Abstract
Objective: To systematically evaluate the correlation between professional quality of life and social support of Chinese nurses based on Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients. Methods: In databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Medline, CBM, CNKI、Wanfang, and other databases were searched by computer for the literatures on correlation between Chinese nurses' professional quality of life and social support from January 2005 to July 2020. The Chinese and English search terms are "nurse" "professional quality of life" "empathy satisfaction" "empathy fatigue" "professional quality of life" "ProQOL" "comparison satisfaction" "comparison fatigue" "social support" "competent social support" "SSRS" "PSSS", etc. Literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After evaluating quality and extracting data, meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: A total of 12 studies were included. The meta analysis showed that nurses' compassion satisfaction, burnout, secondary traumatic stress were related to social support, summary r were 0.35, -0.26 and -0.23 respectively. The correlation between compassion satisfaction and social support were increased with sample, the south was higher than the north, and comprehensive departments were higher than other departments (P<0.05) . The correlation between burnout and social support were increased with time and sample, and the south was higher than the north, oncology was higher than others, non-random sampling was higher than random sampling, using ProQOL and Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) was higher than Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL) and Social Support Racting Scale (SSRS) (P<0.05) . The correlation coefficient between secondary traumatic stress and social support in oncology was higher than others, random sampling was higher than non-random sampling, using ProQOL and PSSS was higher than ProQOL and SSRS (P<0.05) . Conclusion: There is a positive and weak correlation between compassion satisfaction and social support, and a negative and weak correlation between burnout and secondary traumatic stress and social support. There are differences in different time, research design, region and department.

Abstract
Chinese rice-field eels rhabdovirus (CrERV), belonging to the genus Perhabdovirus in the family Rhabdoviridae, is the causative agent of the haemorrhagic disease of Chinese rice-field eels, Monopterus albus. The present study aims to establish a cell line derived from the kidney of Chinese rice-field eel (CrEK) for the further study of the pathogenic virus. CrEK cells were epithelioid-like and grew well in M199 medium supplemented with 10% foetal bovine serum at 28°C, and the cell line has been subcultured for more than 80 times. Karyotyping analysis of CrEK cells at 25th passage indicated a modal chromosome number of 24. Significant cytopathic effect (CPE) was observed in CrEK cells after infection with CrERV, and the virus titre reached 107.8 ± 0.45 TCID50 /mL. The transmission electron microscopy revealed that there were a large number of virus particles in the cytoplasm of cells. The virus infection in cells was also assayed by using indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) and quantitative real-time reverse transcription-PCR (qRT-PCR). In experimental infection, CrERV cultured by cells could cause over 90% mortality in fish. CrEK represents the first kidney cell line originated from Chinese rice-field eels and be a potential material for investigating the mechanism of virus infection in this fish and the control methods for the disease.

Abstract
Objective: To systematically evaluate the impact of psychological intervention on nursing staff' compassion fatigue. Methods: From March to May 2020, PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, Web of Science, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and other databases were electronically searched to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the influence of psychological intervention on nursing staff' compassion fatigue with the main search terms including compassion fatigue, nurs*, psychological intervention, mental intervention, RCT and so on from inception to March 31, 2020. Screened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. The Stata 16.0 software was used to calculate the pooled effectiveness of psychological intervention on nursing staff' compassion fatigue. Results: All 13 RCTs were enrolled, including 940 nursing staff. Meta-analysis results demonstrated that the psychological intervention group was superior to the control group in the improvement of the compassion fatigue score (SMD=-0.96, 95%CI: -1.17-0.74, P=0.001) , compassion satisfaction score (SMD=0.61, 95%CI: 0.45-0.77, P=0.002) , burnout score (SMD=-0.46, 95%CI: -0.62-0.29, P=0.006) , secondary trauma score (SMD=-0.40, 95%CI: -0.68-0.12, P=0.020) , and the difference was statistically significant. Subgroup analysis found that the psychological intervention group was more effective than the control group in improving compassion satisfaction score, reducing burnout score and secondary trauma score, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) in different intervention time (<8 weeks and ≥8 weeks) and intervention methods. Conclusion: The psychological intervention can improve the level of compassion satisfaction, and reduce the compassion fatigue among nursing staff, and have a certain preventive effect on compassion fatigue.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the potential factors affecting methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) colonization and infection in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. METHODS A systematic search of publications listed in electronic from inception up to August 2020 was conducted. A random-effects model was used to calculate odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence interval (CI). RESULTS A total of 31 studies reporting 1410 MRSA events in 17 427 patients with HIV infection were included. Previous hospitalization (OR 1.80; 95% CI 1.37, 2.36), previous antibiotic therapy (OR 2.69; 95% CI 2.09, 3.45), CD4+ count (OR 1.79; 95% CI 1.41, 2.28), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention classification of stage C (OR 2.66; 95% CI 1.80, 3.93), skin lesions (OR 2.02; 95% CI 1.15, 3.55), intravenous device use (OR 2.61; 95% CI 1.59, 4.29) and an MRSA colonization history (OR 6.30; 95% CI 2.50, 15.90) were significantly associated with an increased risk of MRSA colonization and infection. Antiretroviral therapy (OR 0.71; 95% CI 0.50, 0.99) and current antibiotic use (OR 0.13; 95% CI 0.05, 0.32) were significantly associated with a reduced risk of MRSA colonization and infection. CONCLUSION MRSA colonization and infection in HIV-infected patients is associated with a number of risk factors.

