Abstract
Feed efficiency (FE) is a major economic trait of meat duck. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of residual feed intake (RFI) divergence on growth performance, carcass traits, meat quality, and blood biochemical parameters in small-sized meat ducks. A total of 500 healthy 21-day-old male ducks were housed in individual cages until slaughter at 63 d of age. The growth performance was determined for all the ducks. The carcass yield, meat quality, and blood biochemical parameters were determined for the selected 30 high-RFI (HRFI) and 30 low-RFI (LRFI) ducks. In terms of growth performance, the RFI, feed conversion ratio (FCR), and average daily feed intake (ADFI) were found to be significantly lower in the LRFI group (P < 0.01), whereas no differences were observed in the BW and body weight gain (P > 0.05). For slaughter performance, no differences were observed in the carcass traits between the LRFI and HRFI groups (P > 0.05). For meat quality, the shear force of breast muscle was significantly lower in the LRFI group (P < 0.05), while the other meat quality traits of breast and thigh muscles demonstrated no differences (P > 0.05). For blood biochemical parameters, the serum concentrations of triglycerides (TG) and glucose (GLU) were significantly lower in the LRFI group (P < 0.05), while the other parameters showed no differences (P > 0.05). The correlation analysis demonstrated a high positive correlation between RFI, FCR, and ADFI (P < 0.01). The RFI demonstrated a negative effect on the breast muscle and lean meat yields, but a positive effect on the shear force of breast muscle (P < 0.05). Further, the RFI demonstrated a positive effect on the TG and GLU levels (P < 0.05). These results indicate that the selection for low RFI could improve the FE of small-sized meat ducks without affecting the production performance. This study provides valuable insight into the biological processes underlying the variations in FE in small-sized meat ducks.

Abstract
Background Anchorage control is one of the components in the treatment of extraction cases. However, what determines more or less anchorage loss is still an unanswered question. Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the most important factors contributing to the anchorage loss of maxillary first molars in premolar extraction cases. Materials and Methods The study included 726 upper premolar extraction cases, including 214 male patients and 512 female patients, and the mean age was 14.4 ± 4.5 years old (range: 9-45). Factors including physiological characteristics, treatment mechanics, and cephalometric variables were collected and their influences on the angulation changes of maxillary first molars were analyzed. Results The mean angulation change of maxillary first molar after treatment was 2.81°(mesial tipping). The change of UM/PP showed a statistically significant difference in different sex (male 3.84° ± 5.26° vs female 2.38° ± 5.10°), age (adult -0.05° ± 4.73° vs teenager 3.46° ± 5.07°), and molar relationship (Class II 3.28° ± 5.15° vs Class I 2.36° ± 5.19°). There are six variables accounted in the regression analysis (R = 0.608, R2 = 37.0%). Among them, the pre-treatment molar tipping (Standardized Coefficients: -0.65) and the pre-treatment incisor/molar height ratio (Standardized Coefficients: -0.27) were the most important factors influencing anchorage loss during treatment. Conclusion Compared with treatment-related factors, the patient's physiological characteristics play a more important role in anchorage loss. The pre-treatment angulation of the maxillary first molar is the most influential factor in changes to maxillary molar angulation, which are often predisposing anchorage loss.

Abstract
The singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay Λ_{c}^{+}→nπ^{+} is observed for the first time with a statistical significance of 7.3σ by using 3.9 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data collected at center-of-mass energies between 4.612 and 4.699 GeV with the BESIII detector at BEPCII. The branching fraction of Λ_{c}^{+}→nπ^{+} is measured to be (6.6±1.2_{stat}±0.4_{syst})×10^{-4}. By taking the upper limit of branching fractions of Λ_{c}^{+}→pπ^{0} from the Belle experiment, the ratio of branching fractions between Λ_{c}^{+}→nπ^{+} and Λ_{c}^{+}→pπ^{0} is calculated to be larger than 7.2 at the 90% confidence level, which disagrees with most predictions of the available phenomenological models. In addition, the branching fractions of the Cabibbo-favored decays Λ_{c}^{+}→Λπ^{+} and Λ_{c}^{+}→Σ^{0}π^{+} are measured to be (1.31±0.08_{stat}±0.05_{syst})×10^{-2} and (1.22±0.08_{stat}±0.07_{syst})×10^{-2}, respectively, which are consistent with previous results.

