Abstract
As set in the maximum residue limit regulations of the European Commission, this study aimed to obtain the residual parameters in milk with optimized UPLC-MS/MS conditions and to determine the conclusive drug withdrawal period to ensure food safety. In this research, an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was developed to study cefquinome sulfate’s residue elimination in milk and to calculate cefquinome’s withdrawal period. Twelve healthy cows free of endometritis were selected for the experiment. Before using the drug, the vaginal orifice and perineum of each cow was disinfected. One dose of intrauterine perfusion was used for each cow, followed by an additional dose after 72 h. Before administration and 12 h, 18 h, 24 h, 36 h, 42 h, 48 h, 60 h, 66 h, 72 h, 84 h, 90 h, and 96 h after the last dose, milk (10 mL) was gathered from each cow’s teat and pooled. For the measurement of cefquinome concentrations in milk, UPLC-MS/MS was performed. A calibration curve was generated using linear regression as follows: Y = 250.86X − 102.29, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996; the limits of detection and the limits of quantitation were 0.1 μg·kg−1 and 0.2 μg·kg−1, respectively. The average recovery of cefquinome was 88.60 ± 16.33% at 0.2 μg·kg−1, 100.95 ± 2.54% at 10 μg·kg−1, and 97.29 ± 1.77% at 50 μg·kg−1. For 5 consecutive days at the three spiking levels, the intra and inter-day relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1.28%–13.73% and 1.81%–18.44%, respectively; the residual amount of cefquinome was less than the maximum residue limit of 20 μg·kg−1, 36 h after administration; and the residual amount was less than the limit of detection (0.1 μg·kg−1) 48 h after administration. The withdrawal time of cefquinome in cow’s milk was 39.8 h, as calculated using WTM1.4 software. In terms of clinical practical use, the withdrawal period of milk was temporarily set at 48 h after the administration of the cefquinome sulfate uterus injection to cows, in accordance with the recommended dose and course.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the causes and management of long-term persistent pelvic presacral space infection. Methods: Clinical data of 10 patients with persistent presacral infection admitted to the Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2015 to October 2020 were collected. Different surgical approaches were used to treat the presacral infection according to the patients' initial surgical procedures. Results: Among the 10 patients, there were 2 cases of presacral recurrent infection due to rectal leak after radiotherapy for cervical cancer, 3 cases of presacral recurrent infection due to rectal leak after radiotherapy for rectal cancer Dixons, and 5 cases of presacral recurrent infection of sinus tract after adjuvant radiotherapy for rectal cancer Miles. Of the 5 patients with leaky bowel, 4 had complete resection of the ruptured nonfunctional bowel and complete debridement of the presacral infection using an anterior transverse sacral incision with a large tipped omentum filling the presacral space; 1 had continuous drainage of the anal canal and complete debridement of the presacral infection using an anterior transverse sacral incision. 5 post-Miles patients all had debridement of the presacral infection using an anterior transverse sacral incision combined with an abdominal incision. The nine patients with healed presacral infection recovered from surgery in 26 to 210 days, with a median time of 55 days. Conclusions: Anterior sacral infections in patients with leaky gut are caused by residual bowel secretion of intestinal fluid into the anterior sacral space, and in post-Miles patients by residual anterior sacral foreign bodies. An anterior sacral caudal transverse arc incision combined with an abdominal incision is an effective surgical approach for complete debridement of anterior sacral recalcitrant infections.

