Abstract
By analyzing a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector, we measure for the first time the absolute branching fraction of the D^{+}→ημ^{+}ν_{μ} decay to be B_{D^{+}→ημ^{+}ν_{μ}}=(10.4±1.0_{stat}±0.5_{syst})×10^{-4}. Using the world averaged value of B_{D^{+}→ηe^{+}ν_{e}}, the ratio of the two branching fractions is determined to be B_{D^{+}→ημ^{+}ν_{μ}}/B_{D^{+}→ηe^{+}ν_{e}}=0.91±0.13_{(stat+syst)}, which agrees with the theoretical expectation of lepton flavor universality within uncertainty. By studying the differential decay rates in five four-momentum transfer intervals, we obtain the product of the hadronic form factor f_{+}^{η}(0) and the c→d Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element |V_{cd}| to be f_{+}^{η}(0)|V_{cd}|=0.087±0.008_{stat}±0.002_{syst}. Taking the input of |V_{cd}| from the global fit in the standard model, we determine f_{+}^{η}(0)=0.39±0.04_{stat}±0.01_{syst}. On the other hand, using the value of f_{+}^{η}(0) calculated in theory, we find |V_{cd}|=0.242±0.022_{stat}±0.006_{syst}±0.033_{theory}.

Abstract
Background Transthoracic esophagectomy is a crucial independent risk factor for the incidence of postoperative cardiopulmonary complications in elderly or comorbid patients. To reduce postoperative cardiopulmonary complications and promote postoperative recovery. We made an attempt to adopt the single-port inflatable mediastinoscopy combined with laparoscopy for radical esophagectomy in esophageal cancer to observe the clinical application and effect. Method Data of patients with esophageal carcinoma were collected in the Hebei General Hospital from May 2018 to November 2019. The operation time, surgical blood loss, the number of dissected lymph nodes, duration of drainage tube, duration of time on the ventilator, the length of stay in ICU, postoperative complications, the length of postoperative hospital stay were collected to assess the safety and feasibility of the single-port inflatable mediastinoscopy combined with laparoscopy for radical esophagectomy in esophageal cancer. Results A total of 22 patients with esophageal cancer were analyzed in our research. There were no cases of conversion to thoracotomy、perioperative death or postoperative cardiopulmonary complications. The average operation time of all enrolled patients was 4.26 ± 0.52 h、The surgical blood loss was 142 ± 36.50 ml、The amount of dissected lymph nodes were 21.6 ± 4.2、The duration of drainage tube was 5.8 ± 2.5 days、The duration of time on the ventilator was 6.5 ± 3.4 h、The length of stay in ICU was 1.2 ± 0.4 days、The postoperative hospital stay was 12.6 ± 2.5 days. Among all the enrolled patients, one patient (4.5%) developed anastomotic fistula on the third day after surgery. Anastomotic stricture was found in 5 patients (22.7%). Pleural effusion was found in 4 cases (18.2%). Recurrent laryngeal nerve injury caused hoarseness or cough after drinking water in 3 cases (13.6%).There was one patient (4.5%) of conversion to laparotomy as the patient had serious peritoneal adhesion. All of the patients were discharged successfully. Conclusion:Our results showed that this surgery of single-port inflatable mediastinoscopy combined with laparoscopy for radical esophagectomy in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is safe and feasible. The feasibility and safety could be further and better investigated with a RCT to achieve more conclusive results.

