Abstract
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has made more awful effect on wellbeing and economy worldwide on an extraordinary scale. Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE2), the principal receptor of SARS-CoV2, has been found to be communicated with Dopa decarboxylase in unwinding the connection of catecholamines with COVID-19 infection. Cardiovascular (CV) sickness, diabetes, hypertension, and related conditions cause significant risks during the current situation and the affected people are under basic observation around the world. Abstract
We report perhaps the most comprehensive study of subsets of CD4+ and CD8+ and subsets of B cells in a mild symptomatic SARS-CoV-2+ immunocompetent patient and a common variable immunodeficiency disease (CVID) patient who had normal absolute lymphocyte counts and remained negative for SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibodies. Naïve (TN), central memory (TCM), effector memory (TEM), and terminally differentiated effector memory (TEMRA) subsets of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, subsets of T follicular helper cells (cTFH, TFH1, TFH2, TFH17, TFH1/TFH17, and TFR), CD4 Treg, CD8 Treg, mature B cells, transitional B cells, marginal zone B cells, germinal center (GC) B cells, CD21low B cells, antibody-secreting cells (plasmablasts), and Breg cells were examined in patients and age-matched controls with appropriate monoclonal antibodies and isotype controls using multicolor flow cytometry. Different patterns of abnormalities (often contrasting) were observed in the subsets of CD4+ T, CD8+ T, B-cell subsets, and regulatory lymphocytes among the immunocompetent patient and CVID patient as compared to corresponding healthy controls. Furthermore, when data were analyzed between the 2 patients, the immunocompetent patient demonstrated greater changes in various subsets as compared to the CVID patient. These data demonstrate different immunological responses to SARS-CoV-2 infection in an immunocompetent patient and the CVID patient. A marked decrease in GC B cells and plasmablasts may be responsible for failure to make SARS-CoV-2 antibodies. The lack of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies with mild clinical disease suggests an important role of T-cell response in defense against SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the different influence of body position on wireless high-resolution anorectal manometry parameters and in classification for chronic constipation patients. PATIENTS AND METHODS Fifty consecutive patients with chronic constipation and 20 healthy volunteers were included in this study, all of whom accepted the Rome IV constipation questionnaires, underwent rectal balloon expulsion test and wireless high-resolution anorectal manometry. The wireless high-resolution anorectal manometry was performed in the left lateral, seated, and squatting positions for every study subject. The Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 21.0 software (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA) was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS The anal sphincter resting pressure, anal sphincter squeezing pressure, and rectal internal pressure during the evacuation in the seated position and squatting position were significantly higher than those in the left lateral position in both the volunteer group and patient group, without a significant difference between the seated position and squatting position. The initial perception threshold was higher in the patient group than in the volunteer group. The wireless high-resolution anorectal manometry in different positions combined with the rectal balloon expulsion test mainly affects the diagnosis of the subtype of inadequate defecatory propulsion. CONCLUSIONS Compared with the left lateral position test, the wireless high-resolution anorectal manometry in the seated position and squatting positions is more consistent with the human physiological bowel condition, and the result of the test can be affected by the body position. The wireless high-resolution anorectal manometry can differentiate between subtypes during the diagnosis of inadequate defecatory propulsion.

