Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of the long chain non-coding RNA H19 (lncRNA H19) on the invasion and migration of oral cancer cells and its related molecular mechanism. METHODS The expression levels of lncRNA H19, miR-107, and cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) in the immortalized oral epithelial cell line HIOEC and the oral cancer cell line CAL27 were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. CAL27 cells were transfected with siRNA H19, miR-107 mimics, pcDNA H19, or anti-miR-107, and the effects of H19 and miR-107 on the invasion and migration of cells were examined via Transwell assay. The TargetScan database predicted the targeting of H19, miR-107, and CDK6. Double luciferase reporter gene assay was performed to detect interactions among H19, miR-107, and CDK6. Western blot analysis was conducted to examine the effects of H19 and miR-107 on the protein level of the target gene CDK6. RESULTS Compared with that in HIOEC cells, the expression of H19 was significantly increased in CAL27 cells (P<0.05). After transfection with siRNA H19, the expression of H19 decreased, and the invasion and migration ability of CAL27 cells were inhibited (P<0.05). H19 could bind specifically to the 3'-UTR of miR-107 to modulate the expression of miR-107. Compared with that in HIOEC cells, the expression of miR-107 significantly decreased in CAL27 cells (P<0.05). The expression of miR-107 increased after transfection with siRNA H19, and anti-mir-107 co-transfection could promote the invasion and migration ability of siRNA H19 in CAL27 cells (P<0.05). Compared with that in HIOEC cells, CDK6 expression significantly increased in CAL27 cells (P<0.05), and the expression level of the gene was coregulated by H19 and miR-107 (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS lncRNA H19 plays an important role in the development of oral cancer. It can regulate the invasion and migration of oral cancer cells by targeting the miR-107/CDK6 signaling axis.

Abstract
To promote the application of domestic high-resolution satellite data in large-scale carbon storage estimation and measurement, a total of 206 high-resolution remote sensing images covering Hunan Province were used as the data source, and the estimated minimum unit was fixed as a 0.06 hm2 square composed of multiple pixels. Through the establishment and purification of the interpretation marks, in the extraction of forest information, the pixel-based method and object-oriented classification method were used to compare. In the estimation of carbon storage of arbor forest, the robust estimate, partial least squares method and k-NN estimate were used to compare. Finally, we estimated forest carbon storage in Hunan Province and generated the distribution map of carbon density levels. The results showed that the interpretation mark based on the automatic extraction of plots could increase the extraction accuracy of arbor forest after purification. For the estimation of forest carbon storage at large-scale, the k-NN algorithm embodied a large advantage in forest information extraction and arbor forest carbon storage modeling. The average classification accuracy of the 206 scene images was 76.8%, the average RMSE was 8.95 t·hm-2, the average RRMSE was 19.1%, and the total carbon stock in Hunan Province was 22.28 Mt. The results provided effective reference for the estimation and measurement of forest carbon storage at the provincial and national scales.

Abstract
Engineering surface structure of catalysts is an efficient way towards high catalytic performance. Here, we report on the synthesis of regular iridium nanospheres (Ir NSs), with abundant atomic steps prepared by a laser ablation technique. Atomic steps, consisting of one-atom level covering the surface of such Ir NSs, were observed by aberration-corrected high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy (HAADF-STEM). The prepared Ir NSs exhibited remarkably enhanced activity both for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in acidic medium. As a bifunctional catalyst for overall water splitting, they achieved a cell voltage of 1.535 V @ 10 mA/cm2, which is much lower than that of Pt/C-Ir/C couple (1.630 V @ 10 mA/cm2).

