Abstract
In a rotating accelerometer gravity gradiometer (RAGG), rotary table wobble refers to the shift in the direction of the spin axis during operation. This motion causes errors in the output of the RAGG, but the mechanism is not clear. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between rotary table wobble and RAGG errors and to propose a method for rejecting these errors. We consider the influence of attitude changes, angular velocity, and angular acceleration caused by the wobble on the specific force, and we describe the error transmission process based on the accelerometer configuration and its measurement principle. Furthermore, we show through a simulated experiment that when the angular velocity noise caused by the wobble is 1 μrad/s, this will produce errors of tens of E. We propose a post-error correction method that is based on the higher-precision RAGG model and motion measurement. The errors in the two channels of the RAGG are reduced to 3.69 E and 1.85 E after error correction. The error analysis of the effects of wobble on a RAGG and the proposed error correction method are of great significance for the development of high-precision gradiometers.

Abstract
Background and Purpose The association between risk factors and intracranial atherosclerosis disease (ICAD) determined by magnetic resonance (MR) vessel wall imaging in Chinese population has not been investigated. The aim of this study was to investigate the associations of conventional vascular risk factors with asymptomatic and symptomatic ICAD using MR vessel wall imaging in Chinese population. Methods The study population was recruited from two cohort studies of ICASMAP and CAMERA comprised 104 symptomatic ICAD subjects (57.1 ± 11.1 years; 35.6% females), 51 asymptomatic ICAD subjects (70.1 ± 8.4 years; 50.0% females) and 418 controls (58.0 ± 13.3 years; 61.0% females) defined as asymptomatic subjects without ICAD on MR vessel wall imaging. We compared the vascular risk factors between the three groups using a multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Compared with controls, there was a significant positive association between age (OR: 1.07, 95% CI: 1.03–1.10, p < 0.001) and hypertension (OR: 3.03, 95% CI: 1.45–6.36, p = 0.003) and asymptomatic ICAD. There was a positive association of smoking (OR: 3.41, 95% CI: 1.57–7.42, p = 0.001), hypertension (OR: 7.43, 95% CI: 3.81–14.49, p < 0.001) and diabetes (OR: 3.54, 95% CI: 1.93–6.49, p < 0.001) and an inverse association of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) (p < 0.017) with symptomatic ICAD. Compared to asymptomatic ICAD, there was a significant inverse association of age (OR: 0.86, 95% CI: 0.81–0.92, p < 0.001) and HDL (p < 0.001) with symptomatic ICAD. Conclusion Old age and hypertension are associated with asymptomatic ICAD and smoking, hypertension, diabetes and lower HDL are associated with an increased risk of symptomatic ICAD in Chinese population. Abstract
Objective: To explore the gene-body mass index (BMI) interaction on coronary heart disease (CHD) in the Chinese adult twins. Methods: A total of 20 340 same-sex twin pairs registered in the Chinese National Twin Registry (CNTR) were enrolled in this study. Classical twin structure equation model was used to estimate the gene-BMI interaction on CHD. Results: After adjusting for age, we found that genetic variance of CHD differed as the function of BMI in male twins, which indicated the presence of a gene-BMI interaction on CHD (P=0.008).The genetic moderating effect (βa) was -0.14 (95%CI: -0.22--0.04), indicating that for each logarithmic transformation value of BMI increase, genetic path parameters would decrease by 0.14, which would result in the decrease of genetic variance of CHD. And the heritability of CHD was 0.77 (95%CI: 0.65-0.86) among the male twins with lower BMI (<24.0 kg/m2), but 0.56 (95%CI: 0.33-0.74) among the male twins with high BMI (≥24.0 kg/m2). However, there was no evidence suggesting that BMI could moderate genetic variants of CHD in female. Conclusion: We found a significant gene-BMI interaction on CHD in the Chinese male adult twins in China, and the heritability of CHD was higher among the twins whose BMI was <24.0 kg/m2.

Abstract
1. The role of melanoma differentiation-associated protein 5 (MDA5) in infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV)-induced autophagy was studied in chicken embryos.2. Chicken embryo fibroblasts (CEF) were used as the research model and small interfering RNA (siRNA), western blot, indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and transmission electron microscopy were used to detect autophagy, IBDV replication, CEF damage, and activation of both MDA5 and its signalling pathway.3. The results showed that CEF infected with IBDV activated the intracellular MDA5 signalling pathway and caused autophagy via inactivation of the AKT/mTOR pathway. While autophagy promotes IBDV proliferation, MDA5 weakens IBDV-induced CEF autophagy thus inhibiting IBDV replication and protecting CEF cells.4. The results indicated that chMDA5 can be activated by IBDV and attenuate CEF autophagy caused by IBDV infection, thereby inhibiting IBDV replication. This study provided a foundation for further exploring the relationship between viruses, autophagy and the pathogenic mechanism of the MDA5 pathway involved in IBDV.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy and pregnancy outcomes of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) based fertility-sparing re-treatment in women with endometrial carcinoma (EC) and atypical endometrial hyperplasia (AEH) who failed with oral progestin therapy. Methods: Forty cases with EC or AEH who failed to respond to oral progestin were included from January 2012 to December 2020 at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Combination of GnRH-a with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (group GLI: a subcutaneous injection of GnRH-a every 4 weeks and LNG-IUS insertion constantly) or the combination of GnRH-a with aromatase inhibitor (group GAI: a subcutaneous injection of GnRH-a every 4 weeks and oral letrozole 2.5 mg, daily) were used for these patients. Histological evaluation were performed at the end of each course (every 3-4 months) by hysteroscopy and curettage. After the complete remission (CR), all patients were followed up regularly. Results: (1) Clinical characteristics:among the 40 patients with EC or AEH, the median age at diagnosis was 31 years (range: 22-40 years) and the median body mass index was 24.7 kg/m2 (range: 18.9-39.5 kg/m2). (2) Efficacy of fertility-sparing re-treatment: 37 (92%, 37/40) patients achieved CR, 6 (6/7) in AEH and 31 (94%, 31/33) in EC patients. The CR rate was 93% (26/28) and 11/12 in group GLI and GAI, respectively. The median time to CR was 5 months (range: 3-12 months). At the end of the first therapy course, the CR rates in AEH and EC were 5/7 and 42% (14/33), at the second course, the CR rates were 6/7 and 82% (27/33), respectively. (3) Recurrence: after 25 months of median follow-up duration (range: 10-75 months), 8 (22%, 8/37) women developed recurrence, 1/6 in AEH and 7 (23%, 7/31) in EC patients, with the median recurrence time of 18 months (range: 9-26 months). Among them, two cases who had completed childbirth chose to receive hysterectomy directly. Six patients met the criteria of fertility-preserving therapy and received conservative treatment again and 5 (5/6) of them achieved CR. (4) Pregnancy: of the 37 patients with CR, 33 desired to conceive. Ten women attempted to get pregnancy spontaneously and 23 cases with assisted reproductive technology. Fourteen (42%, 14/33) patients became pregnant, including 9 (27%, 9/33) live births, 3 (9%, 3/33) missed abortions, and 2 (6%, 2/33) miscarriages at the second trimester. Conclusions: GnRH-a based fertility-sparing re-treatment in AEH or EC patients who failed with oral progestin therapy achieved good treatment effect and reproductive outcomes. It is an encouraging alternative regime for patients who failed with oral progestin therapy.

