Abstract
In a complicated forest environment, it is usual to install many ground-fixed devices, and patrol personnel periodically collects data from the device to detect forest pests and valuable wild animals. Unlike human patrols, UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) may collect data from ground-based devices. The existing UAV path planning method for fixed-point devices is usually acceptable for simple UAV flight scenes. However, it is unsuitable for forest patrol. Meanwhile, when collecting data, the UAV should consider the timeliness of the collected data. The paper proposes two-point path planning and multi-point path planning methods to maximize the amount of fresh information collected from ground-fixed devices in a complicated forest environment. Firstly, we adopt chaotic initialization and co-evolutionary algorithmto solve the two-point path planning issue considering all significant UAV performance and environmental factors. Then, a UAV path planning method based on simulated annealing is proposed for the multi-point path planning issue. In the experiment, the paper uses benchmark functions to choose an appropriate parameter configuration for the proposed approach. On simulated simple and complicated maps, we evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method compared to the existing pathplanning strategies. The results reveal that the proposed ways can effectively produce a UAV patrol path with higher information freshness in fewer iterations and at a lower computing cost, suggesting the practical value of the proposed approach.

Abstract
Data usually resides on a manifold, and the minimal dimension of such a manifold is called its intrinsic dimension. This fundamental data property is not considered in the generative adversarial network (GAN) model along with its its variants; such that original data and generated data often hold different intrinsic dimensions. The different intrinsic dimensions of both generated and original data may cause generated data distribution to not match original data distribution completely, and it certainly will hurt the quality of generated data. In this study, we first show that GAN is often unable to generate simulation data, holding the same intrinsic dimension as the original data with both theoretical analysis and experimental illustration. Next, we propose a new model, called Hausdorff GAN, which removes the issue of different intrinsic dimensions and introduces the Hausdorff metric into GAN training to generate higher quality data. This provides new insights into the success of Hausdorff GAN. Specifically, we utilize a mapping function to map both original and generated data into the same manifold. We then calculate the Hausdorff distance to measure the difference between the mapped original data and the mapped generated data, toward pushing generated data to the side of original data. Finally, we conduct extensive experiments (using MNIST, CIFAR10, and CelebA datasets) to demonstrate the significant performance improvement of the Hausdorff GAN in achieving the largest Inception Score and the smallest Frechet inception distance (FID) score as well as producing diverse generated data at different resolutions.

Abstract
A key aspect in the safety testing of metal nanoparticles (NPs) is the measurement of their dissolution and of the true particle uptake in organisms. Here, based on the tendency of Ag-NP to dissolve and Au-NP to be inert in the environment, we exposed the earthworm Eisenia fetida to Au core-Ag shell NPs (Au@Ag-NPs, Ag-NPs with a Au core) and to both single and combined exposures of non-coated Au-NPs, Ag-NPs, Ag+ and Au+ ions in natural soil. Our hypothesis was that the Ag shell would partially or completely dissolve from the Au@Ag-NPs and that the Au core would thereby behave as a tracer of particulate uptake. Au and Ag concentrations were quantified in all the soils, in soil extract and in organisms by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The earthworm exposed to Au@Ag-NPs, and to all the combinations of Ag and Au, were analyzed by single particle inductively coupled plasma time-of-flight mass spectrometry (spICP-TOFMS) to allow the quantification of the metals that were truly part of a bimetallic particle. Results showed that only 5% of the total metal amounts in the earthworm were in the bimetallic particulate form and that the Ag shell increased in thickness, suggesting that biotransformation processes took place at the surface of the NPs. Additionally, the co-exposure to both metal ions led to a different uptake pattern compared to the single metal exposures. The study unequivocally confirmed that dissolution is the primary mechanism driving the uptake of (dissolving) metal NPs in earthworms. Therefore, the assessment of the uptake of metal nanoparticles is conservatively covered by the assessment of the uptake of their ionic counterpart.