Abstract
MS-222 (tricaine methanesulfonate) and eugenol are the two frequently used fish anesthetics. This study intends to analyze the regulation of these anesthetics in Chinese sea bass, Lateolabrax maculatus, through transcriptomic analysis. L. maculatus were exposed to MS-222 or eugenol, and those without any treatments were regarded as controls. Gills and livers were extracted for transcriptomic analysis after recovery in fresh water for 6 h. Identified genes were assigned to NR, COG, SWISS, GO, and KEGG database for predicting gene functions. A FDR ≤ 0.05 and |log2(FC)| ≥ 1 were applied to determined differentially expressed gene (DEG). A total of 45,626 unigenes were annotated using at least one database. The eugenol-treated liver group presented less DEGs compared with that treated by MS-222. Both the MS-222- and eugenol-treated liver groups presented notable DEGs that participated in human disease and metabolism pathways. The eugenol group showed more pathways related to detoxification activity and xenobiotics biodegradation, and those from the MS-222 group were related to organismal system such as reproduction. By comparing gill and liver samples using the same drug, the enriched pathways were generally consistent among the three comparisons. In conclusion, eugenol and MS-222 could change the pathways related to metabolism and immunity in L. maculatus. MS-222 may trigger more damages on the fish liver and reproduction.

Abstract
A total of 245 cases of COVID-19 in Shaanxi Province reported in the China information system for disease control and prevention as of February 24, 2020 were selected as the research objects, the cases are divided into imported cases (116 cases, 47.3%) and local cases (129 cases, 52.7%), their basic characteristics, time distribution, transmission mode, intergenerational interval and latent period transmission are analyzed. The age of local cases [(51.74±15.67) years old], female patients (69 cases, 53.5%), housework and retired staff (40 cases, 31.0%), and patients isolated at the time of onset (50 cases, 38.8%) were higher than imported cases, respectively[(40.66±15.41) years old, (45 cases, 38.8%), (21 cases, 18.1%), (17 cases, 14.6%)] (P values were < 0.05); The infection rate was 0.8% (31/3 666) in close contacts with local cases, which was lower than imported cases 2.0% (69/3 435) (P<0.001); The main source of infection in local cases was relatives (70 cases, 54.3%), and the main way of infection was living together and party (90 cases, 69.8%); the proportion of latent period transmission in our province was 15.5% (20 cases), and the interval between the second-generation case and the source of infection was about 4 days, and the interval between generations was about 6 days. In summary, the main way of infection of local cases in Shaanxi Province was living together and party, there were a certain proportion of latent period transmission cases at present, it's suggested that the investigation of close contacts should be started 4 days or earlier before the onset of the case.

Abstract
In this work, the pyrolysis behavior of lignite, Chinese herb residues (CHR) and their blends were explored by thermogravimetric analysis. The co-pyrolysis improved the pyrolysis characteristic of lignite, leading to an increment of index D. Analysis results showed that 30%-50% of CHR add ratio was the appropriate choice for co-pyrolysis with lignite. It was clarified that synergetic effects between lignite with CHR occurred during the co-pyrolysis treatment. And the promoting effects were dominated at 240 °C to 310 °C, while it turned to inhibiting effects at 315 °C to 355 °C. The pyrolysis kinetic evolution was adapted by a new general distributed activation energy model with four pseudo-components. The simulation results demonstrated an excellent match with the adjusted coefficients Radj2 over 99.97%. In addition, G-DAEM further considered A-E kinetic compensatory effect. The outcomes enriched the applicability of this model in thermal process of other fuels.