Abstract
Peritoneal dissemination (PD) is the most common type of metastasis in advanced gastric cancer. The standard treatment of gastric cancer patients with PD is combination therapy with S-1 and cisplatin (SP therapy). Here, we describe the results of SP therapy for gastric cancer with PD. Sixteen gastric cancer patients with PD were treated with SP therapy as first-line chemotherapy. Second-look staging laparoscopy was performed for 10 patients who showed a good response to SP therapy. Gastrectomy was performed for 5 patients with P0CY0 and 1 case with P0CY1. The median survival time of all 16 patients was 571 days (19 months). The patients, who had surgery, had a significantly better survival time than the others (25 months vs 12.7 months). In conclusion, SP therapy is effective for gastric cancer with PD, and surgery for cases showing a good response to chemotherapy might improve the prognosis of patients with PD.

Growth differentiation factor-15 encodes a novel microRNA 3189 that functions as a potent regulator of cell death. Cell Death Differ 2015; 22:1641-53. Abstract
According to the latest version of miRBase, approximately 30% of microRNAs (miRNAs) are unique to primates, but the physiological function of the vast majority remains unknown. In this study, we identified miR-3189 as a novel, p53-regulated, primate-specific miRNA embedded in the intron of the p53-target gene GDF15. Antagonizing miR-3189 increased proliferation and sensitized cells to DNA damage-induced apoptosis, suggesting a tumor suppressor function for endogenous miR-3189. Identification of genome-wide miR-3189 targets revealed that miR-3189 directly inhibits the expression of a large number of genes involved in cell cycle control and cell survival. In addition, miR-3189 downregulated the expression of multiple p53 inhibitors resulting in elevated p53 levels and upregulation of several p53 targets including p21 (CDKN1A), GADD45A and the miR-3189 host gene GDF15, suggesting miR-3189 auto-regulation. Surprisingly, miR-3189 overexpression in p53-/- cells upregulated a subset of p53-targets including GDF15, GADD45A, and NOXA, but not CDKN1A. Consistent with these results, overexpression of miR-3189 potently induced apoptosis and inhibited tumorigenicity in vivo in a p53-independent manner. Collectively, our study identified miR-3189 as a novel, primate-specific miRNA whose effects are mediated by both p53-dependent and p53-independent mechanisms. miR-3189 may, therefore, represent a novel tool that can be utilized therapeutically to induce a potent proapoptotic effect even in p53-deficient tumors.

Abstract
We report a measurement of the time-dependent CP asymmetry of B[over ¯]^{0}→D_{CP}^{(*)}h^{0} decays, where the light neutral hadron h^{0} is a π^{0}, η, or ω meson, and the neutral D meson is reconstructed in the CP eigenstates K^{+}K^{-}, K_{S}^{0}π^{0}, or K_{S}^{0}ω. The measurement is performed combining the final data samples collected at the ϒ(4S) resonance by the BABAR and Belle experiments at the asymmetric-energy B factories PEP-II at SLAC and KEKB at KEK, respectively. The data samples contain (471±3)×10^{6} BB[over ¯] pairs recorded by the BABAR detector and (772±11)×10^{6} BB[over ¯] pairs recorded by the Belle detector. We measure the CP asymmetry parameters -η_{f}S=+0.66±0.10(stat)±0.06(syst) and C=-0.02±0.07(stat)±0.03(syst). These results correspond to the first observation of CP violation in B[over ¯]^{0}→D_{CP}^{(*)}h^{0} decays. The hypothesis of no mixing-induced CP violation is excluded in these decays at the level of 5.4 standard deviations.

Abstract
The OPERA experiment was designed to search for ν_{μ}→ν_{τ} oscillations in appearance mode, i.e., by detecting the τ leptons produced in charged current ν_{τ} interactions. The experiment took data from 2008 to 2012 in the CERN Neutrinos to Gran Sasso beam. The observation of the ν_{μ}→ν_{τ} appearance, achieved with four candidate events in a subsample of the data, was previously reported. In this Letter, a fifth ν_{τ} candidate event, found in an enlarged data sample, is described. Together with a further reduction of the expected background, the candidate events detected so far allow us to assess the discovery of ν_{μ}→ν_{τ} oscillations in appearance mode with a significance larger than 5σ.