Abstract
In order to accurately predict the gas concentration, find out the gas abnormal emission in advance, and take effective measures to reduce the gas concentration in time, this paper analyzes multivariate monitoring data and proposes a new dynamic combined prediction method of gas concentration. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient is applied for the dynamic optimization of prediction indicators. The time series and spatial topology features of the optimized indicators are extracted and input into the combined prediction model of gas concentration based on indicators dynamic optimization and Bi-LSTMs (Bi-directional Long Short-term Memory), which can predict the gas concentration for the next 30 min. The results show that the other gas concentration, temperature, and humidity indicators are strongly correlated with the gas concentration to be predicted, and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient is up to 0.92 at most. The average R2 of predicted value and real value is 0.965, and the average prediction efficiency R for gas abnormal or normal emission is 79.9%. Compared with the other models, the proposed dynamic optimized indicators combined model is more accurate, and the missing alarm of gas abnormal emission is significantly alleviated, which greatly improves the early alarming accuracy. It can assist the safety monitoring personnel in decision making and has certain significance to improve the safety production efficiency of coal mines.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the infection status of Enterovirus (EV) in cases of acute respiratory infections (ARIs) in Luohe City, Henan Province from 2017 to 2021, and analyze the prevalence and type composition of EV in ARIs. Methods: From October 2017 to May 2021, pharyngeal swab samples were collected from 1 828 patients with ARIs in Luohe Central Hospital and the clinical epidemiological data of these cases were also collected. EV-positive samples were identified by Quantitative Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR). The 5'-untranslated region (5'UTR) was amplified by Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR). The results of 5'UTR region were initially typed by Enterovirus Genotyping Tool Version 1.0. Based on the typing results, the full-length of VP1 region was amplified by RT-PCR. The EV typing was identified again by VP1 region. Results: Among 1 828 cases of ARIs, 56.7% (1 036) were males. The median (Q1, Q3) age was about 3 (1, 5) years. Patients under 5 years old accounted for 71.6% (1 309 cases). Among all cases, a total of 71 EV-positive samples were identified by qPCR, with a detection rate of 3.88% (71/1 828). The EV detection rates for men and women were 3.28% (34/1 036) and 4.67% (37/792), without statistically significant differences (χ2=2.32, P=0.14). The EV detection rates for 2 to <6 years, 6 months to <2 years, 6 to <10 years, and <6 months were 6.29% (48/763), 3.00% (18/600), 2.52% (4/159), and 1.67% (1/60) (χ2=27.91, P<0.001). The EV detection rate was 0.92% (3/326) in autumn and winter of 2017. The EV detection rates were 1.18% (6/508), 2.47% (12/485) and 8.31% (34/409) in each year from 2018 to 2020, with an increasing trend year by year(χ2trend=29.76, P<0.001). The main prevalent seasons were summer and autumn. The detection rate in spring of 2021 was 4.00% (4/100). A total of 12 types were identified and classified as CVA2, CVA4, CVA5, CVA6, CVA10, CVB3, CVB5, E5, E11, E30, PV-1, and EV-D68. The types of CVA2, CVA10, CVA6, and CVB3 were the dominant phenotypes. In 59 sample of EV typing, the main clinical manifestation was upper respiratory tract infection (36/59, 61.01%). The dominant types detected in upper respiratory tract infections were CVA10 (10/36, 27.78%), CVA6 (9/36, 25.00%) and CVB3 (8/36, 22.22%). The dominant type detected in lower respiratory tract infections was CVA2 (7/19, 36.84%). Conclusion: In Luohe City, Henan Province from 2017 to 2021, EV infection in ARIs cases has clear seasonal and age-specific patterns, and the dominant types of upper and lower respiratory tract infections are different.

Abstract
PURPOSE We aimed to investigate the pathological changes, clinicopathological correlation and prognostic factors of neoadjuvant programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) blockade camrelizumab combined with carboplatin and nab-paclitaxel (CCNP) which we have proved its effectiveness in previous research for resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). METHODS 108 patients of resectable ESCC, with a mean follow-up of 13 m (ranging 1-30 m), treated with neoadjuvant CCNP from March 2020 to October 2022 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were enrolled. RESULTS One year overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) were 96.4% and 84.7% respectively. Pathological complete response or major pathological response (pCR/MPR) of the primary tumour (T-pCR/T-MPR) and the metastatic lymph node (N-pCR/N-MPR) were 58.3% and 47.5%. Pathological response of both primary tumours (PT) and lymph nodes (LN) metastasis correlated with DFS. LN pathological response was consistent with PT in 70.0% and inconsistent in 30.0% metastatic cases. Higher ratio of CD8+ to FoxP3+ tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), earlier ypT stage and PT invasion not beyond circular muscle correlated with better pathological response. Four types of regression patterns of PT and two types of metastatic LN regression were found. A total of 18 (16.7%) out of 108 developed recurrence with a mean time of 6.9 ± 5.3 months. PT pathological response plus ypN and PT invasion beyond circular muscle or not were independent prognostic factors of DFS. CONCLUSIONS This study suggested that camrelizumab plus chemotherapy had a high rate of T-pCR/T-MPR for resectable ESCC. T-pCR/T-MPR plus ypN0 and tumour invasion not beyond circular muscle predicted better DFS.