Abstract
Quantitative real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) has become a popular technique to assess gene expression. Suitable reference genes are normally identified first to ensure accurate normalization. The aim of the present study was to select the most stable genes in embryonic developmental stages, the early development of immune organs, and cells infected with Chinese rice-field eel rhabdovirus (CrERV) of the rice-field eel (Monopterus albus). Four reference genes, including those encoding 18S ribosomal RNA (18SrRNA), beta actin (β-actin), elongation factor 1 alpha (EF1ɑ), and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) were assessed using geNorm, NormFinder, BestKeeper, and RefFinder software. Analyses indicated the stability ranking was 18SrRNA > β-actin > GAPDH > EF1α in the embryonic stage, with 18SrRNA as the most stable reference gene. For immunity-related organs at different developmental stages, the order in the thymus was β-actin > GAPDH > EF1α > 18SrRNA, with β-actin as the most stable gene. In both spleen and kidney tissues, the rank order was EF1ɑ > GAPDH > β-actin > 18SrRNA, with EF1α as the most stable gene. Furthermore, in rice-field eel kidney (CrE-K) cells infected with CrERV, the ranking was EF1ɑ > β-actin > GAPDH > 18SrRNA, with EF1α as the most stable gene. The results for cells infected with CrERV were verified by testing signaling pathway genes catenin beta 1 (CTNNB1) and NOTCH1 based on the above four genes after virus infection in CrE-K cells. This study laid the foundation for choosing suitable reference genes for immunity-related gene expression analysis in rice-field eel.

Abstract
Background Approximately 2%-8% of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harbors concurrent epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) sensitizing mutation and mesenchymal–epithelial transition factor (MET) amplification prior to EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) therapy. This study aimed to investigate the optimal first-line therapeutic options for patients with concurrent EGFR-mutant, MET-overexpressed/amplified advanced NSCLC. Methods A total of 104 treatment-naïve patients with EGFR-mutant de novo MET-overexpressed advanced NSCLC were identified using immunohistochemistry and stratified to four groups according to treatment regimen: EGFR-TKI monotherapy (n = 48), EGFR-TKI combined with either crizotinib (n = 9) or chemotherapy (n = 12), and chemotherapy (n = 35). A subpopulation of 28 patients was also tested with next-generation sequencing (NGS). Objective response rate (ORR) and progression-free survival (PFS) outcomes were analyzed according to treatment strategies and molecular features. Results All the patients (n = 104) achieved ORR of 36.5% and median PFS (mPFS) of 7.0 months. Baseline clinicopathologic characteristics were similar among the four treatment groups. Compared with chemotherapy, EGFR-TKI monotherapy or EGFR-TKI combination therapy achieved significantly higher ORR (P < 0.001) and longer mPFS (P = 0.003). No ORR or PFS difference was observed between EGFR-TKI monotherapy and combination therapy. In the NGS-identified population (n = 28), patients who received EGFR-TKI plus crizotinib (n = 9) achieved similar ORR (88.9% versus 57.9%, P = 0.195) and mPFS (9.0 versus 8.5 months, hazard ratio 1.10, 95% confidence interval 0.43-2.55, P = 0.45) than those who received EGFR-TKI monotherapy (n = 19), regardless of MET copy number status. Grade 3/4 rashes were significantly more among patients who received EGFR-TKI plus crizotinib (P = 0.026). Conclusions Our findings provided clinical evidence that patients with concurrent EGFR sensitizing mutation and de novo MET amplification/overexpression could benefit from first-line EGFR-TKI monotherapy. Concomitant EGFR sensitizing mutation and MET overexpression/amplification were detected in 2.6% of lung cancer patients. EGFR-TKI monotherapy elicited a higher response rate and longer PFS than chemotherapy. EGFR-TKI with or without crizotinib elicited comparable PFS regardless of MET copy number. EGFR-TKI monotherapy achieved lower number of grade 3/4 adverse events than EGFR-TKI plus crizotinib.