Teletriage for patients with traumatic finger injury directing emergency medical transportation services to appropriate hospitals: a pilot project in Nagoya City, Japan. Injury 2015; 46:1349-53. Abstract
INTRODUCTION Emergency medical technicians in Japan have experienced difficulties in identifying hospitals that will accept patients with severe finger injuries. We developed and managed a system named Interactive Teletriage using mobile phone photos to aid efficient patient transportation. The aim of this study was to investigate features related to the transportation of patients with severe finger injuries and to evaluate the feasibility of this system. MATERIALS AND METHODS We prospectively analysed data from the medical association of Aichi Prefecture and the Nagoya City Fire Department in Japan. We investigated features related to the transportation of 474 patients with severe finger injuries in Nagoya from 2010 to 2013: 100 in 2010, 134 in 2011, 125 in 2012, and 115 in 2013. We began using Teletriage in August 2011 and compared the periods before and after its implementation. RESULTS The time of injury showed two different peaks from 09:00 to 11:00h and at 13:00h. The number of patients injured during each weekday was generally the same, while cases on Saturdays and Sundays reflected 70% and 47% of the weekday average, respectively. Of the 474 patients, 395 (83%) were accepted to hospitals after 3 or fewer requests for admission: 160 of 202 (79.2%) before and 235 of 272 (86.4%) after Teletriage, constituting a significant increase (p=0.039). Furthermore, the number of patients who required 4 or more requests significantly decreased after implementation of Teletriage (p=0.039): 42 patients (20.8%) before and 37 (13.6%) after Teletriage. Our data showed that as the number of requests until final determination increased, the transportation period increased. Furthermore, the mean transportation period significantly decreased from 22.3min before to 18.1min after Teletriage (p=0.021). As the number of requests until final determination increased, the proportion of patients transported to Level I and II hospitals decreased; conversely, the proportion of patients transported to Level III, IV, and V hospitals increased. CONCLUSIONS Our results indicated that the implementation of Teletriage has the potential to ease the problem of emergency medical transportation for those with severe finger injuries.

Abstract
UNLABELLED This study investigated differences in prevalence of the androgen-regulated transmembrane protease serine 2 (TMPRSS2) and ETS transcription factor family member, v-ets erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog (ERG) fusion gene (TMPRSS2-ERG fusions) in clinically localized prostate cancer Japanese and German patients. A total of 105 specimens, including 69 Japanese and 36 German patients, were collected. The status of TMPRSS2-ERG fusion was determined by fluorescence in situ hybridization, and correlations of the TMPRSS2-ERG fusion with clinicopathological characteristics and immunohistochemistry were studied. Gene fusions were identified in 20% (14/69) of Japanese and 53% (19/36) of German patients (P < 0.001). The difference in the type of gene fusion between the two ethnic groups was statistically significant (P=0.024). Overexpression of ERG protein was significantly associated with gene fusion. Biochemical recurrence was significantly higher in patients with ERG overexpression than in those without, and not related to TMPRSS2-ERG fusion status. Interestingly, two types of gene fusions (deletion and increase of copy number) were significantly associated with increased p53 expression (P = 0.005). Association of specific gene fusions harboring higher genomic alterations with p53 expression levels suggests that p53 mutation might drive more aggressive arrangements of TMPRSS2-ERG fusion in prostate cancer. KEYWORDS ERG, p53, prostate cancer, TMPRSS2-ERG fusion.

Abstract
To avoid winter frost damage, evergreen coniferous species develop cold hardiness with suitable phenology for the local climate regime. Along the elevational gradient, a genetic cline in autumn phenology is often recognised among coniferous populations, but further quantification of evolutionary adaptation related to the local environment and its responsible signals generating the phenological variation are poorly understood. We evaluated the timing of cold hardening among populations of Abies sachalinensis, based on time series freezing tests using trees derived from four seed source populations × three planting sites. Furthermore, we constructed a model to estimate the development of hardening from field temperatures and the intraspecific variations occurring during this process. An elevational cline was detected such that high-elevation populations developed cold hardiness earlier than low-elevation populations, representing significant genetic control. Because development occurred earlier at high-elevation planting sites, the genetic trend across elevation overlapped with the environmental trend. Based on the trade-off between later hardening to lengthen the active growth period and earlier hardening to avoid frost damage, this genetic cline would be adaptive to the local climate. Our modelling approach estimated intraspecific variation in two model components: the threshold temperature, which was the criterion for determining whether the trees accumulated the thermal value, and the chilling requirement for trees to achieve adequate cold hardiness. A higher threshold temperature and a lower chilling requirement could be responsible for the earlier phenology of the high-elevation population. These thermal responses may be one of the important factors driving the elevation-dependent adaptation of A. sachalinensis.