Abstract
Due to the limited resources and high cost of noble metals, boosting their catalytic activities is highly desired in the current catalysis industry. Here, we report a synergetic catalyst, combining Pd2+ and Pd0 species in a nitrogen-doped porous carbons (NPC), which shows boosted catalytic activities in hydrogenation reactions of organic nitro compounds (nitrobenzene, 4-nitrophenol, 1-nitronaphthalene and 1-nitropropane) under near ambient conditions. This synergetic catalyst NPC-[Pd] was synthesized by partial reduction of a palladium-loaded NPC. The catalytic activities and selectivity of NPC-[Pd] for hydrogenation were enhanced significantly compared with those of NPC-Pd2+ or NPC-Pd0 nanoparticles. Theoretical calculations show that H2 preferentially dissociates on Pd nanoparticles, and then organic molecules (nitrobenzene) can be captured and react with the dissociated H atom on Pd2+ sites. Similar reaction procedure also occur on Pt or Rh. Hydrogenation of different aromatic compounds with different functional groups (naphthalene, 4-nitrochlorobenzene, benzaldehyde and acetophenone) confirmed the broad excellent catalytic activity of this synergistic catalyst.

Abstract
Two-dimensional (2D) materials catalysts provide an atomic-scale view on a fascinating arena for understanding the mechanism of electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction (CO2 ECR). Here, we successfully exfoliated both layered and nonlayered ultra-thin metal phosphorous trichalcogenides (MPCh3 ) nanosheets via wet grinding exfoliation (WGE), and systematically investigated the mechanism of MPCh3 as catalysts for CO2 ECR. Unlike the layered CoPS3 and NiPS3 nanosheets, the active Sn atoms tend to be exposed on the surfaces of nonlayered SnPS3 nanosheets. Correspondingly, the nonlayered SnPS3 nanosheets exhibit clearly improved catalytic activity, showing formic acid selectivity up to 31.6 % with -7.51 mA cm-2 at -0.65 V vs. RHE. The enhanced catalytic performance can be attributed to the formation of HCOO* via the first proton-electron pair addition on the SnPS3 surface. These results provide a new avenue to understand the novel CO2 ECR mechanism of Sn-based and MPCh3 -based catalysts.

Abstract
Escherichia coli (E. coli) is an opportunistic pathogen that can cause clinical mastitis in dairy cows worldwide. Mastitis produces severe symptoms in dairy cows, such as udder inflammation, the production of harmful substances, reduced milk production, and altered milk quality. Intramammary injections of rifaximin have a beneficial effect on dairy cow mastitis, especially for mastitis caused by E. coli. However, we do not know whether the currently accepted clinical administration scheme is reasonable. Therefore, the purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the clinical dosing regimen for curing mastitis induced by E. coli. In this study, the pharmacokinetics of four single dose groups (50, 100, 200, and 400 µg/gland) were studied in CD-1 lactating mice, and the main pharmacokinetic parameters were obtained by non-compartment and two-compartment model of Phoenix 8.1 software. A total of 5,000 colony-forming units (CFU) of E. coli ATCC25922 were injected into the mammary glands of mice under anatomic microscope guidance. After 12 h of growth in vivo, the mouse mastitis model was successfully developed. In pharmacodynamics experiment, 12 different dosing regimens (doses ranged from 25 to 800 µg/gland and two dosing intervals of 12 and 24 h) were used to study the therapeutic potential of rifaximin for mastitis. The PK/PD model was established by integrating pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics using the inhibitory sigmoid Emax model. The optimal antibacterial effect was 2log10CFU/gland reduction of bacterial colony counts in vivo, when the magnitude of AUC24/MIC exceeded 57.80 h. A total of 57.80 h of AUC24/MIC was defined as a target value in the Monte Carlo simulation. The clinically recommended dosage regimen of 100 mg/gland every 12 h in a day achieved a 91.08% cure rate for the treatment of bovine mastitis caused by E. coli infection.