Abstract
Objective: To identify the threshold of a health warning system based on the association of apparent temperature and years of life lost (YLL). Methods: Daily mortality records and meteorological data were collected from 364 Chinese counties for 2006-2017. Distributed lag nonlinear model and multivariate Meta-analyses were applied to estimate the association between the apparent temperature and YLL rate. A regression tree model was employed to estimate the warning thresholds of the apparent temperature. Stratified analyses were further conducted by age and cause of death. Results: The daily YLL rate was 23.6/105. The mean daily apparent temperature was 15.7 ℃. U-shaped nonlinear associations were observed between apparent temperature and YLL rate. The actual temperature-caused YLL rate for the elderly was higher than the young population. The daily excess deaths rate increased with the higher effect levels. Conclusions: Regression tree model was employed to define the warning threshold for meteorological health risk. The present study provides theoretical support for the weather-related health warning system.

Background
We examined changes in quality of life (QOL) of patients after transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI).
Methods
We conducted an observational cohort study of consecutive patients who had TAVI between 2016-2019 in British Columbia, Canada. QOL was measured at baseline, 30-day and 1-year using the Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire (KCCQ-OS). We used linear regression modelling to examine factors associated with 30-day changes in QOL, logistic regression modelling to identify predictors of having a poor outcome, and Cox regression modelling to ascertain risk estimates of the effect of QOL on 1-year mortality.
Results
The cohort included 1,706 patients [742 women (43.5%)]; median [interquartile range, IQR] age 83 (77,86). Median (IQR) baseline KCCQ-OS was 45 (28.2,67), indicating severe impairment. Patients alive at 1-year (91.3%) reported a mean improvement of 24.1 (95% CI, 22.7-25.6) points in the KCCQ-OS at 30-day, which was sustained at 1-year (25.3; 95% CI, 23.8,26.8). Older age, lower baseline health status, lower aortic valve gradient, lower hemoglobin, atrial fibrillation and non-transfemoral access were associated with worse 30-day QOL. At 1-year, 65% of patients had a favourable outcome; additional risk factors for 1-year mortality (8.7%) were male sex, NYHA Class IV, severe pulmonary and renal disease, diabetes, and in-patient status.
Conclusions
TAVI is associated with significant early improvement in QOL which is sustained at 1 year in a "real world" registry. The inclusion of QOL can support treatment decision and the patient-centred evaluation of TAVI

Abstract
Objectives: To investigate the association between body mass index (BMI) changes and other risk factors for cardiovascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: Based on the T2DM cohort in rural communities of Zhejiang province, baseline and follow up information of height, weight, blood pressure, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C of the T2DM patients were collected. After excluding those who died during the follow-up period, lost follow-up or had incomplete information, a total of 8 953 T2DM patients were included in the final analysis. Multiple linear regression and Cox proportional hazards regression models were used for analysis. Results: At baseline survey, 40.97% of the T2DM patients were overweight and obese. Compared with those with normal BMI, the SBP, DBP and TG level were significantly higher, while HDL-C level was significantly lower in the overweight and obese T2DM patients (P<0.01). During the follow-up period, the blood glucose control rate in the patients increased by 15%, and the levels of HbA1c decreased in the patients with different BMI changes at different degrees. Compared with the patients who kept normal BMI, the HbA1c level decrease had a smaller range, while the SBP and DBP increase had a larger range in the patients with persistent overweight and obesity, and their substandard rates of HbA1c, SBP, DBP, TG, HDL-C levels were 1.142 (1.057-1.233) times, 1.123 (1.055-1.196) times, 1.220 (1.128-1.320) times, 1.400 (1.282-1.528) times and 1.164 (1.069-1.267) times higher. The changes of blood pressure, blood lipids and other related indicators in the patients whose BMI became abnormal were similar to those of the patients with persistent overweight and obesity; Compared with the patients whose BMI were kept normal, the differences in changes and substandard rate of blood glucose level, blood pressure level in the patients whose BMI became normal were not significant (P>0.05). The change value of BMI was positively correlated with the change value of SBP, DBP, TG and LDL-C, while negatively correlated with the change value of HDL-C (P<0.05). Conclusions: Abnormal changes in BMI are associated with the adverse changes of blood glucose level, blood pressure, and blood lipids level and other cardiovascular disease risk factors. Keeping normal BMI would benefit the positive outcome of cardiovascular adverse factors.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the modification effect of physical activity on the genetic effects of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: The univariate moderation model was fitted to calculate the modifying effect of physical activity on the genetic effects of T2DM based on the data of 12 107 pairs of same gender twins aged 30 years and older enrolled by the Chinese National Twin Registry in 11 provinces/cities in China. Results: After adjusting for age and gender, the heritability of T2DM was 0.56 (0.31-0.84). Qualified physical activity could attenuate the genetic effects of T2DM. The heritability of T2DM in twin pairs with qualified physical activity was 0.46 (0.06-0.88), which was lower than that in twin pairs without qualified physical activity during the same model [0.68(0.36-0.94)]. Conclusion: T2DM is a moderate genetic disease, physical activity can modify the genetic effects of T2DM.

