Abstract
Objective: To summarize the clinical, thigh magnetic resonance (tMRI) and electromyographic (EMG) characteristics in patients with immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy (IMNM). Methods: A total of 32 IMNM patients who were admitted to the Department of Neurology from April 2019 to April 2021 were enrolled at the First Medical Centre of Chinese PLA General Hospital. According to the type of antibody, the patients were divided into anti-SRP antibody positive (SRP+) group, anti-HMGCR antibody positive (HMGCR+) group and seronegative (SN) group. The gender, age, course of disease, myositis antibodies, extramuscular manifestations, EMG were collected and analyzed among three groups. The characteristics of skeletal muscle were assessed by tMRI inflammatory edema and fat infiltration scores. Analysis of variance, Kruskal-Wallis test and Chi-square test were used to compare the differences in different clinical characteristics and tMRI scores among the three groups. When there was a statistical difference among the three groups, the comparison between the two groups was corrected by the Bonferroni method. Result: (1) Of the 32 patients, 20 were females (62.5%).The median age of onset was 47±14 years, 25 (78.1%) patients had an acute or subacute course. There were 17 (53.1%) with SRP+, 8 (25.0%) with HMGCR+, and 7 (21.9%) with MSAs (myositis specific antibodies) negative. Anti-Ro52 antibody was the most common combined antibody (12/32, 37.5%), among which 10 were in SRP+group.(2) The CK of all patients were elevated, median was 5 948 (4 229, 7 664) U/L. There was no statistical difference of MMT scores among three groups. The proximal limb score was lower than distal limb (P<0.01). The axial muscle score was lower than the distal limb score (P<0.05).(3) Extramuscular manifestations of HMGCR+ group were lower than those of the other two groups (12.5% vs. 71.4% and 76.5%, P<0.017). Rash (60.0% vs.14.3%, P<0.05) and interstitial pulmonary diseases (70.0% vs. 14.3%, P<0.05) were more common in patients with anti-SRP coexistence with anti-Ro52 than those with isolated anti-SRP. Connective tissue disease was more common in SN group (57.1% vs. 11.8% and 0, P<0.017).(4) tMRI showed fascial edema of SN group was more obvious than that of the other two groups (P<0.017). There was no statistical difference in the degree of fat infiltration and inflammatory edema among three groups, but SRP+ group had more cases of early fat infiltration.(5) Myotonic potentials (25.0% vs. 0 and 0, P<0.017) and compound repetitive discharges (CRDs) (50.0% vs. 5.9% and 0, P<0.017) were common in HMGCR+ group. Proteomic analysis found significantly different expressed proteins in skeletal muscle of patients with myotonic potentials or CRDs were associated with cytoskeleton, cell junction and extracellular matrix. Conclusion: IMNM with pure anti-SRP antibody positive and anti-HMGCR positive were mainly affected by skeletal muscles. Those who were co-positive for anti-SRP antibody and anti-Ro52 antibody had more extramuscular manifestations, which might be a special subtype of SRP+ group. This study proposed for the first time that myofascial inflammatory edema is an early sign of SN-IMNM injury. EMG of HMGCR+group were more prone to myotonia potential and CRDs.

Precise Measurements of Decay Parameters and CP Asymmetry with Entangled Λ-Λ[over ¯] Pairs. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2022; 129:131801. [PMID: 36206435 DOI: 10.1103/physrevlett.129.131801] [Citation(s) in RCA: 3] [Impact Index Per Article: 1.5] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Received: 04/26/2022] [Accepted: 09/01/2022] [Indexed: 06/16/2023]
Abstract
Based on 10 billion J/ψ events collected at the BESIII experiment, a search for CP violation in Λ decay is performed in the difference between CP-odd decay parameters α_{-} for Λ→pπ^{-} and α_{+} for Λ[over ¯]→p[over ¯]π^{+} by using the process e^{+}e^{-}→J/ψ→ΛΛ[over ¯]. With a five-dimensional fit to the full angular distributions of the daughter baryon, the most precise values for the decay parameters are determined to be α_{-}=0.7519±0.0036±0.0024 and α_{+}=-0.7559±0.0036±0.0030, respectively. The Λ and Λ[over ¯] averaged value of the decay parameter is extracted to be α_{avg}=0.7542±0.0010±0.0024 with unprecedented accuracy. The CP asymmetry A_{CP}=(α_{-}+α_{+})/(α_{-}-α_{+}) is determined to be -0.0025±0.0046±0.0012, which is one of the most precise measurements in the baryon sector. The reported results for the decay parameter will play an important role in the studies of the polarizations and CP violations for the strange, charmed and beauty baryons.