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the incidence trend and epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 in Shaanxi province. Methods: The incidence data of COVID-19 reported in Shaanxi as of 22 February, 2020 were collected for an epidemiological descriptive analysis. Results: A total of 245 confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Shaanxi. Most cases were mild (87.76%). As time passed, the areas where confirmed cases were reported continued to increase. The case number in Xi'an was highest, accounting for nearly half of the total reported cases in the province. The epidemic pattern in Shaanxi had gradually shifted from imported case pattern to local case pattern, and the transmission of local cases was mainly based on family cluster transmission. The confirmed cases from different sources had caused the secondary transmission in Shaanxi. After February 7, the number of reported cases began to fluctuate and decrease stably, indicating a decrease-to-zero period. Conclusions: At present, the overall epidemic of COVID-19 in Shaanxi has gradually been mitigated. However, considering the approaching of return to work and study and the increasing of imported cases from other countries, the prevention and control of COVIS-19 in Shaanxi will face new challenges.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the safety and efficacy of watch and wait strategy and organ preservation surgery after total neoadjuvant treatment for MRI stratified low-risk rectal cancer. Methods: A prospective single arm phase Ⅱ trial developed at Department of Gastrointestinal Cancer, Peking University Cancer Hospital & Institute was preliminarily analyzed. Subjects were enrolled from August 2016 to January 2019. Low-risk rectal cancer with following MRI features were recruited: mid-low tumor, mrT2-3b, MRF (-), EMVI (-), CRM (-), differentiation grade 1-3. Patients received intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) 50.6 Gy/22f with concurrent capecitabine and 4 cycles of consolidation CAPEOX. Patients with cCR/near-cCR confirmed by physical examination, rectal MRI, endoscopy, and serum CEA were recommended for watch & wait approach or local excision (LE). The main study outcomes were 2-year organ preservation rate (OPR) and sphincter preservation rate (SPR). Results: Thirty-eight patients were eligible for analysis, including 24 males and 14 females with median age of 56 years; 9 cases of mrT2 (23.7%), 14 cases of mrT3a (36.8%) and 15 cases of mrT3b (39.5%); 5 cases of well differentiated adenocarcinoma (13.2%), 32 cases of moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma (84.2%) and 1 case of mucinous adenocarcinoma (2.6%). Carcinoemobryonic antigen (CEA) was elevated before treatment in 1 case. One case (2.6%) of grade 3 radiation dermatitis occurred during IMRT; 18 cases (47.4%) occurred grade 3 to 4 adverse events during consolidation chemotherapy. After total neoadjuvant treatment, the cCR and near-cCR rates were 42.1% (16/38) and 23.7% (9/38), respectively, while non-cCR rate was 34.2% (13/38). Twenty patients (20/38, 52.6%) of cCR or near-cCR underwent watch & wait approach, with a local regrowth rate of 20% (4/20). Four patients received LE, including one salvage LE. Thirteen patients (4 were ypCR) received radical resection, including 10 cases of initial low anterior resections (LAR), 1 cases of initial abdominal perineal resection (APR) and 2 cases of salvage LAR, four patients refused operation. The median follow-up time was 23.5 (8.5-38.3) months. At the last interview of follow-up, the OPR and SPR were 52.6% (20/38) and 84.2% (32/38), respectively. Only one patient developed lung metastasis and no local recurrence occurred after radical resection or LE. Conclusion: Total neoadjuvant treatment for low-risk rectal cancer achieves high cCR/near-cCR rate, with increased probability of receiving watch and wait approach and organ preservation in this subgroup.

Abstract
Tumor metastasis is the most common cause of cancer-related deaths, yet it remains poorly understood. The transcription factor zinc-finger E-box binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1) is involved in the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and plays a pivotal role in tumor metastasis. However, the underlying mechanisms of the posttranslational modification of ZEB1 remain largely unknown. Herein, we demonstrated that specific inhibition of CDK4/6 was able to block tumor metastasis of breast cancer by destabilizing the ZEB1 protein in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, we determined that the deubiquitinase USP51 is a bona fide target of CDK4/6. The phosphorylation and activation of USP51 by CDK4/6 is necessary to deubiquitinate and stabilize ZEB1. Moreover, we found a strong positive correlation between the expression of p-RB (an indicator of CDK4/6 activity), p-USP51 and ZEB1 in metastatic human breast cancer samples. Notably, the high expression of p-RB, p-USP51, and ZEB1 was significantly correlated with a poor clinical outcome. Taken together, our results provide evidence that the CDK4/6-USP51-ZEB1 axis plays a key role in breast cancer metastasis and could be a viable therapeutic target for the treatment of advanced human cancers.