Abstract
Objective: To describe the differences in body mass index (BMI) distribution in adult twins registered in Chinese National Twin Registry (CNTR), and provide evidence for the risk factor analysis and prevention and control of overweight or obesity. Methods: A total of 32 725 twin pairs aged 18 years and above who completed the questionnaire survey during 2010-2018 and had complete registered information in CNTR and normal body weight and length were included in the analysis on the population and region specific distributions of BMI of twin pairs and the difference in BMI in twin pairs. Results: The twin pairs included in the analysis were aged (34.6±12.4) years, the twin pairs of same gender accounted for 79.7%. The average BMI was 22.5 kg/m2. The overall prevalence of obesity and overweight was 4.9% and 23.7%, respectively. Participants who were men, 50-59 years old, married, had lower education level, and lived in northern China had higher overweight rate and obesity rate (P<0.001). The difference in overweight or obesity prevalence between monozygotic (MZ) twin pars and dizygotic (DZ) twin pairs was not significant, but firstborn twin pairs had slightly higher rates of overweight and obesity than later-born twin pairs (P<0.05). The analysis in same gender-twin pairs indicated that the difference in BMI was associated with age (trend test: P<0.001), and the difference was more obvious in DZ twin pair in MZ pair and this difference increased with age. The concordant rate of BMI was higher in MZ twin pairs than DZ twin pairs (P<0.05). Conclusion: The distribution of BMI of twin pairs varied with population and region and BMI varied with age due to its genetic nature.

Abstract
A systematic review of the literature was conducted to assess the safety and efficacy of endoscope-assisted maxillary sinus elevation. PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and the Cochrane database were searched for articles in English. Published studies involving patients who had undergone endoscope-assisted maxillary sinus floor augmentation were selected. The validity of the included articles was evaluated. After going through full texts, a total of 12 studies met the eligibility criteria and were included. It was concluded that endoscope-controlled maxillary sinus floor elevation was a viable and beneficial method, providing direct visualisation of the integrity of the mucosa and placing of bone graft material. The endoscope could be inserted into the maxillary sinus lumen, subantral space below the Schneiderian membrane, or through the alveolar crest. With the endoscope, perforations can be detected and managed precisely. However, high-quality clinical trials are still needed to validate the predictability and advantages of this surgical procedure.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the chronic toxicity and its potential mechanism of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) in human pleural mesothelial cells. Methods: A sustainable exposure of MeT-5A cells to MWCNT at 10 μg/cm(2) for one year was conducted in 2016. During the exposure, the cell images and cell proliferation was recorded every 4 weeks. The cell apoptosis, cell cycle, cell migration and cell invasion were compared between the control cells and the cells after MWCNT exposure. Finally, the gene expression was screened with Affymetrix clariom D assay, and some of the significantly differential expressed genes was verified by RT-PCR. Results: Compared with the control group, the proliferation ability of the cells in the 1-year exposed group was significantly increased, and the rate of proliferation was about 2-3 times as that in the Control Group (F=481.32, P<0.05) . MeT-5A cells all showed cell cycle arrest effect, which showed the increase of G1 phase and the decrease of s phase and G2 phase (F=14.94, P<0.05) . The apoptosis rate of cells in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 6 months (F=15.12, P<0.05) , but the early apoptosis rate and the total apoptosis rate of cells in the treated group were not significantly different from those in the control group after 1 year (F=3.97, P<0.05) . The cell migration and invasion were both promoted by MWCNT. Furthermore, the differentially expressed genes was screened, to find 2, 878 genes with more than 2 folds changes. To further verified, RT-PCR was conducted with PIK3R3、WNT2B、VANGL2、ANXA1, and their expression changes were consistent with above. Conclusion: MWCNT might have a carcinogenic potential to MeT-5A cells after the long term exposure.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aimed to investigate the expression and role of CT10 regulated kinase like (CRKL) in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) progression. PATIENTS AND METHODS Seventy-four laryngeal cancer cases were detected by the immunohistochemistry S-P method and the results were analyzed. RNA interference was used to downregulate the expression of CRKL in Hep-2 cells. The silencing efficiency was detected by real-time PCR and Western blotting. The cell proliferation, migration, and invasion after transfection were detected by MTT, wound healing assay, transwell invasion assay, and apoptosis assay. Western blot was conducted to determine the function of CRKL/epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) signaling pathway. RESULTS The expression of CRKL was higher in LSCC tissues. Patients with higher CRKL expression were correlated with lymph node metastasis and postoperative survival rates. CRKL promoted proliferation, migration, and invasion of Hep-2 cells in vitro. CONCLUSIONS These findings suggested that CRKL gene silencing significantly inhibited the proliferation, migration, invasion, and EMT signaling pathway of Hep-2 cells. CRKL is considered to be a new target for the treatment of LSCC.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the survival and death risk factors of mesothelioma cases stratified by the expression levels of CD8 and cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4) , providing new clue to evaluate disease progression and clinical outcome. Methods: This was a retrospective case report, which included 47 clinically and pathologically confirmed mesothelioma cases on November 2016. Their clinical and pathological information, asbestos exposure history and survival data were collected. Infiltrated lymphocyte, 5-methylcytosine (5-mC) , CTLA-4, CD8 and Ki-67 antigen were detected using hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemistry. Survival time and death risk factors of mesothelioma patients with different CD8 and CTLA-4 protein expression characteristics were analyzed. And analyze the influence of Ki-67 expression on the survival of patients with different CD8 and CTLA-4 protein and gene expression characteristics. Results: Among the 47 cases, 63.8% (30/47) had low/medium level of infiltrated lymphocyte. The immunohistochemistry scores of CTLA-4, CD8, 5-mC and Ki-67 were 92.97 (54.95, 120.65) , 72.41 (36.62, 89.82) , 11.09 (3.40, 52.89) and 5.88 (2.41, 11.48) , respectively. Patients with CD8(high) CTLA-4(high) had higher 5-mC level than those with CD8(high) CTLA-4(low) (P<0.01) . The median survival time of 27 cases was 0.83±0.29 year. The median survival times of those with CD8(high) CTLA-4(high) and CD8(high) CTLA-4(low) were 0.58±0.51 year and 0.83±0.30 year, respectively (P=0.521) . The immunohistochemistry score of Ki-67 ≥5.88 was an independent death risk factor for patients with CD8(high) CTLA-4(low) (HR=8.40, P=0.01) . Under different CD8 and CTLA-4 protein expression characteristics, in the patients with CD8(high) CTLA-4(low), the median survival times of those with high and low Ki-67 expression were 0.57±0.11 years and 2.31±0.46 years, respectively (P<0.01) . Under different CD8 and CTLA-4 mRNA expression characteristics, in the patients with CD8(high) CTLA-4(low), the median survival times of those with high and low Ki-67 mRNA expression were 1.20±0.36 years and 3.38±0.43 years, respectively (P=0.018) . Conclusion: Mesothelioma case with high CD8 but low CTLA-4 content might coexist DNA hypomethylation. In the presence of high Ki-67 expression, their survival time appears to be shortened with increased death risk.