Abstract
Objectives: To investigate the clinical impacts of chronic total occlusion (CTO) in acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) patients underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: A total of 2 271 acute NSTEMI patients underwent primary PCI from China Acute Myocardial Infarction Registry were enrolled in this study and divided into the CTO group and the non-CTO group according to the angiography. The primary endpoint was in-hospital mortality and mortality during a 2-year follow-up. The secondary endpoint was major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) including revascularization, death, re-myocardial infarction, heart failure readmission, stroke and major bleeding. Results: Thirteen-point four percent of the total acute NSTEMI patients had concurrent CTO. In-hospital mortality (3.6% vs. 1.4%, P<0.01) and 2-year mortality (9.0% vs. 5.1%, P<0.01) were significantly higher in the CTO group than those in the non-CTO group, respectively. Multiple regression analyses showed that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (HR 7.28, 95%CI 1.50-35.35, P=0.01) was an independent risk factor of in-hospital mortality, and advanced age (HR 1.04, 95%CI 1.01-1.07, P<0.01), and low levels of ejection fraction (HR 0.95, 95%CI 0.93-0.98, P<0.01) were independent risk factors of 2-year mortality. CTO (HR1.67, 95%CI 1.10-2.54, P=0.02) was an independent risk factor of revascularization, but not a risk factor of mortality. Conclusions: Although acute NSTEMI patients concurrent with CTO had higher mortality, CTO was only an independent risk factor of revascularization, but not of mortality. Advanced age and low levels of ejection fraction were independent risk factors of long-term death among acute NSTEMI patients.

Abstract
The present paper summarizes the methods and technical key points for urinary reconstruction in mouse kidney transplantation. Both bladder patch and ureter implantation techniques are feasible options for urinary reconstruction in mouse kidney transplantation. The dominant complication in bladder patch technique is ischemic necrosis of patch and distal ureter and is associated with donor mouse strains and surgical skills. The most common complication in ureter implantation technique is urine leakage and is related to recipient mouse gender and technical skills. The key technical points for bladder patch method are estimation of blood supply for bladder patch and properly trimming and suturing bladder walls. The key points for ureter implantation method are properly trimming and fixation of the ureter. Comparing with the bladder patch, the ureter implantation technique is faster, its complications are easier to be repaired by secondary surgery, but the risk of urine retention is higher at late time. The timeliness of surgical intervention is a key factor for successfully repairing the early urinary complications.

