amicrobial pustulosis belonging to the spectrum of neutrophilic dermatoses. It is characterized by evident stereotypic clinical features, including, in most cases, pustular lesions of the trunk and prominent skin folds. This pustulosis may be associated with other diseases (IgA monoclonal gammopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, neoplasms or other neutrophilic dermatoses) and therefore requires regular follow-up. This disease has a relapsing-remitting course. First line therapy is dapsone. We here report the case of a 49-year-old patient with amicrobial pustulosis (Sneddon-Wilkinson disease).

Abstract
Stevens-Johnson syndrome and Lyell syndrome are severe bullous drug reactions that can be life-threatening. The aim of this study is to describe the epidemiological, etiological, clinical, therapeutic and evolutionary data of patients hospitalized in our Dermatology Department. This is a retrospective descriptive study over a period of 10 years. All records of patients admitted to the Dermatology Department for these cutaneous adverse drug reactions were included. A total of 30 patients were recorded, with a male predominance. There were 18 cases of Lyell syndrome, 8 cases of Stevens-Johnson syndrome and 4 cases of overlap syndrome. The mean time to onset after drug administration was 7.5 days. The average skin area detached was 48%. Visceral involvement was frequently observed: pulmonary involvement, renal involvement, hepatic cytolysis and hematological involvement. The notion of medication was found in all our patients, with self-medication in 23% of cases. The reason for prescription was dominated by post-surgical anticonvulsant prophylaxis. All our patients received symptomatic treatment, and corticosteroid therapy was administered in only one patient for macrophagic activation syndrome. The mortality rate was of 17%. Skin area involved, presence of renal failure or respiratory distress were the main prognostic factors.

Abstract
Phaeohyphomycosis refers to uncommon infections due to a large group of heterogeneous organisms called “dematiaceous fungi”. Here, we report a rare case of subcutaneous phaeohyphomycosis in an immunocompetent carpenter, presenting as multiple verrucous and confluent papulo-nodules of the right leg, and likely due to traumatic inoculation. The pathogenic fungal species was identified as Aureobasidium pullulans, according to macroscopic and microscopic morphological characteristics of the colonies. Surgical excision of the entire lesion and adjunctive antifungal therapy was curative.

Abstract
Hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) is a rare haematologic disorder characterised by unexplained, persistent eosinophilia with organ involvement. We report the case of a 74-year-old patient who presented with a pemphigoid-like bullous rash as the only manifestation of an HES. This report highlights the importance of the dermatological manifestations of this potentially life-threating condition that may initially present as a skin-limited disease. Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is a very common autoimmune blistering dermatosis that may share common clinical and histological features or associate with an HES. HES should be considered when patients diagnosed with BP demonstrate atypical course under corticosteroids and/or recalcitrant blood eosinophilia.

Abstract
Cutaneous tuberculosis is uncommon, comprising 1%-2% of all extrapulmonary manifestations. It has a wide clinical spectrum. The clinical presentation depends on the route of the infection, the pathogenicity of the bacteria, and the immune status of the host. Association of multiple forms in a same patient is uncommon. We report a case of disseminated tuberculosis with polymorphous cutaneous lesions in an immunocompetent woman, combining scrofuloderma, gummas, and sporotrichoid lesions, along with tuberculous adenitis and bone tuberculosis.

Abstract
Toxic epidermal necrolysis-like acute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (TEN-like ACLE) is a rare manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Because of its rarity, little is known about this entity. In this report, we describe a case of two women previously diagnosed with SLE that presented TEN-like skin lesions. The common elements in both patients were the initial disposition of the lesions on the photoexposed areas, the positivity of Nikolsky´s sign, the discrete mucosal attrition compared to that observed during TEN, and the simultaneous appearance of dermatological lesions with an extra-cutaneous flare of lupus disease. The skin biopsy in both cases showed epidermal necrosis with an identification of lupus band on direct immunofluorescence. Systemic corticosteroids were used with a good evolution after 2 weeks. Skin damage is an indicator of disease activity, and careful search for extracutaneous involvement is obligatory to prevent further complications.

Abstract
Background Mycetoma is an uncommon chronic granulomatous infection of cutaneous and subcutaneous tissues that can be caused by filamentous bacteria (actinomycetoma) or fungi (eumycetoma). It is the prerogative of young men between the third and fourth decade and is transmitted through any trauma causing an inoculating point. The classic clinical triad associates a painless hard and swelling subcutaneous mass, multiple fistulas, and the pathognomonic discharge of grains. Although endemic in many tropical and subtropical countries, mycetoma can also be found in non-endemic areas as in Morocco, and causes then diagnosis problems leading to long lasting complications. Therefore, we should raise awareness of this neglected disease for an earlier management. Under medical treatment however, mycetoma has a slow healing and surgery is often needed, and relapses are possible. Case presentation Herein we report a case of a 64 years old patient, with a history of eumycetoma occurring ten years ago treated with oral terbinafine coupled with surgery. A complete remission was seen after 2 years. He presented a relapse on the previous scar 6 months ago. There wasn’t any bone involvement in the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The patient was put under oral terbinafine with a slow but positive outcome. Conclusion Through this case report, we perform a literature review and highlight the importance of increase awareness of mycetoma in clinical practice especially in non-endemic regions.

Abstract
Eccrine spiradenoma is a benign and rare adnexal tumor originating from cutaneous eccrine sweat glands. It usually presents as a solitary lesion. It can have different presentations, including a blaschkoid arrangement which is rare. Malignant transformation is possible and usually occurs after a long period of latency in multifocal types.