This article summarizes the use status of artificial quartz stone, the exposure of practitioners and the lung tissue damage caused by dust, analyzes its pathogenic characteristics, and provides a basis for protecting the occupational population and improving occupational health.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect and molecular mechanism of microRNA-30d (miR-30d) in the process of proliferation, migration and invasion of malignant mesothelioma cell line MSTO-211H. Methods: In April 2017, the human MSTO-211H cells was used to establish miR-30d overexpressed MSTO-211H cell model by transfection of miR-30d mimics. The qRT-PCR was performed to detect the expression level of miR-30d in the cells transfected miR-30d mimics. The effects of miR-30d on the proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of MSTO-211H cells were analyzed by CCK-8 experiment, flow cytometry, cell scratch experiment and Transwell method. Results: After transfection of miR-30d, the expression level of miR-30d in the MSTO-211H+miR-30d cells group was significantly higher than MSTO-211H+miR NC cells group (P<0.01) . The cell activity of MSTO-211H+miR-30d group (105.13%±2.35%) was significantly lower than MSTO-211H+miR NC cells group (115.40%±1.35%) , and the level of apoptosis (3.97%±0.36%) was significantly higher than MSTO-211H+miR NC cells group (1.47%±0.10%) (P<0.01) . The relative migration areas at 12 and 24 h of MSTO-211H+miR-30d cells group (9.35±3.16 μm(2) and 58.19±1.82 μm(2)) were significantly lower than MSTO-211H+miR NC cells group (54.42±5.26 μm(2) and 88.32±1.96 μm(2)) (P<0.01) . Compared with the MSTO-211H+miR NC cells group, the numbers of cell migration and cell invasion were reduced in the MSTO-211H+miR-30d cells group (P<0.01) . Conclusion: miR-30d can regulate the progression of malignant pleural mesothelioma by inhibiting the proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of MSTO-211H cells.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the gene mutation profile in malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) and investigate the expression of high-frequency mutant genes and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. To screen out key genes and clinicopathologic factors related to the prognosis of MPM patients. Methods: The second generation sequencing data, somatic mutation data and clinical pathological data of 86 MPM cases and gene chip expression data of 89 MPM cases were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) in March 2020. Summarize the gene mutation profile of tissue samples in the TCGA database and analyze the relationship between the expression level of high-frequency mutation genes and the clinicopathological characteristics, asbestos exposure history and prognosis of MPM patients. The genes significantly related to MPM prognosis were screened out for gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) . Survival analysis and GSEA were performed for the selected key genes and clinicopathological features verification using the microarray expression data from the GEO database. Results: The top 10 genes with highest single nucleotide variations frequencies were BAP1, NF2, TP53, TTN, SETD2, LATS2, CCDC168, FAT4, PTCH1 and ZNF469. The high expression rates of NF2, TP53, SETD2 and CCDC168 genes in wild type were higher than those of mutated type, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) . Cox multivariate analysis of TCGA data showed that MPM patients with epithelial type (HR=0.425, 95%CI: 0.235-0.767, P<0.01) and SETD2 low expression (HR=0.516, 95%CI: 0.307-0.868, P=0.011) had lower risk of death. The survival analysis of GEO data verified that patients with epithelial type MPM had longer survival time, while patients with sarcoma type MPM had shortest survival time (P<0.01) . GSEA showed that SETD2 was involved in G2M checkpoint, E2F targets, MYC signaling pathways, protein secretion, mitotic spindle, MTORC1 pathway, TGF-β pathway, androgen response and uv response. Conclusion: MPM is accompanied with higher frequency of gene mutations represented by BAP1, NF2, TP53, TTN, SETD2, LATS2 and so on. SETD2 expression level and epithelia type of MPM may be influential factors for MPM prognosis.

Abstract
Aim:
YKL-40 is a novel biomarker that is associated with both acute and chronic inflammations. Elevated plasma concentrations of YKL-40 have been reported in patients with ischemic stroke. This study investigated the association of plasma YKL-40 concentrations at admission and short, long-term prognosis after ischemic stroke.
Methods:
This study is a prespecified biomarker sub-study of the third China National Stroke Registry (CNSR3), which is a prospective,national multi-center of 171 sites concerning consecutive patients of ischemic stroke and TIA within 7 days since onset with specimens collected at baseline. Plasma YKL-40 levels were detected by ELISA and patients were stratified into terciles according to Plasma YKL-40 concentrations. The multivariate Cox regression model was used to investigate the association of YKL-40 concentration and death and recurrence at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after ischemic stroke, with potential confounders adjusted.
Results:
A total of 8013 first-ever ischemic stroke patients, with an average of 61.7±11.5 years, were included in this study. The YKL-40 concentrations of lower, middle and upper group were 30.36 ±8.53 mg/L, 64.89±13.49 mg/L, and 164.42±50.35 mg/L respectively. Higher YKL-40 concentration at admission was associated with combination events of death and recurrence, death as well as recurrence at 3-month, 6-month and 12-month since onset of ischemic stroke when compared with lower YKL-40 concentration. However, after adjusting for age, gender, smoking, drinking, hypertension, diabetes, low-density lipoprotein, and C-reactive protein, higher YKL-40 concentration at admission was just statistically associated with combination events and death, but not stroke recurrence at 3-month, 6-month and 12-month when compared with lower YKL-40 concentration (table 1).
Conclusions:
The elevated YKL-40 at admission was associated with short and long-term death, but not recurrence after ischemic stroke.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the cytotoxic effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) combined with targeted therapy using cross-linked liposomes and gels (Ce6-PC-Tmab@A-Gel) loaded with photosensitizer Chlorin (Ce6) and the tumor-targeting drug Trastuzumab (Tmab) in drug-resistant HER2+ breast cancer cells. OBJECTIVE Ce6-PC-Tmab liposomes were prepared using the thin-film hydration method. The general properties, encapsulation efficiency and near-infrared responsivity of the nanoparticles were evaluated. Ce6-PC-Tmab@A-Gel with a shear response was prepared by freeze drying and stirring crosslinking, and its microstructure was observed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the shear response evaluated using a rheometer. The inhibitory effect of Ce6-PC-Tmab@A-Gel in drug-resistant HER2+ breast cancer SK-BR-3 cells was assessed with cytotoxicity assay (MTT assay) combined with near-infrared light. OBJECTIVE The particle size of Ce6-PC-Tmab was 239.7±9.7 nm and the potential was -2.03±0.09 mV. The entrapment efficiency of Tmab by Ce6-PC-Tmab liposomes was (40.22± 0.73)%. The prepared Ce6-PC-Tmab@A-Gel had a good shear response with excellent drug release characteristics under nearinfrared light, and increased intensity and duration of near-infrared light exposure enhanced Tmab release from the gel. Ce6-PC-Tmab@A-Gel was stable at room temperature and in a simulated tumor microenvironment (pH 6.25). Cytotoxicity assay (MTT) showed that Ce6-PC-Tmab@A-Gel combined with near-infrared light resulted in a survival rate of (31.37±1.73)% in SKBR-3 cells, much lower than that in the control group and other treatment groups (P < 0.01); the combined treatment also had a high efficiency of ROS production, and ROS release reached (22.36 ± 0.11)% after 2 min of near-infrared light exposure. OBJECTIVE The prepared Ce6-PC-Tmab@A-Gel has good near-infrared light response release characteristics to ensure effective targeted therapy with Tmab. The injectable gel system potentially allows long-term local drug release in the tumor to improve the treatment efficacy against drug-resistant breast cancer.