Abstract
Background and objective Branch atheromatous disease (BAD) makes patients prone to early neurological deterioration (END), resulting in poor prognosis. The aim of this study was to investigate the association between SUA/SCr and END in BAD stroke patients. Methods We conducted a retrospective study that included 241 patients with BAD-stroke within 48 h of symptom onset. We divided the patients into the END group and the no END group. END was defined as an NIHSS score increase of more than 2 points within 1 week. SUA/SCr was calculated by the concentration of serum uric acid and creatine (serum uric acid/serum creatine) on admission. Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to identify independent predictors of END in BAD-stroke patients. Results END was observed in 24.1% (58/241) of the patients in our study. Multiple logistic regression analyses showed that SUA/SCr (aOR, 0.716; 95% CI, 0.538-0.952; P = 0.022) and female sex (aOR, 0.469; 95% CI, 0.245-0.898; P = 0.022) were associated with END after adjusting for confounding factors. The predicted value of SUA/Scr for END was a sensitivity of 79.3%, a specificity of 44.8%, and an AUC of 0.609 (95% CI, 0.527-0.691, P < 0.05). The optimal cut-off value was 4.76. Conclusion SUA/SCr was negatively associated with the risk of END in BAD stroke patients.

Abstract
Durability is crucial for the long-term application of cathode oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalysts in fuel cells. In this work, sulfur was successfully doped into reduced graphene oxide (rGO) aerogels to achieve the formation of 1T/2H hybrid phase MoS2 , obtaining MoS2 @S-rGO-300 composite ORR catalyst support. After loading ultrafine Pt nanoparticles, Pt/MoS2 @S-rGO-300 showed not only an enhanced ORR activity, but also a significantly improved stability after 10000 cycles. The mass activity retention for Pt/MoS2 @S-rGO-300 after cycles reached 89.94 %, while that of Pt/rGO was only 37.44 %. Density functional theory calculations revealed that the enlarged binding energy between Pt atoms and MoS2 @S-rGO-300 led to the prevention of Pt agglomeration as well as Ostwald ripening.

Abstract
Atmospheric polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a type of organic pollutants that seriously endanger human health. Obtaining the diurnal variations of PAHs and clarifying their impact mechanisms are significant for the government to formulate targeted prevention and control measures. However, the influencing factors that dominate the diurnal variations of common PAHs are currently unclear. In order to solve this problem, 16 PAHs selected by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as priority-controlled pollutants were simulated with high resolution. The simulation results were validated based on diurnal observations in the vertical direction. Although the model underestimated the particle-phase concentrations of most components, it captured their diurnal variations fairly well. In addition, we assessed the factors affecting the diurnal variations of PAHs with sensitivity tests, including chemical reactions and atmospheric diffusion. The results showed that the transforming ratios of PAHs by oxidants were higher during the day than that at night due to the dominant reactions with OH radical. Atmospheric dispersion affected the vertical distribution of PAHs, which resulted in higher day/night ratios at high altitudes than near the ground. We also compared the strength of atmospheric diffusion and chemical reaction on the diurnal trends of PAHs. Near the ground, atmospheric diffusion was the most dominant factor in determining their diurnal trends. At high altitudes, their diurnal trends were determined by a combination of atmospheric diffusion and chemical reactions. These findings can provide a comprehensive understanding of the diurnal variations of common PAHs, which are informative for the prevention and control of PAHs pollution.

Abstract
Cuproptosis, a newly discovered form of programmed cell death, plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of tumors. However, the role of cuproptosis in the bladder cancer tumor microenvironment remains unclear. In this study, we developed a method for predicting the prognostic outcomes and guiding the treatment selection for patients with bladder cancer. We obtained 1001 samples and survival data points from The Cancer Genome Atlas database and Gene Expression Omnibus database. Using cuproptosis-related genes (CRGs) identified in previous studies, we analyzed CRG transcriptional changes and identified two molecular subtypes, namely high- and low-risk patients. The prognostic features of eight genes (PDGFRB, COMP, GREM1, FRRS1, SDHD, RARRES2, CRTAC1, and HMGCS2) were determined. The CRG molecular typing and risk scores were correlated with clinicopathological features, prognosis, tumor microenvironment cell infiltration characteristics, immune checkpoint activation, mutation burden, and chemotherapy drug sensitivity. Additionally, we constructed an accurate nomogram to improve the clinical applicability of the CRG_score. qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of eight genes in bladder cancer tissues, and the results were consistent with the predicted results. These findings may help us to understand the role of cuproptosis in cancer and provide new directions for the design of personalized treatment and prediction of survival outcomes in patients with bladder cancer.