Abstract
To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of patients with pineal region meningioma. All the patients underwent combined endoscopic and microsurgical procedure by modified Poppen approach (double-scopic technique) between January 2018 and March 2021 in the Department of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. A total tumor resection was achieved in all the patients without deaths. All the pineal region meningiomas were pathologically confirmed. During the follow-up period, none of the 10 patients experienced tumor progression, and 4 of patients were treated by radiotherapy after surgery. The external ventricular drainage was performed in 8 cases intraoperatively, and no case underwent the ventriculoperitoneal shunt during the follow-up period. The clinical symptoms of 9 cases were improved,1 case had no improvement, and no patients presented deteriorated symptoms. Combined endoscopic and microsurgical surgery resection of pineal region meningiomas by modified Poppen approach helped the surgeons directly observe the cerebral deep vein systems in pineal region with endoscope and significantly enhance the total resection rate of pineal region meningiomas, thereby decreasing the damage of cerebral deep vein systems in pineal region and reducing the incidence of surgical complications.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of sleep duration on the risk of cognitive impairment in the elderly in China. Methods: Baseline data of 9 679 elderly individuals with intact cognition were collected from the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS) in 2005, and followed up was conducted until 2018. Cox proportional hazards model was used to analyze the association between different sleep durations and the risk for cognitive impairment in the elderly. Results: Compared with elderly with sleep duration of 6 hours per day, those with sleep duration less than 5 hours had increased risk for cognitive impairment by 30% (HR=1.30, 95%CI: 1.05-1.62), and those with sleep durations of 7 hours, 8 hours and more than 9 hours had increased risk for cognitive impairment by 34% (HR=1.34,95%CI: 1.09-1.64), 40% (HR=1.40,95%CI: 1.17-1.69) and 43% (HR=1.43,95%CI: 1.19-1.70), respectively. Trend test showed that the risk of cognitive impairment increased with the extension of sleep duration (>6 h), and there was a dose-response relationship (P<0.001). However, self-rated sleep quality was not associated with the risk for cognitive impairment in the elderly. Conclusions: The shorter and longer sleep duration were associated an increased risk of cognitive impairment in the elderly aged ≥65 years in China, suggesting that optimizing sleep duration might delay the occurrence of cognitive impairment.

Abstract
A 43-year-old male patient with onset of edema caused by nephrotic proteinuria and low titer of anti-M type phospholipase-A2-receptor (PLA2R) antibody was diagnosed as idiopathic membranous nephropathy by renal biopsy. Administrated with prednisone 40 mg once a day and cyclosporine 100 mg twice a day as front-line regimen, the patient relapsed after transient partial remission. When treatment was combined with cyclophosphamide 100 mg once a day, the 24-hour total urine protein and titer of anti-PLA2R antibody were even elevated. Therefore, the patient received rituximab 1 g intravenously in April 2019, October 2019 and October 2020 respectively. CD19 positive B lymphocytes in peripheral blood were eliminated from 71/μl to zero. Immunosuppressants and corticosteroids were withdrawn successively. On the last follow-up in November 2020, the anti-PLA2R antibody was negative, and the 24-hour total urine protein and serum albumin was 4.4 g and 34 g/L, respectively. This case suggested the potential efficacy of rituximab for refractory membranous nephropathy. Further studies should explore whether the titer of anti-PLA2R antibody indicates the dose of rituximab.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the influence of chronic diseases on falls among middle-aged and older Chinese. Methods: Baseline data of 13 670 middle-aged and older adults recruited from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) in 2011 were used and followed up to 2018, among those were 7 443 (54.45%) middle-aged people aged 45-59 and 6 227 (45.55%) older adults aged 60 and above. The Cox proportional hazards model was used to analyze the effects of different types, the number of chronic diseases and the interaction between chronic illness and other factors on the fall risk of middle-aged and older people. Results: After adjusting for confounding factors, respiratory diseases increased the risk of falls by 21% (HR=1.21, 95%CI:1.02-1.45), and arthritis increased the risk of falls by 27% (HR=1.27,95%CI: 1.12-1.43) in the group aged 45-59, kidney disease increased the risk of falls by 26% (HR=1.26, 95%CI: 1.03-1.53) in the group aged 60 and above. A linear dose-response relationship between the number of chronic diseases and fall risk (χ2=133.61, P<0.001) was found in all the age groups. The interaction between having chronic diseases and the factors of females (HR=1.64, 95%CI: 1.43-1.89), impaired activities of daily living (ADL) (HR=1.66, 95%CI: 1.39-1.99), and having a fall history (HR=2.58, 95%CI: 2.24-2.97) increased the risk of falls. Conclusions: There is a positive linear relationship between the number of chronic diseases and the fall risk among Chinese aged 45 and above. The female middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases and the middle-aged and elderly patients with impaired ADL or a history of falls are the high-risk groups for falls that need to be focused on intervention. The window of fall injury prevention should be moved forward to the middle-aged stage in time.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Angiogenesis impairment is a common feature of diabetes mellitus (DM), whereas CD117+ bone marrow cells (BMCs) injury might be responsible for such complication. In this study, we studied the effect of hyperglycemia on the DNA damage and senility of CD117+ bone marrow cells. MATERIALS AND METHODS We isolated CD117+ BMCs from the Streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetes and healthy control mice. Oxidative stress was detected by flow cytometric analysis. γ-H2AX, which is the DNA damage mark, was detected by using Western blotting and immunofluorescence histochemistry. We also detected the expression of γ-H2AX and p16 by using Western blotting. RESULTS Compared with the control mice, the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) was increased significantly in the CD117+ BMCs collected from the diabetic mice (p<0.05), and the percentage of γ-H2AX positive cells was higher significantly (p<0.01). The expression of γ-H2AX and p16 was increased significantly in the CD117+ BMCs from the diabetic mice. CONCLUSIONS Our experiments demonstrated the oxidative stress in CD117+ BMCs under DM conditions, while accelerating the DNA damage and senility in CD117+ BMCs as well.