Abstract
BACKGROUND Filler injection is a popular cosmetic procedure, but it can entail vascular complications. Periorbital injections have the highest risk within the entire injection area. OBJECTIVES The authors sought to systematically screen for periorbital arterial variations prior to treatment. METHODS The external carotid arteries of 10 cadaveric heads were infused with adequate lead oxide contrast. The facial and superficial temporal arteries of another 11 cadaveric heads were injected with the contrast in sequential order. Computed tomography (CT) scanning was performed after injection of contrast, and 3-dimensional (3D) CT scans were reconstructed using validated algorithms. RESULTS Three types of periorbital blood vessels were found to derive from the ophthalmic artery, including 30% directly originating from the ophthalmic artery, 65% originating from its trochlear branch, and 5% originating from its supraorbital branch. In the forehead, the ophthalmic artery, originating from the internal carotid arteries, formed anastomoses between the frontal branch of the superficial temporal artery, originating from the external carotid artery, with the deep and superficial branches of the supratrochlear and supraorbital arteries, respectively. The lateral orbit and malar plexus can be classified into 4 types based on the trunk artery: the zygomatic orbital artery (27%), the transverse facial artery (23%), the premasseteric branch of the facial artery (19%), and all 3 contributing equally (31%). CONCLUSIONS Postmortem 3D CT can map periorbital arterial variations. The branching pattern of the ophthalmic artery, the ophthalmic angiosome in the forehead, and the distribution of the lateral orbit and malar plexus were identified at high resolution to guide clinical practice.

Histone methyltransferase NSD2 mediates the survival and invasion of triple-negative breast cancer cells via stimulating ADAM9-EGFR-AKT signaling. Acta Pharmacol Sin 2019; 40:1067-1075. Abstract
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a heterogeneous disease with a poor prognosis due to the lack of an effective targeted therapy. Histone lysine methyltransferases (KMTs) have emerged as attractive drug targets for cancer therapy. However, the function of the majority of KMTs in TNBC has remained largely unknown. In the current study, we found that KMT nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 2 (NSD2) is overexpressed in TNBC tumors and that its overexpression is associated with poor survival of TNBC patients. NSD2 regulates TNBC cell survival and invasion and is required for tumorigenesis and tumor growth. Mechanistically, NSD2 directly controls the expression of EGFR and ADAM9, a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase) family that mediates the release of growth factors, such as HB-EGF. Through its methylase activity, NSD2 overexpression stimulates EGFR-AKT signaling and promotes TNBC cell resistance to the EGFR inhibitor gefitinib. Together, our results identify NSD2 as a major epigenetic regulator in TNBC and provide a rationale for targeting NSD2 alone or in combination with EGFR inhibitors as a targeted therapy for TNBC.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To quantify the relationship between cerebral blood flow velocity and peripheral blood pressure during hypotension period, aiming to predict the brain hypotension before symptomatic occurrence. METHODS Twenty vasovagal syncope (VVS) patients who had a previous clinical history were selected in groups and 20 pair-matched control subjects underwent 70° tilt-up test. The subjects remained supine for 30 minutes before recordings when Doppler probes, electrodes and Finapres device were prepared. After continuous baseline recordings for 10 min, the subjects underwent head up tilt (HUT) test (70°), and were standing upright for 30 minutes or until syncope was imminent. For ethical reasons, the subjects were turned back to supine position immediately after SBP dropped to ≥20 mmHg, when their consciousness persisted. The point of syncope was synchronized for all the subjects by the point SBP reached the minima. Their beat-to-beat blood pressures (BP) were recorded continuously and bilateral middle cerebral artery (MCA) flow velocities were obtained with two 2 MHz Doppler probes from a transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) system. A nonlinear dynamic method--multimodal pressure flow (MMPF) analysis was introduced to access cerebral autoregulation during different time intervals. We introduced a new indicator--syncope index (SI), which was extracted from blood flow velocity (BFV) signal to evaluate the variation of cerebral vascular tension, and could reflect the deepness of dicrotic notch in BFV signal. RESULTS Compared with the syncope index of the baseline value at the beginning of the tilt test, SI in VVS group showed significantly lower when the VVS occurred (0.16±0.10 vs.0.27±0.10,P<0.01),while there was no significant difference in syncope index between the control group at the end of the tilt test and the baseline value at the beginning of the tilt test. For those VVS patients, pulse index and resistance index had no significant change. Syncope index decreased significantly 3 minutes before the point of syncope (0.23±0.07 vs.0.29±0.07,P<0.01). CONCLUSION Dynamic regulation is exhausted when vasovagal syncope occurred. Tension decrease of small vessels could have some relationship with loss of the cerebral autoregulation capability. The proposed syncope index could be a useful parameter in predicting syncope of VVS patients since it decreased significantly up to 3 minutes earlier from the point of syncope.