Abstract
Methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) with reduced sensitivity to vancomycin (VAN) has caused many clinical cases of VAN treatment failure, but the molecular mechanism underlying the reduced sensitivity to VAN is still unclear. We isolated a heterogeneous VAN‐intermediate Staphylococcus aureus (hVISA), which was also a MRSA strain with reduced sensitivity to VAN. To investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the reduced sensitivity to VAN exhibited by the hVISA strain, we compared the hVISA strain with a VAN‐sensitive MRSA strain, known as the N315 strain. The images captured by transmission electron microscopy showed that the cell wall of the hVISA strain was significantly thicker than that of the N315 strain (36·72 ± 1·04 nm vs 28·15 ± 1·25 nm, P < 0·05), and the results of real‐time quantitative PCR analysis suggested that the expression levels of the cell wall thickness related genes (glmS, vraR/S, sgtB, murZ and PBP4) of the hVISA strain were significantly higher than those of the N315 strain (P < 0·05). In conclusion, this study indicated that the upregulation of the expression of the genes related to cell wall synthesis might be the molecular mechanism underlying the cell wall thickening of the hVISA strain and might be related to its resistance to VAN.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the self-conscious health status and related influencing factors of greenhouse agricultural workers in Beijing suburb, so as to provide scientific basis for developing strategies to improve and promote the occupational health conditions of those workers. Methods: According to the production characteristics and scale of the main agricultural districts or counties in the suburb of Beijing, 182 agricultural production personnel were randomly selected to investigate the general situation, occupational situation and self-conscious health status during June 2018 to December 2019. The relevant factors which may affect the self-conscious health conditions were also analyzed by statistical methods. Results: The detection or reported rate of self-conscious health problems was 51.6% (94/182) , among which 29.1% (53/182) workers reported musculoskeletal disorder diseases and 21.4% (39/182) workers reported nervous system diseases. And the self-conscious health status of greenhouse agricultural workers were statistically different in household registration, gender, marital status, working years, mixing or spraying pesticides, smoking or eating in the greenhouse (P<0.05) . Moreover, gender, mixing or spraying pesticide, eating and smoking behavior in the workplace all had an impact on the risk of self-conscious health status of greenhouse agricultural workers (P< 0.05) . Specifically, male is the protective factor to reduce the occurrence of self-conscious symptoms of greenhouse agricultural workers (OR=0.447, 95%CI: 0.234~0.852) , while mixing or spraying pesticides and smoking or eating behaviors in the workplace are the risk factors (OR=1.055, 2.524; 95%CI: 0.503~2.210, 1.107~5.755) . Conclusion: Reducing pesticide use from the source thus minimize related exposure opportunities, strengthening occupational health education thus foster good hygienic habits and improve individual protection consciousness are of great significance for the health protection of greenhouse agricultural workers in Beijing suburb.

Abstract
The human epigenetic gene of SET domain containing 2 (SETD2) is located at the cytogenetic band p21.31 of chromosome 3, which encodes the histone3 lysine36 trimethyltransferase SETD2, the major enzyme that catalyzes the trimethylation of lysine 36 on histone 3 (H3K36me3) of human. SETD2 involves in many pathologic and physiological processes such as transcriptional elongation, DNA damage repair, alternative splicing, epigenetic modifications of gene expression, viral immunology, embryonic development, and angiogenesis. A growing list of tumor types including renal cell carcinoma and mesothelioma develops with mutation or inactivation of SETD2. SETD2 loss-of-function promotes the occurrences and development of cancers by inhibiting process of transcription extension, damage repair, cell cycles, apoptosis and cell metabolism. The under expression and mutation of SETD2 is synthetically lethal with the inhibition of G2M checkpoint and PI3K-AKT pathway and SETD2 is considered as a potential epigenetic therapy targets. Furthermore, a loss of SETD2 indicates worse pathological features. There are huge prospects in the diagnosis and treatment of related cancers.

Abstract
Numerous studies have examined the associations between air pollution and stroke. However, little is known about the associations between air pollution and transient ischemic attack (TIA). In this study, we aimed to conduct a time-series study to systematically examine the associations between hospital admissions for TIA and air pollutants. Admissions for TIA (ICD-10: G45) from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2016 were identified based on the primary diagnosis from 134 hospitals in Beijing, China. Hourly measurements of air pollutants were obtained from the National Air Pollution Monitoring System. Generalized additive models with quasi-Poisson regression were used to determine the associations for each pollutant. Additionally, stratified analysis was implemented to examine whether age, gender, temperature, and season were the potential effect modifiers. Restricted cubic spline was applied to investigate the exposure-response curve. In total, 109,975 hospital admissions for TIA were included. The positive associations were detected between PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, and CO and hospital admissions for TIA. The effects of PM2.5 and PM10 in men are stronger than in women. Additionally, the effects of PM2.5, PM10, SO2, and O3 are more pronounced on warm days than cool days. From exposure-response curves, we observe a nearly linear relationship for PM2.5, PM10, CO, and NO2. Further studies are needed to verify the association. This research contributes evidence on the association between air pollution and admissions for TIA in the low- and middle-income countries and may promote related public health policy development.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) differentiation plays an essential role in angiogenesis. The purpose of this study is to determine the potential mechanisms of apelin-13 in EPCs differentiation. MATERIALS AND METHODS The rats EPCs were isolated from the bone marrow and identified by DIL-acLDL and FITC-UEA-1 staining. EPCs were divided into four groups: the negative control group, the Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4) upregulation group, the KLF4 downregulation group, and the apelin-13 group. The EPCs differentiation was evaluated by cell migration, proliferation, and the expressions of surface markers CD31, CD34, CD133, and VEGFR-2 on mRNA and the protein levels, as well as immunofluorescence. RESULTS In the KLF4 up-regulation and apelin-13 groups, the EPCs number of G1, S, and G2/M phases decreased and suggested that KLF4 and apelin-13 were closely related to the EPCs proliferation. EPCs showed stronger migration ability with the elevation of KLF4 and apelin-13 while declined migration was detected in KLF4 siRNA transfected EPCs. The surface markers expressions on mRNA and the protein levels increased in the KLF4 upregulation group, and in the apelin-13 group there were similar results, as well as increased KLF4 expression. CONCLUSIONS The upregulation of apelin-13 significantly increased the expressions of EPCs surface markers, which were involved in early EPCs differentiated into late EPCs and influenced the cells migration and proliferation. Taking the elevation of KLF4 which performed similar effects of apelin-13, we believe that apelin-13 activates or synergizes with KLF4 to promote this process.