Abstract
The T2K off-axis near detector ND280 is used to make the first differential cross-section measurements of electron neutrino charged current interactions at energies ∼1 GeV as a function of electron momentum, electron scattering angle, and four-momentum transfer of the interaction. The total flux-averaged ν(e) charged current cross section on carbon is measured to be ⟨σ⟩(ϕ)=1.11±0.10(stat)±0.18(syst)×10⁻³⁸ cm²/nucleon. The differential and total cross-section measurements agree with the predictions of two leading neutrino interaction generators, NEUT and GENIE. The NEUT prediction is 1.23×10⁻³⁸ cm²/nucleon and the GENIE prediction is 1.08×10⁻³⁸ cm²/nucleon. The total ν(e) charged current cross-section result is also in agreement with data from the Gargamelle experiment.

Long-term entecavir therapy results in falls in serum hepatitis B surface antigen levels and seroclearance in nucleos(t)ide-naïve chronic hepatitis B patients. J Viral Hepat 2014; 21:802-8. Abstract
Entecavir (ETV) is reported to result in suppression of hepatitis B virus DNA (HBV DNA) replication with minimal drug resistance. However, information on the long-term effect of such therapy on serum hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) level and elimination of HBsAg is not available. ETV therapy was started in 553 nucleos(t)ide-naïve patients with chronic hepatitis B infection (HBeAg positive: 45%) in our hospital. Serum HBsAg levels were measured serially by the Architect assay. The median baseline HBsAg was 2180 IU/mL (0.12-243 000 IU/mL), and median follow-up period was 3.0 years, with 529, 475, 355, 247 and 163 patients followed-up for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years, respectively. At year 5, the mean log HBsAg decline from baseline was -0.48 log IU/mL, and the cumulative HBsAg clearance rate was 3.5%. Multivariate analysis identified HBV DNA level at baseline (<3.0 log copies IU/mL, odd ratio = 10.2; 95% confidence interval = 1.87-55.5, P = 0.007) and HBsAg level (<500 IU/mL, odd ratio = 29.4; 95% confidence interval = 2.80-333, P = 0.005) as independent predictors of HBsAg seroclearance. These results indicate that although serum HBsAg level declines gradually during ETV therapy, HBsAg seroclearance remains a rare event.

Abstract
BACKGROUND/AIMS Recently, laparoscopic distal gastrectomy has become one of the standard therapies for early gastric cancer. However, there are still some obstacles in performing laparoscopic total gastrectomy (LTG) as a standard therapy due to the difficulties in surgical techniques. We have performed LTG for patients with early gastric cancer in the upper portion of the stomach since 2010. In this study, we compared early clinical outcomes of LTG with those of open total gastrectomy (OTG) for patients with cT1N0 gastric cancer. METHODOLOGY We reviewed 69 patients who had gastric cancer of cStage IA between January 2010 and December 2013. We performed a comparative study of short-term clinical outcomes, quantity of dissected lymph nodes, and in-hospital costs between patients undergoing LTG (n=34) and those undergoing OTG (n=35). RESULTS The clinical characteristics of patients were well matched in the LTG and OTG groups. The median operating time was significantly longer for the LTG group (p<.0001). The estimated blood loss was significantly reduced in the LTG group (p< 0.0001). The postoperative morbidity rate was 14.7% in the LTG group and 14.2% in the OTG group with no significant difference. There were no differences in the total cost for hospital stay between the LTG and OTG groups. CONCLUSIONS We were able to perform LTG safely and successfully for early gastric cancer in our institute. The total cost of the treatment was almost the same between LTG and OTG. We conclude that LTG is a potential alternative in the management of early gastric cancer.

