Abstract
Objective: To explore the epidemiological characteristic of a COVID-19 outbreak caused by 2019-nCoV Omicron variant BF.7 and other provinces imported in Shenzhen and analyze transmission chains and characteristics. Methods: Field epidemiological survey was conducted to identify the transmission chain, analyze the generation relationship among the cases. The 2019-nCoV nucleic acid positive samples were used for gene sequencing. Results: From 8 to 23 October, 2022, a total of 196 cases of COVID-19 were reported in Shenzhen, all the cases had epidemiological links. In the cases, 100 were men and 96 were women, with a median of age, M (Q1, Q3) was 33(25, 46) years. The outbreak was caused by traverlers initial cases infected with 2019-nCoV who returned to Shenzhen after traveling outside of Guangdong Province.There were four transmission chains, including the transmission in place of residence and neighbourhood, affecting 8 persons, transmission in social activity in the evening on 7 October, affecting 65 persons, transmission in work place on 8 October, affecting 48 persons, and transmission in a building near the work place, affecting 74 persons. The median of the incubation period of the infection, M (Q1, Q3) was 1.44 (1.11, 2.17) days. The incubation period of indoor exposure less than that of the outdoor exposure, M (Q1, Q3) was 1.38 (1.06, 1.84) and 1.95 (1.22, 2.99) days, respcetively (Wald χ2=10.27, P=0.001). With the increase of case generation, the number and probability of gene mutation increased. In the same transmission chain, the proportion of having 1-3 mutation sites was high in the cases in the first generation. Conclusions: The transmission chains were clear in this epidemic. The incubation period of Omicron variant BF.7 infection was shorter, the transmission speed was faster, and the gene mutation rate was higher. It is necessary to conduct prompt response and strict disease control when epidemic occurs.

Abstract
In this work, a novel sensing structure based on Au nanoparticles/HfO2/fully depleted silicon-on-insulator (AuNPs/HfO2/FDSOI) MOSFET is fabricated. Using such a planar double gate MOSFET, the electrostatic enrichment (ESE) process is proposed for the ultrasensitive and rapid detection of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) ORF1ab gene. The back-gate (BG) bias can induce the required electric field that enables the ESE process in the testing liquid analyte with indirect contact with the top-Si layer. It is revealed that the ESE process can rapidly and effectively accumulate ORF1ab genes close to the HfO2 surface, which can significantly change the MOSFET threshold voltage ([Formula: see text]). The proposed MOSFET successfully demonstrates the detection of zeptomole (zM) COVID-19 ORF1ab gene with an ultralow detection limit down to 67 zM (~0.04 copy/[Formula: see text]) for a test time of less than 15 min even in a high ionic-strength solution. Besides, the quantitative dependence of [Formula: see text] variation on COVID-19 ORF1ab gene concentration from 200 zM to 100 femtomole is also revealed, which is further confirmed by TCAD simulation.

Abstract
Nowadays, the world has achieved tremendous economic development at the expense of the long-term habitability of the planet. With the rapid economic development, the global greenhouse effect caused by excessive carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions is also accumulating, which generates the negative impact of global warming on nature and human beings. Meanwhile, economy and CO2 emissions prediction methods based on traditional neural networks lead to gradient disappearance or gradient explosion, making the economy and CO2 emissions prediction inaccurate. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel economy and CO2 emissions prediction model based on a residual neural network (RESNET) to optimize and analyze energy structures of different countries or regions in the world. The skip links are used in the inner residual block of the RESNET to alleviate vanishing gradients due to increasing depth in deep neural networks. Consequently, the proposed RESNET can optimize this problem and protect the integrity of information by directly bypassing the input information to the output, which can increase the precision of the prediction model. The needs for natural gas, hydroelectricity, oil, coal, nuclear energy, and renewable energy in 24 different countries or regions from 2009 to 2020 are used as inputs, the CO2 emissions and the gross domestic product (GDP) per capita are respectively used as the undesired output and the desired output of the RESNET to build an economy and CO2 emissions prediction model. The experimental results show that the RESNET has higher correctness and functionality than the traditional convolutional neural network (CNN), the radial basis function (RBF), the extreme learning machine (ELM) and the back propagation (BP). Furthermore, the proposed model provides guidance and development plans for countries or regions with low energy efficiency, which can improve energy efficiency, economic development and reasonably control CO2 emissions.