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the trend of smoking prevalence and its risk factors among adults in Shaanxi province from 2007 to 2015. Methods: We used data from China Chronic Disease and Risk Factor Surveillance in 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2015. The current smoking prevalence and trends of the four surveys were calculated. Its risk factors were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression from each survey and then from all pooled data of the three surveys. Results: The number of participants in 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2015 was 1 542, 3 000, 10 166 and 6 330, respectively. The current smoking prevalence dropped from 34.34% in 2007 to 26.22% in 2013, but increased to 28.33% in 2015 (trend χ(2) test: Z=2.53, P=0.01). The results from four pooled data showed that the current smoking prevalence of men was higher than that of women (OR=75.03, 95%CI: 63.57-88.55). The current smoking prevalence of people aged 45-59 was higher than that of people aged 18-44 (OR=1.28, 95%CI: 1.15-1.41). In addition, the current smoking prevalence of those who were educated for 7-9 years and more than 9 years were higher than those who were educated for less than 6 years (people with education for 7-9 years OR=1.44, 95%CI: 1.29-1.61; people with education >9 years OR=1.43, 95%CI: 1.26-1.63). The current smoking prevalence of the single was lower than those of married/cohabitants (OR=0.54, 95%CI: 0.37-0.77). The current smoking prevalence of retirees were lower than those of employees (OR=0.46, 95%CI: 0.38-0.57) and smoking prevalence of alcohol drinkers were higher than those of non-drinkers (OR=2.92, 95%CI: 2.67-3.19). Conclusion: From 2007 to 2015, the current smoking prevalence of Shaanxi population was high and the trends remained stable. It is necessary to strengthen smoking control and health education for men, people over 45 years old, people with education level 7 years and above, and working personnel in Shaanxi province.

Abstract
Background Combination therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has been applied in the clinic to achieve synergistic effects and to improve clinical efficacy. Compared with monotherapy, combination therapy has promising efficacy against various advanced cancers. To further verify the effectiveness of combination therapy, we conducted a meta-analysis of the efficacy and safety of nivolumab (NIVO) and NIVO plus ipilimumab (IPI) in advanced cancer. Methods Electronic databases (PubMed, EMbase, and The Cochrane Library) were systematically searched for applicable studies published in English between January 1990 and June 2019. Relevant outcomes included objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), median progression-free survival (mPFS), median overall survival (mOS), and grade 3–4 adverse events (AEs). Results A total of 1,297 patients from six studies were included. Compared with NIVO alone, NIVO + IPI was more efficacious for advanced tumors. Pooled outcome values were: ORR, 1.73 (95% CI: 1.34–2.23); DCR, 1.80 (95% CI: 1.21–2.69); mPFS, 0.22 (95% CI: 0.03–0.41); mOS, 0.03 (95% CI: −0.20–0.26); and grade 3–4 AEs, 3.64 (95% CI: 2.86–4.62). Conclusion NIVO + IPI is more effective than NIVO alone for the treatment of advanced cancer and can significantly improve ORR and DCR and prolong mPFS. Due to the limited quality and quantity of the included studies, more high-quality studies are needed to validate the above conclusions.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Thoracic diseases include a variety of common human primary malignant tumors, among which lung cancer and esophageal cancer are among the top 10 in cancer incidence and mortality. Early diagnosis is an important part of cancer treatment, so artificial intelligence (AI) systems have been developed for the accurate and automated detection and diagnosis of thoracic tumors. However, the complicated AI structure and image processing made the diagnosis result of AI-based system unstable. The purpose of this study is to systematically review published evidence to explore the accuracy of AI systems in diagnosing thoracic cancers. METHODS AND ANALYSIS We will conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of the diagnostic accuracy of AI systems for the prediction of thoracic diseases. The primary objective is to assess the diagnostic accuracy of thoracic cancers, including assessing potential biases and calculating combined estimates of sensitivity, specificity, and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC). The secondary objective is to evaluate the factors associated with different models, classifiers, and radiomics information. We will search databases such as PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase (via OVID), and the Cochrane Library. Two reviewers will independently screen titles and abstracts, perform full article reviews and extract study data. We will report study characteristics and assess methodological quality using the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies 2 (QUADAS-2) tool. RevMan 5.3 and Meta-disc 1.4 software will be used for data synthesis. If pooling is appropriate, we will produce summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curves, summary operating points (pooled sensitivity and specificity), and 95% confidence intervals around the summary operating points. Abstract