Abstract
We study the direct production of the J^{PC}=1^{++} charmonium state χ_{c1}(1P) in electron-positron annihilation by carrying out an energy scan around the mass of the χ_{c1}(1P). The data were collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. An interference pattern between the signal process e^{+}e^{-}→χ_{c1}(1P)→γJ/ψ→γμ^{+}μ^{-} and the background processes e^{+}e^{-}→γ_{ISR}J/ψ→γ_{ISR}μ^{+}μ^{-} and e^{+}e^{-}→γ_{ISR}μ^{+}μ^{-} is observed by combining all the data samples. The χ_{c1}(1P) signal is observed with a significance of 5.1σ. This is the first observation of a C-even state directly produced in e^{+}e^{-} annihilation. The electronic width of the χ_{c1}(1P) resonance is determined to be Γ_{ee}=(0.12_{-0.08}^{+0.13}) eV, which is of the same order of magnitude as theoretical calculations.

We study the processes e^{+}e^{-}→K_{S}^{0}D_{s}^{+}D^{*-} and e^{+}e^{-}→K_{S}^{0}D_{s}^{*+}D^{-}, as well as their charge conjugated processes, at five center-of-mass energies between 4.628 and 4.699 GeV, using data samples corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.8 fb^{-1} collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring. Based on a partial reconstruction technique, we find evidence of a structure near the thresholds for D_{s}^{+}D^{*-} and D_{s}^{*+}D^{-} production in the K_{S}^{0} recoil-mass spectrum, which we refer to as the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0}. Fitting with a Breit-Wigner line shape, we find the mass of the structure to be (3992.2±1.7±1.6) MeV/c^{2} and the width to be (7.7_{-3.8}^{+4.1}±4.3) MeV, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. The significance of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0} signal is found to be 4.6σ including both the statistical and systematic uncertainty. We report the Born cross section multiplied by the branching fraction at different energy points. The mass of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0} is close to that of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{+}. Assuming SU(3) symmetry, the cross section of the neutral channel is consistent with that of the charged one. Hence, we conclude that the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0} is the isospin partner of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{+}.

Abstract
Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 11.3 fb^{-1} collected at center-of-mass energies from 4.23 to 4.70 GeV with the BESIII detector, we measure the product of the e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}ψ_{2}(3823) cross section and the branching fraction B[ψ_{2}(3823)→γχ_{c1}]. For the first time, resonance structure is observed in the cross section line shape of e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}ψ_{2}(3823) with significances exceeding 5σ. A fit to data with two coherent Breit-Wigner resonances modeling the sqrt[s]-dependent cross section yields M(R_{1})=4406.9±17.2±4.5 MeV/c^{2}, Γ(R_{1})=128.1±37.2±2.3 MeV, and M(R_{2})=4647.9±8.6±0.8 MeV/c^{2}, Γ(R_{2})=33.1±18.6±4.1 MeV. Though weakly disfavored by the data, a single resonance with M(R)=4417.5±26.2±3.5 MeV/c^{2}, Γ(R)=245±48±13 MeV is also possible to interpret data. This observation deepens our understanding of the nature of the vector charmoniumlike states. The mass of the ψ_{2}(3823) state is measured as (3823.12±0.43±0.13) MeV/c^{2}, which is the most precise measurement to date.