Abstract
PURPOSE This study aimed to explore the experiences of Chinese oncology nurses and oncologists who provide sexual health education for breast cancer patients in their practical work. METHODS This was a qualitative study using semistructured face-to-face interviews. Eleven nurses and eight oncologists who provided sexual health education to breast cancer patients were purposively recruited from eight hospitals in seven provinces of China. Data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. RESULTS Four main themes emerged: the surface of sexual health, stress and benefit finding, cultural sensitivity and communication, needs and changes. Both oncology nurses and oncologists found it difficult to solve sexual health problems, which were beyond their responsibilities and competencies. They felt helpless about the limitations of external support. Nurses hoped oncologists could participate in more sexual health education. CONCLUSIONS Oncology nurses and oncologists experienced great challenges in educating breast cancer patients about sexual health. They are eager to obtain more formal education and learning resources for sexual health education. Specific training to improve the sexual health education competence of healthcare professionals is needed. Furthermore, more support is needed to create conditions to encourage patients to reveal their sexual challenges. It is necessary for oncology nurses and oncologists to communicate on sexual health in breast cancer patients, and to promote interdisciplinary communication and share responsibility.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Hepatic fibrosis is an inevitable process of hepatic sclerosis, malignancy, and insufficiency, and hydronidone is an innovative antifibrosis drug. This study focus on the pharmacokinetic interaction of hydronidone and entecavir in healthy Chinese male subjects. METHODS An open-label, three-period, multiple-dosage, self-controlled clinical trial was executed in 12 healthy male subjects. In period 1, the subjects took hydronidone 60 mg, q8h, for 7 days. In period 2, they were given entecavir 0.5 mg once daily for 9 days. Then, hydronidone and entecavir were given in combination for 6 days (days 20-26). Blood samples were taken up to 24 h post-dosing, while pre-dose blood samples were drawn on days 7, 19, and 26. RESULTS The area under the curve (AUC)0-t_ss of entecavir slightly increased from 15.56 ± 2.67 to 16.17 ± 2.77 ng h/ml with coadministration with hydronidone, while the other pharmacokinetic parameters of hydronidone and entecavir were comparable between monotherapy and combination therapy. The geometric mean ratios (GMRs) [90% confidence intervals (CIs)] of Cmax_ss, AUC0-t_ss, and AUC0-∞_ss of entecavir after coadministration compared with entecavir alone were 107.21% (97.04-118.45%), 103.85% (100.94-106.83%), and 110.81% (97.19-126.33%), respectively. And the GMRs and 90% CIs of Cmax,ss, AUC0-t_ss, and AUC0-∞_ss for combination therapy compared with the hydronidone monotherapy group were 102.72% (84.21-125.29%), 106.52% (97.06-116.90%), and 108.86% (96.42-122.89%), respectively. CONCLUSIONS There was no drug-drug interaction between hydronidone and entecavir in healthy male volunteers. However, multiple doses of hydronidone have a risk with increasing exposure to entecavir in vivo, which needs to be further clarified. Abstract
The interfacial stability is highly responsible for the longevity and safety of sodium ion batteries (SIBs). However, the continuous solid-electrolyte interphase(SEI) growth would deteriorate its stability. Essentially, the SEI growth is associated with the electron leakage behavior, yet few efforts have tried to suppress the SEI growth, from the perspective of mitigating electron leakage. Herein, we built two kinds of SEI layers with distinct growth behaviors, via the additive strategy. The SEI physicochemical features (morphology and componential information) and SEI electronic properties (LUMO level, band gap, electron work function) were investigated elaborately. Experimental and calculational analyses showed that, the SEI layer with suppressed growth delivers both the low electron driving force and the high electron insulation ability. Thus, the electron leakage is mitigated, which restrains the continuous SEI growth, and favors the interface stability with enhanced electrochemical performance.