Abstract
While parafoveal word processing plays an important role in natural reading, the underlying neural mechanism remains unclear. The present study investigated the neural basis of parafoveal processing during Chinese word reading with the co-registration of eye-tracking and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) using fixation-related fMRI analysis. In the gaze-contingent boundary paradigm, preview conditions (words that are identical, orthographically similar, and unrelated to target words), pre-target word frequency and target word frequency were manipulated. When fixating the pre-target word, the identical preview condition elicited lower brain activation in the left fusiform gyrus relative to unrelated and orthographically similar preview conditions and there were significant interactions of preview condition and pre-target word frequency on brain activation of the left middle frontal gyrus, left fusiform gyrus and supplementary motor area. When fixating the target word, there was a significant main effect of preview condition on brain activation of the right fusiform gyrus and a significant interaction of preview condition and pre-target word frequency on brain activation of the left middle frontal gyrus. These results suggest that fixation-related brain activation provides immediate measures and new perspectives to understand the mechanism of parafoveal processing in self-paced reading.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To assess whether a shorter length of stay (LOS) is associated with a higher risk of readmission among newborns with neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) and examine the risk, causes, and characteristics associated with readmissions among newborns with NAS, using a longitudinally linked population-based database. METHODS Our study sample included full-term singletons with NAS (n = 4,547) and without NAS (n = 327,836), born in Massachusetts during 2011-2017. We used log-binomial regression models to estimate the crude risk ratios (cRRs) and adjusted RRs with 95% confidence intervals (CI) of the association between LOS and readmissions, controlling for maternal age, race/ethnicity, education, marital status, insurance, method of delivery, birthweight, adequacy of prenatal care, smoking, and abnormal conditions of newborn. RESULTS Compared with infants without NAS, infants with NAS had a non-significantly higher risk of readmission within 2-42 days (2.8% vs. 2.5%; p = 0.17) and a significantly higher risk of readmission within 43-182 days (2.7% vs. 1.8%; p < 0.001). The risk of readmission within 2-42 days was significantly higher among infants with NAS with a LOS of 0-6 days compared to a LOS of 14-20 days (reference group) (aRR: 2.1; 95% CI: 1.2-3.5). No significant differences in readmission rates between 43 and 182 days were observed across LOS categories. CONCLUSIONS Among infants with NAS, a LOS of 0-6 days was associated with a significantly higher risk of readmission within 2-42 days of discharge compared to a longer LOS.

Abstract
Frying is a common food processing method because fried food is popular with consumers for its attractive colour and crisp taste. What's concerning is that the complex physical and chemical reactions occurring during deep frying are harmful to the well-being of people. For this reason, researchers proposed various detecting methods to assess frying oil deterioration. Some studies design sensor probe, others utilize spectroscopic related methods. However, these methods all need the participating of professionals and expensive instruments. Some of the methods can only function on a fixed temperature. To fix the defects of the above models, in this study, we make use of recent advances in machine learning, specifically generative adversarial networks (GAN). We propose a GAN-based regression model to predict frying oil deterioration. First, we conduct deep frying experiments and record the values of indexes we choose under different temperature and frying time. After collecting the data, we build a GAN-based regression model and train it on the dataset. Finally, we test our model on the test set and analyze the experimental results. Our results suggest that the proposed model can predict frying oil deterioration without experiments. Our model can be applied to other regression problems in various research areas, including price forecasting, trend analysis and so on.

Abstract
AIM To investigate the prevalence of potentially inappropriate medication (PIM) prescribing and its number-dependent association (PIM=1, 2, ≥3) with all-cause hospitalizations, emergency department (ED) visits, and medication expenditures in Beijing, China. METHOD A retrospective cohort analysis was conducted to analyze PIM prescribing in community-dwelling older adults aged ≥ 65 years within the Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Database (data from July to September 2016). The prevalence of PIMs was estimated based on the 2015 Beers Criteria. Logistic models were utilized to investigate the associations between PIM use and all-cause hospitalizations and ED visits. Generalized linear models with the logic link and gamma distribution were used to analyze associations between PIM use and medication expenditures. RESULTS Among the 506,214 older adults, the prevalence of PIM was 38.07%. After adjusting for covariables, prescribing 2 and ≥3 PIMs was associated with increased risks of hospitalizations (PIM=2: OR 1.34, 95%CI: 1.22-1.47; PIM≥3: OR=1.47, 95%CI: 1.32-1.63) and ED visits (PIM=2: OR = 1.29, 95%CI 1.12-1.48; PIM≥3: OR=1.23, 95%CI: 1.04-1.44). Exposures of 2 and ≥3 PIMs were associated with higher medication expenditures for inpatient visits (PIM=2: incidence rate ratio IRR = 1.08, 95%CI 1.01-1.16; PIM≥3: IRR=1.18, 95%CI: 1.08-1.28). Vasodilators were the most frequent PIM prescribing group among patients who ended with hospitalizations or ED visits. CONCLUSIONS PIMs were prescribed at a high rate among community-dwelling older adults in Beijing. PIMs ≥2 were associated with increased risks of hospitalizations, ED visits, and increased inpatient medication expenditures. Effective interventions are needed to target unnecessary and inappropriate medications in older adults.