Abstract
The structure of a 1.6-kb SphI-HindIII DNA sequence necessary and sufficient for the replication of a 8.6-kb plasmid pLS11 of Bacillus subtilis IFO 3022, which is responsible for gamma-polyglutamate production, has been characterized by using a trimethoprim (Tmp)-resistance gene derived form B. subtilis TTK24 chromosomal DNA as a selective marker. The 1.6-kb DNA sequence contains a rep gene encoding the protein (333 amino acids) essential for initiation of replication and a possible origin of replication. The predicted REP protein of pLS11 has an overall homology with the REP proteins of pUH1 (74.8% identity), pBAA1 (92.8%), and pFTB14 (78.7%) in Bacillus spp., pLP1 (42.1%) and pLAB1000 (36.3%) in Lactobacillus spp., and pUB110 (35.3%) and pC194 (37.4%) in Staphylococcus aureus, but has not any similarity with the REP protein of the staphylococcal plasmid pT181.

Abstract
Experimental loss of occlusal support caused by the extraction or grinding of molar teeth has been reported to foment the impairment of learning and memory in laboratory animals. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of occlusal reconstruction after long-term loss of molars on spatial memory by using 8-arm radial maze and by assessing histopathological changes of neuron density in the hippocampus. Experimental dentures were inserted into the oral cavities of molarless rats to recover the occlusal support. Age-matched groups of control, molarless and denture-wearing rats were trained to perform the maze tasks. The difference of the error incidence in the maze task was evaluated between three groups. The difference of neuron density between three groups was also evaluated at the end of the maze task. Serum corticosterone levels were also measured to estimate the chronic stress, which could be caused by extraction, insertion of the experimental denture or any experimental procedure. The error incidence in the denture-wearing group was significantly higher than that of the control group, but significantly lower than that of the molarless group. Significant differences of neuron density were observed between three groups in each of the hippocampal CA1, CA3 and DG subfields. No significant difference of the serum corticosterone levels between three groups could be observed. From the results of this study, it was suggested that the recovery of occlusal support would bring amelioration of cognitive impairment concomitant with long period loss of molars in rats.

Abstract
New data from the T2K neutrino oscillation experiment produce the most precise measurement of the neutrino mixing parameter θ23. Using an off-axis neutrino beam with a peak energy of 0.6 GeV and a data set corresponding to 6.57×10(20) protons on target, T2K has fit the energy-dependent νμ oscillation probability to determine oscillation parameters. The 68% confidence limit on sin(2)(θ23) is 0.514(-0.056)(+0.055) (0.511±0.055), assuming normal (inverted) mass hierarchy. The best-fit mass-squared splitting for normal hierarchy is Δm32(2)=(2.51±0.10)×10(-3) eV(2)/c(4) (inverted hierarchy: Δm13(2)=(2.48±0.10)×10(-3) eV(2)/c(4)). Adding a model of multinucleon interactions that affect neutrino energy reconstruction is found to produce only small biases in neutrino oscillation parameter extraction at current levels of statistical uncertainty.

Abstract
Most p53 mutations in human cancers are missense mutations resulting in a full-length mutant p53 protein. Besides losing tumor suppressor activity, some hotspot p53 mutants gain oncogenic functions. This effect is mediated in part, through gene expression changes due to inhibition of p63 and p73 by mutant p53 at their target gene promoters. Here, we report that the tumor suppressor microRNA let-7i is downregulated by mutant p53 in multiple cell lines expressing endogenous mutant p53. In breast cancer patients, significantly decreased let-7i levels were associated with missense mutations in p53. Chromatin immunoprecipitation and promoter luciferase assays established let-7i as a transcriptional target of mutant p53 through p63. Introduction of let-7i to mutant p53 cells significantly inhibited migration, invasion and metastasis by repressing a network of oncogenes including E2F5, LIN28B, MYC and NRAS. Our findings demonstrate that repression of let-7i expression by mutant p53 has a key role in enhancing migration, invasion and metastasis.

Abstract
We observe D(0)-D(0) mixing in the decay D(0) → K+π- using a data sample of integrated luminosity 976 fb(-1) collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB e+e- asymmetric-energy collider. We measure the mixing parameters x'(2) = (0.09 ± 0.22) × 10(-3) and y'=(4.6 ± 3.4) × 10(-3) and the ratio of doubly Cabibbo-suppressed to Cabibbo-favored decay rates R(D) = (3.53 ± 0.13) × 10(-3), where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic combined. Our measurement excludes the no-mixing hypothesis at the 5.1 standard deviation level.