Abstract
AIMS Oily sludge is a kind of mixture that is extremely harmful to the environment. Anaerobic digestion (AD) is a commonly used method for biodegrading oily sludge. However, the AD treatment cycle is usually long and inefficient. Here, we developed an approach to improve the degradation rate of oily sludge by integrating subcritical hydrothermal pretreatment (SHP) and AD. METHODS AND RESULTS First, using SHP, the hydrocarbon compounds with long carbon chains that make up oil sludge were decomposed into hydrocarbons with short carbon chains, which are conducive to microbial decomposition and transformation. Then, AD was performed using a variety of temperature and solid-liquid ratio parameters. The results showed that the degradation ratio of oily sludge was higher when SHP was combined with AD than when no pre-treatment was performed. Optimal degradation was reached by performing SHP to obtain CHS8, then performing AD at 30°C using a 1:5 solid-liquid ratio. Under these conditions, maximum degradation ratios of 69·00% of TOC, 59·02% of COD, 44·68% of ammonia and 54·24% of oil content were reached. CONCLUSIONS In conclusion, after SHP with 8% dilute sulphuric acid, most of the macromolecular hydrocarbons in the oily sludge were converted into smaller molecules, which facilitated subsequent microbial decomposition. The results showed that this combination of SHP and AD processes promotes more efficient degradation than a conventional single AD process without any hydrothermal pretreatment. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY Our experiments provide technical support for enhancing the rapid degradation of oily sludge.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the regulatory mechanism of micro-ribonucleic acid (miR)-122-3p in the osteogenic differentiation of mouse adipose-derived stem cells (mADSCs). MATERIALS AND METHODS The regulatory mechanism of miR-122-3p in the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells was investigated through its overexpression and knockdown. RESULTS The overexpression of miR-122-3p inhibited the osteogenic differentiation of mADSCs. On the contrary, its knockdown promoted the osteogenic differentiation of mADSCs. The further study on the molecular mechanism of miR-122-3p regulating mADSCs' osteogenic differentiation showed that the overexpression of miR-122-3p could activate the Wingless and int-1 (WNT)/β-catenin signaling pathway, but the knockdown of miR-122-3p could repress this signaling pathway. CONCLUSIONS MiR-122-3p influences the osteogenic differentiation of mADSCs by modulating the WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway.

Abstract
AIM The role of CD4+ Treg in immune responses has been well established. More recently, a role of CD8+ T regulatory cells (CD8 Treg) in the regulation of immune responses in health and autoimmune diseases has been investigated. Furthermore, different investigators have used different markers to define CD8 Treg. Finally, regulatory effects of CD8 Treg have been studied against T-cell responses; however, their role in regulating B-cell proliferation and immunoglobulin production has not been evaluated. Therefore, in this study we examined the effect of two types of CD8 Treg on B-cell proliferation and immunoglobulin production. METHODS Purified CD8+ T cells were activated with anti-CD3/CD28 for 48 h and then sorted into two different types of CD8 Treg as defined by two different sets of markers, CD8+CD183+CD197+CD45RA- and CD8+CD183+CD25highCD278+. Purified B cells were cocultured with sorted CD8 Treg at 1:1, 1:1/2, and 1:1/4 ratios and activated with anti-CD40 and CpG. B-cell proliferation was assessed by the CFSE dye dilution assay and immunoglobulin production by the ELISA assay. RESULTS Our data show CD183+CD197+CD45RA-CD8 Treg significantly inhibited B-cell proliferation and inhibited IgM and IgG production but not IgA production at 1:1 ratio only. However, CD183+CD25highCD278+CD8 Treg inhibited significantly B-cell proliferation at 1:1 and 1:1/2 ratios and IgM, IgG, and IgA production at all ratios. CONCLUSION CD8 Treg regulate B-cell responses, and CD183+CD25highCD278+CD8 Treg are more powerful regulators of B-cell proliferation and immunoglobulin production than CD183+CD197+CD45RA-CD8 Treg and, therefore, may be used as preferred markers for CD8 Treg.