Abstract
AIMS We aimed to elucidate whether the DNA extraction kit and bacteria therein affect the characterization of bacterial communities associated with butterfly samples harbouring different bacterial abundancies. METHODS AND RESULTS We analysed bacteria associated with eggs of Pieris brassicae and with adults of this butterfly, which were either untreated or treated with antibiotics (ABs). Three DNA extraction kits were used. Regardless of the extraction kit used, PCR amplification of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene detected very low bacterial presence in eggs and AB-treated butterflies. In untreated butterflies, bacterial signal intensity varied according to the kit and primers used. Sequencing (MiSeq) of the bacterial communities in untreated and AB-treated butterflies revealed a low alpha diversity in untreated butterflies because of the dominance of few bacteria genera, which were detectable regardless of the kit. However, a significantly greater alpha diversity was found in AB-treated butterflies, evidencing a true bias of the results due to bacterial contaminants in the kit. CONCLUSIONS The so-called 'kitome' can impact the profiling of Lepidoptera-associated bacteria in samples with low bacterial biomass. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY Our study highlights the necessity of method testing and analysis of negative controls when investigating Lepidoptera-associated bacterial communities.

Abstract
Genes associated with the WNT pathway play an important role in the etiology of tooth agenesis. Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 6 encoding gene (LRP6) is a recently defined gene that is associated with autosomal dominant inherited tooth agenesis. Here, we aimed to identify novel LRP6 mutations in patients with tooth agenesis and investigate the significance of Lrp6 during tooth development. Using whole-exome sequencing, we identified 4 novel LRP6 heterozygous mutations (c.2292G>A, c.195dup, c.1095dup, and c.1681C>T) in 4 of 77 oligodontia patients. Notably, a patient who carried a nonsense LRP6 mutation (c.2292G>A; p.W764*) presented a hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia phenotype. Preliminary functional studies, including bioinformatics analysis and TOP-/FOP-flash reporter assays, demonstrated that the activation of WNT/β-catenin signaling was compromised as a consequence of LRP6 mutations. RNAscope in situ hybridization revealed dynamic and special changes of Lrp6 expression during murine tooth development from E11.5 to E16.5. It was noteworthy that Lrp6 was specifically expressed in the epithelium at E11.5 to E13.5 but was expressed in both dental epithelium and dental papilla from E14.5 and persisted in both tissues at later stages. Our study broadens the mutation spectrum of human tooth agenesis and is the first to identify a LRP6 mutation in patients with hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia and reveal the dynamic expression pattern of Lrp6 during tooth development. Information from this study is conducive to understanding the functional significance of Lrp6 on the biological process of tooth development.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical efficacy of naloxone combined with acyclovir in the treatment of children viral encephalitis and the impacts on inflammatory factors IL-1 and IL-6. PATIENTS AND METHODS 96 children with viral encephalitis were retrospectively analyzed. They were treated from July 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital. They were divided into control group (45 cases treated with acyclovir) and observation group (51 cases treated with acyclovir combined with naloxone). Both groups were treated with comprehensive measures. Changes of the content of serum IL-1 and IL-6 in the two groups before and after treatment were monitored by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Signs, recovery time of clinical symptoms, total effective rate, occurrence of adverse reactions and adverse reactions after treatment of children in the two groups were compared. RESULTS Levels of serum IL-1 and IL-6 of children in the control group and the observation group decreased after treatment, and the decrease was greater in the observation group (p<0.05). Signs and recovery time of clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group (p<0.05). Indexes of serum in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment (p<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p<0.05). The prevalence of adverse reactions and sequelae in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS In the treatment of children, viral encephalitis has naloxone combined with ganciclovir had a more significant effect on the decrease of levels of serum IL-1 and IL-6; naloxone combined with acyclovir in the treatment of children viral encephalitis had better effects, lower adverse reactions and lower prevalence of sequelae compared with sole medication, which is worth clinical promotion.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of oxaliplatin on intestinal floras, inflammation level, apoptosis-related gene expressions and oxidative stress in rats with colorectal cancer. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 30 adult Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were selected as research objects and were divided into control group, model group and oxaliplatin group. Rats in control group were raised normally, without any treatment. Rats in model group were subcutaneously injected with dimethylhydrazine (25 mg/kg) to establish the model of colorectal cancer. Meanwhile, rats in oxaliplatin group were injected with oxaliplatin (15 mg/kg) once every 2 weeks for 12 consecutive weeks. Peripheral blood, intestinal tumor tissues and feces were collected from rats. In addition, inflammatory indexes [tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-4 (IL-4) and IL-1β], oxidative stress indexes [catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), reduced glutathione (GSH) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC)], expressions of apoptosis-related genes [apoptotic protease activating factor-1 (Apaf1), Caspase-9, Survivin and B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2)] and intestinal floras were detected. RESULTS The abundance of microorganisms such as Sphaerobacterales, Adlercreutzia and Coriobacterium glomerans increased significantly in the intestines in control group (p<0.05). However, the abundance of Bifidobacterium, Rikenellaceae and Paraprevotella in the intestines was obviously higher in model group (p<0.05). Oxaliplatin group exhibited remarkably higher abundance of such microorganisms as Cyanobacteria, Alistipes and Metascardovia in rat intestines (p<0.05). The content of Alistipes was the highest in oxaliplatin group, followed by control group and model group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The levels of serum TNF-α, CRP and IL-1β were remarkably higher in model group than those in control group (p<0.05). Oxaliplatin group exhibited notably lower levels of serum TNF-α, CRP and IL-1β (p<0.05) and higher IL-4 level than model group (p<0.05). The content of serum CAT, SOD, GSH and T-AOC was markedly elevated in model group compared with control group (p<0.05). However, it was significantly reduced in oxaliplatin group in comparison with model group (p<0.05). Compared with control group, model group had distinctly lower expressions of Apaf1, Caspase-9 and Survivin but an evidently higher expression level of Bcl-2 in tumor tissues (p<0.05). Moreover, the expressions of Apaf1, Caspase-9 and Survivin were clearly higher, while that of Bcl-2 was prominently lower in tumor tissues in oxaliplatin group than model group (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Oxaliplatin exerts significant effects on the inflammation, oxidative stress, apoptosis-related genes and intestinal floras in rats with CRC.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the utility and safety of leadless intracardiac transcatheter pacing system. Methods: The study was a prospective observational study. Patients underwent Micra transcatheter pacing system in Beijing Anzhen hospital from December 2019 to January 2020 were enrolled. The baseline characteristics, platelet count, hemoglobin, anticoagulation and/or antiplatelet therapy, mean procedural time, average fluoroscopy time, number of deployment and electrical parameters (threshold, R-wave amplitude, impedance) were recorded. Ultrasonography of bilateral femoral and iliac veins was performed in all patients. Patients were followed including access site complication, adverse event and device evaluation at implant, hospital discharge, 1 and 3 months post-implant. R-wave≥5 mV, impedance between 400 and 1 500 Ω and threshold increase≤1.5 V than implant is considered a stable parameter. Femoral access site complications included hematoma, hemorrhage, pseudoaneurysm, and arteriovenous fistula. Adverse events included dislodgement, cardiac effusion/perforation and infection. Left ventricular end diastolic diameter and ejection fraction before and at 1 month after implant were reported. Results: Five patients were enrolled and pacemaker implantation was successful in all 5 patients. Patients were all males and the average age was (78.4±8.4) years. 2 patients received aspirin and clopidogrel therapy, 1 patient suffered from anemia and thrombocytopenia occurred in 1 patient. No stenosis, occlusion and vascular malformation of bilateral femoral and iliac veins was observed. The mean implant time was (39.6±1.7) minutes. The average fluoroscopy time was (9.2±1.3) minutes and the number of deployment was (1.40±0.55). Electrical parameters(threshold, R-Wave amplitude and impedance) were as follows: (0.40±0.10) V/0.24 ms, (10.80±3.72) mV and (822.00±162.23) Ω at implant; (0.45±0.07) V/0.24 ms, (13.04±2.41) mV, and (748.0±91.5) Ω at discharge, (0.40±0.06) V/0.24 ms, (14.26±4.11) mV, and (700.0±91.7) Ω at 1 month post-implant and (0.39±0.05) V/0.24 ms, 14.40±3.97 mV, and (682.0±96.0) Ω at 3 months post-implant, respectively. Threshold increase was ≤1.5 V compared to that during implantation, electrical parameters were acceptable and stable. There was no difference in LVEDD [(44.00±5.24) mm vs. (44.00±5.34) mm,P=1.000] and EF [(62.00±3.39)% vs. (62.20±3.56)%, P=0.861] before and 1 month post-implant. No incidence of access site complications, cardiac effusion/perforation, dislodgment or infections occurred during the 3 months. Conclusions: The leadless transcatheter pacemaker implantation performed in our study archived a high implant success rate and favorable safety profile as well as associated with low and stable pacing thresholds. The long-term safety and benefit of leadless pacemaker need to be evaluated in future clinical studies.