Abstract
Omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate dry suspension are effective treatments for acid-related disorders. This study compared the bioequivalence and safety of the two formulations of omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate powder and assessed how CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms affect pharmacokinetics (PK). A single-center, randomized, single-dose, 2-sequence and 2-period crossover method was performed in forty healthy Chinese subjects. Blood samples were collected after a single dose for PK (AUC0-∞, AUC0-t, and Cmax) analysis. The concentrations of Omeprazole in human plasma were determined by HPLC-MS/MS. Besides, the gene polymorphisms of CYP2C19 were assessed by Sanger sequencing. The geometric mean ratios (90% confidence interval) [GMR (95% CI)] of Test/Reference preparation for Cmax: 95.2% (88.48%, 102.43%), AUC0-t: 97.47% (94.4%, 101.02%), AUC0-∞: 97.68% (94.27%, 101.21%) were within the range of 80.00-125.00%. The non-parametric test showed no statistical difference in Tmax between the two groups (p > 0.05). All drugs were well tolerated, no severe adverse reactions occurred, and no significant differences in adverse events between the two drugs. For CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms, the results showed that of 40 subjects, 12 subjects were extensive metabolizers, 24 were intermediate metabolizers, and 4 were poor metabolizers, the frequency of metabolic genotypes were 30%, 60%, and 10%. And the allele distributions for CYP2C19 were *1, *2, and *3 at 60%, 38.75%, and 1.25%. Both the CYP2C19 alleles and metabolic genotypes were consistent with other studies in Chinese. The results of PK parameters showed that different genotypes of CYP2C19 lead to significant differences in t1/2, AUC0-t, AUC0-∞ and Cmax, but no significant differences in Tmax in each group. At the same time, we confirmed that the PK parameters of the test and reference had no differences between the males and females. This study has shown that the pharmacokinetic parameters of the two formulations are not significantly different, which showed bioequivalence and exemplary safety. CYP2C19 gene polymorphism significantly differed in the PK parameters of omeprazole sodium bicarbonate powder.

Abstract
Introduction This article aimed to compare the prevalence of dyslipidemia and determine risk factors associated with lipid levels in a cohort of HIV-infected patients receiving two different antiretroviral therapy (ART) regimens, nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor/non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI/NNRTI) and nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor/integrase strand transfer inhibitor (NRTI/INSTI). Methods This longitudinal study analyzed 633 HIV-infected patients with complete blood lipid profile records for at least 1 year at the ART clinic of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, China, from June 2018 to March 2021. Demographic and clinical data, including age, gender, body weight, height, current/former/non-smoker, current drinker, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, were extracted from electronic medical records. Laboratory tests included hematology, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), Lipoprotein(a) and CD4 cell count. The observation duration of this study was a maximum of 33 months. Data comparisons were performed using the Chi-square test, Student's t-test and Mann-Whitney U test. Generalized linear mixed-effects model (GLMM) and value of p < 0.05 were used to determine factors associated with serum lipid profiles. Results In this study, the effect of the NNRTIs group on the lipid profile over time was mainly an increase in TC and HDL-C, while a decrease in TC/HDL-C and LDL/HDL-C. However, the INSTIs group had higher mean TC and lower HDL-C compared to the NNRTIs group, with significantly increased levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C. In the analysis of dyslipidemia rates, there were significant differences in the prevalence of abnormal TG and TC/HDL-C in HIV-infected patients receiving two different ART regimen groups during different follow-up periods. Dyslipidemia, defined as hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, and low HDL-C, was more prevalent in the INSTIs group, with a higher risk of developing hypertriglyceridemia and a higher TC/HDL-C ratio compared to the NNRTIs group. GLMM analysis suggested significantly higher TG values in the INSTIs group (estimated 0.36[0.10, 0.63], SE 0.14, p = 0.008) compared to the NNRTIs group, even after adjusting for other covariates. In addition, GLMM analysis also showed that age, gender, BMI, CD4 count, and ART duration were associated with dyslipidemia. Conclusion In conclusion, treatment with both commonly-used ART regimens can increase the mean values of lipid profiles and the risk of dyslipidemia. The findings indicated that TG values were significantly higher in the INSTIs group than in HIV-infected patients receiving the NNRTIs regimens. Abstract
Lithium-sulfur batteries are promising candidates of energy storage devices. Both adjusting salt/solvent ratio and applying quasi-solid-state electrolytes are regarded as effective strategies to improve the lithium (Li) anode performance. However, reaction mechanisms and interfacial properties in quasi-solid-state lithium-sulfur (QSSLS) batteries with high salt concentration are not clear. Here we utilize in-situ characterizations and molecular dynamics simulations to unravel aforesaid mysteries, and construct relationships of electrolyte structure, interfacial behaviour and performance. The generation mechanism, formation process, and mechanical/chemical/electrochemical properties of the anion-derived solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) are deeply explored. Li deposition uniformity and dissolution reversibility are further tuned by the sustainable SEI. These straightforward evidences and deepgoing studies would guide the electrolyte design and interfacial engineering of QSSLS batteries.