Abstract
The first evidence for X(3872) production in relativistic heavy ion collisions is reported. The X(3872) production is studied in lead-lead (Pb-Pb) collisions at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV per nucleon pair, using the decay chain X(3872)→J/ψπ^{+}π^{-}→μ^{+}μ^{-}π^{+}π^{-}. The data were recorded with the CMS detector in 2018 and correspond to an integrated luminosity of 1.7 nb^{-1}. The measurement is performed in the rapidity and transverse momentum ranges |y|<1.6 and 15<p_{T}<50 GeV/c. The significance of the inclusive X(3872) signal is 4.2 standard deviations. The prompt X(3872) to ψ2S yield ratio is found to be ρ^{Pb-Pb}=1.08±0.49(stat)±0.52(syst), to be compared with typical values of 0.1 for pp collisions. This result provides a unique experimental input to theoretical models of the X(3872) production mechanism, and of the nature of this exotic state.

Abstract
Objective: To examine the associations between metabolic syndrome (MS) and the risks for impaired activities of daily living (ADL) in the middle-aged and elderly population in China and provide basis for improving healthy life expectancy. Methods: Prospective cohort study design was used in this study. Based the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) from 2011 to 2018 and the baseline data in 2011, the follow up for ADL outcomes was conducted in 2013, 2015 and 2018 respectively, and the participants recruited in 2013 and 2015 were new baseline populations. The participants with impaired ADL in three baseline populations were excluded. Cox proportional hazard model was used to estimate the effect of different components and number of MS components on the risk for ADL impairment in the middle-aged and elderly population in China. Results: In 59 795 person-years of follow-up, a total of 1 011 cases of ADL impairments were recorded. The incidence density of ADL impairment was 16.91 per 1 000 person-year; The findings of Cox regression analysis showed that compared with the middle aged and elderly people without MS, the risk for ADL impairments was 1.29 times higher (95%CI: 1.12-1.50) for those with one component of MS, 1.32 times higher (95%CI:1.07-1.64) for those with hyperlipemia complicated with diabetes, 1.78 times higher (95%CI: 1.22-2.59) for those with obesity and one component of MS, 2.48 times higher (95%CI:1.59-3.85) for those with hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia, 3.51 times higher (95%CI:1.66-7.43) for those with hypertension complicated with diabetes, 1.80 times higher (95%CI: 1.40-2.32) for those with ≥3 MS, respectively. Compared with the middle-aged and elderly population without MS, the risk for impaired ADL increased by 30% (HR=1.30, 95%CI: 1.13-1.51), 54% (HR=1.54, 95%CI: 1.28-1.85) and 87% (HR=1.87, 95%CI:1.45-2.41), respectively, in the middle-aged and elderly with one, two, and more than three components of MS, with a significant dose-response relationship that ADL impaired risks increased as the number of MS components increased (P<0.001). Conclusions: Our findings suggested that MS is a risk factor for ADL impairment in middle-aged and elderly population in China. Prevention and early intervention of obesity, hypertension, hyperlipemia, diabetes and metabolic syndrome could help to reduce or delay the incidence of ADL impairment.