Abstract
Background: Non-linguistic cognitive training has been suggested to improve the communication skills of patients with post-stroke aphasia (PSA). However, the association between language and non-linguistic cognitive functions is not fully understood. In this study, we used the Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment (LOTCA) to evaluate the characteristics of non-linguistic cognitive impairments in Chinese PSA patients. Methods: A total of 86 stroke patients were recruited in this study. Language and non-linguistic cognitive impairments were evaluated by the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB) and LOTCA, respectively. The patients were divided into two groups (PSA and non-PSA), and the Chinese norm (the data came from 44 Chinese individuals without neurological disorders in a previous study) was used as the control group. The LOTCA scores were compared among the three groups. Patients in the PSA group were subdivided into the fluent aphasia group (FAG) and the non-FAG according to the Chinese aphasia fluency characteristic scale. The LOTCA scores were also compared between the PSA subdivisions. Potential confounders were adjusted in the analysis of covariance. Partial correlation analysis between the subscores of WAB and LOTCA was also performed. Results: The total LOTCA scores in the PSA group (75.11 ± 17.08) were significantly lower compared with scores in the non-PSA (96.80 ± 7.75, P < 0.001) and the control group (97.65 ± 16.24, P < 0.001). The PSA group also had lower orientation, visual perception (VP), spatial perception (SP), visuomotor organization, thinking operation, and attention scores. The total LOTCA, orientation, VP, SP, and MP scores were lower in the non-FAG (69.24 ± 18.06, 8.62 ± 5.09, 12.76 ± 2.47, 7.48 ± 3.01, and 9.62 ± 2.25, respectively) compared with the FAG (80.36 ± 14.07, 12.14 ± 3.99, 14.09 ± 1.93, 9.68 ± 3.01, 10.55 ± 1.63, respectively, P's < 0.05). The aphasia quotient was positively correlated with the total score of LOTCA and scores of orientation, VP, SP, and MP (r = 0.710, 0.744, 0.565, 0.597, and 0.616; P < 0.001). Conclusion: Compared with stroke patients without aphasia, patients with PSA often have more extensive and serious non-linguistic cognitive impairments. Patients with non-fluent aphasia often present with serious cognitive impairments than those with fluent aphasia, especially the impairments of orientation and SP. Non-linguistic cognitive impairments correlate with language impairments in aphasia.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the occupational stress status and influencing factors of workers in a textile factory in Zhejiang Provice. Methods: In October 2018, 505 workers from a textile factory in Zhejiang Province were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method. A total of 505 questionnaires were distributed, 495 of which were effective and the effective recovery rate was 98.0%. Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ) and Effort Reward Imbalance Questionnaire (REI) were used to investigate textile workers' occupational stress and analyze its influencing factors. The differences of the composition ratio of different groups were tested by χ(2) test. The influencing factors such as age, gender and occupation on occupational stress were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results: ERI analysis results showed that the high and low occupational stress accounted for 30.1% and 69.9%, respectively. The differences of occupational stress among workers of different job types and working ages were statistically significant (P<0.05) . The detection rates of high occupational stress of paper workers and spinners were 47.8% (11/23) and 44.8% (30/67) , respectively, higher than other jobs. The detection rate of high occupational stress for workers with more than 5 years of service was 46.4% (13/28) . The results of JCQ analysis showed that there was no statistical significance in the differences of daily working hours and length of service between different gender, education levels, types of work patterns, and occupational stress (P>0.05) . Job types had significant effects on the occupational stress defined by ERI (P<0.05) , the risk of occupational stress was 2.151 times than that of the coiler. Conclusion: There are significant differences in occupational stress risk among workers of different types of work in textile industry, so different measures should be taken to prevent and control occupational stress in different jobs.

