Abstract
For the further improvement of the power conversion efficiency (PCE) and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs), the buried interface between the perovskite and the electron transport layer is crucial. However, it is challenging to effectively optimize this interface as it is buried beneath the perovskite film. Herein, we have designed and synthesized a series of multifunctional organic-inorganic (OI) complexes as buried interfacial material to promote electron extraction, as well as the crystal growth of the perovskite. The OI complex with BF4- group not only eliminates oxygen vacancies on the SnO2 surface but also balances energy level alignment between SnO2 and perovskite, providing a favorable environment for charge carrier extraction. Moreover, OI complex with amine (- NH2) functional group can regulate the crystallization of the perovskite film via interaction with PbI2, resulting in highly crystallized perovskite film with large grains and low defect density. Consequently, with rational molecular design, the PSCs with optimal OI complex buried interface layer which contains both BF4- and -NH2 functional groups yield a champion device efficiency of 23.69%. More importantly, the resulting unencapsulated device performs excellent ambient stability, maintaining over 90% of its initial efficiency after 2000 h storage, and excellent light stability of 91.5% remaining PCE in the maximum power point tracking measurement (under continuous 100 mW cm-2 light illumination in N2 atmosphere) after 500 h.

Abstract
Regulating the metal-support interaction is essential for obtaining highly efficient catalysts for the catalytic oxidation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). In this work, CuO-TiO2(coll) and CuO/TiO2(imp) with different metal-support interactions were prepared via colloidal and impregnation methods, respectively. The results demonstrated that CuO/TiO2(imp) has higher low-temperature catalytic activity, with a 50% removal of toluene at 170 °C compared to CuO-TiO2(coll). Additionally, the normalized reaction rate (6.4 × 10-6 mol·g-1·s-1) at 160 °C over CuO/TiO2(imp) was almost four-fold higher than that over CuO-TiO2(coll) (1.5 × 10-6 mol·g-1·s-1), and the apparent activation energy value (27.9 ± 2.9 kJ·mol-1) was lower. Systematic structure and surface analysis results disclosed that abundant Cu2+ active species and numerous small CuO particles were presented over CuO/TiO2(imp). Owing to the weak interaction of CuO and TiO2 in this optimized catalyst, the concentration of reducible oxygen species associated with the superior redox property could be enhanced, thus significantly contributing to its low-temperature catalytic activity for toluene oxidation. This work is helpful in exploring the influence of metal-support interaction on the catalytic oxidation of VOCs and developing low-temperature catalysts for VOCs catalytic oxidation.

Abstract
Objective: To examine the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of elderly patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and the impact of nutrition and underlying diseases on the prognosis of elderly patients with MCL. Methods: retrospectively analyzed 255 elderly patients with MCL from 11 medical centers, including Peking University Third Hospital between January 2000 and February 2021. We analyzed clinical data, such as age, gender, Mantle Cell Lymphoma International Prognostic Index score, and treatment options, and performed univariate and multivariate prognostic analysis. We performed a comprehensive geriatric assessment on elderly MCL patients with medical records that included retraceable underlying disease and albumin levels, and we investigated the impact of basic nutrition and underlying disorders on MCL prognosis in the elderly. Results: There were 255 senior individuals among the 795 MCL patients. Elderly MCL was more common in males (78.4%), with a median age of 69 yr (ages 65-88), and the majority (88.6%) were identified at a late stage. The 3-yr overall survival (OS) rate was 42.0%, with a 21.2% progression-free survival (PFS) rate. The overall response rate (ORR) was 77.3%, with a 33.3% total remission rate. Elderly patients were more likely than younger patients to have persistent underlying illnesses, such as hypertension. Multivariate analysis revealed that variables related with poor PFS included age of ≥80 (P=0.021), Ann Arbor stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P=0.003), high LDH level (P=0.003), involvement of bone marrow (P=0.014). Age of ≥80 (P=0.001) and a high LDH level (P=0.003) were risk factors for OS. The complete geriatric assessment revealed that renal deficiency was associated with poorer OS (P=0.047) . Conclusions: Elderly MCL patients had greater comorbidities. Age, LDH, renal function, bone marrow involvement, and Ann Arbor stage are all independent risk factors for MCL in the elderly.