Abstract
Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy sqrt[s]=3.773 GeV by the BESIII detector, the decay D^{0}→ωϕ is observed for the first time. The branching fraction is measured to be (6.48±0.96±0.40)×10^{-4} with a significance of 6.3σ, where the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. An angular analysis reveals that the ϕ and ω mesons from the D^{0}→ωϕ decay are transversely polarized. The 95% confidence level upper limit on longitudinal polarization fraction is set to be less than 0.24, which is inconsistent with current theoretical expectations and challenges our understanding of the underlying dynamics in charm meson decays.

Roles of DWI and T2-weighted MRI volumetry in the evaluation of lymph node metastasis and lymphovascular invasion of stage IB-IIA cervical cancer. Clin Radiol 2022; 77:224-230. Abstract
AIM To determine whether magnetic resonance imaging volumetry on T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) could be used to assess lymph node metastases (LNM) and lymphovascular invasion (LVSI) in resectable cervical cancer. MATERIAL AND METHODS Sixty-five consecutive patients with cervical cancer were enrolled retrospectively. Tumour size, including maximum transverse diameter, tumour length, and gross tumour volume (GTV), was evaluated on DWI and T2WI. Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values were measured. Univariate, multivariate, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analyses were performed to determine whether tumour size and ADC could be used to assess LNM and LVSI. RESULTS Tumour length on both T2WI and DWI, and T2WI-based and DWI-based GTVs could be used to assess LNM (p=0.002, 0.004, 0.001, and <0.001, respectively). Tumour length on T2WI, T2WI-based GTV, DWI-based GTV, and ADC value could be used assess LVSI (p=0.039, 0.038, 0.012, 0.039, respectively). Multivariate analyses showed both T2WI-based GTV (odds ratio [OR] = 1.044; p=0.008) and DWI-based GTV (OR=1.941; p=0.019) were independent risk factors for LNM. T2WI-based GTV (OR=1.023, p=0.038) and DWI-based GTV (OR=3.275, p=0.008) were independent risk factors for LVSI. No statistically significant difference was identified between the area under the ROC curve (AUC) of the DWI-based GTV and the T2WI-based GTV (0.790 versus 0.775, p=0.113), or the tumour length on both T2WI (0.790 versus 0.734, p=0.185) and DWI (0.790 versus 0.737, p=0.333) for LNM. For LVSI, the AUC of DWI-based GTV was higher than T2WI-based GTV (0.720 versus 0.682, p=0.006). CONCLUSION GTV on both T2WI and DWI could be used assess LNM and LVSI. DWI-based GTV might show the greatest potential for assessing LNM and LVSI in resectable cervical cancer.

Abstract
Accurate fire emissions inventories are crucial to predict the impacts of wildland fires on air quality and atmospheric composition. Two traditional approaches are widely used to calculate fire emissions: a satellite-based top-down approach and a fuels-based bottom-up approach. However, these methods often considerably disagree on the amount of particulate mass emitted from fires. Previously available observational datasets tended to be sparse, and lacked the statistics needed to resolve these methodological discrepancies. Here, we leverage the extensive and comprehensive airborne in situ and remote sensing measurements of smoke plumes from the recent Fire Influence on Regional to Global Environments and Air Quality (FIREX-AQ) campaign to statistically assess the skill of the two traditional approaches. We use detailed campaign observations to calculate and compare emission rates at an exceptionally high-resolution using three separate approaches: top-down, bottom-up, and a novel approach based entirely on integrated airborne in situ measurements. We then compute the daily average of these high-resolution estimates and compare with estimates from lower resolution, global top-down and bottom-up inventories. We uncover strong, linear relationships between all of the high-resolution emission rate estimates in aggregate, however no single approach is capable of capturing the emission characteristics of every fire. Global inventory emission rate estimates exhibited weaker correlations with the high-resolution approaches and displayed evidence of systematic bias. The disparity between the low-resolution global inventories and the high-resolution approaches is likely caused by high levels of uncertainty in essential variables used in bottom-up inventories and imperfect assumptions in top-down inventories.