Abstract
AIMS Phospholipase A2 (PLA2 ) is a diverse superfamily that hydrolyzes fatty acyl ester bonds at the sn-2 position of phospholipids. The correlation between phospholipid metabolism and the anabolism of neutral lipids remains unclear in yeasts. This study aims to explore the effects of PLA2 on lipid accumulation in the oleaginous yeast Yarrowia lipolytica. METHODS AND RESULTS This study identified an actively expressed phospholipase A2 gene (PLA2-3, YAIL0_E16060g) in Y. lipolytica by quantitative PCR analysis. The gene PLA2-3 was disrupted in the strain po1gΔKu70 by homologous recombination and in the strain po1g-G3 by a CRISPR-Cas9 system, which caused an increase in stress sensitivity while the cell growth was not altered under fermentative conditions. Lipid production was performed in both flasks and bioreactors. The results showed that the lipid titre and lipid content were improved over 25% and 8-30%, respectively, in PLA2-3 disrupted strains compared to the controls. CONCLUSIONS Disruption of the phospholipase PLA2-3 gene could effectively improve lipid production in Y. lipolytica. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY This study presented a strategy on improving the lipid production of oleaginous yeasts and a similar strategy might be used in other oleaginous microbes.

Abstract
Malignant glioma is the most frequent primary brain tumor in adults. Accumulated evidence showed that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) long intergenic noncoding RNA 152 (LINC00152) participated in the progression of glioma, while the regulatory mechanisms remain elusive. Here, the study aimed to clarify the partial molecular mechanism of the lncRNA RNA component of mitochondrial RNA processing endoribonuclease (LINC00152) in the progression of glioma. The level of LINC00152, microRNA-613 (miR-613) and the cluster of differentiation 164 (CD164) were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) in glioma tissues and cell lines. Western blot was used to detect the expression of CD164, phosphatidylinositol 3' -kinase (PI3K), phosphorylated PI3K (p-PI3K), protein kinase B (AKT), phosphorylated AKT (p-AKT), matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9), BCL2-Associated X (Bax) and c-Myc. Moreover, flow cytometry was carried out to identify cell apoptosis in vitro. Cell migration and invasion in T98G and LN18 cells were determined via transwell assay. Cell proliferation was analyzed by 3-(4, 5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2, 5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Meanwhile, dual-luciferase reporter and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assay were performed to examine the interrelation between miR-613 and LINC00152 or CD164. The levels of LINC00152 and CD164 were obviously increased while miR-613 was especially decreased in glioma tissues and cell lines. The downregulation of LINC00152 and CD164, as well as the upregulation of miR-613 induced cell apoptosis, repressed viability, migration, and invasion. Furthermore, miR-613 was a target gene of LINC00152, while targeted CD164. The knockdown of LINC00152 promoted the expression of Bax, suppressed the levels of PI3K, p-PI3K, AKT, p-AKT, c-Myc, and MMP9. Interestingly, the downregulation of miR-613 or upregulation of CD164 restored the effect of low-expression of LINC00152 on cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion and the expression of relative proteins in vitro. Low-expression of LINC00152 modified cell proliferation, apoptosis migration and invasion through LINC00152/miR-613/CD164 axis via PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in glioma, thus providing new therapeutic target in the clinical treatment of glioma.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the safety, feasibility and short-term efficacy of totally laparoscopic left colectomy for left colon cancer by using overlapped delta-shaped anastomosis technique for digestive tract reconstruction. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted to collect the clinical data of 86 patients with left colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from October, 2017 to February, 2019. The patients were divided into totally laparoscopic left-sided colectomy (TLLC) (treatment group, n=25 cases) and laparoscopic-assisted left-sided colectomy (LALC) (control group, n=61 cases). The intraoperative and postoperative data were compared between the two groups. Results: There were no surgical-related deaths in both groups. All the patients in the TLLC group underwent laparoscopic resection, while one patient in the LALC group transfer to open surgery. The operation time in TLLC group and LALC group were (164.5±42.3) min and (171.0±43.1) min, respectively, without statistically significant difference (P=0.516). However, the intraoperative blood loss of patients in the TLLC group was (36.4±22.7) ml, which was significantly less than (52.9±32.2) ml in the LALC group (P=0.026). The anastomosis time in the TLLC group was (39.1±6.5) min, which was significantly longer than (24.9±5.4) min in the LALC group (P<0.001). Postoperative exhaust time in the TLLC group was (2.6±0.5) days, which was significantly shorter than (3.3±0.8) days in the LALC group (P<0.001). The incision length in the TLLC group was (4.2±2.2) cm, significantly shorter than (7.0±2.5) cm in the LALC group (P<0.001). The length of the resected bowel was (21.0±7.3) cm in the TLLC group, which was significantly longer than (17.5±5.4) cm in the LALC group (P=0.037). The length of hospital stay in the TLLC group was (6.2±1.9) days, which was significantly shorter than (7.9±1.5) days in the LALC group (P<0.001). The incidences of postoperative complications in the TLLC group and LALC group were 0 and 4.9% (3/61), respectively, without statistically significant (P=0.553). No anastomotic complications occurred in both groups. During the follow-up period, neither group of patients was hospitalized again, and no tumor metastasis or recurrence occurred. Conclusions: It is safe and feasible to apply the TLLC with overlapped delta-shaped anastomosis in patients with left colon cancer. It has better short-term effects such as shorter incisions, faster recovery, and shorter postoperative hospital stays, and is worthy of further promotion.