Abstract
Objective: To characterize the histopathological subtypes and their clinicopathological parameters of gender and onset age by common, rare and sparse primary esophageal malignant tumors (PEMT). Methods: A total of 272 437 patients with PEMT were enrolled in this study, and all of the patients were received radical surgery. The clinicopathological information of the patients was obtained from the database established by the State Key Laboratory of Esophageal Cancer Prevention & Treatment from September 1973 to December 2020, which included the clinical treatment, pathological diagnosis and follow-up information of esophagus and gastric cardia cancers. All patients were diagnosed and classified by the criteria of esophageal tumor histopathological diagnosis and classification (2019) of the World Health Organization (WHO). The esophageal tumors, which were not included in the WHO classification, were analyzed separately according to the postoperative pathological diagnosis. The χ2 test was performed by the SPSS 25.0 software on count data, and the test standard α=0.05. Results: A total of 32 histopathological types were identified in the enrolled PEMT patients, of which 10 subtypes were not included in the WHO classification. According to the frequency, PEMT were divided into common (esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, ESCC, accounting for 97.1%), rare (esophageal adenocarcinoma, EAC, accounting for 2.3%) and sparse (mainly esophageal small cell carcinoma, malignant melanoma, etc., accounting for 0.6%). All the common, rare, and sparse types occurred predominantly in male patients, and the gender difference of rare type was most significant (EAC, male∶ female, 2.67∶1), followed with common type (ESCC, male∶ female, 1.78∶1) and sparse type (male∶ female, 1.71∶1). The common type (ESCC) mainly occurred in the middle thoracic segment (65.2%), while the rare type (EAC) mainly occurred in the lower thoracic segment (56.8%). Among the sparse type, malignant melanoma and malignant fibrous histiocytoma were both predominantly located in the lower thoracic segment (51.7%, 66.7%), and the others were mainly in the middle thoracic segment. Conclusion: ESCC is the most common type among the 32 histopathological types of PEMT, followed by EAC as the rare type, and esophageal small cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma as the major sparse type, and all of which are mainly occur in male patients. The common type of ESCC mainly occur in the middle thoracic segment, while the rare type of EAC mainly in the lower thoracic segment. The mainly sparse type of malignant melanoma and malignant fibrous histiocytoma predominately occur in the lower thoracic segment, and the remaining sparse types mainly occur in the middle thoracic segment.

Abstract
Based on (10087±44)×10^{6} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector, the process J/ψ→γπ^{+}π^{-}η^{'} is studied using two largest decay channels of the η^{'} meson, η^{'}→γπ^{+}π^{-} and η^{'}→ηπ^{+}π^{-}, η→γγ. A new resonance, which we denote as the X(2600), is observed with a statistical significance larger than 20σ in the π^{+}π^{-}η^{'} invariant mass spectrum, and it has a connection to a structure around 1.5 GeV/c^{2} in the π^{+}π^{-} invariant mass spectrum. A simultaneous fit on the π^{+}π^{-}η^{'} and π^{+}π^{-} invariant mass spectra with the two η^{'} decay modes indicates that the mass and width of the X(2600) state are 2618.3±2.0_{-1.4}^{+16.3} MeV/c^{2} and 195±5_{-17}^{+26} MeV, where the first uncertainties are statistical, and the second systematic.

Abstract
Using a sample of about 10^{10} J/ψ events collected at a center-of-mass energy sqrt[s]=3.097 GeV with the BESIII detector, the electromagnetic Dalitz decays J/ψ→e^{+}e^{-}π^{+}π^{-}η^{'}, with η^{'}→γπ^{+}π^{-} and η^{'}→π^{+}π^{-}η, have been studied. The decay J/ψ→e^{+}e^{-}X(1835) is observed with a significance of 15σ, and also an e^{+}e^{-} invariant-mass dependent transition form factor of J/ψ→e^{+}e^{-}X(1835) is presented for the first time. The intermediate states X(2120) and X(2370) are also observed in the π^{+}π^{-}η^{'} invariant-mass spectrum with significances of 5.3σ and 7.3σ. The corresponding product branching fractions for J/ψ→e^{+}e^{-}X, X→π^{+}π^{-}η^{'} [X=X(1835), X(2120), and X(2370)] are reported.