Abstract
The T2K experiment has observed electron neutrino appearance in a muon neutrino beam produced 295 km from the Super-Kamiokande detector with a peak energy of 0.6 GeV. A total of 28 electron neutrino events were detected with an energy distribution consistent with an appearance signal, corresponding to a significance of 7.3σ when compared to 4.92±0.55 expected background events. In the Pontecorvo-Maki-Nakagawa-Sakata mixing model, the electron neutrino appearance signal depends on several parameters including three mixing angles θ12, θ23, θ13, a mass difference Δm(32)(2) and a CP violating phase δ(CP). In this neutrino oscillation scenario, assuming |Δm(32)(2)|=2.4×10(-3) eV(2), sin(2)θ(23)=0.5, and Δm322>0 (Δm(32)(2)<0), a best-fit value of sin(2)2θ(13)=0.140(-0.032)(+0.038) (0.170(-0.037)(+0.045)) is obtained at δ(CP)=0. When combining the result with the current best knowledge of oscillation parameters including the world average value of θ(13) from reactor experiments, some values of δ(CP) are disfavored at the 90% C.L.

Abstract
The lifetime of the τ lepton is measured using the process e+ e- → τ+ τ- , where both τ leptons decay to 3πν(τ). The result for the mean lifetime, based on 711 fb(-1) of data collected with the Belle detector at the ϒ(4S) resonance and 60 MeV below, is τ=(290.17±0.53(stat)±0.33(syst))×10(-15) s. The first measurement of the lifetime difference between τ+ and τ- is performed. The upper limit on the relative lifetime difference between positive and negative τ leptons is |Δτ|/τ<7.0×10(-3) at 90% C.L.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE Arterial spin-labeling MR imaging permits safe, repeated CBF measurement. We investigated the potential and technical factors of arterial spin-labeling imaging in assessing cerebrovascular reactivity to acetazolamide. MATERIALS AND METHODS The regional CBF was measured in 8 healthy volunteers by use of a 3D pseudocontinuous arterial spin-labeling sequence. Arterial spin labeling imaging was performed at rest and every 2 minutes after intravenous acetazolamide injection. To evaluate repeatability, regional CBF measurements were repeated without acetazolamide within an imaging session and on a separate day. Additionally, arterial spin-labeling imaging was performed at rest and after acetazolamide injection with different postlabeling delays, and regional cerebrovascular reactivity was calculated. RESULTS The regional CBF started to increase immediately after acetazolamide injection and peaked at approximately 10 minutes, followed by a slow decrease. Favorable intrasession repeatability was demonstrated, especially when scanner tuning was omitted between scans. Rest regional CBF was slightly lower with a postlabeling delay of 2525 ms than with a postlabeling delay of 1525 ms, and the postlabeling delay-dependent difference was more evident for regional CBF after acetazolamide injection and regional cerebrovascular reactivity. CONCLUSIONS Arterial spin-labeling imaging allows evaluation of the distribution, magnitude, and time course of cerebrovascular response to acetazolamide. The influence of the postlabeling delay on the estimated cerebrovascular reactivity should be noted.

Abstract
The T2K Collaboration reports a precision measurement of muon neutrino disappearance with an off-axis neutrino beam with a peak energy of 0.6 GeV. Near detector measurements are used to constrain the neutrino flux and cross section parameters. The Super-Kamiokande far detector, which is 295 km downstream of the neutrino production target, collected data corresponding to 3.01×10(20) protons on target. In the absence of neutrino oscillations, 205±17 (syst) events are expected to be detected while only 58 muon neutrino event candidates are observed. A fit to the neutrino rate and energy spectrum, assuming three neutrino flavors and normal mass hierarchy yields a best-fit mixing angle sin2(θ23)=0.514±0.082 and mass splitting |Δm(32)(2)|=2.44(-0.15)(+0.17)×10(-3) eV2/c4. Our result corresponds to the maximal oscillation disappearance probability.