Abstract
We investigate the linear optical conductivities of the newly-discovered triple-component semimetals. Due to the exactly flat band, the optical conductivity relates to the transition between the zero band and the conduction band directly reflecting the band structure of the conduction electrons in contrast to the other materials. For the low-energy models with various monopole charges, the diagonal conductivities show strong anisotropy. Theω-dependence of interband conductivities for a general low-energy model is deduced. The real part of the interbandσxxalways linearly depends on the optical frequency, while the one ofσzzis proportional toω2/n-1. This can be a unique fingerprint of the monopole charge. For the lattice models, there also exists the optical anomalous Hall conductivity, where a sign change may appear. The characteristic frequencies of the kink structures are calculated, strictly. Our work will help us to establish the basic picture of linear optical response in topological triple-component semimetals and identify them from other materials.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the association between sleep duration and cognitive impairment in older adults in China. Methods: The data was from 2018 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS). According to the Chinese version of Mini-mental State Examination (CMMSE), 7 111 subjects aged 65 and above were divided into cognitive impaired group and cognitive intact group. Multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted to investigate the association between sleep duration and the risk of cognitive impairment after adjusting the potential confounding factors. Result: The score of cognitive function showed an inverted U-shape distribution with sleep duration. After adjusting for demographic, socioeconomic factors, lifestyle and health status, the OR were 1.21(95%CI: 0.90-1.64) and 1.41(95%CI: 1.06-1.86) in groups that sleep 8 h and ≥9 h per day respectively, compared with sleep 7 h group. Trend test showed that the risk of cognitive impairment in the elderly increased with the extension of sleep duration, and there was a dose-response relationship (trend P=0.017), while no association was observed between short sleep duration (<7 h) and cognitive function. Conclusion: Longer sleep duration was found to be associated with higher risk of cognitive impairment in the Chinese aged 65 years and older.

Abstract
1. NOD1 is a significant member of the NOD-like receptor (NLR) family. Its main role is to identify microorganisms that invade the body, transmit immune signals and regulate innate immune responses. However, the expression and role of the NOD1 in immune defence against infection in geese remain unknown.2. The RT-PCR method and rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) was used to obtain the full-length goose NOD1 (gNOD1) cDNA series. The cDNA for gNOD1 contains 2856-bp nucleotides, i.e. 47-bp 5' UTR, 135-bp 3' UTR, and 1275-bp ORF region, and encodes a 951-amino-acids (AAs) polypeptide chain. The nucleotide sequence of gNOD1 was found more than 90% similar to its homologs from other avian organisms.3. The qRT-PCR results showed that gNOD1 mRNA was widely distributed in different tissues, but highly expressed in liver, spleen, lung and caecum tissues.4. Following stimulation of goose embryo fibroblasts (GEFs) with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and polyriboinosinic polyribocytidylic acid (poly(I:C)), the expression of gNOD1 and cytokines, such as IL-1β, IL-6, IL-18, and TNF-α, changed with the response-efficacy correlation at 24 and 48 h post-infection (hpi).5. When the goslings were challenged with Salmonella entertidis (SE) and LPS, the expression of gNOD1 was up-regulated at 3 and 6 hpi in the spleen and caecum tissues, respectively. However, after SE infection, the expression level of gNOD1 fluctuated, while in the LPS group, gNOD1 mRNA increased immediately at a peak time of 6 hpi and then steadily declined. These results indicated that NOD1 was associated with the potency to resist bacterial and viral infections in the goose, both in vivo and in vitro.