Abstract
Background Over the last two decades, the prevalence of colistin resistance among the members of Enterobacteriaceae has been increasing, particularly among Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates; this limits the potential use of colistin and leads to worsened clinical outcomes. Methods We investigated the prevalence and genetic characteristics of colistin-resistant K. pneumoniae (COLR-KP) in clinical isolates using genomic sequencing. Results In total, 53 K. pneumoniae isolates (4.5%, 53/1,171) were confirmed as COLR-KP, of which eight isolates carried mobile colistin-resistant (mcr) gene. Although the overall prevalence rate (0.7%, 8/1,171) of mcr-like genes in clinical K. pneumoniae remained relatively low, the presence of mcr (15.1%, 8/53) among the COLR-KP isolates indicated that the mobile resistance gene was already widespread among K. pneumoniae isolates in hospital setting. We randomly selected 13 COLR-KP isolates (four mcr-bearing and nine non-mcr-bearing isolates) for whole-genome sequencing, including two pandrug-resistant and four sequence type 11 (ST11) isolates. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that all COLR-KP isolates were genetically diverse. Among the four mcr-bearing isolates, three (KP4, KP18, and KP30) were positive for mcr-1 and one (KP23) for mcr-8; none of the other mcr genes were detected. The mcr-1 in the KP4 and KP30 isolates were located in an IncX4 plasmid (approximately 33 kb) and could be successfully transferred to Escherichia coli J53AZR. In contrast, for the mcr-8-bearing plasmid in KP23 (IncFII), colistin resistance could not be transferred by conjugation. The mcr-1-producing isolate KP18 coexists a novel plasmid-carried tigecycline resistance gene tmexCD1-toprJ1. The most common chromosomal mutation associated with colistin resistance was a T246A amino acid substitution in PmrB, which was identified in most COLR-KP isolates (11/13, 84.6%). All ST11 isolates additionally had an R256G amino acid substitution. Critical virulence factors associated with hypervirulent K. pneumoniae were detected in four COLR-KP isolates; these virulence factors included aerobactin, salmochelin, and yersiniabactin. Conclusion We found that mcr-bearing COLR-KP emerged in our hospital and was growing at an increasing rate. Simultaneous emergence of hypervirulence and colistin–tigecycline–carbapenem resistance in the epidemic clone ST11 K. pneumoniae was also observed; this highlights the significance of active and continuous surveillance.

Abstract
Chinese giant salamander iridovirus (GSIV) infection could lead to mitochondrial apoptosis in this animal, a process that involves B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) superfamily molecules. The mRNA expression level of Bcl-xL, a crucial antiapoptotic molecule in the BCL-2 family, was reduced in early infection and increased in late infection. However, the molecular mechanism remains unknown. In this study, the function and regulatory mechanisms of Chinese giant salamander (Andrias davidianus) Bcl-xL (AdBcl-xL) during GSIV infection were investigated. Western blotting assays revealed that the level of Bcl-xL protein was downregulated markedly as the infection progressed. Plasmids expressing AdBcl-xL or AdBcl-xL short interfering RNAs were separately constructed and transfected into Chinese giant salamander muscle cells. Confocal microscopy showed that overexpressed AdBcl-xL was translocated to the mitochondria after infection with GSIV. Additionally, flow cytometry analysis demonstrated that apoptotic progress was reduced in both AdBcl-xL-overexpressing cells compared with those in the control, while apoptotic progress was enhanced in cells silenced for AdBcl-xL. A lower number of copies of virus major capsid protein genes and a reduced protein synthesis were confirmed in AdBcl-xL-overexpressing cells. Moreover, AdBcl-xL could bind directly to the proapoptotic molecule AdBak with or without GSIV infection. In addition, the p53 level was inhibited and the mRNA expression levels of crucial regulatory molecules in the p53 pathway were regulated in AdBcl-xL-overexpressing cells during GSIV infection. These results suggest that AdBcl-xL plays negative roles in GSIV-induced mitochondrial apoptosis and virus replication by binding to AdBak and inhibiting p53 activation.