Abstract
Objective: To study the pathological changes of the spleen in patients with COVID-19 and to analyze the relationship between the weakened immune system and splenic lesions. Methods: Postmortem needle autopsies from the spleen were carried out on 10 patients who died from COVID-19 in Wuhan. Routine hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the pathological changes. The changes of lymphocytes were studied further with immunohistochemistry.RT-PCR was used to detect 2019-nCoV RNA in the spleen. In addition,the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) was detected by in situ hybridization, and coronavirus particles were detected by transmission electron microscopy in 2 cases. Results: There were 7 males and 3 females, with an average age of 68.3 years.Of the 10 cases, 4 had cancer history and another 4 had other underlying diseases respectively.Cough, fever, malaise and dyspnea were the main clinical symptoms.The time from onset to death was 15-45 days.Ten cases patients had normal or slight increase in peripheral blood leukocyte count in the early stage of the disease, 6 cases had significant increase before death. Five patients' peripheral blood lymphocyte count decreased in the early stage of the disease, and 10 patients' peripheral blood lymphocyte count decreased significantly before the disease progressed or died. Seven cases were treated with corticosteroid (methylprednisolone ≤40 mg/d, not more than 5 days). Histopathological examination showed that the cell composition of the spleen decreased, white pulp atrophied at different levels, meanwhile lymphoid follicles decreased or absent;in addition, the ratio of red pulp to white pulp increased with varying degrees. In 7 cases, more neutrophil infiltration was found, and in 5 cases, scattered plasma cell infiltration was found. Macrophage proliferation and hemophagocytic phenomena in a few cells were found in a case. Meanwhile, necrosis and lymphocyte apoptosis were detected in 2 cases, small artery thrombosis and spleen infarction in 1 case, and fungal infection in 1 case. The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the T and B lymphocyte components of the spleen in all cases decreased in varying degrees. CD20(+) B cells were found to accumulate in the lymphoid sheath around the splenic artery in 8 cases. However, CD20 and CD21 immunostaining in 2 cases showed that the number of white pulp was almost normal, and splenic nodules were atrophic. CD3(+), CD4(+) and CD8(+)T cells were decreased. In 9 cases,CD68(+) macrophages were no significant changes in the distribution and quantity. While more CD68(+) cells were found in the medullary sinuses of 1 case (related to fungal infection). Few CD56(+) cells were found. EBV was negative by in situ hybridization. RT-PCR was used to detect the nucleic acid of 2019-nCoV. One of 10 cases was positive, 39 years old,who was the youngest patient in this group, and the other 9 cases were negative. Coronavirus particles were found in the cytoplasm of macrophage under electron microscope in 2 cases. Conclusions: The death of COVID-19 occurs mainly in the elderly, and some cases have no underlying diseases. Spleen may be one of the organs directly attacked by the virus in some patients who died from COVID-19. T and B lymphocyte in the spleen decrease in varying degrees, lymphoid follicles are atrophied, decreased or absent, and the number of NK cells do not change significantly. And the pathological changes of the spleen are not related to the use of low dose corticosteroid, which may be related to the direct attack of virus and the attack of immune system on its own tissues.