Abstract
Dihydrocapsaicin is the main bioactive component in Capsicum plants, which is widely used in China and India as a food drug and additive. In this study, the biotransformation of dihydrocapsaicin was performed using four cultivated human intestinal fungal strains in vitro. Eight metabolites, including seven previously undescribed metabolites (1 and 3-8) and one known analog (2), were obtained. Numerous spectroscopic data, such as NMR and HRESIMS, were collected to determine their structures. Based on the structures of the dihydrocapsaicin metabolites, the main biotransformation reactions were revealed to be hydroxylation, alcohol oxidation, and lactylation. In particular, the lactylation of hydroxyl groups is mainly mediated by Rhizopus oryzae R2701. In addition, metabolite 1 showed significant inhibitory effect on lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) (IC50 1.99 μM). Therefore, the biotransformation of dihydrocapsaicin by intestinal fungi afforded various derivatives, which were important resources for developing LSD1 inhibitors and potential application in cancer treatment.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the daily drinking behavior and related factors of primary and middle school students in the Nutrition Improvement Program for Rural Compulsory Education Students (NIPRCES) pilot regions. Methods: Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select one to three national pilot counties in 22 provinces in central and western China where the NIPRCES was implemented in 2019. According to different feeding patterns, two primary schools and two middle schools were selected as key monitoring schools. One or two classes were selected from grade 3 to grade 9. The student questionnaire was used to collect the basic information and daily drinking behavior. Taking whether the drinking water ≥5 cups every day as the dependent variable, multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the related factors of drinking behavior among students. Results: A total of 27 374 students were included. On average, primary and middle school students in the regions where NIPRCES was implemented had 3.9 cups of water every day. Logistic regression model showed that boys (OR=1.230, P<0.001), primary school students (OR=1.379, P<0.001), father worked outside the home (OR=1.169, P<0.001), both parents worked outside the home (OR=1.228, P<0.001), non-resident students (OR=1.142, P<0.001), the school in the village (OR=1.638, P<0.001) or township (OR=1.358, P<0.001), school feeding (OR=1.252, P<0.001), the school building with flush toilets (OR=1.384, P<0.001) and the central regions (OR=1.300, P<0.001) students were more likely to drink ≥5 cups water every day. Conclusion: The water consumption of primary and middle school students in the pilot regions of NIPRCES is low, and their drinking behaviors are affected by many factors.