Abstract
According to the current evidence-based medicine researches, the eastern and western countries have reached a consensus that D2 operation is a standardized procedure for advanced gastric cancer. However, the postoperative five-year survival rate is still not satisfactory. Professor Gong Jianping of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical Gollege of Huazhong University of Science and Technology proposed a theory of membrane anatomy (the third element of surgical anatomy) and the concept of cancer leakage-an epoch-making concept in surgical anatomy. The Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, The Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University was honored to be selected as one of the first domestic replication units of 3D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under membrane anatomy. Professor Gong Jianping has visited our hospital several times for surgical demonstration, explanation of membrane anatomy theory and replication training. Through the understanding of membrane anatomy theory, we found that 3D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy guided by membrane anatomy can achieve good results, e.g less bleeding, complete resection, complete lymph node dissection and avoidance of side damage, meanwhile the operation is simple and safe. At the same time, it can avoid the shedding of cancer cells, so as to reduce the iatrogenic leakage of cancer and improve the efficacy of radical gastrectomy. In addition, the standardized procedure of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy makes it scientific, reproducible and easy to be popularized.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The addition of the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) can enhance the postoperative survival rate of fat. However, a universal SVF application method is currently unavailable. Therefore, a simple and convenient guideline for SVF addition is needed for its clinical application. OBJECTIVES The authors sought to evaluate whether SVF can improve fat survival after large-volume fat grafting and to find a simple and convenient standard for the clinical use of SVF. METHODS Patient fat samples were obtained after liposuction for SVF preparation and grafting. Four types of grafts were prepared with different SVF ratios: 0:1, 1:1, 2:1, and 4:1 SVF:fat. After intensive mixing, fat grafts (5 mL) were randomly injected into both sides of the backs of athymic rats (n = 15). At 24 hours and 1, 3, 6, and 9 months after the operation, microcomputed tomography scanning was performed to calculate the fat survival rate. RESULTS Nine months after the operation, the survival rates of fat in the 4 groups were 8.89 ± 1.62% (0:1), 18.26 ± 3.85% (1:1), 8.83 ± 1.46% (2:1), and 7.96 ± 1.31% (4:1). The 1:1 group exhibited the greatest survival rate (P < 0.01), and the adipose tissue histological patterns and blood vessel quality were enhanced compared with those in the other groups. CONCLUSIONS An appropriate SVF ratio can increase the fat survival rate after large-volume fat grafting, but no linear relationship exists between the SVF ratio and fat survival. The optimal SVF:fat ratio for grafting is 1:1.

Abstract
Objective We aimed to investigate the role of the intestinal neurotransmitters vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and substance P (SP) at different time points in infants with acute intussusception. Methods Thirty patients who were diagnosed with acute intussusception were enrolled in the study and classified as the experimental group. Another 30 patients with an indirect inguinal hernia who had no intestinal injury were included as the control group. Serum SP and VIP levels at different time points, including pre- and postoperation, were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and compared between the two groups. Results Serum SP levels in patients with acute intussusception were significantly higher than those in controls. However, with recovery of acute intussusception, SP levels gradually decreased after treatment. Serum VIP levels in patients with acute intussusception were significantly lower than those in controls. However, with recovery of acute intussusception, VIP levels gradually increased after treatment. Conclusions SP and VIP levels may have a potential relationship with the pathogenetic process of intussusception.