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the significance of quantitative fecal immunochemical test (FIT) for opportunistic screening of colorectal neoplasia, and to propose the most optimal thresholds to improve the screening level of early colorectal neoplasia. Methods: The opportunistic screening participants were recruited from the Department of Gastroenterology & GI Endoscopy Center of the Seventh Medical Center of PLA General Hospital, and stool sample was collected before colonoscopy and the quantitative FIT was analyzed by OC-MICRO analysator for each patient. We assessed test performance in detecting colorectal neoplasia (advanced adenoma and CRC)with different thresholds on sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV). Results: A total of 1 448 objects were enrolled in this study, including 714 male (49.3%)and 734 female (50.7%).All participants were classified according to the result of colonoscopy and pathology, and 242 cases of colorectal neoplasia were found, containing 157 advanced adnoma and 85 colorectal cancer. The FIT threshold increased from 50 μg/L to 200 μg/L, while the positivity rate dropped from 11.5% to 8.6% and the sensitivity in detecting colorectal neoplasia dropped from 47.9% to 38.8%. However, the specificity increased from 96.8% to 98.2% and the positive predictive value increased from 82.3% to 87.0%.The miss rate of colorectal cancer increased from 11.8% (n=10) to 17.6% (n=15) along with the increase in FIT thresholds, but the miss rate of 100 μg/L and 150 μg/L was the same as 12.9% (n=11). Conclusions: Quantitative FIT,which is simple and fast,with the threshold of 100 μg/L for opportunistic screening, has a high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of colorectal neoplasia,and is an important index in screening and diagnosis of colorectal neoplasia.

Abstract
We measure neutrino charged-current quasielasticlike scattering on hydrocarbon at high statistics using the wideband Neutrinos at the Main Injector beam with neutrino energy peaked at 6 GeV. The double-differential cross section is reported in terms of muon longitudinal (p_{∥}) and transverse (p_{⊥}) momentum. Cross section contours versus lepton momentum components are approximately described by a conventional generator-based simulation, however, discrepancies are observed for transverse momenta above 0.5 GeV/c for longitudinal momentum ranges 3-5 and 9-20 GeV/c. The single differential cross section versus momentum transfer squared (dσ/dQ_{QE}^{2}) is measured over a four-decade range of Q^{2} that extends to 10 GeV^{2}. The cross section turnover and falloff in the Q^{2} range 0.3-10 GeV^{2} is not fully reproduced by generator predictions that rely on dipole form factors. Our measurement probes the axial-vector content of the hadronic current and complements the electromagnetic form factor data obtained using electron-nucleon elastic scattering. These results help oscillation experiments because they probe the importance of various correlations and final-state interaction effects within the nucleus, which have different effects on the visible energy in detectors.

Background
The role intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) play in the breakdown of tolerance to gluten at an early stage in celiac disease (CeD) is unclear. Epithelial stress is a feature of CeD, and although the triggers are largely unknown, it is accompanied by expression of several markers that could be involved in initiation of inflammatory responses. IECs have been shown to express MHC class II (MHC-II) molecules and participate in antigen presentation in several models. Whether IECs can participate in gluten peptide presentation, the major environmental trigger in celiac disease, is unknown. To study this, a model expressing human MHC-II, HLA DQ8 or HLA-DQ2, would be required.
Aims
To develop organoid monolayers from transgenic mice expressing human celiac risk genes: HLA-DQ8 and -DQ2. To investigate conditions leading to the induction of epithelial MHC-II and its main co-stimulatory molecules, CD80, CD86 and CD40, that could enable early gluten peptide presentation.