Abstract
Introduction Tigecycline is one of the last resorts for carbapenem-resistant K. pneumoniae (CRKP) infections. Indeed, tigecycline-non-susceptible K. pneumoniae (TNSKP) strains are increasingly treated with the use of tigecycline. In this study, we attempted to better understand their epidemiological trends and characteristics. K. pneumoniae were collected from 2017 to 2020 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University. Methods Thirty-four TNSKP strains were selected during the study period, all of which were analyzed using antimicrobial susceptibility testing, multilocus sequence typing (MLST), and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). PCR and DNA sequencing were performed for the detection of β-lactamase genes and carbapenemase genes, and the mutation analysis of tet(A), tet(X), tet(L), tet(M), rpsJ, ramR, and oqxR, which are related to tigecycline resistance. Virulence gene and capsular genotype testing were conducted to identify whether the TNSKP strains were hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae. Results An epidemiology analysis showed that Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase-2 (KPC-2) was the predominant carbapenemase in tigecycline non-susceptible carbapenem-resistant K. pneumoniae (TNSCRKP) (96.7%), and the dominant clone type was ST11-K14K64 (82.4%). Among them, 55.9% (19/34) of strains were from each department of ICU, particularly EICU and neurosurgery ICU. In order to further understand the molecular mechanisms of the TNSKP, a polymerase chain reaction of the resistant determinants was carried out. The results detected many tigecycline-resistant genes, such as tet(A) (97.1%), tet(X) (17.6%), rpsJ (97.1%), and ramR (8.8%). Conclusion As the results of this study reveal, we should take effective measures to control the increase in TNSKP.

Abstract
We present results from an analysis of all data taken by the BICEP2, Keck Array, and BICEP3 CMB polarization experiments up to and including the 2018 observing season. We add additional Keck Array observations at 220 GHz and BICEP3 observations at 95 GHz to the previous 95/150/220 GHz dataset. The Q/U maps now reach depths of 2.8, 2.8, and 8.8 μK_{CMB} arcmin at 95, 150, and 220 GHz, respectively, over an effective area of ≈600 square degrees at 95 GHz and ≈400 square degrees at 150 and 220 GHz. The 220 GHz maps now achieve a signal-to-noise ratio on polarized dust emission exceeding that of Planck at 353 GHz. We take auto- and cross-spectra between these maps and publicly available WMAP and Planck maps at frequencies from 23 to 353 GHz and evaluate the joint likelihood of the spectra versus a multicomponent model of lensed ΛCDM+r+dust+synchrotron+noise. The foreground model has seven parameters, and no longer requires a prior on the frequency spectral index of the dust emission taken from measurements on other regions of the sky. This model is an adequate description of the data at the current noise levels. The likelihood analysis yields the constraint r_{0.05}<0.036 at 95% confidence. Running maximum likelihood search on simulations we obtain unbiased results and find that σ(r)=0.009. These are the strongest constraints to date on primordial gravitational waves.