Abstract
Background The primitive hypoglossal artery (PHA) is an anastomotic vessel of the carotid-basilar artery system that is prevalent only transiently during the embryonic period. Persistent primitive hypoglossal artery (PPHA) is a rare vessel variation in which PHA exists persistently in adulthood and occurs in approximately 0.02-0.1% of the population. Tortuosity of the extracranial internal carotid artery (ICA) is relatively common, impacting 10-43% of the population, and is caused by either congenital or acquired factors. It is still unknown whether PPHA and tortuosity of extracranial ICA are associated. Here, we present a case report of the concurrence of three types of pathologies of the carotid artery: extreme coiling of the extracranial internal carotid artery, multiple aneurysms and persistent primitive hypoglossal artery. Case description A 66-year-old woman suffered intermittent headaches, dizziness and numbness of the right eyelid for 5 years. Magnetic resonance angiography performed in a local hospital reported an aneurysm of the posterior communicating artery segment of the left ICA and a left PPHA. Digital subtraction angiography conducted after admission showed a PPHA originating from the left cervical ICA and an extremely coiling segment of the ICA distal to the beginning of PPHA. Except for the aneurysm of the posterior communicating artery segment of the left ICA, multiple aneurysms were found at the coiling segment of the ICA. Conclusion To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of PPHA accompanied by an adjacent, extremely coiling ICA. There are no reports of similar tortuous ICAs to this extent or at this position. Including aneurysms, three types of pathologies suggest their congenital origin, and a review of the literature infers the probable association of these lesions.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To determine the relationships among alpha1-antitrypsin (A1AT), pro-inflammatory cytokines, neutrophil elastase (NE), interleukin (IL)- 1β, and IL-8 in cases with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). METHODS Female rats in the control group were fed and watered normally. Female rats in the PCOS group were given high-fat diets and letrozole (1% carboxymethyl cellulose' [CMC] solution) CMC by gavage at a dose of l mg/kg body weight daily for 23 days. The mRNA levels of A1AT and NE in rat ovaries were detected by performing real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the laboratory of Norman Bethune College of Medicine, Jilin University, China in 2017. All serum samples were collected from the Second Hospital of Jilin University from October 2021 to November 2021 for obesity concurrent with PCOS. Molecular docking of A1AT with NE, IL-8, and IL-1β was investigated using the Insight II software ZDOCK tool. This study was carried out at the Reproductive Center, The Second Hospital of Jilin University, Changchun, China from June 2021 to July 2022. RESULTS The expression of the A1AT mRNA decreased in the ovary tissues of PCOS rats relative to that of healthy controls, while the expression of NE mRNA increased compared to that of normal controls. The serum A1AT expression in PCOS cases decreased considerably relative to their expression in normal controls. However, the expression of NE, IL-1β, and IL-8 increased significantly relative to their expression in the control (p<0.05 for all). The Insight II ZDOCK molecular docking simulations showed that A1AT has direct interaction sites for NE, IL-1β, and IL-8. CONCLUSION Alpha1-antitrypsin is closely associated with NE, IL-1β, and IL-8. Therefore, we speculate that A1AT might ameliorate PCOS symptoms by inhibiting pro-inflammatory factors: NE, IL-1β, and IL-8.

Abstract
Since the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan (air clean plan) issued in 2013, air quality has been in continuous improvement. The second stage of air clean plan since 2018 was focused on O3 controlling, but it still didn't decline so significantly as PM2.5. This study conducted a long-term observation on black carbon (BC) and utilized the observational data of other air pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, NO2, SO2, CO and O3), the meteorological elements and the vertical sounding data of PBL in Nanjing. In the daytime (08:00-20:00), PM2.5 kept decreasing from 2015 to 2020 at the rate of 4.8 μg⋅m-3⋅a-1, however, BC increased at the rate of 0.6 μg⋅m-3⋅a-1, which has led to the continuous growth of BC/PM2.5 (0.9%⋅a-1). However, during this period, O3 was relatively stable and, in 2020, it returned below its value in 2015 after slight increases in 2017 and 2018. Meanwhile, the average surface temperature had increased by around 1.0 °C during 2015-2019 at the rate of 0.3 °C⋅a-1. Also, the average height of the inversion layer had increased significantly by 494.0 and 176.7 m at 20:00 and 08:00, whose growth ratio was up to 57% and 25%, respectively. The above observation results have formed a set of chain reactions as follows. The growth of the surface BC caused the surface temperature to rise due to the increasing heating effect of BC. The continuous growth of the surface temperature made it easier for the PBL height to develop, which led to the lift of the inversion layer in the PBL and the larger atmospheric environment capacity. Ultimately, it is conducive to the diffusion of the near surface pollutants, thus helping reduce their concentrations, which offsets the increasing tendency of O3 and add to the decreasing trend of PM2.5. This phenomenon is the most remarkable in summer, with the fastest increasing rate of temperature (0.8 °C⋅a-1) and O3 (3.9 μg⋅m-3⋅a-1) during 2015-2019 (excluding 2020 to erase the great effect of COVID-19 lockdown on emissions).

Abstract
Panax notoginseng round spot disease (PRSD), caused by Mycocentrospora acerina, is the main leaf disease occurring in cultured P. notoginseng. Aiming to find a safe and efficient control method for PRSD, we studied the disease characteristics of PRSD and the optimal growth conditions of M. acerina and evaluated the efficacy of rain-shelter cultivation in PRSD control. Moreover, we described M. acerina based on morphological characterization and molecular analyses (ITS, ACT, LSU, and TEF-1α). The optimum temperature for M. acerina conidial germination was found to be 14 to 22°C. Furthermore, leaf surface wetness for at least 4 h is required for conidial germination, and conidia can successfully infect P. notoginseng when the leaf wetness lasts for more than 8 h. Additionally, rainwater splashing determines the conidial transfection distance, which is less than 2 m. Finally, our study revealed that rain-shelter cultivation is an effective and simple physical prevention strategy to control PRSD, with an average efficacy of up to 100%.