Abstract
Importance Induction chemotherapy added to concurrent chemoradiotherapy significantly improves survival for patients with locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but the optimal induction regimen remains unclear. Objective To determine whether induction chemotherapy with paclitaxel, cisplatin, and capecitabine (TPC) improves survival vs cisplatin and fluorouracil (PF) prior to chemoradiotherapy for patients with stage IVA to IVB nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Design, Setting, and Participants This randomized, open-label, phase 3 clinical trial recruited 238 patients at 4 hospitals in China from October 20, 2016, to August 29, 2019. Patients were 18 to 65 years of age with treatment-naive, nonkeratinizing stage IVA to IVB nasopharyngeal carcinoma and an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 to 1. Interventions Patients were randomly assigned (1:1) to receive induction chemotherapy with two 21-day cycles of TPC (intravenous paclitaxel [150 mg/m2, day 1], intravenous cisplatin [60 mg/m2, day 1], and oral capecitabine [1000 mg/m2 orally twice daily, days 1-14]) or PF (intravenous cisplatin [100 mg/m2, day 1] and fluorouracil [800 mg/m2 daily, days 1-5]), followed by chemoradiotherapy. Main Outcomes and Measures The primary end point was failure-free survival in the intention-to-treat population. Secondary end points included distant metastasis-free survival, locoregional relapse-free survival, overall survival, tumor response, and safety. Results Overall, 238 eligible patients (187 men [78.6%]; median age, 45 years [range, 18-65 years]) were randomly assigned to receive TPC (n = 118) or PF (n = 120). The median follow-up duration was 48.4 months (IQR, 39.6-53.3 months). Failure-free survival at 3 years was 83.5% (95% CI, 77.0%-90.6%) in the TPC group and 68.9% (95% CI, 61.1%-77.8%) in the PF group (stratified hazard ratio [HR] for recurrence or death, 0.47; 95% CI, 0.28-0.79; P = .004). Induction with the TPC regimen resulted in a significant reduction in the risk of distant metastases (stratified HR, 0.49 [95% CI, 0.24-0.98]; P = .04) and locoregional recurrence (stratified HR, 0.40 [95% CI, 0.18-0.93]; P = .03) compared with the PF regimen. However, there was no effect on early overall survival (stratified HR, 0.45 [95% CI, 0.17-1.18]; P = .10). The incidences of grade 3 to 4 acute adverse events and late-onset toxicities were 57.6% (n = 68) and 13.6% (16 of 118), respectively, in the TPC group and 65.8% (n = 79) and 17.9% (21 of 117), respectively, in the PF group. One treatment-related death occurred in the PF group. Conclusions and Relevance This randomized clinical trial found that induction chemotherapy with 2 cycles of TPC for patients with stage IVA to IVB nasopharyngeal carcinoma improved failure-free survival compared with 2 cycles of PF, with no increase in the toxicity profile. Abstract
Salvia miltiorrhiza is a perennial herbaceous plant for traditional Chinese medicine. It has been extensively applied for many hundred years to treat various diseases (Su et al. 2015). It is also a kind of important cash crop that is widely cultivated in southern Shaanxi province. In June of 2021, in a field in Luonan County, Shaanxi Province, some S. miltiorrhiza plants with stunting and leaf wilting symptoms were observed. The diseased plants exhibited a large number of globular galling on the secondary and tertiary roots. The symptoms were typical of infection by root-knot nematodes. Population densities of second-stage juveniles (J2s) ranged from 330 to 650 per 100 cm3. To identify the species of the root-knot nematodes, J2s and males were collected from the soil in the root zone, and females were isolated from diseased roots. The perineal patterns of females (n = 12) were round-shaped, with low dorsal arches, obvious lateral lines, and characteristic small punctations near anus. Morphological measurements of females (n = 20) included body length (L) = 565.25 ± 33.9 (503.35 - 632.47) μm, body width (BW) = 420.00 ± 21.28 (378.27 - 452.51) μm, stylet = 11.11 ± 0.73 (10.05-12.29) μm, dorsal pharyngeal gland orifice to stylet base (DGO) = 4.69 ± 0.45 (3.82-5.32) μm, vulval slit length = 21.1 ± 1.33 (18.38-22.96) μm, and vulval slit to anus distance = 15.76 ± 1.24 (13.38-17.45) μm. The morphological characters of males (n = 7): L = 1098.14 ± 82.99 (962.83-1193.87) μm, BW = 28.44 ± 1.18 (26.59-29.83) μm, stylet = 18.27 ± 0.97 (16.57-19.28) μm, DGO = 4.89 ± 0.62 (3.82-5.68) μm, and spicule length = 24.04 ± 1.80 (21.30-26.71) μm. The key morphometrics of J2s: L = 380.24 ± 18.24 (354.43-423.13) μm, BW = 13.94 ± 0.70 (12.88-15.34) μm, stylet = 11.82 ± 0.49 (10.96-12.61) μm, DGO = 3.68 ± 0.42 (3.09-4.56) μm, tail length = 55.42 ± 5.81 (46.97-67.03) μm, and hyaline tail terminus = 13.79 ± 1.24 (12.0-16.51) μm. These morphological characteristics are consistent with Meloidogyne hapla as described by Whitehead (1968). Ten individual females were transferred to ten different tubes for DNA extraction. The DNA extraction followed the method described by Htay et al. (2016). The species-specific primers JMV1 (5'-GGATGGCGTGCTTTCAAC-3') and JMV (5'-AAAAATCCCCTCGAAAAATCCACC-3') were used for the identification of M. hapla (Adam et al. 2007). A single 440 bp fragment was amplified by this pair of primers, confirming their identities as M. hapla. To confirm species identification, the ITS region was amplified using the primers 18S/26S (5'-TTGATTACGTCCCTGCCCTTT-3'/5'-TTTCACTCGCCGTTACTAAGG-3') (Vrain et al. 1992). The sequence from the ITS region was 768 bp (GenBank Accession No. OM049198) and was 100% identical to the sequences of M. hapla (GenBank Accession Nos. MT249016 and KJ572385). The mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) region between COII and the lRNA gene was amplified using primers C2F3 (5'-GGTCAATGTTCAGAAATTTGTGG-3') and 1108 (5'-TACCTTTGACCAATCACGCT-3') (Powers and Harris, 1993). A fragment of 529 bp was obtained and the sequence (GenBank Accession No. OM055828) was 100% identical to the known sequence of M. hapla from Taiwan (GenBank Accession No. KJ598134). An infection test was conducted in greenhouse conditions. Six 2-month-old S. miltiorrhiza plants were individually maintained in 12-cm diameter, 10-cm deep plastic pots containing sterilized soil and each plant was inoculated with 3000 J2s hatched from egg masses of collected M. hapla samples. Two non-inoculated S. miltiorrhiza plants served as negative controls. After 60 days, inoculated plants exhibited galled roots similar to those observed in the field. Many galls (61.33 ± 8.52) and egg masses (26.17 ± 4.79) were found on each root system. The nematode reproduction factor (RF = final population/initial population) was 4.5. No symptoms were observed in control plants. The nematode was reisolated from root tissue and identified to be M. hapla with its sequence-specific primers JMV1/JMV. These results confirmed that the nematode population could infect S. miltiorrhiza. To our knowledge, this is the first time of natural infection of S. miltiorrhiza with M. hapla in China. Including S. miltiorrhiza, the medicinal ingredients of many traditional Chinese herbal medicines were extracted from the roots of the plants. The infection of root-knot nematode will cause a serious decline in the quality of Chinese medicinal materials. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the species of root-knot nematode in different Chinese herbal medicines.