Abstract
Biodegradable household garbage contains a large amount of nitrogen, which could be used as organic fertilizer to produce organic food and significantly reduce synthetic nitrogen fertilizers. There is limited information on how large the nitrogen reservoir of biodegradable household garbage is in a certain country or region. Here we took China as a case, analyzed the amount of biodegradable household garbage resources and their nitrogen reservoirs. It was noted that the biodegradable household garbage mainly included food waste, waste paper and wood chips, with the amount being 31.56, 29.55, and 6.45 × 106 t·a-1, respectively. Accordingly, the nitrogen reservoirs were 65.31 × 104, 6.80 × 104, and 3.81 × 104 t·a-1 in China. The nitrogen reservoir of food waste accounted for 86% of the total nitrogen reservoir of biodegradable household garbage, which was equivalent to 11% of the amount of actual absorption for synthetic nitrogen fertilizers (6.20 × 106 t·a-1) by agriculture plants in China. Our findings provided a scientific basis for the classification and utilization of biodegradable household garbage.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has rapidly become a global pandemic. Age is an independent factor in death from the disease, and predictive models to stratify patients according to their mortality risk are needed. AIM To compare the laboratory parameters of the younger (≤70) and the elderly (>70) groups, and develop death prediction models for the two groups according to age stratification. DESIGN A retrospective, single-center observational study. METHODS This study included 437 hospitalized patients with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 from Tongji Hospital in Wuhan, China, 2020. Epidemiological information, laboratory data and outcomes were extracted from electronic medical records and compared between elderly patients and younger patients. First, recursive feature elimination (RFE) was used to select the optimal subset. Then, two random forest (RF) algorithms models were built to predict the prognoses of COVID-19 patients and identify the optimal diagnostic predictors for patients' clinical prognoses. RESULTS Comparisons of the laboratory data of the two age groups revealed many different laboratory indicators. RFE was used to select the optimal subset for analysis, from which 11 variables were screened out for the two groups. The RF algorithm were built to predict the prognoses of COVID-19 patients based on the best subset, and the area under ROC curve (AUC) of the two groups is 0.874 (95% CI: 0.833-0.915) and 0.842 (95% CI: 0.765-0.920). CONCLUSION Two prediction models for COVID-19 were developed in the patients with COVID-19 based on random forest algorithm, which provides a simple tool for the early prediction of COVID-19 mortality.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Intestinal acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) is a serious complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Abnormal autophagy levels in intestinal aGVHD have been confirmed in many studies. LncRNAs exert coregulatory functions and participate in a variety of intracellular regulatory processes. In this study, we investigated how lnc-AC145676.2.1-6-3 regulates dysregulated STX3-related autophagy in aGVHD. MATERIALS AND METHODS First, we established a mouse model of aGVHD by transplanting a mononuclear cell suspension from Balb/c donor mice treated with 60Co X-rays into CB6F1 recipient mice. STX3-related indicators were analyzed by Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry which confirmed that STX3 plays an important role in dysregulating autophagy in intestinal aGVHD. TNF-αinduced Caco-2 cells, which is an in vitro model of intestinal barrier dysfunction, were established to verify the effect of STX3. The direct interaction between the partners of lnc-AC145676.2.1-6-3-mediated hsa-miR-1292-3p and STX3 axis was evaluated by the Dual-Luciferase activity assay. We performed PCR, WB, and immunofluorescence in Caco-2 cells to determine whether the abnormal autophagy levels were influenced by lnc-AC145676.2.1-6-3. RESULTS The results showed that lnc-AC145676.2.1-6-3 could significantly suppress the number of autophagic vacuoles, the LC3-II/I ratio, and beclin1 levels by increasing STX3 levels. CONCLUSIONS Lnc-AC145676.2.1-6-3 may play an important role in intestinal aGVHD by targeting STX3.