Abstract
This study focused on how different concentrations of tea branch liquid smoke (TLS) in the curing solution impacted the physicochemical properties and antioxidant properties of pork tenderloin. Five experimental (1.25 mL/kg, 2.5 mL/kg, 5 mL/kg, 10 mL/kg, 20 mL/kg) and blank groups set up over 4 days, and it was found that the physicochemical indexes, antioxidant capacity, thermal stability and protein network structure of the cured meat using 5 mL/kg of liquid smoke were excellent than the other groups used (P < 0.05). However, concentrations at 20 mL/kg accelerated protein oxidation. Low frequency nuclear magnetic resonance (LFNHR) revealed that TLS also improved the water holding capacity of the cured meat by increasing the percentage of bound water. Additionally, the correlation analysis demonstrated that the inoxidizability of myofibrillar protein was significantly related to cooking loss and water distribution, which were adjusted by changing the usage of liquid smoke.

Abstract
In this study, the impacts of loin ham with sorbitol-mediated curing on its physicochemical properties and bacterial community composition during fermentation and ripening were investigated. The salt content, pH, and water activity (aw) were lower in the sorbitol group than in the control group throughout the fermentation and ripening stages (P < 0.05). In addition, the L* values were higher in the sorbitol group (P < 0.05). Additionally, microbial diversity diminished in all groups as the fermentation and ripening process proceeded, with Lactobacillus turning into the dominant genus in the control group and Staphylococcus and Lactobacillus becoming dominant in the sorbitol group. Pearson's correlation analysis confirmed that the physicochemical properties have been significantly correlated with the bacterial community. In conclusion, sorbitol-mediated curing not only facilitates salt reduction while prolonging the storage period of loin ham, but also improves the distribution of bacterial community in loin ham and enhances its quality.

Abstract
Structure has been considered to play an important role in photocatalytic performance of the semiconductors, but the intrinsic factors were rarely revealed. Herein, ZnO nanomaterials in the structures of thin film, nanowire array and nanosheet array were synthesized, and their structural characteristics, optical properties, photocurrent response and photocatalytic efficiency were compared with each other for illustrating the issue. The photoluminescence intensity decreased in the order of nanosheets, thin film and nanowires for improved lifetime of the photoexcited charges. The absorption of the nanosheets and nanowires improved obviously in the visible range with a redshift of the absorption edge than that of the thin film. The nanowires possessed the highest response current of 82.65 μA at a response time of 2.0 ms in a sensitivity of 87.93 at the light frequency of 1 Hz, and gained the largest catalytic efficiency of 2.45 μg/cm2 h for the methylene blue degradation in UV light. Nevertheless, the improvement of catalytic efficiency of the nanosheets (up to 42.4%) was much larger than that of nanowires (5.7%) and thin film (2.6%) for the Au coating. The analysis revealed that the photocatalytic efficiency of the ZnO nanomaterials was modulated by the structure as it contained different surface area, roughness, defect and doping states, vacancies, polar and non-polar crystalline faces, which would provide structural design of semiconductor nanomaterials for the photoelectric and photocatalytic applications.

Abstract
Flashbulb memory (FBM) is viewed as a special type of autobiographical memory due to its richness of individuals’ self-related details when hearing the news and the long duration. It also helps shape people’s impression of public events to some extent. Given that personal involvement is one of the important antecedent variables of FBM, this study proposed to investigate it from spatiotemporal involvement (spatiotemporal distance) and empathic involvement (empathy level) to explore the impact of personal involvement on the formation of FBM during the Covid-19 pandemic. In particular, digital media dependency was considered in the influence of involvement on the FBM since it is a crucial information source for individuals and a path to spread information about their lives and work during the pandemic. In this study, a total of 546 valid questionnaires (from May 1, 2022, to May 7, 2022) and 349 valid questionnaires (from May 10, 2022, to May 17, 2022) were collected through a two-stage online survey in Shanghai, China towards the epidemic wave at the end of March 2022. The mediating mode of digital media dependency was also examined on personal involvement in FBM performance, which consists of FBM specificity, confidence, and consistency. Results showed that empathic involvement had a significant negative influence on FBM specificity, namely the higher the empathy level was, the worse the FBM specificity would be, in which digital media dependency played a suppressing effect. Individuals’ spatiotemporal involvement was proved to have a significant positive influence on FBM specificity and consistency. It was one of the first to investigate the FBM formation process around “small peak” events in the context of the ongoing pandemic. Innovatively, empathy was adopted as the index of memory arousal for empathic involvement, and digital media dependency was considered an important mediator variable in the memory study. The research results have practical significance for promoting the process of epidemic recovery integrated with digital media and can provide a social reference for the shaping process of disaster memory from the perspective of digital information and emotional transmission.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate Chinese myocarditis burden and trends in 1990 and 2019. Methods: Based on the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2019 data, the number of patients, the number of new cases, the number of deaths, the disability-adjusted life years (DALYs), as well as the morbidity, mortality, DALYs rate and their age-standardized rates were used to analyze the trend and the burden of myocarditis in the Chinese population in 1990 and 2019. Results: In 2019, the number of patients, the number of new cases and the number of deaths with myocarditis in China were 234 900, 275 100 and 13 100 respectively, increasing by 85.62%, 47.51% and 50.22% compared with 1990. The age-standardized incidence and mortality were 16.94/100 000 and 0.92/100 000, respectively. Compared with 1990, the age-standardized incidence in 2019 decreased by 6.06%, and the mortality decreased by 16.04% respectively. The age-standardized incidence and mortality of Chinese male patients with myocarditis were higher than that of female. Compared with 1990, the age group with the largest incidence and mortality of myocarditis in China in 2019 all shifted to the elder group. And, DALYs and age-normalized DALYs due to myocarditis in China showed a decreasing trend in 2019, from 458 600 and 42.51/100 000 in 1990 to 341 300 and 25.39/100 000 in 2019, respectively. The rate of DALYs and age-standardized DALYs in male patients was always higher than female. Conclusions: Compared with 1990, the overall burden of myocarditis in China showed a downward trend in 2019, and the burden of myocarditis in male patients was higher than female. More attention should be paid to the burden of myocarditis in Chinese elderly population.