Abstract
The singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay Λ_{c}^{+}→nπ^{+} is observed for the first time with a statistical significance of 7.3σ by using 3.9 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data collected at center-of-mass energies between 4.612 and 4.699 GeV with the BESIII detector at BEPCII. The branching fraction of Λ_{c}^{+}→nπ^{+} is measured to be (6.6±1.2_{stat}±0.4_{syst})×10^{-4}. By taking the upper limit of branching fractions of Λ_{c}^{+}→pπ^{0} from the Belle experiment, the ratio of branching fractions between Λ_{c}^{+}→nπ^{+} and Λ_{c}^{+}→pπ^{0} is calculated to be larger than 7.2 at the 90% confidence level, which disagrees with most predictions of the available phenomenological models. In addition, the branching fractions of the Cabibbo-favored decays Λ_{c}^{+}→Λπ^{+} and Λ_{c}^{+}→Σ^{0}π^{+} are measured to be (1.31±0.08_{stat}±0.05_{syst})×10^{-2} and (1.22±0.08_{stat}±0.07_{syst})×10^{-2}, respectively, which are consistent with previous results.

Abstract
Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy sqrt[s]=3.773 GeV by the BESIII detector, the decay D^{0}→ωϕ is observed for the first time. The branching fraction is measured to be (6.48±0.96±0.40)×10^{-4} with a significance of 6.3σ, where the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. An angular analysis reveals that the ϕ and ω mesons from the D^{0}→ωϕ decay are transversely polarized. The 95% confidence level upper limit on longitudinal polarization fraction is set to be less than 0.24, which is inconsistent with current theoretical expectations and challenges our understanding of the underlying dynamics in charm meson decays.

Abstract
In order to verify the correlation between Polygonum multiflorum-induced liver injury and HLA-B*35 : 01 alleles, six hospitalized patients diagnosed with Polygonum multiflorum-induced liver injury (PM-DILI) were selected, and their clinicopathological data were collected. Simultaneously, blood HLA-B* 35 : 01 allele detection was performed. Among the six PM-DILI cases, 4 were male, aged 38.83 ± 10.13 years old. The types of liver injury were hepatocellular injury types in all, and the severity of liver injury in five cases was grade 3. The histological presentations were acute hepatitis and acute cholestatic hepatitis. PM-DILI cases were all HLA-B*35:01 carriers, with a carrier rate of 100%. This finding indicates that PM-DILI is significantly correlated with HLA-B*35:01 alleles. Therefore, HLA-B*35 : 01 alleles can be used as an important predictive indicator for PM-DILI.