Abstract
Background There is some controversy whether stroke history is an independent risk factor for poor prognosis
of stroke or not. This study aimed to investigate the difference of mortality, disability and recurrent rate of ischemic stroke
patients without and with stroke history, as well as to explore the effect of stroke history on stroke prognosis. Methods We analyzed patients with ischemic stroke enrolled in the China National Stroke Registry which was a nationwide,
multicenter, and prospective registry of consecutive patients with acute cerebrovascular events from 2007 to 2008.
Multivariable logistic regression was performed to assess the risk of worse prognosis of stroke history in patients with ischemic
stroke. Results A total of 8181(65.9%) patients without stroke history and 4234(34.1%) patients with stroke history were enrolled
in the study. The mortality, recurrence, modified Rankin Scale (mRS) 3-6 rate was 11.4%, 14.7% and 28.5% respectively
at 1 year for patients without stroke history, which was significantly lower than that of 17.3%, 23.6%, 42.1% in patients
with stroke history, respectively. Multivariable analysis showed that patients with stroke history had higher risk of death
[odds ratio (OR) 1.34,95% confidence interval (CI) 1.17-1.54], recurrence (OR 1.47, 95 % CI 1.31-1.65) and mRS 3-6 (OR
1.49,95% CI 1.34-1.66) at 1 year. Conclusion
After adjusting for the potential confounders, stroke history was still an independent risk factor for poor prognosis
of ischemic stroke, which further emphasizes the importance of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke. The specific
causes of poor prognosis in patients with history of stroke need to be furtherly investigated.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the associations between perceived built environment attributes and adults' leisure-time physical activity in four cities of China. Methods: Multistage cluster random sampling method was used to select adults aged 25 to 64 in Hangzhou, Suzhou, Chengdu, and Qingdao. Data were collected from June 2017 to July 2018. The perception of the urban built environment was assessed by the neighborhood environment walkability scale-abbreviated (NEWS-A), and the physical activity was assessed by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire. Generalized linear mixed models were used to explore the relationship between the perceived built environment and leisure-time physical activities. Results: A total of 3 789 participants were included in the analysis. After adjusting for potential confounders, better access to public services (OR=1.34, 95%CI: 1.02-1.75) and higher aesthetic quality (OR=1.37, 95%CI: 1.09-1.73) were positively associated with the possibility of engaging in leisure-time physical activity in the past week. Similarly, these two attributes were positively associated with leisure-time walking. Higher scores on the perception of street connectivity were positively associated with leisure-time walking [exp(β)=1.09, 95%CI: 1.00-1.19]. Higher residential density [exp(β)=1.000 4, 95%CI:1.000 0-1.000 8], better access to physical activity destinations[exp(β)=1.09, 95%CI: 1.00-1.19], and better aesthetics [exp(β)=1.11, 95%CI:1.00-1.22] were associated with higher leisure-time physical activity. Similarly, these three attributes were positively associated with the possibility of meeting the WHO recommendations. Conclusion: Changing some urban built environment attributes may increase leisure-time physical activity.

Abstract
Background The 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke is an essential epidemiological metric. Whereas the case fatality after ischaemic stroke and the temporal trend is uncertain. We aimed to estimate the 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke and its temporal trend, as well as its regional variation. Methods We searched PubMed and Embase to identify the studies for 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke. The population-based studies were included. Two investigators extracted the data and assessed the quality independently. One-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke was estimated using a random effects model. The temporal trend was evaluated using a mixed-effect meta-regression model. Results A total of 59 articles with 77 time periods were included. The worldwide 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke was 13.5% (95% CI 12.3% to 14.7%). The case fatality was 10.8% (95% CI 8.3% to 13.5%) in Asia, 14.2% (95% CI 12.6% to 15.9%) in Europe, 14.0% (95% CI 11.2% to 17.1%) in South America and Caribbean, 14.0% (95% CI 9.5% to 19.1%) in North America and 12.5% (95% CI 11.1% to 13.9%) in Australia and New Zealand. Overall, there was a non-significant decrease of 0.1% per year in case fatality. It decreased significantly in Europe (−0.2% annually, 95% CI −0.4% to −0.01%) and North America (−0.2% annually, 95% CI −0.4% to −0.04%), increased significantly in Australia and New Zealand (0.2% annually, 95% CI 0.1% to 0.4%), while no evidence of change in other regions. Conclusion The 1-month case fatality of ischaemic stroke and its temporal trend were divergent across regions. Further studies are needed to address the reason of the regional difference, which will be helpful to guide the effort of reducing stroke burden.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the genetic and environmental effects on alcohol intake. Methods: Data on 9 231 pairs of adult twins of the same sex was collected from the Chinese National Twin Registry (CNTR), between 2015 and 2018 and used in this study. Structural equation model was used to estimate the effects of genetic and environmental factors on alcohol intake. Results: A total of 9 231 pairs of twins were included in the analysis, of which 6 085 pairs were monozygotic (MZ). The average age of MZ was (36.91±13.07) years old, and males accounted for 56.80%. The average age of dizygotic twins (DZ) was (35.22±12.48) years old, and males accounted for 55.91%. There were 350 pairs of alcohol-drinking twins were with high-risk, accounting for 1.90% and another 367 pairs (1.99%) were with medium-risk. Alcohol-drinkers with medium-risk were affected by additive genetics, common and unique environmental factors, seen among the twins. The overall heritability appeared as 24.3% (95%CI: 0 to 56.8%). Furthermore, 50.7% of the variation (95%CI: 20.4%-79.0%) could be explained by the common environmental factors and 24.9% (95%CI: 18.3%-36.5%) by unique environmental factors. High-risk related drinking behavior was affected by both common and unique environmental factors. The common environmental component appeared as 75.6% (95%CI: 69.6%-80.8%) and unique environmental component as 24.4% (95%CI: 19.2%-30.4%), respectively. Gender difference was seen in the heritability of those with medium or high-risk drinking behaviors. The heritability of men was 30.8% (95%CI: 9.8%-53.5%), while in women it was mainly affected by the environment. Conclusion: Both alcohol drinkers with medium and high-risk drinking behaviors were mainly affected by the environment factors and gender. With the increase of drinking volume, the effect of environment on drinking behaviors became more obvious.