Methods
In order to show pathophysiological significance of the model, we used two approaches, either induction of inflammation in vivo through gluten sensitization, or direct stimulation of the monolayers using pro-inflammatory cytokines relevant in CeD, such as IFNγ. Mice were sensitized with Pepsin-Trypsin digested gliadin and cholera toxin (CT) once a week for 3 weeks, followed by a challenge phase in which they only received gliadin. Control mice received CT only. We then developed organoid monolayers from the duodenum followed by stimulation with 10 ng/ml IFNγ. Finally, markers necessary for gluten peptide presentation, the expression of MHC-II and its co-stimulatory molecules, were evaluated using flow cytometry.
Results
Both in vivo gluten sensitization and in vitro stimulation of the organoid derived monolayer with IFNγ induced a proinflammatory response, that independently primed the epithelium to express MHC-II molecules (p =0.02 and <0.0001, respectively). When in vivo sensitization and in vitro IFNγ stimulation were combined, epithelial MHC-II expression was further upregulated (p <0.0001). Lastly, only the combination of gluten sensitization and in vitro IFNγ induced expression of MHC-II co-stimulatory molecules, which are necessary for antigen presentation.
Conclusions
Our findings support that gluten induced-inflammation in vivo as well as independent stimuli that release IFNγ enhance the capacity of the IECs to express MHC-II molecules. However, co-stimulatory molecules are only expressed by the epithelium when both gluten tolerance is broken by in vivo sensitization and the organoid monolayers is further exposed to IFNγ. The results support the hypothesis that the epithelium participates in gluten peptide presentation and that this pathway is stimulated by both gluten-dependent and independent inflammation.

Abstract
Glyphodes pyloalis Walker (Lepidoptera: Pyralididae) is a common pest in sericulture and has developed resistance to different insecticides. However, the mechanisms involved in insecticide resistance of G. pyloalis are poorly understood. Here, we present the first whole-transcriptome analysis of differential expression genes in insecticide-resistant and susceptible G. pyloalis. Clustering and enrichment analysis of DEGs revealed several biological pathways and enriched Gene Ontology terms were related to detoxification or insecticide resistance. Genes involved in insecticide metabolic processes, including cytochrome P450, glutathione S-transferases and carboxylesterase, were identified in the larval midgut of G. pyloalis. Among them, CYP324A19, CYP304F17, CYP6AW1, CYP6AB10, GSTs5, and AChE-like were significantly increased after propoxur treatment, while CYP324A19, CCE001c, and AChE-like were significantly induced by phoxim, suggesting that these genes were involved in insecticide metabolism. Furthermore, the sequence variation analysis identified 21 single nucleotide polymorphisms within CYP9A20, CYP6AB47, and CYP6AW1. Our findings reveal many candidate genes related to insecticide resistance of G. pyloalis. These results provide novel insights into insecticide resistance and facilitate the development of insecticides with greater specificity to G. pyloalis.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE MicroRNAs have been reported to contribute to the development of osteosarcoma via negatively regulating the target genes. Nevertheless, the undiscovered function of miR-361 on osteosarcoma development remains uncertain. PATIENTS AND METHODS MiR-361 and FKBP14 (FK506-binding protein 14) expression in osteosarcoma samples were detected by Real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Cells invasive ability was examined via the transwell invasion assay. The luciferase reporter assay was used to examine the regulation mechanism. The protein level of FKBP14 was detected by Western blot. Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) was used to detect cell lines proliferation. RESULTS MiR-361 was reduced both in osteosarcoma samples and cell lines. Up-regulation of miR-361 significantly inhibited cells invasive and proliferative abilities, while down-regulation of miR-361 promoted cell lines invasion and proliferation. miR-361 could negatively regulate FKBP14 in osteosarcoma. Suppression of FKBP14 could reverse the function of miR-361 inhibitor. CONCLUSIONS MiR-361 inhibits osteosarcoma cell lines invasion and proliferation by targeting FKBP14.