Abstract
Significant progress has been made in generating counterfeit images and videos. Forged videos generated by deepfaking have been widely spread and have caused severe societal impacts, which stir up public concern about automatic deepfake detection technology. Recently, many deepfake detection methods based on forged features have been proposed. Among the popular forged features, textural features are widely used. However, most of the current texture-based detection methods extract textures directly from RGB images, ignoring the mature spectral analysis methods. Therefore, this research proposes a deepfake detection network fusing RGB features and textural information extracted by neural networks and signal processing methods, namely, MFF-Net. Specifically, it consists of four key components: (1) a feature extraction module to further extract textural and frequency information using the Gabor convolution and residual attention blocks; (2) a texture enhancement module to zoom into the subtle textural features in shallow layers; (3) an attention module to force the classifier to focus on the forged part; (4) two instances of feature fusion to firstly fuse textural features from the shallow RGB branch and feature extraction module and then to fuse the textural features and semantic information. Moreover, we further introduce a new diversity loss to force the feature extraction module to learn features of different scales and directions. The experimental results show that MFF-Net has excellent generalization and has achieved state-of-the-art performance on various deepfake datasets.

Abstract
The identification and classification of plant diseases is of great significance to ecological protection and deep learning methods have made a great of progress in the common plant diseases identification for specific plant. While faced with the same plant disease of other plants, due to the insufficient or low quality training data, current deep learning methods will be difficult to identify the diseases effectively and accurately. Inspired by the advantages of GAN in dataset expansion, we propose the CycleGAN based confusion model in this paper. In this paper, GAN framework is improved by adding noise label and learn together during training stage, which migrates the data of common plant diseases to the plants with insufficient or low quality data. In order to evaluate the quality of the migrated training dataset among different GAN approaches, we introduce the quality indicators of the migration images such as MMD, FID, EMD etc. We compare our model with other GANs model, and the experimental results show that the proposed model obtains better results in the migration process, which make it more effective for the identification of cross species plant diseases.

Abstract
1. The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a highly polymorphic region of the genome essential to immune responses and animal health. However, avian MHC genetic structure is different from that of mammals. In this study, the structure and expression of Korean quail MHC class I gene was analysed.2. The quail MHC gene consisted of eight exons and seven introns. The open reading frame of the cDNA was 353 amino acids, and the molecular weight was about 38.91 kDa. Exons 1 and 2 coded for leading peptides and alpha 1 regions, respectively. Exons 3 and 4 encoded alpha 2 and alpha 3 regions. Exons 5 to 8 coded for connecting peptides and transmembrane regions/cytoplasmic regions (TM/CY). The Korean quail MHC class I amino acid sequence shared 87% to 99% homology with Japanese quail and 71% to 75% with chicken. The amino acid shared 40% and 43% homology with humans and mice, respectively.3. Real-time quantitative PCR showed that MHC-I was highly expressed in immune tissues such as the bursa of Fabricius. Moreover, the constructed evolutionary tree was consistent with accepted evolutionary pathways.4. MHC-I is closely related to the host's immune system, and these findings may help to better understand the role of Korean quail MHC-I in the immune system.

Abstract
To explore the inhibitory activity of polyphenols on α-glucosidase and α-amylase, 16 polyphenols were isolated, identified, and quantified in an edible Malus "Winter Red" crabapple fruit. The limitations of two traditional methods for α-glucosidase and α-amylase activity assay in vitro were assayed. An improved method based on an HPLC assay for α-glucosidase and a colorimetric method coupled with a custom-made mini-column for α-amylase were established. Compared with positive controls, acarbose and miglito, most polyphenols, especially the four aglycones (cyanidin, quercetin, phloretin, and 3-hydroxyphloretin) showed higher inhibition rates on α-glucosidase. None of the polyphenols showed higher inhibition rates on α-amylase than acarbose, but most, especially the four aglycones, showed higher inhibition rates on α-amylase than miglito. The Malus Winter Red fruit has great potential for postprandial blood glucose management as a potential diet therapy for diabetic patients.

Abstract
AIM To detect the expression levels of fasting serum fructose and ketohexokinase (KHK) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) at different stages of urinary albumin creatinine ratios (UACR) and serum uric acid (sUA). METHODS 339 T2DM patients and 107 normal volunteers were divided into the normal uric acid (275 cases) and high uric acid group (171 cases) according to uric acid levels. T2DM patients were divided into the normal albuminuria group (118 cases, UACR < 30 mg/g), microalbuminuria group (112 cases, UACR 30-300 mg/g) and large amount of albuminuria group (109 cases, UACR > 300 mg/g). Levels of fasting serum fructose and KHK were detected and statistical analysis was carried out. RESULTS Fasting serum fructose and KHK levels increased with the increase of UACR and sUA (P < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that fasting serum fructose and KHK levels were positively correlated with UACR and sUA (P < 0.05). Ridge regression analysis showed that fasting serum fructose and KHK were also correlated with urinary albumin and uric acid (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION Fasting serum fructose and KHK in endogenous fructose are associated with serum uric acid and urinary albumin levels in patients with T2DM. Trial number: ChiCTR2000039870.