Abstract
Chirality--that is, left- or right-handedness--is an important concept in a broad range of scientific areas. In condensed matter, chirality is found not only in molecular or crystal forms, but also in magnetic structures. A magnetic skyrmion is a topologically stable spin vortex structure, as observed in chiral-lattice helimagnets, and is one example of such a structure. The spin swirling direction (skyrmion helicity) should be closely related to the underlying lattice chirality via the relativistic spin-orbit coupling. Here, we report on the correlation between skyrmion helicity and crystal chirality in alloys of helimagnets Mn(1-x)Fe(x)Ge with varying compositions by Lorentz transmission electron microscopy and convergent-beam electron diffraction over a broad range of compositions (x = 0.3-1.0). The skyrmion lattice constant shows non-monotonous variation with composition x, with a divergent behaviour around x = 0.8, where the correlation between magnetic helicity and crystal chirality changes sign. This originates from continuous variation of the spin-orbit coupling strength and its sign reversal in the metallic alloys as a function of x. Controllable spin-orbit coupling may offer a promising way to tune skyrmion size and helicity.

Abstract
We search for bottomonium states in Υ(2S) → (bb)γ decays with an integrated luminosity of 24.7 fb(-1) recorded at the Υ(2S) resonance with the Belle detector at KEK, containing (157.8±3.6)×10(6) Υ(2S) events. The (bb) system is reconstructed in 26 exclusive hadronic final states composed of charged pions, kaons, protons, and K(S)(0) mesons. We find no evidence for the state recently observed around 9975 MeV (X(bb)) in an analysis based on a data sample of 9.3×10(6) Υ(2S) events collected with the CLEO III detector. We set a 90% confidence level upper limit on the branching fraction B[Υ(2S) → X(bb)γ] × ∑(i)B[X(bb) → h(i)] < 4.9×10(-6), summed over the exclusive hadronic final states employed in our analysis. This result is an order of magnitude smaller than the measurement reported with CLEO data. We also set an upper limit for the ηb(1S) state of B[Υ(2S) → ηb(1S)γ] × ∑(i)B[ηb(1S) → h(i)] < 3.7×10(-6).

Abstract
We report measurements of B→χ(c1)γK and χ(c2)γK decays using 772×10(6) BB[over ¯] events collected at the Υ(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider. Evidence of a new resonance in the χ(c1)γ final state is found with a statistical significance of 3.8σ. This state has a mass of 3823.1±1.8(stat)±0.7(syst) MeV/c(2), a value that is consistent with theoretical expectations for the previously unseen 1(3)D(2) cc[over ¯] meson. We find no other narrow resonance and set upper limits on the branching fractions of the X(3872)→χ(c1)γ and χ(c2)γ decays.

Abstract
Children with severe motor intellectual disabilities (SMID) are at high risk of death from acute viral lower respiratory tract infections (LRTI). Although respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is the most common cause of viral LRTI in children, there have been a few reports on the relationship between SMID and the severity of RSV-LRTI. The aim of the present study is to assess the influence of RSV-LRTI in children with SMID. A case-control study composed of children with SMID (n = 18) and previously healthy children (n = 43) less than 16 years old hospitalized for RSV-LRTI was performed during five consecutive RSV seasons. The clinical presentation and the laboratory data in the SMID group were compared with those in the non-SMID group. In the bivariate analysis, the median age of the SMID group was higher than that of the non-SMID group (p = 0.002). Children with SMID had an increased risk for ventilation support (p = 0.057). The count of neutrophils in the SMID group was significantly increased (p = 0.012), whereas the proportion of bacterial co-infection was lower than that in the non-SMID group (p = 0.005). Multivariate logistic analysis showed that SMID was associated with longer oxygen usage [>7 days: odds ratio (OR) 5.309, p = 0.033]. The present study revealed that children with SMID were prone to developing hypoxia by RSV-LRTI. The strategies for the treatment and prevention of RSV infection need to be improved in SMID children.

Abstract
We measure the branching fraction of B- → τ- ν(τ) using the full Υ(4S) data sample containing 772×10(6) BB pairs collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+ e- collider. Events with BB pairs are tagged by reconstructing one of the B mesons decaying into hadronic final states, and B- → τ- ν(τ) candidates are detected in the recoil. We find evidence for B- → τ- ν(τ) with a significance of 3.0 standard deviations including systematic errors and measure a branching fraction B(B- → τ- ν(τ))=[0.72(-0.25)(+0.27)(stat)±0.11(syst)]×10(-4).