Abstract
Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is an important vegetable crop in Hainan province, Southern China. In this area, rice and tomato rotation is the most common way for tomato cultivation. During March of 2021, in a field of Yazhou District, Sanya City, Hainan Province, leaves of some tomato plants (cv. Jinsheng) turned yellow, although there were no obvious dwarf plants observed. The tomato plants with yellow leaves exhibiting obvious galls on the roots were collected. Several females and gelatinous egg masses of Meloidogyne spp. were found inside the cortex of the root galls after dissection. The perineal patterns of females (n=12) were dorsal-ventrally oval with low and round dorsal arches, lacking obvious lateral lines. Most of the striae were smooth and sometimes short and irregular striae were observed within them. Morphological measurements of females (n=20) included body length (L) = 569.2 ± 53.6 (457.6 - 662.7) µm, body width (BW) = 342.7 ± 69.8 (245.5 - 457.9) µm, stylet = 11.8 ± 0.7 (10.5 - 13.3) µm, dorsal pharyngeal gland orifice to stylet base (DGO) = 4.0 ± 0.2 (3.7 - 4.6) µm, vulval slit length = 24.1 ± 3.7 (16.7 - 30.7) µm, and vulval slit to anus distance = 16.0 ±1.9 (12.6 - 19.3) µm. The second-stage juveniles (J2s, n=20) had the following morphological characters: L = 440.6 ± 26.7 (395.7 - 488.3) µm, BW = 15.9 ± 1.0 (14.5 - 17.9) µm. stylet = 13.5 ± 0.8 (12.3 - 14.9) µm, tail length = 69.5 ± 3.7 (65.4 - 76.9) µm, hyaline tail terminus = 21.0 ± 2.1 (17.3 - 24.9) µm. These morphological characters matched the original description of Meloidogyne graminicola (Golden and Birchfield, 1968). Ten individual females were transferred to ten different tubes for DNA extraction. The species-specific primers Mg-F3 (5'-TTATCGCATCATTTTATTTG-3') and Mg-R2 (5'-CGCTTTGTTAGAAAATGACCCT-3') were used for the identification of M. graminicola (Htay et al. 2016). For the ten DNA samples, a 369 bp fragment was amplified by this pair of primers, confirming their identities as M. graminicola. The mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) region between COII and the lRNA gene was amplified using primers C2F3 (5'-GGTCAATGTTCAGAAATTTGTGG-3') and 1108 (5'-TACCTTTGACCAATCACGCT-3') (Powers and Harris, 1993). A DNA fragment of 531 bp was obtained and the sequence (GenBank Accession No. MZ576221) was 99.8% identical to the sequences of M. graminicola (GenBank Accession Nos. MH033621, MK616527, and MG356945). Part of the rDNA spanning ITS1, 5.8S gene, and ITS2 was amplified with primers 18S (5'-TTGATTACGTCCCTGCCCTTT-3') and 26S (5'-TTTCACTCGCCGTTACTAAGG-3') (Vrain et al. 1992). The sequences from the ITS region were 790 bp (GenBank Accession No. MZ312595) and were all 100% identical to the known sequences of M. graminicola (GenBank Accession Nos. MF320126, HM623442, and KY020414). In glasshouse tests, six 30-day-old tomato plants (cv. Jinsheng) were individually transplanted in pots (V sand :V soil = 3:1) and inoculated with 1500 J2s hatched from the egg masses of collected M. graminicola samples per plant. Two non-inoculated tomato plants served as negative controls. After 50 days, inoculated plants had galled roots similar to those encountered in the field and there were J2s and eggs within the galls. The nematode reproduction factor (RF = final population/initial population) was 5.3. No symptoms were observed on control plants. These results confirmed the nematode's pathogenicity on tomato. To our knowledge, this is the first time of a natural infection of tomato with M. graminicola in China.