For carrier-based dry-powder inhaler (DPI) formulations, the adhesion between carrier particles and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) particles have a significant influence on the aerosolization performance of the API-carrier complexes and the desired detachment of the API for efficient pulmonary delivery. In our previous study, nanoporous mannitol material was successfully fabricated as carriers by a one-step nonorganic solvent spray drying method with the thermal degradation of ammonium carbonate. These carriers were shown to achieve excellent aerosolization performance. In addition, no residue of ammonium carbonate was detected on the powder surface. However, the safety of nanoporous mannitol carriers (Nano-PMCs) during pulmonary administration/delivery was still unknown because the lung is vulnerable to the inhaled particles. To address this question, the present study was conducted to construct a systematic safety evaluation for DPIs carriers to investigate the safety of Nano-PMCs in the whole inhalation, which would make up for the lack of detailed and standardized method in this field. In vitro safety evaluation was carried out using respiratory and pulmonary cytotoxicity tests, hemolysis assay, and ciliotoxicity test. In vivo safety evaluation was studied by measuring inflammatory indicators in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, assessing the pulmonary function and observing pulmonary pathological changes. Nano-PMCs showed satisfactory biocompatibility on respiratory tracts and lungs in vitro and in vivo. It was suggested that Nano-PMCs were safe for intrapulmonary delivery and potential as DPI carriers.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Folate deficiency has been long implicated in cancer development. Although the role of folate in preventing cervical cancer is still unclear, emerging evidence shows that microRNAs (miRs) have great influence on tumor cell migration and invasion. OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study was to conduct an integrated analysis of miR expression in squamous cell carcinoma tissues with adequate or deficient serum folate. Further, study conducted tissue validation and functional analysis of miRs to uncover novel pathogenic mechanisms on the role of folate in squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). MATERIALS AND METHODS miR expression profiles were obtained from five paired primary SCC tumors with sufficient or deficient serum folate levels through Affymetrix GeneChip microRNA 4.0. This was followed by an integrated bioinformatics analysis and expanded sample size to verify core miRs by molecular biological validation. HeLa and SiHa cells with different concentrations of folate were used to clarify the roles of miR-27a on cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. MiR-27a expression was measured by the quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Cell counting proliferation, wound healing, and transwell invasion assays were used to determine cell survival, proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities, respectively. RESULTS Our study found increasing miR-27a expression in serum of normal, high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL), and SCC tissues (in order of magnitude), which trend was negatively correlated with serum folate content. Further, there were significant differences in cellular miR-27a expression between 200 nM and 500 nM folate concentrations, with higher folate concentrations showing lower proliferation, migration, and invasion in SCC. Finally, miR-27a promoted proliferation and invasion in HeLa cells, whereas a miR-27a inhibitor blocked cell proliferation and invasion. CONCLUSION There is a significant association between miR-27a expression and folate during cervical carcinoma progression. Therefore, miR-27a could be used as a new biomarker for SCC diagnosis and prediction, suggesting a new therapeutic strategy for SCC treatment.