Abstract
Background The incidence of invasive candidiasis is increasing worldwide. However, the epidemiology, antifungal susceptibility, and virulence of Candida spp. in most hospitals remain unclear. This study aimed to evaluate invasive candidiasis in a tertiary care hospital in Nanchang City, China. Methods MALDI-TOF MS and 18S rDNA ITS sequencing were used to identify Candida strains. Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA analysis was used for molecular typing; biofilm production, caseinase, and hemolysin activities were used to evaluate virulence. The Sensititre™ YeastOne YO10 panel was used to examine antifungal susceptibility. Mutations in ERG11 and the hotspot regions of FKS1 of drug-resistant strains were sequenced to evaluate the possible mechanisms of antifungal resistance. Results We obtained 110 Candida strains, which included 40 Candida albicans (36.36%), 37 C. parapsilosis (33.64%), 21 C. tropicalis (19.09%), 9 C. glabrata (8.18%), 2 C. rugose (1.82%), and 1 C. haemulonii (0.91%) isolates. At a limiting point of 0.80, C. albicans isolates could be grouped into five clusters, C. parapsilosis and C. tropicalis isolates into seven clusters, and C. glabrata isolates into only one cluster comprising six strains by RAPD typing. Antifungal susceptibility testing revealed that the isolates showed the greatest overall resistance against fluconazole (6.36%), followed by voriconazole (4.55%). All C. albicans and C. parapsilosis isolates exhibited 100% susceptibility to echinocandins (i.e., anidulafungin, caspofungin, and micafungin), whereas one C. glabrata strain was resistant to echinocandins. The most common amino acid substitutions noted in our study was 132aa (Y132H, Y132F) in the azole-resistant strains. No missense mutation was identified in the hotpot regions of FKS1. Comparison of the selected virulence factors detectable in a laboratory environment, such as biofilm, caseinase, and hemolysin production, revealed that most Candida isolates were caseinase and hemolysin producers with a strong activity (Pz < 0.69). Furthermore, C. parapsilosis had greater total biofilm biomass (average Abs620 = 0.712) than C. albicans (average Abs620 = 0.214, p < 0.01) or C. tropicalis (average Abs620 = 0.450, p < 0.05), although all C. glabrata strains were either low- or no-biofilm producers. The virulence level of the isolates from different specimen sources or clusters showed no obvious correlation. Interesting, 75% of the C. albicans from cluster F demonstrated azole resistance, whereas two azole-resistant C. tropicalis strains belonged to the cluster Y. Conclusion This study provides vital information regarding the epidemiology, pathogenicity, and antifungal susceptibility of Candida spp. in patients admitted to Nanchang City Hospital.

Abstract
The Chinese giant salamander, belonging to an ancient amphibian lineage, is the largest amphibian existing in the world, and is also an important animal for artificial cultivation in China. However, some aspects of the innate and adaptive immune system of the Chinese giant salamander are still unknown. The Chinese giant salamander iridovirus (GSIV), a member of the Ranavirus genus (family Iridoviridae), is a prominent pathogen causing high mortality and severe economic losses in Chinese giant salamander aquaculture. As a serious threat to amphibians worldwide, the etiology of ranaviruses has been mainly studied in model organisms, such as the Ambystoma tigrinum and Xenopus. Nevertheless, the immunity to ranavirus in Chinese giant salamander is distinct from other amphibians and less known. We review the unique immune system and antiviral responses of the Chinese giant salamander, in order to establish effective management of virus disease in Chinese giant salamander artificial cultivation.

Abstract
The identification of oncogenic drivers and the subsequent development of targeted therapies have been established as biomarker-based care for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Rearranged during transfection (RET) events have been reported to be oncogenic drivers in NSCLC and were more common in patients who i) were young; ii) had adenocarcinoma histology; and iii) had never smoked. Phase II studies indicated the limited efficacy of multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitors in patients with NSCLC that have a confirmed RET event. Consequently, there has been ongoing research to develop more potent and specific RET tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Recently, a novel and specific RET inhibitor, pralsetinib (BLU-667), has been reported to have excellent efficacy and low off-target toxicity in RET cancer patients. In this review, we summarize the clinical data regarding the use of pralsetinib in NSCLC patients.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE LncRNA urothelial cancer associated 1 (UCA1) is involved in the development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), however, its specific mechanism is not fully clear. PATIENTS AND METHODS Quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (RT-qPCR) was conducted to determine the expressions of lncRNA-UCA1, miR-185-5p and homeobox A13 (HOXA13) in LSCC tissues and cell lines. Cell Counting Kit-8 assay, colony formation assay, wound healing assay, Transwell and flow cytometry, DIANA-LncBase V2, as well as Starbase, Targetscan, and Dual-Luciferase reporter gene system were conducted to detect and confirm the crosstalk networks among lncRNA-UCA1, miR-185-5p, and HOXA13. RESULTS The levels of UCA1 and HOXA13 were significantly higher and the expression of miR-185-5p was reduced in LSCC tissues and cell lines. Moreover, miR-185-5p was predicted as a target gene for lncRNA UCA1, while HOXA13 was the target gene for miR-185-5p. UCA1 siRNA inhibited the proliferation and invasion of LSCC cells, moreover, the proliferation and invasion of LSCC cells were suppressed by miR-185-5p mimics but were enhanced by miR-185-5p inhibitor. UCA1 siRNA and overexpressed HOXA13 reversed the promotive effects of miR-185-5p inhibitor and inhibitory effects of miR-185-5p mimics on cell proliferation and metastasis, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The current findings reveal the important role of lncRNA UCA1/miR-185-5p/HOXA13 regulatory network in LSCC cells, and potentially provide new insights into the pathogenesis of LSCC.