Abstract
Antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in the environment pose a threat to human and animal health. Dairy cows are important livestock in China; however, a comprehensive understanding of antibiotic resistance in their production environment has not been well clarified. In this study, we used metagenomic methods to analyze the resistomes, microbiomes, and potential ARG bacterial hosts in typical dairy farm environments (including feces, wastewater, and soil). The ARGs resistant to tetracyclines, MLS, β-lactams, aminoglycoside, and multidrug was dominant in the dairy farm ecosystem. The abundance and diversity of total ARGs in dairy feces and wastewater were significantly higher than in soil (P < 0.05). The same environmental samples from different dairy have similar resistomes and microbiomes. A high detection rate of tet(X) in wastewater and feces (100% and 71.4%, respectively), high abundance (range from 5.74 to 68.99 copies/Gb), and the finding of tet(X5) challenged the clinical application of the last antibiotics resort of tigecycline. Network analysis identified Bacteroides as the dominant genus in feces and wastewater, which harbored the greatest abundance of their respective total ARG coverage and shared ARGs. These results improved our understanding of ARG profiles and their bacterial hosts in dairy farm environments and provided a basis for further surveillance.

Abstract
Rationale Fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase (FBP1) is a tumor suppressor and a key enzyme negatively regulating Warburg effect in cancer. However, regulation of FBP1 protein expression and its exact role in prostate cancer (PCa) is largely unclear. Phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) is one of the most frequently deleted tumor suppressor genes in human PCa. However, the role of PTEN loss in aberrant Warburg effect in cancer remains poorly understood. Methods Expression of PTEN and FBP1 was analyzed in several PCa cell lines and prostate tumor tissues in mice. Western blot (WB) and RT-PCR approaches were used to examine how PTEN regulates FBP1 expression. Co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) and in vivo ubiquitination assays were used to define the regulatory mechanisms. A PCa xenograft model was employed to determine the impact of PTEN regulation of FBP1 on PCa growth in vivo. Result We demonstrated that in a manner dependent of PI3K/AKT signal pathway PTEN regulated FBP1 expression in various PCa cell lines and tumors in mice. We confirmed that this regulation took place at the protein level and was mediated by SKP2 E3 ubiquitin ligase. Mechanistically, we showed that serine 271 phosphorylation of FBP1 by cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) was essential for SKP2-mediated degradation of FBP1 protein induced by PTEN loss. Most importantly, we further showed that loss of PTEN expression enhanced Warburg effect and PCa growth in mice in a manner dependent, at least partially on FBP1 protein degradation. Conclusions Our results reveal a novel tumor-suppressive feature of PTEN in restraining FBP1 degradation and the Warburg effect. These results also suggest that prohibiting FBP1 protein degradation could be a viable therapeutic strategy for PTEN-deficient PCa.

Abstract
The coordinated metabolism of carbon and nitrogen is essential for optimal plant growth and development. Nitrate is an important molecular signal for plant adaptation to a changing environment, but how nitrate regulates plant growth under carbon deficiency conditions remains unclear. Here we show that the evolutionarily conserved energy sensor SnRK1 negatively regulates the nitrate signalling pathway. Nitrate promoted plant growth and downstream gene expression, but such effects were repressed when plants were grown under carbon deficiency conditions. Mutation of KIN10, the α-catalytic subunit of SnRK1, partially suppressed the inhibitory effects of carbon deficiency on nitrate-mediated plant growth. KIN10 phosphorylated NLP7, the master regulator of the nitrate signalling pathway, to promote its cytoplasmic localization and degradation. Furthermore, nitrate depletion induced KIN10 accumulation, whereas nitrate treatment promoted KIN10 degradation. Such KIN10-mediated NLP7 regulation allows carbon and nitrate availability to control optimal nitrate signalling and ensures the coordination of carbon and nitrogen metabolism in plants.