Abstract
Most research on multistage testing (MST) uses simulated data. This study adds to the literature by using both operational test data and simulated data to compare two different MST designs with regard to proficiency estimation accuracy and module exposure rates and by investigating whether simulation studies and operational test studies yield similar results. Two MST designs (1-2 and 1-3-4 designs) from one state's sixth-grade summative mathematics assessment across two years were compared in this study. Both simulation and operational test studies demonstrate similar results: the two MST designs yield no significant performance differences with regard to estimation accuracy and module exposure. These results provide evidence that simulation studies can provide adequate results to inform decisions about MST designs.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the survival time of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) patients and the influential factors in Wuhan. Methods: The relevant information were collected from TB management information system, cause of death reporting system and medical records by trained doctors. The univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards model were applied to analyze the factors affecting survival time of patients. Results: A total of 552 patients with MDR-TB were included in the analysis. After the diagnosis of MDR-TB, the cumulative survival rates from the first year to the third year were 0.94, 0.88, and 0.80, respectively. The mortality density of MDR-TB patients was 6.52/100 person-years, and the median survival time was (89.52±1.85) months. Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the cumulative survival rate of the standardized treatment group was significantly higher than that of the non-standardized treatment group (Log rank=101.070, P<0.001). Compared with the patients aged <30 years, the HR of the patients aged 30-years and ≥60 years were 2.987 (95%CI: 1.268-7.036), 4.957 (95%CI: 1.942-12.653). Compared with the patients with the education level of high school and above, the HR of the patients with education level of junior high school/primary school and below were 1.908 (95%CI: 1.152-3.160), 1.681(95%CI: 1.033-2.735). Compared with the patients without diabetes, the HR of the patients with diabetes was 1.961(95%CI: 1.347-2.854). Compared with the patients without other serious diseases, the HR of the patients with other serious diseases was 2.597 (95%CI: 1.820-3.706). Compared with the patients who had been treated less than one time, the HR of the patients having previous treatment with more than 2 times was 1.611 (95%CI: 1.077-2.409). Compared with patients receiving standard MDR regimen treatment, the HR of the patients receiving no standard MDR regimen treatment was 3.155 (95%CI: 2.132-4.670). Conclusions: The cumulative survival rate of MDR-TB patients without standard treatment was significantly lower than that of patients with standard treatment. Older age, low educational level, diabetes mellitus, other serious diseases, more than two times treatment in the past, and receiving no multi-drug resistance regimen treatment were the risk factors affecting the survival of MDR-TB patients.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the prevalence of chronic diseases and related risk factors in Shaanxi province. Methods: Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling was used to collect the sample from permanent residents in 10 national surveillance points in Shaanxi province in 2015. Behavioral risk factors (smoking, drinking, diet and physical activity) were investigated by face-to-face interviews and biological risk factors (BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid) were collected by physical measurements and laboratory tests. Designed weight, no response weight and post hierarchical weight were taken into account in the data analysis. Binary logistic regression models were used to examine the pair-wise associations among 8 risk factors. Results: A total of 6 174 persons were included in the analysis. The following weighted prevalence were noticed in Shaanxi province in 2015, that including current smoking as 28.19%, harmful use of alcohol as 6.20%, inadequate intake of vegetables and fruits as 55.62%, physical inactivity as 19.56%, overweight and obesity as 46.82%, hypertension as 31.12%, raised fasting blood glucose as 4.27%, and raised total cholesterol as 20.96%. Eight risk factors were found to be associated with each other. The mean numbers of risk factors were 2.41 per male and 1.85 per female, 1.94 per urban resident and 2.28 per rural resident. Conclusions: Risk factors for chronic diseases among adults aged 18 or older were more than the national levels in Shaanxi province in 2015. Male and rural residents presented more risk factors than their counterparts. Correlations between risk factors implied that a combined package of interventions was needed to reduce these risk factors.

Abstract
Combination therapy of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR TKIs) with other chemotherapeutic agents is a feasible strategy to overcome resistance that often occurs after 9-13 months of EGFR TKIs administration in nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In this study, a pulmonary microspheres system that codelivers afatinib and paclitaxel (PTX) is developed for treatment of EGFR TKIs resistant NSCLC. In this system, afatinib is loaded in stearic acid-based solid lipid nanoparticles, then these nanoparticles and PTX are loaded in poly-lactide-co-glycolide-based porous microspheres. These inhaled microspheres systems are characterized including geometric particle size, drug encapsulation efficiency, morphology by scanning electron microscopy, specific surface area, in vitro drug release, and aerodynamic particle size. Cell experiments indicate that afatinib and PTX have a synergistic effect and the codelivery system shows a superior treatment effect in drug-resistant NSCLC cells. The biocompatibility, pharmacokinetic, and tissue distribution experiments in Sprague-Dawley rats show that afatinib and PTX in the system can maintain 96 h of high lung concentration but low concentration in other tissues, with acceptable safety. These results demonstrate that this system may be a prospective delivery strategy for drug combination treatment in cancers developing resistance, especially drug-resistant lung cancer.