Abstract
Two influenza B virus lineages, B/Victoria and B/Yamagata, are co-circulating in human population. While the two lineages are serologically distinct and TIV only contain one lineage. It is important to investigate the epidemiological and evolutionary dynamics of two influenza B virus lineages in Beijing after the free influenza vaccine policy from 2007. Here, we collected the nasopharyngeal swabs of 12657 outpatients of influenza-like illness and subtyped by real-time RT-PCR during 2011–2017. The HA and NA genes of influenza B were fully sequenced. The prevalence is the highest in the 6–17 years old group among people infected with influenza B. Yamagata-lineage virus evolved to two inter-clade from 2011–2014 to 2014–2017. The amino acids substitutions of HA1 region were R279K in strains of 2011–2014 and L173Q, M252V in strains of 2014–2017. Substitutions L58P, I146V were observed in HA1 region of Victoria-lineage virus in 2011–2012 and I117V, N129D were showed in 2015–2017. Phylogenetic analysis of NA showed Yamagata-Victoria inter-lineage reassortant occurred in 2013–2014. Influenza B mainly infect the school-aged children in Beijing and the free influenza vaccine inoculation does not seem to block school-age children from infection with influenza B. The antigen characteristics of circulating influenza B were different to the recommended vaccine strains. We concluded that the Victoria-lineage vaccine strain should been changed and the free influenza vaccine should be revalued.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound guided quadratus lumborum block combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. Methods: From January to June 2017, sixty American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Ⅰ to Ⅲ patients, aged 55-75 yr, scheduled for total hip arthroplasty, were randomly divided into control group(group N) and quadratus lumborum block (group R). Ultrasound guided quadratus lumborum block was implemented on the affected side at the end of operation. Then 30 ml 0.33% ropivacaine were administrated in group R, while the control group did not receive the same block. A sufentanil patient-controlled analgesia pump was connected to the patient. The rest visual analogue score (VAS) were recorded at 0 h(T(0)), 3 h(T(1)), 6 h (T(2)), 12 h(T(3)), 24 h (T(4)), 36 h (T(5)) and 48 h(T(6)) after sugery, the VAS scores on movement were evaluated at T(4), T(5) and T(6) time points. The consumption of sufentanil within each period time were recorded. The maximal flexion and abduction degrees of the hip joint were evaluated at 12, 24, 36 and 48 h after operation. The number of patients for rescue pain relief by intravenous analgesia pump during 24 h and 48 h after surgery were counted in both groups. The postoperative adverse effects and overall satisfaction in the two groups were recorded. Results: The VAS at rest in group R were 0.8±0.4, 1.0±0.3, 1.2±0.5, 2.0±0.5, 1.7±0.4 , 1.6±0.5 at T(1), T(2), T(3), T(4), T(5), T(6) respectively, and those in group N were 3.0±0.7, 3.5±0.9, 3.8±0.9, 3.3±1.1, 3.3±0.7, 3.0±0.7 at the same time points. The VAS at rest were lower in group R than those in control group at all time points (F=203.090, 216.354, 203.956, 35.548, 96.332, 80.577, all P<0.01). Abstract
Objective: To semi-quantify the postoperative complications occurred after laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD) using Clavien-Dindo score, thereafter exploring its impact factors. Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, the clinical data of 124 patients who had undergone LPD for periampullary tumor from June 2016 to June 2017 at Department of Biliary Pancreatic Surgery, Affiliated Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology were collected.Malignancy was confirmed based on postoperative pathological reports.Postoperative complications were semi-quantitated using Clavien-Dindo score.Multivariable logistic regression model was applied to explore the factors related to severe complications(Clavien-Dindo Ⅲb-Ⅴ). Results: Of the 124 patients, there were 64 males(51.6%) and 60 females(48.4%), with age of 57 years(range, 23-82 years). In total, postoperative complications occurred in 30 patients(24.2%). Among the 30 patients, 4 patients suffered Clavien-Dindo grade Ⅰ, 18 patients(14.5%) suffered Clavien-Dindo grade Ⅱ, 6 patients(4.8%) suffered Clavien-Dindo grade Ⅲa, 1 patient(0.1%) suffered Clavien-Dindo grade Ⅳb, and 1 patient(0.1%) suffered Clavien-Dindo grade Ⅴ.Intraabdominal hemorrhage occurred in 8 patients, pancreatic fistula was found in 10 patients(7 patients had biochemical leakage and 3 of them had grade B pancreatic fistula), both biliary fistula and gastrointestinal fistula were found in 1 patient.Abdominal infection occurred in 10 patients, both liver failure and renal failure occurred in one patient. Moreover, arrhythmia was found in two patients, and mortality occurred in one patient.Five patients suffered multiple complications.Univariable analysis showed that postoperative complications were associated with body mass index, American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) score, intraoperative blood transfusion, and pancreatic texture(P<0.05). In multivariable logistic regression, ASA grade Ⅲ, intraoperative blood transfusion, and pancreatic softness were independently related to postoperative complications after LPD(P<0.05). Conclusions: Clavien-Dindo score is feasible to be applied in management of patients with LPD.ASA score, texture of pancreas, and intraoperative blood transfusion were independently associated with postoperative complications.