Abstract
Objective: To compare the clinical effects of single-incision robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (RARP) with and without extraperitoneal special channel device. Methods: The clinical data of 70 patients who had undergone RARP in the Robotic Minimally Invasive Surgery Center of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from September 2020 to February 2021 were analyzed retrospectively, including 29 cases who were operated on without special channel device (group A) and 41 cases with special channel device (group B). All operations were performed by robot-assisted single-incision retrograde bladder neck exfoliation via extraperitoneal approach in patients by the same operator. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the bladder neck urethral anastomosis time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative exhaust time, positive rate of incisal margin, indwelling time of urinary catheter, retention rate of postoperative erectile function, satisfaction rate of immediate postoperative urine control, positive rate of postoperative lymph node pathology, incision length, treatment cost and the rate of prostate specific antigen (PSA)lower than 0.2 μg/L at 6 weeks after operation were compared between the two groups. Results: All 70 cases were operated successfully. The difference of age[ (68.9±3.9) vs (69.4±5.4) years], preoperative PSA level[14.1(6.3, 19.8)vs13.7(5.8, 18.1)μg/L], prostate volume[44.8(30.7,172.6)vs 56.3(40.9,163.4)ml ] of the two groups was not statistically significant(all P>0.05). The difference of operation time [ (59.1±18.5) vs (59.6±18.0) min ], intraoperative blood loss [93(66,198)vs 95(68,203) ml ], bladder neck urethral anastomosis time [ (12.6±1.3) vs (13.7±2.8) min ], postoperative hospital stay [ (8.1±2.3) vs (9.1±1.3) d], postoperative exhaust time [ (1.4±0.6) vs (1.3±0.6) d], positive rate of incisal margin (20.7% vs 19.5%), indwelling time of the urinary catheter after operation [ (6.8±1.5) vs (7.1±2.0) d ], the retention rate of postoperative erectile function (31.0% vs 27.0%), the satisfaction rate of immediate postoperative urine control (79.3% vs 75.6%), the positive rate of postoperative lymph node pathology (17.2% vs 14.6%), the length of incision [ (5.1±0.5) vs (6.1±0.4) cm ], the rate of PSA lower than 0.2 μg/L at 6 weeks after operation (86.2% vs 83.0%) of the two groups was not statistically significant(all P>0.05). The operation cost of group A[(62 000±4 000) yuan]was lower than group B[(68 000±4 000) yuan] (P<0.05). Conclusion: Extraperitoneal non-special channel device single-incision RARP is safe and feasible.

Abstract
Using a dataset of 6.32 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} annihilation data collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4178 and 4226 MeV, we have measured the absolute branching fraction of the leptonic decay D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ} via τ^{+}→e^{+}ν_{e}ν[over ¯]_{τ}, and find B_{D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ}}=(5.27±0.10±0.12)×10^{-2}, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. The precision is improved by a factor of 2 compared to the previous best measurement. Combining with f_{D_{s}^{+}} from lattice quantum chromodynamics calculations or the |V_{cs}| from the CKMfitter group, we extract |V_{cs}|=0.978±0.009±0.012 and f_{D_{s}^{+}}=(251.1±2.4±3.0) MeV, respectively. Combining our result with the world averages of B_{D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ}} and B_{D_{s}^{+}→μ^{+}ν_{μ}}, we obtain the ratio of the branching fractions B_{D_{s}^{+}→τ^{+}ν_{τ}}/B_{D_{s}^{+}→μ^{+}ν_{μ}}=9.72±0.37, which is consistent with the standard model prediction of lepton flavor universality.

Abstract
Using 2.93 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data taken with the BESIII detector at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV, the observation of the D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} semileptonic decay is presented. The statistical significance of the decay D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} is greater than 10σ. The branching fraction of D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} is measured to be (1.09±0.13_{-0.16}^{+0.09}±0.12)×10^{-3}. Here, the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third originates from the assumed branching fraction of K_{1}(1270)^{-}→K^{-}π^{+}π^{-}. The fraction of longitudinal polarization in D^{0}→K_{1}(1270)^{-}e^{+}ν_{e} is determined for the first time to be 0.50±0.19_{stat}±0.08_{syst}.

Abstract
The absolute branching fraction of Λ→pμ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ} is reported for the first time based on an e^{+}e^{-} annihilation sample of 10×10^{9} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector at sqrt[s]=3.097 GeV. The branching fraction is determined to be B(Λ→pμ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ})=[1.48±0.21(stat)±0.08(syst)]×10^{-4}, which is improved by about 30% in precision over the previous indirect measurements. Combining this result with the world average of B(Λ→pe^{-}ν[over ¯]_{e}), we obtain the ratio {[Γ(Λ→pμ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ})]/[Γ(Λ→pe^{-}ν[over ¯]_{e})]} to be 0.178±0.028, which agrees with the standard model prediction assuming lepton flavor universality. The asymmetry of the branching fractions of Λ→pμ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ} and Λ[over ¯]→p[over ¯]μ^{+}ν_{μ} is also determined, and no evidence for CP violation is found.