Abstract
AIMS/INTRODUCTION The relationship between urinary excretion rate of glucose (UEGL) and uric acid (UA) metabolism in adults with type 2 diabetes (T2D) remains unclear to date. This study aimed to investigate the relationships of UEGL with serum UA (SUA), urinary excretion rate of uric acid (UEUA), and renal clearance of uric acid (CLUA) in adults with T2D. We hypothesised that high UEGL increases UA excretion, which in turn leads to lower SUA. MATERIALS AND METHODS This was a cross-sectional study of 635 inpatients with T2D recruited between 2018 and 2019. The relationships of UEGL with UEUA, CLUA, and hyperuricaemia were assessed using analysis of covariance and multivariate regression analysis. RESULTS Patients in the higher quartile of UEGL tended to have lower SUA levels than those in the lower quartile. In contrast, patients in the higher quartile of UEGL tended to have higher CLUA (p for trend < 0.0001), and a similar trend was observed for UEUA. In adjusted multivariable linear regression model, UEGL was negatively correlated with SUA (β = - 0.023, 95% CI - 0.034 to - 0.013, p < 0.0001). However, positive correlations of UEGL with UEUA (β = 0.046, 95% CI 0.018-0.074, p = 0.001) and CLUA (β = 0.063, 95% CI 0.042-0.085, p < 0.0001) were found. Furthermore, consistent significant inverse associations were observed between quartiles of UEGL and hyperuricaemia in the adjusted multivariate logistic regression model. CONCLUSIONS A high UEGL level was positively correlated with UEUA and CLUA. Moreover, it was inversely associated with SUA level, and a consistently increased UEGL level reduced the risk of hyperuricaemia in patients with T2D.