Abstract
Molecular profiling has been applied for uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) management for many years. The aim of this study was to explore the role of MCM10 in UCEC and construct its overall survival (OS) prediction models. Data from TCGA, GEO, cbioPotal and COSMIC databases and the methods, such as GO, KEGG, GSEA, ssGSEA and PPI, were employed to bioinformatically detect the effects of MCM10 on UCEC. RT-PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry were used to validate the effects of MCM10 on UCEC. Based on Cox regression analysis using the data from TCGA and our clinical data, two OS prediction models for UCEC were established. Finally, the effects of MCM10 on UCEC were detected in vitro. Our study revealed that MCM10 was variated and overexpressed in UCEC tissue and involved in DNA replication, cell cycle, DNA repair and immune microenvironment in UCEC. Moreover, silencing MCM10 significantly inhibited the proliferation of UCEC cells in vitro. Importantly, based on MCM10 expression and clinical features, the OS prediction models were constructed with good accuracy. MCM10 could be an effective treatment target and a prognostic biomarker for UCEC patients. The OS prediction models might help establish the strategies of follow-up and treatment for UCEC patients.

Abstract
Introduction To understand the prevalence of avian methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and the current status of drug resistance in Qingdao, a comprehensive molecular epidemiological investigation and analysis of evolutionary relationships of MRSA isolates from broiler and layer chickens and waterfowl was conducted. Material and Methods One hundred and two avian MRSA strains were identified by multi-locus sequence typing, staphylococcal protein A (spa) and staphylococcal cassette chromosome mec (SCCmec) typing, and whole-genome sequencing. Results The sequence type (ST) 9-t899-SCCmec IVb type represented the highest proportion of avian-derived MRSA strains (71.57%), with ST398 type strains occasionally observed in broilers and waterfowl. The poultry-derived MRSA strains were all resistant to eight or more antimicrobials. Avian-derived MRSA strains carried 20 resistance genes, 109 virulence genes and 10 plasmids. Strains carrying the cfr oxazolidinone resistance gene were occasionally seen in broiler- and layer-derived MRSA. Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) core genome evolution and locus difference analysis showed that the closest strains were all of ST9-t899 type (to which also affiliated the highest number of strains) and this type occurred on all three kinds of poultry farm, but the SNP difference loci between strains of the same type ranged from 0 to 1472. Conclusion The dominant type of MRSA from different poultry sources in Qingdao is ST9-t899-SCCmec IVb, which is commonly resistant to a variety of antimicrobial drugs and carries a variety of resistance genes and a large number of virulence genes. Sequence type 9-t899 type is widely spread among the three kinds of poultry investigated, but there are differences in affiliations.

Abstract
Internal carotid artery congenital absence with acute embolism of the middle cerebral artery trunk is very rare. A 65-year-old female with a history of hypertension and atrial fibrillation was admitted to the neurology department of our hospital. Computed tomography of the head and neck showed no carotid canal of the petrous portion of the temporal bone; digital subtraction angiography (DSA) showed no left internal carotid artery and the right middle cerebral artery trunk occlusion. These results suggested acute embolism of the middle cerebral artery trunk with contralateral internal carotid artery congenital absence. Mechanical thrombectomy was performed, which had a good outcome. This case showed the vascular anatomy features of ICA congenital absence with contralateral large vessel acute occlusion, and it is essential to promptly identify the vascular variation during the interventional procedure.