Abstract
One-dimensional van der Waals heterostructures (1D vdWHs) may suffer from external compression when applied in field-effect, light-emitting and photovoltaic devices. Ternary 1D vdWHs were recently reported to be successfully synthesized (Xianget al2020Science367, 537). In present work, the buckling behavior of ternary 1D vdWH consisting of an inner carbon nanotube, a middle boron nitride nanotube and an outer molybdenum disulfide nanotube is extensively investigated by using molecular dynamics simulations. We find that the composite can effectively enhance the capability of axial compression of the inner nanotubes. The 1D vdWH gradually loses its stability under uniaxial compression and the critical stress of buckling decreases as the temperature increases. Slenderness ratioαof 4.8 ≤α≤ 7.2 has a slight influence on the strength and stability of ternary 1D vdWH under axial compression. To obtain a 1D vdWH with best compressive stability and strength, there is an optimal diameter existing for any specific length. Our work provides guidance for the design of 1D vdWH with desired compressive stability.

Abstract
Traditional dry-cured hams are easily contaminated by toxigenic fungi during the fermentation and ripening stages. The detection and positive rates of ochratoxin A (OTA) are the highest among mycotoxins detected in traditional dry-cured hams, indicating that OTA in hams is a potential safety hazard to human health. This review addresses the mycotoxin-producing fungal species, the toxigenic conditions causing OTA contamination worldwide, the prevalence of OTA contamination in dry-cured hams, and the detection methods applied in OTA analysis. Additionally, this study introduces methods to prevent and control OTA in traditional dry-cured hams. The growth of common mycotoxin-producing fungi and the accumulation of mycotoxins in dry-cured ham can be controlled by a microbial starter. This review provides an important theoretical foundation for the research and control of OTA in traditional dry-cured hams.

Abstract
Malignant proliferation and metastasis are the hallmarks of cancer cells. Aminated [70]fullerene exhibits notable antineoplastic effects, promoting it a candidate for multi-targeted cancer drugs. It is an urgent need to reveal the structure-activity relationship for antineoplastic aminated fullerenes. Herein, three amphiphilic derivatives of [60]fullerene with clarified molecular structures are synthesized: TAPC-4, TAPC-3, and TCPC-4. TAPC-4 inhibits the proliferation of diverse tumor cells via G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, reverses the epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and abrogates the high mobility of tumor cells. TAPC-4 can be excreted from the organism and achieves an in vivo inhibition index of 75.5% in tumor proliferation and 87.5% in metastatic melanoma with a wide safety margin. Molecular dynamics simulations reveal that the amphiphilic molecular structure and the ending amino groups promote the targeting of TAPC-4 to heat shock protein Hsp90-beta, vimentin, and myosin heavy chain 9 (MYH9), probably resulting in the alteration of cyclin D1 translation, vimentin expression, and MYH9 location, respectively. This work initially emphasizes the dominant role of the amphiphilic structure and the terminal amino moieties in the antineoplastic effects of aminated fullerenes, providing fundamental support for their anti-tumor drug development.