Abstract
Objective: This study aims to explore the clinical value of fusion indocyanine green fluorescence imaging (FIGFI) in total laparoscopic radical resection for right colon cancer. Methods: From October, 2018 to December, 2018, 15 patients who underwent total laparoscopic radical resection for right colon cancer using FIGFI in Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College were retrospectively enrolled in this study. Data regarding surgical outcomes, postoperative recovery, pathological outcomes and complications were collected and analyzed. Results: All patients successfully underwent total laparoscopic radical resection for right colon cancer using FIGFI. 1 patients (6.7%) received extended resection of bowel due to poor blood supply after mesentery excision. The average operation time was 133.7 minutes and intraoperative blood loss was 26.7 ml. The average time to ground activities, fluid diet intake, first flatus and postoperative hospitalization were 19.1 h, 11.7 h, 32.5 h and 5.0 d, respectively. The average length of tumor was 4.5 cm. The average proximal and distal resection margins were 14.9 cm and 12.1 cm, respectively. The average number of lymph nodes retrieved was 29.3 per patient. Only one patient suffered from incisional fat liquefaction after surgery and was managed effectively by regular dressing change. No severe complications such as indocyanine green allergy, anastomotic stenosis, anastomotic leakage, abdominal bleeding, bowel obstruction, pulmonary infection, and abdominal infection occurred in any patients. Conclusions: FIGFI is helpful to judge the blood supply of intestinal segments and anastomotic stoma in total laparoscopic radical resection for right colon cancer quickly. It is a safe and feasible technique with satisfactory short-term effect.

Abstract
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is one of the severe head and neck carcinomas, which are rare in western countries but with high incidence in Southern Asia especially South China. NPC is relatively sensitive to radiotherapy, but the prognosis of patients in late stage is poor. The development of NPC is closely related to genetic background, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection and life style. EBV latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) is an oncoprotein, which plays important roles in the tumorigenesis of NPC. LMP1 was reported to be involved in the regulation of cancer stem cells (CSCs) by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and other surface marker staining methods, but not shown by aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 (ALDH-1) functional assay yet. In this study, we overexpressed LMP1 in two NPC cell lines and found elevated level of cytokeratin 19 (CK19) expression. CK19 is an undifferentiated keratin and a stem cell marker. We also have found an increased number of ALDH positive cells along with LMP1 overexpression in both cell lines. Our data demonstrate that LMP1 regulates the maintenance of ALDH-1 positive NPC cancer stem cells, thus shedding light on target therapy of NPC in clinical application. Abstract
Janus particles with an anisotropic structure have emerged as a focus of intensive research due to their diverse composition and surface chemistry, which show excellent performance in various fields, especially in biomedical applications. In this review, we briefly introduce the structures, composition, and properties of Janus particles, followed by a summary of their biomedical applications. Then we review several design strategies including morphology, particle size, composition, and surface modification, that will affect the performance of Janus particles. Subsequently, we explore the synthetic methodologies of Janus particles, with an emphasis on the most prevalent synthetic method (surface nucleation and seeded growth). Following this, we highlight Janus particles in biomedical applications, especially in drug delivery, bio-imaging, and bio-sensing. Finally, we will consider the current challenges the materials face with perspectives in the future directions.

Abstract
The precise measurement of the spectrum of protons, the most abundant component of the cosmic radiation, is necessary to understand the source and acceleration of cosmic rays in the Milky Way. This work reports the measurement of the cosmic ray proton fluxes with kinetic energies from 40 GeV to 100 TeV, with 2 1/2 years of data recorded by the DArk Matter Particle Explorer (DAMPE). This is the first time that an experiment directly measures the cosmic ray protons up to ~100 TeV with high statistics. The measured spectrum confirms the spectral hardening at ~300 GeV found by previous experiments and reveals a softening at ~13.6 TeV, with the spectral index changing from ~2.60 to ~2.85. Our result suggests the existence of a new spectral feature of cosmic rays at energies lower than the so-called knee and sheds new light on the origin of Galactic cosmic rays.