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the early effect of the cochlear implantation (CI) in children with cochlear incompletely partition type Ⅲ malformation (IP-Ⅲ). Method:Ten children with IP-Ⅲ malformation who underwent CI were recruited in this study. The hearing characteristics, preoperative speech performance and surgery were analyzed retrospectively. The aided hearing threshold with CI, the categories of auditory performance (CAP) score, speech intelligibility rating (SIR) score and speech perception were designed to access the benefits of CI. Ten children with normal cochlea were also enrolled as the control group. Demographic information of children in the control group including hearing loss and speech level before implantation, age at implantation, hearing aids using history, duration with CI were matched with those in the IP-Ⅲ group. The hearing threshold, CAP score and SIR score in the IP-Ⅲ group were compared with the control group using the SPSS 20.0 software. Result:The computed tomography of temporal bones showed typical IP-Ⅲ malformation in all patients. The electrode arrays were properly and totally implanted in all children. Cerebrospinal fluid gusher occurred intra-operatively, and no other complications in all patients. The pure tone average (PTA) threshold at the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th month after implantation were (40.8±8.5) dB HL, (36.1±9.1) dB HL, (32.5±6.8) dB HL and (33.0±7.3) dB HL, respectively. The PTA thresholds in the IP-Ⅲ group were similar to those in the control group at all tested time points (P>0.05). At the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th month after implantation, the CAP scores in the IP-Ⅲ group were lower than those in the control group, but there was no significantly difference (P>0.05). Furthermore, the SIR scores were lower than those in the control group, and there were significantly difference at the 6 th, 9 th and 12 th month after implantation (P<0.05). Conclusion:CI was an effective treatment for children with IP-Ⅲ malformation. Surgery on IP-Ⅲ was challenging, however, seldom complication would occur with excellent surgical skills. Though the CI was benefit for IP-Ⅲ, the development of hearing and speech ability were slower than children with normal cochlea.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The objective of this study was to investigate the association between metabolically healthy obese (MHO) phenotype and the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). METHODS A total of 9393 subjects aged ≥40 years were enrolled in the cohort study (2011-2015). The participants were stratified by body mass index category and metabolic risk at baseline, and incidence of CVD was ascertained at follow-up. RESULTS The MHO accounted for 6.7%. Compared with the metabolically healthy normal weight (MHNW) group, MHO subjects demonstrated increased risk of CVD events (HR = 1.91; 95% CI, 1.13-3.24). In people with obesity, there was no significant difference on increasing risk of incidence of CVD in the metabolically unhealthy individuals compared with metabolically healthy individuals (HR = 1.19; 95% CI, 0.74-1.91). Female (OR = 1.97; 95% CI, 1.06-3.64), smoking (OR = 2.09; 95% CI, 1.06-4.10), a larger waist circumference (OR = 1.07; 95% CI, 1.03-1.10) and higher LDL cholesterol levels (OR = 1.55; 95% CI, 1.20-2.00) were independent risk factors of the development of the MHO to the metabolically unhealthy obese (MUO) phenotype. CONCLUSIONS The risk of CVD events of MHO phenotypes is similar to MUO phenotypes; both are higher than the MHNW phenotypes.

Abstract
Derivatives of oxazine dyes were synthesized on mulitigram scales via efficient synthetic strategies. One practical route was selected to prepare compounds 6, 9 and 10, especially water-soluble compound 6 was obtained in better yield than reported, and compound 10 was insoluble in aqueous media in absence of phenolic-OH. Compounds 3 and 9 were found to be clear pH-dependent between pH = 4.0 and 10.0, and could be used as acid-base indicators to measure intracellular pH. Compounds 6, 9, 10 all have carboxylic acid functionalities, which could be activated and used to conjugate the dyes to biomolecules. In addition, compounds 6 and 9 with good solubility in aqueous media were used to develop a simple, quick, safe, highly sensitive staining method to detect PHAs-producing bacteria on heat-fixed smears, which was confirmed by fluorescence images of PHAs granules of bacteria.