Abstract
Objective: Total neoadjuvant therapy has been used to improve tumor responses and prevent distant metastases in patients with locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC). Patients with complete clinical responses (cCR) then have the option of choosing a watch and wait (W&W) strategy and organ preservation. It has recently been shown that hypofractionated radiotherapy has better synergistic effects with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors than does conventionally fractionated radiotherapy, increasing the sensitivity of microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer to immunotherapy. Thus, in this trial we aimed to determine whether total neoadjuvant therapy comprising short-course radiotherapy (SCRT) combined with a PD-1 inhibitor improves the degree of tumor regression in patients with LARC. Methods: TORCH is a prospective, multicenter, randomized, phase II trial (TORCH Registration No. NCT04518280). Patients with LARC (T3-4/N+M0, distance from anus ≤10 cm) are eligible and are randomly assigned to consolidation or induction arms. Those in the consolidation arm receive SCRT (25Gy/5 Fx), followed by six cycles of toripalimab plus capecitabine and oxaliplatin (ToriCAPOX). Those in the induction arm receive two cycles of ToriCAPOX, then undergo SCRT, followed by four cycles of ToriCAPOX. Patients in both groups undergo total mesorectal excision (TME) or can choose a W&W strategy if cCR has been achieved. The primary endpoint is the complete response rate (CR, pathological complete response [pCR] plus continuous cCR for more than 1 year). The secondary endpoints include rates of Grade 3-4 acute adverse effects (AEs) etc. Results: Up to 30 September 2022, 62 patients attending our center were enrolled (Consolidation arm: 34, Induction arm:28). Their median age was 53 (27-69) years. Fifty-nine of them had MSS/pMMR type cancer (95.2%), and only three MSI-H/dMMR. Additionally, 55 patients (88.7%) had Stage III disease. The following important characteristics were distributed as follows: lower location (≤5 cm from anus, 48/62, 77.4%), deeper invasion by primary lesion (cT4 7/62, 11.3%; mesorectal fascia involved 17/62, 27.4%), and high risk of distant metastasis (cN2 26/62, 41.9%; EMVI+ 11/62, 17.7%). All 62 patients completed the SCRT and at least five cycles of ToriCAPOX, 52/62 (83.9%) completing six cycles of ToriCAPOX. Finally, 29 patients achieved cCR (46.8%, 29/62), 18 of whom decided to adopt a W&W strategy. TME was performed on 32 patients. Pathological examination showed 18 had achieved pCR, four TRG 1, and 10 TRG 2-3. The three patients with MSI-H disease all achieved cCR. One of these patients was found to have pCR after surgery whereas the other two adopted a W&W strategy. Thus, the pCR and CR rates were 56.2% (18/32) and 58.1% (36/62), respectively. The TRG 0-1 rate was 68.8% (22/32). The most common non-hematologic AEs were poor appetite (49/60, 81.7%), numbness (49/60, 81.7%), nausea (47/60, 78.3%) and asthenia (43/60, 71.7%); two patients did not complete this survey. The most common hematologic AEs were thrombocytopenia (48/62, 77.4%), anemia (47/62, 75.8%), leukopenia/neutropenia (44/62, 71.0%) and high transaminase (39/62, 62.9%). The main Grade III-IV AE was thrombocytopenia (22/62, 35.5%), with three patients (3/62, 4.8%) having Grade IV thrombocytopenia. No Grade V AEs were noted. Conclusions: SCRT-based total neoadjuvant therapy combined with toripalimab can achieve a surprisingly good CR rate in patients with LARC and thus has the potential to offer new treatment options for organ preservation in patients with MSS and lower-location rectal cancer. Meanwhile, the preliminary findings of a single center show good tolerability, the main Grade III-IV AE being thrombocytopenia. The significant efficacy and long-term prognostic benefit need to be determined by further follow-up.

Abstract
Type III interferons (IFN-λs) exhibit potent antiviral activity and immunomodulatory effects in specific cells. Nucleotide fragments of the bovine ifn-λ (boifn-λ) gene were synthetized after codon optimization. The boifn-λ gene was then amplified by splicing using overlap extension PCR (SOE PCR), resulting in the serendipitous acquisition of the mutated boIFN-λ3V18M. The recombinant plasmid pPICZαA-boIFN-λ3/λ3V18M was constructed, and the corresponding proteins were expressed in Pichia pastoris with a high-level extracellular soluble form. Dominant expression strains of boIFN-λ3/λ3V18M were selected by Western blot and ELISA and cultured on a large scale, and the recombinant proteins purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography yielded 1.5g/L and 0.3 g/L, with 85% and 92% purity, respectively. The antiviral activity of boIFN-λ3/λ3V18M exceeded 106 U/mg, and they were neutralized with IFN-λ3 polyclonal antibodies, were susceptible to trypsin, and retained stability within defined pH and temperature ranges. Furthermore, boIFN-λ3/λ3V18M exerted antiproliferative effects on MDBK cells without cytotoxicity at 104 U/mL. Overall, boIFN-λ3 and boIFN-λ3V18M did not differ substantially in biological activity, except for reduced glycosylation of the latter. The development of boIFN-λ3 and comparative evaluation with the mutant provide theoretical insights into the antiviral mechanisms of boIFN-λs and provide material for therapeutic development.

Abstract
Doped n-type polymers usually exhibit low electrical conductivities and thermoelectric power factors (PFs), restricting the development of high-performance p-n junction-based organic thermoelectrics (OTEs). Herein we report the design and synthesis of a new cyano-functionalized fused bithiophene imide dimer (f-BTI2), CNI2, which synergistically combines the advantages of both cyano and imide functionalities, thus leading to substantially higher electron deficiency than the parent f-BTI2. On the basis of this novel building block, a series of n-type donor-acceptor and acceptor-acceptor polymers were successfully synthesized, all of which show good solubility, deep-lying frontier molecular orbital levels, and favorable polymer chain orientation. Among them, the acceptor-acceptor polymer PCNI2-BTI delivers an excellent electrcial conductivity up to 150.2 S cm-1 and a highest PF of 110.3 μW m-1 K-2 in n-type OTEs, attributed to the optimized polymer electronic properties and film morphology with improved molecular packing and higher crystallinity assisted by solution-shearing technology. The PF value is the record of n-type polymers for OTEs to date. Abstract
Patients with Cushing's disease (CD) who underwent endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery (ETS) with a layered peel strategy at our center were retrospectively analyzed. Records on patients' basic characteristics, preoperative and early postoperative evaluations, perioperative complications, and follow-up were collected. A total of 12 unselected, consecutive patients with CD were identified. Ten of the twelve patients were female. All tumors were confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging, with a maximum tumor diameter ranging from 5 mm to 11 mm. A lower rate of surgical complications was identified postoperatively, with no cases of carotid artery injury, epistaxis, hematoma, visual disturbance, or intracranial infection, but with one case of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. Ten patients experienced immediate remission, and two had delayed remission. No recurrence events were observed during a median follow-up of 51 months. In conclusion, our preliminary experience indicated that ETS with a layered peel strategy provided a perfect remission rate, low complication rate, and no recurrence in a case series of CD patients. Given the limited number of cases, future studies are warranted to confirm its effectiveness and safety.