Abstract
Nicotine and alcohol abuse and co-dependence represent major public health crises. Indeed, previous research has shown that the prevalence of alcoholism is higher in smokers than in non-smokers. Adolescence is a susceptible period of life for the initiation of nicotine and alcohol use and the development of nicotine-alcohol codependence. However, there is a limited number of pharmacotherapeutic agents to treat addiction to nicotine or alcohol alone. Notably, there is no effective medication to treat this comorbid disorder. This chapter aims to review the early nicotine use and its impact on subsequent alcohol abuse during adolescence and adulthood as well as the role of neuropeptides in this comorbid disorder. The preclinical and clinical findings discussed in this chapter will advance our understanding of this comorbid disorder's neurobiology and lay a foundation for developing novel pharmacotherapies to treat nicotine and alcohol codependence.

Abstract
Person-to-person transmission of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV) is a new threat to human health. Here we report an outbreak of nosocomial person-to-person transmission of SFTS. Among eight persons with face-to-face contact distance ≤50 centimeters and/or exposure time ≥30 minutes to the index patient, six became were infected. Only one of the 17 persons with exposure distance ≥ 50 centimeters and exposure time ≤ 30 minutes was infected (75% vs. 6.25%, p <0.001). Epidemiological investigation revealed high viral load, bloody secretions and bleeding, exposure time and distance as the key factors in person-to-person transmission.

Abstract
Using a dataset of 6.32 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} annihilation data collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4178 and 4226 MeV, we have measured the absolute branching fraction of the leptonic decay D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ} via τ^{+}→e^{+}ν_{e}ν[over ¯]_{τ}, and find B_{D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ}}=(5.27±0.10±0.12)×10^{-2}, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. The precision is improved by a factor of 2 compared to the previous best measurement. Combining with f_{D_{s}^{+}} from lattice quantum chromodynamics calculations or the |V_{cs}| from the CKMfitter group, we extract |V_{cs}|=0.978±0.009±0.012 and f_{D_{s}^{+}}=(251.1±2.4±3.0) MeV, respectively. Combining our result with the world averages of B_{D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ}} and B_{D_{s}^{+}→μ^{+}ν_{μ}}, we obtain the ratio of the branching fractions B_{D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ}}/B_{D_{s}^{+}→μ^{+}ν_{μ}}=9.72±0.37, which is consistent with the standard model prediction of lepton flavor universality.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of atractylenolide-1 (ATL-Ⅰ) on alveolar macrophages in silicosis patients. Methods: In December 2019, 12 male silicosis patients treated in Beidaihe Sanatorium for Chinese Coal Miners from July to September 2019 were selected by random sampling. Their alveolar macrophages were collected and divided into control group, ATL-Ⅰ group (100 μmol/L) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) group (100 μmol/L) . The exprossion levels of inflammatory factor interleukin-1β (IL-1β) , interleukin-6 (IL-6) , tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The expression levels of autophagy associated protein microtubule associated protein light chain 3 (LC3) , autophagy substrate protein p62, lysosome associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2) , apoptosis associated protein Cleaved caspase-3, nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and its phosphorylated form (p-NF-κB) were detected by Western blot. Results: Compared with the control group and DMSO group, the expression levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α in alveolar macrophages decreased significantly in the ATL-Ⅰ group (P<0.05) , and the expression levels of p-NF-κB, the ratio of LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ also decreased significantly in the ATL-Ⅰ group (P<0.05) . However, the expression levels of NF-κB, LAMP2, p62 and Cleaved caspase-3 in the ATL-Ⅰ group were not statistically different from those in the control group and DMSO group (P>0.05) . There was no statistically significant differences in the expression of the above indexes between the control group and DMSO group (P>0.05) . Conclusion: ATL-Ⅰ may reduce the release of inflammatory factors from alveolar macrophages and inhibit the activity of autophagy in silicosis patients, but it may not reduce the level of apoptosis.