Abstract
Phlebotomine sandflies (Diptera: Phlebotomidae) are vectors of the zoonotic disease leishmaniasis. To better understand the distribution of phlebotomine sandflies in order to facilitate control of leishmaniasis transmission, the present study explored the impacts of climate and landscape on local abundances of Phlebotomus chinensis in northwestern mainland China. Identification records were used to create a geodatabase for the locations at which P. chinensis had been collected in the region, and a regional-scale map was developed to show the distribution of P. chinensis. Location data and data on environmental factors during the years in which the samples were collected were incorporated, and a presence-only modelling method was used to evaluate the species' habitat preferences and to predict its potential distribution in northwestern mainland China. Jackknife analysis revealed that several meteorological variables, including maximum temperature in the warmest quarter, precipitation in the driest month, daily average temperature and daily precipitation, significantly affected the presence of this species. Moreover, the presence of P. chinensis was significantly associated with grassland and shrubland. Probability distributions using maximum entropy were used to map the distribution ranges of P. chinensis based on suitable habitats in northwestern mainland China. The models generated can be used to develop detailed strategies for the prevention and control of leishmaniasis.

Abstract
To observe the effect of polydatin on proliferation and apoptosis of cervical cancer HeLa cells and explore its possible mechanism. The growth inhibitory effect was detected with MTT assay. After HeLa cells were treated with different concentrations (50, 100, 150 μmol•L⁻¹) of polydatin, MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of polydatin on proliferation of HeLa cells; Acridine orange/ethidium bromide staining was used for morphological changes in apoptotic HeLa cells; Annexin/propidium iodide staining was applied to detect HeLa cell apoptotic rate. In addition, flow cytometry was employed to analyze apoptosis and cell cycle distribution; RT-PCR and Western blot assay were used to detect PI3K, AKT, mTOR, and P70S6K mRNA and protein expression levels. The results showed that polydatin significantly inhibited HeLa cells proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. Polydatin can cause S phase arrest for HeLa cells, promote cell apoptosis and decrease the mRNA and protein expression levels of PI3K, AKT, mTOR and P70S6K. It indicated that polydatin could inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of cervical cancer HeLa cells, and the mechanism may be associated with inhibiting the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and suppressing downstream gene expression.

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of sleep quality and its correlation with the clinical features and hearing curative effects in patients with unilateral idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss (ISSHL). Method:Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was applied to evaluate the sleep quality of unilateral ISSHL patients in our department. Patient group is divided into poor sleep quality subgroup (total PSQI score>7 points) and normal sleep subgroup (total PSQI score≤7 points). The differences of Patient group and two subgroups between hearing curative effect in the 30 days after treatment and sleep quality scores were compared and analyzed. Questionnaire survey was applied to control group, which contained 70 healthy people with normal hearing level and age matched. Result:A total of 75 cases were collected. To compare with control group, there were statistical difference in the scores of subjective sleep quality, habitual sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance and PSQI before treatment and in the score of habitual sleep efficiency after the treatment for 30 d (P<0.05). The sleep quality between poor sleep quality subgroup and normal sleep subgroup, total therapeutic effect after treatment for 30 d was no significant difference (P>0.05). The proportion for poor sleep quality were no statistically significant differences in the different efficacy of two subgroups (P>0.05). Two subgroups before treatment, in addition to sleep duration, there were statistically significant in all the sleep quality dimensions (P<0.05); after treatment for 30 d, in addition to subjective sleep quality, sleep duration, all have statistical difference (P<0.05). The poor sleep quality subgroup in the case group compared before and after treatment for 30 d, there was statistically significant in subjective sleep quality (P<0.05). The sleep disturbance before treatment, the sleep duration and PSQI scores after treatment for 30 d were associated with clinical features in patients with unilateral ISSHL (P<0.05). Conclusion:The sleep quality of patients with Unilateral SSNHL was significantly lower than that of normal hearing patients, the sleep quality had no significant effect on the general efficacy of unilateral SSNHL, but some sleep quality dimensions are associated with the clinical features before and after treatment.