Abstract
Background The surgical approach (transthoracic or transabdominal) for patients with Siewert type II adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (AEG) still remains controversial. We made a bold attempt to adopt the modified Ivor-Lewis surgery, No turning over, thoraco-laparoscopic esophagogastrectomy, two-field lymphadenectomy and intrathoracic anastomosis, to observe the clinical application and effect. Method Data of patients with Siewert type II AEG were collected in the Hebei General Hospital from June 2017 to February 2019. The operation time, surgical blood loss, the number of dissected lymph nodes, duration of drainage tube, postoperative complications, the length of postoperative hospital stay were collected to assess the safety and feasibility of modified Ivor-Lewis surgery. Results A total of 20 patients with Siewert type II AEG were analyzed in our research, there was no case of turning to thoracotomy, laparotomy or death during the operation.The average operation time, surgical blood loss, amount of dissected lymph nodes, duration of drainage tube, postoperative hospital stay of all enrolled patients was 4.67, 0.57 h, 156, 56.80 ml, 22.55, 3.91, 8.6, 2.21 days, 12.85, 2.5 days respectively. Among all the enrolled patients, one patient(5%) developed anastomotic fistula and one patient(5%) developed hematemesis after operation, eventually, these two patients were discharged successfully. Conclusion For patients with Siewert type II AEG, The modified Ivor-Lewis surgery, No turning over, thoraco-laparoscopic esophagogastrectomy, two-field lymphadenectomy and intrathoracic anastomosis, is safe and feasible. The feasibility and safety could be further and better investigated with a RCT to achieve more conclusive results.

Abstract
Release behaviors of drugs from drug deliveries are crucial for the enhancement of therapy efficiency, reduction of toxicity and patient compliance. Herein, antisolvent crystallization is employed to coat methlyene blue (MB)-loaded silica by shellac precipitation (silica-MB@shellac), which is simultaneously induced by outward diffusion of H+ ions from particular silica-MB. The encapsulation of shellac shell on silica-MB modulates the aggregation state of MB, which endows silica-MB@shellac a decreased MB's thermal stability, enhanced photoluminescence intensity, improved stability against in vitro reduction by ascorbic acid and retained photodynamic therapy activity. From the absorbance of MB supernatant obtained during incubation, the concentrations of MB monomers and dimers are determined via a non-linear regression analysis to investigate the influence of shellac coating on MB's release mechanisms from silica-MB@shellac. According to the simulated models, small diffusion constants of MB are caused by limited diffusion through shellac shells with high compaction degrees. These are observed for samples synthesized under high supersaturation degree during antisolvent crystallization. High degree of supersaturation is achieved through increasing shellac concentration, additive amount and dropping rate of antisolvent, as well as decreasing pH values of aqueous buffers as antisolvent. Furthermore, a combined mechanism of Fickian diffusion and Case-IΙ relaxation is proposed to describe the release behaviors of MB monomer and dimers from silica-MB@shellac. Therefore, this work may shed light on the encapsulation method of polymer on drug-loaded powders and the control of aggregation states of photosensitizers to promote the photoluminescence intensity, photodynamic therapy efficiency and controlled release behaviors.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Losing an only child is a particularly traumatic and heartbreaking event for parents, which can trigger a lot of emotional responses, including PTSD and suicidal ideation (SI). The objectives of this study were mainly to identify predictors of SI and examine the interactions of PTSD with stigma and social support on SI among shidu parents. METHODS A total of 507 shidu parents from Shenyang, China were included in this cross-sectional study. Bivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to explore risk or protective factors associated with SI. Interactions of PTSD with stigma and social support on SI were also examined by bivariate logistic regression analyses. RESULTS The prevalence of SI among shidu parents was 11.24%. PTSD (OR = 2.23, p < 0.05) and stigma (OR = 4.66, p < 0.01) were positively associated with SI. Social support was negatively associated with SI (OR = 0.90, p < 0.01). For individuals with PTSD, the presence of stigma was more likely to lead to SI. For individuals with PTSD, an increased level of social support was less likely to lead to SI. CONCLUSIONS SI is a serious issue among shidu parents. Stigma aggravated the effect of PTSD on SI, while social support buffered the effect of PTSD on SI among shidu parents.