Abstract
High-strength 7075 aluminum alloy is widely used in the aerospace industry. The forming performance of 7075 aluminum alloy is poor at room temperature. Therefore, hot forming is mainly adopted. Electromagnetic forming is a high-speed forming technology that can significantly improve the forming limit of difficult-to-deform materials. However, there are few studies on electromagnetic hot forming of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy. In this study, the deformation behavior of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy in the temperature range of 25 °C to 400 °C was investigated. As the temperature increased, the sheet forming height first decreased, then increased. When the forming temperature is between 200 °C and 300 °C, η phase coarsening leads to a decrease in stress and hardness of the material. When the forming temperature is between 300 °C and 400 °C, continuous dynamic recrystallization of 7075 aluminum alloy occurs, resulting in grain refinement and an increase in stress and hardness. The results of numerical simulations and experiments all show that the forming height and deformation uniformity of the sheet metal are optimal at 400 °C, compared to 200 °C.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the repair methods and clinical effects of full-thickness burn wounds deep to tendon or even bone in fingers. Methods: A retrospective non-randomized controlled trial was conducted on the 98 patients with full-thickness finger burns deep to tendon or even bone who met the inclusion criteria and were hospitalized in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from January 2010 to December 2019. Among the 98 patients, there were 81 males and 17 females, aged from 1 to 72 years, with 160 fingers involved. The wound area of each of affected fingers ranged from 2.0 cm×1.5 cm to 12.0 cm×3.5 cm, and the maximum wound area after merging the affected fingers was 12.0 cm×10.0 cm. For adult hands with multiple full-thickness burn wounds deep to tendon or even bone in multiple fingers or children with full-thickness finger burns deep to tendon or even bone, pedicled abdominal flaps were selected. For adults with single or two fingers with full-thickness burns deep to tendon or even bone, the pedicled internal hand flaps and free tissue flaps were selected. The free tissue flap repair requires good vascular conditions in the recipient area with arteries and veins available for anastomosis. For thumb nail burns deep to tendon or even bone or partial absence of the thumb after burns, the thumbs were reconstructed with the first toenail flap or dorsal foot flap with the second toe. In this study, 45 pedicled abdominal flaps were used to repair the wounds in 91 fingers, 37 pedicled internal hand flaps were used to repair the wounds in 37 fingers, 26 free tissue flaps were used to repair the wounds in 28 fingers, 3 first toenail flaps were used to reconstruct 3 patients' thumb nails and to repair hand wounds, and 1 dorsal foot flap with the second toe was used to reconstruct 1 patient's thumb and to repair hand and wrist wounds. The tissue flap area was from 2.0 cm×1.5 cm to 20.0 cm×10.0 cm. The wound in the donor site was repaired by direct suture or full-thickness skin grafting from the medial upper arm of the affected limb or split-thickness skin grafting from the outer thigh. The postoperative survival of the tissue flap, postoperative complications, and appearance and function of the flap donor site were observed. For the patients who were followed up, their finger functions were evaluated at the last follow-up using the trial criteria for replantation function evaluation of the amputated finger issued by the Hand Surgery Society of the Chinese Medical Association, and the satisfaction of the patients was investigated using the Efficacy Satisfaction Scale. Data were statistically analyzed with Kruskal-Wallis H test and Nemenyi test. Results: Of the 112 tissue flaps, 104 tissue flaps survived completely and had good blood circulation; 1 pedicled thumb dorsal ulnar reverse island flap, 1 pedicled finger artery cutaneous branch reverse island flap, and 1 free grafted anterolateral thigh perforator flap were slightly necrotic at the end, which were repaired with outer thigh split-thickness skin graft after dressing change and granulation tissue growth; 2 free grafted tarsal external artery flaps and 1 pedicled thumb dorsal ulnar reverse island flap suffered from postoperative venous return obstruction, which survived after partial suture removal and heparin saline cleansing of the wound; 1 pedicled modified dorsal metacarpal artery retrograde island flap and 1 free grafted peroneal artery perforator flap were necrotic, which were repaired by a pedicled abdominal flap and a lateral upper arm flap free transplantation respectively in stage Ⅱ. After transplantation, the tissue flaps had good shape, soft texture, and good elasticity, without bloating. There was no functional disorder in the flap donor site, and only slight scar remained. A total of 117 fingers of the 72 patients received 3-24 months of outpatient or telephone follow-up. At the last follow-up, the excellent and good rates of function evaluation of fingers repaired with pedicled abdominal flap, pedicled internal hand flap, and free tissue flap were respectively 77.3% (51/66), 96.3% (26/27), and 95.8% (23/24). The function of fingers repaired with free tissue flap and pedicled internal hand flap was significantly better than that with pedicled abdominal flap (P<0.01). The satisfaction of patients with fingers repaired by free tissue flaps was significantly higher than that by pedicled abdominal flap (P<0.05). Conclusions: According to the specific situation of full-thickness burn wounds deep to tendon or even bone in fingers, the pedicled abdominal flap is used to repair the multiple full-thickness burn wounds deep to tendon or even bone in multiple fingers of adult or the full-thickness burn wounds deep to tendon or even bone in fingers of children, the pedicled internal hand flap or free tissue flap is used to repair the full-thickness burn wounds deep to tendon or even bone in single or two fingers of adult patients, and the first toenail flap or the dorsal foot flap with the second toe is used to reconstruct the thumbs with full-thickness burn deep to tendon or even bone, with high postoperative tissue flap survival rate and few complications. The functional recovery of the affected finger is better after repair with free tissue flap and pedicled internal hand flap, and the patients' satisfaction is the highest after free tissue flap repair.

Abstract
Blockchain-based applications are gaining traction in various application fields, including supply chain management, health care, and finance. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a critical component of these applications since it allows for data collection from the environment. In this work, we integrate the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain and IoT devices to demonstrate the access control and establish the root of trust for IoT devices. The Hyperledger Fabric is designed to be secure against unwanted access and use through encryption protocols, access restrictions, and cryptography algorithms. An attribute-based access control (ABAC) mechanism was created using Hyperledger Fabric components only to gain access to the IoT device. Single board computers based on the ARM architecture are becoming increasingly powerful and popular in automation applications. In this study, the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B based on ARM64 architecture is used as the IoT device. Because the ARM64 architecture is not supported by default, we build executable binaries and Docker images for the ARM64 architecture, using the Hyperledger Fabric source code. On an IoT device, we run the fabric node in native mode to evaluate the executable binaries generated for the ARM64 architecture. Through effective chaincode execution and testing, we successfully assess the Hyperledger fabric blockchain implementation and access control mechanism on the ARM64 architecture.