Abstract
Shigellosis has become a serious threat to health in many developing countries due to the severe diarrhea it causes. Shigella flexneri 2a is the principal species responsible for this endemic disease. Despite multiple attempts to design a vaccine against shigellosis, no effective vaccine has been developed yet. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is both an essential virulence factor and an antigen protective against Shigella, due to its outer domain, termed O-polysaccharide antigen. In the present study, S. flexneri 2a O-polysaccharide antigen was innovatively biosynthesized in Salmonella and attached to core-lipid A via the ligase WaaL, with purified outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) utilized as vaccine vectors. Here, we identified the expression of the heterologous O-antigen and have described the isolation, characterization, and immune protection efficiency of the OMV vaccine. Furthermore, the results of animal experiments indicated that immunization of mice with the OMV vaccine induced significant specific anti-Shigella LPS antibodies in the serum, with similar trends in IgA levels from vaginal secretions and fluid from bronchopulmonary lavage, both intranasally and intraperitoneally. The OMV vaccine derived from both routes of administration provided significant protection against virulent S. flexneri 2a infection, as judged by a serum bactericidal assay, opsonization assay, and challenge test. This vaccination strategy represents a novel and improved approach to control shigellosis by the combination of Salmonella glycosyl carrier lipid bioconjugation with OMVs. IMPORTANCEShigella, the cause of shigellosis or bacillary dysentery, is a major public health concern, especially for children in developing countries. An effective vaccine would control the spread of the disease to some extent. However, no licensed vaccine against Shigella infection in humans has so far been developed. The Shigella O-antigen polysaccharide is effective in stimulating the production of protective antibodies and so could represent a vaccine antigen candidate. In addition, bacterial outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) have been used as antigen delivery platforms due to their nanoscale properties and ease of antigen delivery to trigger an immune response. Therefore, the present study provides a new strategy for vaccine design, combining a glycoconjugated vaccine with OMVs. The design concept of this strategy is the expression of Shigella O-antigen via the LPS synthesis pathway in recombinant Salmonella, from which the OMV vaccine is then isolated. Based on these findings, we believe that the novel vaccine design strategy in which polysaccharide antigens are delivered via bacterial OMVs will be effective for the development and clinical application of an effective Shigella vaccine.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical and prognosis of children with kidney retransplantation. Methods: Clinical data of 11 children who underwent kidney retransplantation from January 2011 to December 2020 in Department of Nephrology, Children's Hospital of Fudan University were retrospectilely analyzed. The clinical data including demographic parameters, primary diagnosis, characteristics in the follow-up of renal allograft were analyzed. Results: Totally 11 cases received secondary renal transplantation (male 6, female 5). They were initially diagnosed with chronic kidney disease at the age of 11.9 (7.4, 13.3) years. The median duration of dialysis was 22.1 (3.5, 36.5) months. In the first transplantation, recipient age was 13.9 (11.1, 15.2) years. Ten cases received donation from cardiac death donor (DCD) (9 cases received donors aged less than one year, 5 of them received whole kidney transplantation and one case received donor aged one to three years) and 1 case with living-related donor. Ten graft failures occurred within 1 month after renal transplantation and the other one occurred at the fifth month after transplantation. The causes included vascular factors (9 cases), rejection (1 case) and primary non-function (1 case). In the second transplantation, recipient age was 14.7 (11.7, 16.2) years. All the 11 children received dialysis (7 with PD and 4 with HD) and successfully completed the second transplantation. The median time between the two transplants was 210 (16, 1 041) days. Donors were all DCD donors from 3 years of age or older. The mean follow-up duration was (42±15) months. The estimated glomerular filtration rate was (85±34)ml/(min·1.73 m2) when the last investigation after kidney retransplantation with the kidney and patient all survived. Conclusions: Kidney retransplantation may have better prognosis in children. Dialysis transition during waiting period and DCD donor from 3 years of age or older can effectively ensure the success of kidney retransplantation.