Abstract
In this study, the phenyl-modified mesoporous materials were successfully synthesized using phenyl-organosilanes (trimethoxyphenylsilane and triethoxyphenylsilanea) by one-pot co-condensation method for the removal of estrone (E1), 17β-estradiol (E2), and 17α-ethinyl estradiol (EE2). Both the triethoxyphenylsilane-modified material (20%EtPh-MCM-41) and trimethoxyphenylsilane-modified material (20%MePh-MCM-41) could rapidly achieve equilibrium in 30 min at low adsorbent dosage of 0.025 g L-1. But the different hydrolysable groups of trimethoxyphenylsilane and triethoxyphenylsilane led to the discrepancies in physicochemical properties of the 20%EtPh-MCM-41 and 20%MePh-MCM-41, and thus affected adsorption performance. The 20%EtPh-MCM-41 exhibited the faster estrogen adsorption rates expressed in pseudo-second-order kinetic constant than the 20%MePh-MCM-41 due to the more hydrophobicity. Conversely, the 20%MePh-MCM-41 had much more estrogen adsorption capacities than the 20%EtPh-MCM-41 because of the more available adsorption sites. The addition of the phenyl-organosilane improved estrogen adsorption by π-π and hydrophobic interactions, and the Langmuir-model-based maximum adsorption amounts could reach 99.02, 83.47, and 53.60 mg g-1 for EE2, E2, and E1, respectively. But excessive concentration of phenyl-organosilane decreased adsorption capacities due to poor pore structure. Alkaline solution, which induced estrogen deprotonation and negative surface charge of absorbents, inhibited estrogen adsorption by electrostatic repulsion and the decreased hydrophobic interaction, but acidic and neutral solutions, ionic strength, and humic acid did not significantly affect estrogen removal. This work not only showed the high potential of trimethoxyphenylsilane-modified MCM-41 used in water purification for steroid estrogens, but also demonstrated the suitable selection of organosilane precursors was key in producing favorable materials with designed functionality.

Abstract
Enzymes have a wide range of applications and great industrial potential. However, large-scale applications of enzymes are restricted by the harsh industrial environment, such as high temperature, strong acid/alkali, high salt, organic solvents, and high substrate concentration. Adaptive modification (such as rational or semi-rational design, directed evolution and immobilization) is the most common strategy to improve the catalysis of enzymes under industrial conditions. Here, we review the catalysis of enzymes in the industrial environment and various methods adopted for the adaptive modifications in recent years, to provide reference for the adaptive modifications of enzymes.

Abstract
Metallic glasses with pronounced high-frequency β relaxation in their dynamic-mechanical response have been observed to exhibit large plasticity. Due to their disordered atomic structure, it is challenging to identify the microscopic mechanisms of their relaxation behavior. Quasistatic anelastic relaxation measurements have been performed over 10 orders of magnitude of time on La_{55}Ni_{20}Al_{25} metallic glass, which exhibits a strong β relaxation. The corresponding time-constant spectra were computed from the data-they contain a series of peaks corresponding to an atomically quantized hierarchy of shear transformation zones (STZs), where both the α and β relaxations are consistent with the STZ model. Two different regimes of activation-volume increment between the peaks are observed, suggesting the involvement of different elements in STZs corresponding to α vs β relaxations. Room-temperature structural relaxation significantly affects the former but not the latter.