A non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patient with leptomeningeal metastasis harboring rare epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations G719S and L861Q benefited from doubling dosage of osimertinib: a case report. Abstract
Leptomeningeal metastasis (LM) is a rare but lethal complication of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a devastating impact on patient survival and quality of life. Osimertinib, an irreversible tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is approved as a therapy for advanced NSCLC with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation. However, the efficacy and optimal dosage of osimertinib in the treatment of NSCLC patients with LM who harbor uncommon EGFR mutations have yet to be fully investigated. Herein, we report a case of an advanced NSCLC patient with LM carrying EGFR G719S and L861Q, who was successfully treated by osimertinib at 160 mg. The patient initially presented with clear cell renal carcinoma and renal metastatic adenocarcinoma, and underwent right nephrectomy. At 2 months after nephrectomy, he developed a disturbance of consciousness and was subsequently diagnosed with NSCLC with LM by meningeal biopsy pathology and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) cytology. Next-generation sequencing detected the rare EGFR mutations G719S and L861R in the meningeal biopsy tissues. The patient was then administered osimertinib at 80 mg quaque die (QD); after 1 month of treatment, his symptoms were alleviated. However, two months later, he experienced epileptic episode. Subsequently, the osimertinib dosage was doubled to 160 mg QD. After 1 month of treatment, the patient achieved central nervous system (CNS) response, and at the time of this manuscript's submission, he had maintained stable disease (SD) for more than 1 year. To our knowledge, this study provides the first clinical evidence that the administration of osimertinib at 160 mg once daily can achieve an encouraging, durable response in an NSCLC patient with LM carrying EGFR G719S and L861Q.

Abstract
Dirac semimetals associated with bulk Dirac fermions are well known in topological electronic systems. In sharp contrast, three-dimensional (3D) Dirac phonons in crystalline solids are still unavailable. Here we perform symmetry arguments and first-principles calculations to systematically investigate 3D Dirac phonons in all space groups with inversion symmetry. The results show that there are two categories of 3D Dirac phonons depending on their protection mechanisms and positions in momentum space. The first category originates from the four-dimensional irreducible representations at the high symmetry points. The second category arises from the phonon branch inversion, and the symmetry guarantees Dirac points to be located along the high symmetry lines. Furthermore, we reveal that nonsymmorphic symmetries and the combination of inversion and time-reversal symmetries play essential roles in the emergence of 3D Dirac phonons. Our work not only offers a comprehensive understanding of 3D Dirac phonons but also provides significant guidance for exploring Dirac bosons in both phononic and photonic systems.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION During training and combat operations, military personnel may be exposed to repetitive low-level blast while using explosives to gain entry or by firing heavy weapon systems such as recoilless weapons and high-caliber sniper rifles. This repeated exposure, even within allowable limits, has been associated with cognitive deficits similar to that of accidental and sports concussion such as delayed verbal memory, visual-spatial memory, and executive function. This article presents a novel framework for accurate calculation of the human body blast exposure in military heavy weapon training scenarios using data from the free-field and warfighter wearable pressure sensors. MATERIALS AND METHODS The CoBi human body model generator tools were used to reconstruct multiple training scenes with different weapon systems. The CoBi Blast tools were used to develop the weapon signature and estimate blast overpressure exposure. The authors have used data from the free-field and wearable pressure sensors to evaluate the framework. RESULTS Carl-Gustav and 0.50 caliber sniper training scenarios were used to demonstrate and validate the developed framework. These simulations can calculate spatially and temporally resolved blast loads on the whole human body and on specific organs vulnerable to blast loads, such as head, face, and lungs. CONCLUSIONS This framework has numerous advantages including easier model setup and shorter simulation times. The framework is an important step towards developing an advanced field-applicable technology to monitor low-level blast exposure during heavy weapon military training and combat scenarios.

Abstract
We report a study of the processes of e^{+}e^{-}→K^{+}D_{s}^{-}D^{*0} and K^{+}D_{s}^{*-}D^{0} based on e^{+}e^{-} annihilation samples collected with the BESIII detector operating at BEPCII at five center-of-mass energies ranging from 4.628 to 4.698 GeV with a total integrated luminosity of 3.7 fb^{-1}. An excess of events over the known contributions of the conventional charmed mesons is observed near the D_{s}^{-}D^{*0} and D_{s}^{*-}D^{0} mass thresholds in the K^{+} recoil-mass spectrum for events collected at sqrt[s]=4.681 GeV. The structure matches a mass-dependent-width Breit-Wigner line shape, whose pole mass and width are determined as (3982.5_{-2.6}^{+1.8}±2.1) MeV/c^{2} and (12.8_{-4.4}^{+5.3}±3.0) MeV, respectively. The first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. The significance of the resonance hypothesis is estimated to be 5.3 σ over the contributions only from the conventional charmed mesons. This is the first candidate for a charged hidden-charm tetraquark with strangeness, decaying into D_{s}^{-}D^{*0} and D_{s}^{*-}D^{0}. However, the properties of the excess need further exploration with more statistics.