Abstract
The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of the dietary supplementation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae YFI-SC2 on the growth performance, intestinal morphology, immune parameters, intestinal microbiota, and disease resistance of crayfish (Procambarus clarkia). Crayfish were randomly assigned to six different boxes and two different groups in triplicate. The control group received a basal diet and the treatment group received a diet containing S. cerevisiae at 107 CFU/g. After feeding for 28 days, crayfish of the treatment group exhibited a significantly better weight gain ratio (WGR) and a specific growth rate (SGR) (p < 0.05) than crayfish of the control group. Compared to the treatment group, the control group intestines showed an oedema connective tissue layer and a weak muscle layer. For immune-related genes, Crustin2 expression was similar between the groups, whereas Lysozyme and prophenoloxidase from treatment group expression levels were upregulated significantly (p < 0.05) after 14 and 28 days of feeding. Prophenoloxidase showed the highest expression, with 10.5- and 8.2-fold higher expression than in the control group at 14 and 28 days, respectively. The intestinal microbiota community structure was markedly different between the two groups. After 14 and 28 days of feeding, the relative abundance of Cetobacterium and Lactobacillus increased, whereas Citrobacter and Bacteroides decreased in the treatment group compared with that of the control group. The challenge test showed that crayfish of the treatment group had a significantly enhanced resistance against Citrobacter freundii (p < 0.05). Our results suggest that a S. cerevisiae-containing diet positively influenced the health status, immune parameters, intestinal microbiota composition, and disease resistance of crayfish.

Abstract
Naturally occurring cyclic antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) such as tyrocidine A (Tyrc A) and gramicidin S (GS) are appealing targets for the development of novel antibiotics. However, their therapeutic potentials are limited by undesired hemolytic activity and relatively poor activity against Gram-negative bacteria. Inspired by polycationic lipopeptide polymyxin B (PMB), the so called 'last-resort' antibiotic for the treatment of infections caused by multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria, we synthesized and biologically evaluated a series of polycationic analogues derived from Tyrc A. We were able to obtain peptide 8 that possesses 5 positive charges exhibiting potent activities against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria along with totally diminished hemolytic activity. Intriguingly, antibacterial mechanism studies revealed that, rather than the 'pore forming' model that possessed by Tyrc A, peptide 8 likely diffuses membrane in a 'detergent-like' manner. Furthermore, when treating mice with peritonitis-sepsis, peptide 8 showed excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities in vivo.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE In the era of precision medicine, molecular and genetic biomarkers act as the key indicators for glioma patients' recurrence and prognosis. MATERIALS AND METHODS We summarize the biomarkers of glioma prognosis from molecular level, gene level and microRNA level. RESULTS In molecular biomarkers, cyclinD1 high expression/P16 low expression, MIF high expression and VEGF high expression were all related to glioma patients' poor prognosis; in genetic biomarkers, MGMT promoter methylation absence, IDH1 wild type, HIF-α high expression, Chromosome 1p/19q non-deletion and TERT promoter mutation were associated with poor prognosis for glioma; in microRNA biomarkers, miR-524-5p, miR-586, miR-433, miR-619, miR-548d-5p, miR-525-5p, miR-301a, miR-210, miR-10b-5p, miR-15b-5p and miRNA-182 high expression, miR-124, miR-128, miR-146b and miR-218 low expression were commonly seen in glioma poor prognosis patients. CONCLUSIONS With the continuous development of science and technology, the diagnosis of glioma will tend to the gene and molecular level. Finding specific markers is helpful for the early diagnosis and accurate prognosis of glioma, which provides the possibility for individualized treatment.