Abstract
Hierarchical MnO x pillared or supported on montmorillonite were prepared by three methods, i.e., impregnation (IM), chemical precipitation (CP), and in situ deposition (SP). The catalysts were characterized by low-temperature N2 adsorption (BET), XRD, XPS, SEM, TEM, H2-TPR, NH3-TPD, NO-TPD, TPSR, in situ DRIFTS, and evaluation of catalytic performance for NH3-SCR. The best catalytic performance was obtained for catalysts prepared by SP in terms of activity and selectivity, obtaining >90% NO conversion with >95% selectivity to N2 in 100-300 °C and GHSV of 70,000 h-1. Compared to IM and CP, SP greatly simplified catalyst preparation, resulting in higher BET surface areas; a spongy pore structure; more highly dispersed, pillared MnO x species; and higher density of acid sites distributed on catalysts surface, which all contributed to its superior performance for NH3-SCR. The activity for low-temperature NH3-SCR of manganese catalysts could be widely tailored by preparation methods.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION As Alzheimer's disease (AD) biomarkers rapidly develop, tools are needed that accurately and effectively communicate risk of AD dementia. METHODS We analyzed longitudinal data from >10,000 cognitively unimpaired older adults. Five-year risk of AD dementia was modeled using survival analysis. RESULTS A demographic model was developed and validated on independent data with area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) for 5-year prediction of AD dementia of 0.79. Clinical and cognitive variables (AUC = 0.79), and apolipoprotein E genotype (AUC = 0.76) were added to the demographic model. We then incorporated the risk computed from the demographic model with hazard ratios computed from independent data for amyloid positron emission tomography status and magnetic resonance imaging hippocampal volume (AUC = 0.84), and for plasma amyloid beta (Aβ)42/Aβ40 (AUC = 0.82). DISCUSSION An adaptive tool was developed and validated to compute absolute risks of AD dementia. This approach allows for improved accuracy and communication of AD risk among cognitively unimpaired older adults.

Abstract
The endoscope-assisted supraorbital keyhole approach and extended transsphenoidal approach have been widely used in the treatment of tuberculum sellae meningiomas (TSMs). The purpose of the present study was to retrospectively analyze and compare the characteristics and efficacy of the two surgical approaches under the endoscope in the resection of TSMs. In the present study, 36 patients with TSMs who underwent surgical resection are presented, including one group of 17 cases with an endoscopic supraorbital keyhole approach and the other group of 19 cases with an endoscopic extended transsphenoidal approach. The clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment process and treatment effect of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively, and the two surgical approaches were also compared. The gross total resection rates of the two groups were similar, reaching 94.5 and 94.7%, respectively. The postoperative visual acuity recovery showed that in the endoscopic supraorbital keyhole approach group, 23 eyes were improved, 8 eyes were maintained and 3 eyes deteriorated, and the visual recovery was 67.6%. In the endoscopic extended transsphenoidal approach group, 32 eyes were improved, 4 eyes were maintained and 2 eyes deteriorated, and the visual recovery was 84.2%. In the supraorbital keyhole approach group, there was no cerebrospinal fluid leakage, while in the extended transsphenoidal approach group, cerebrospinal fluid leakage occurred in 3 cases (15.8%). In these two groups, no tumor recurrence was revealed during the follow-up of ~5 years. Both the endoscope-assisted supraorbital keyhole approach and the extended transsphenoidal approach were effective and safe. The endoscopic supraorbital keyhole approach treated TSMs with lateral extension, but it was not enough to protect the optic nerve. The endoscopic extended transsphenoidal approach protected the optic nerve, but the risk of cerebrospinal fluid leakage was increased. In conclusion, these two surgical methods have their own advantages and limitations.

Abstract
BackgroundPituitary neuroendocrinology tumors (PitNETs) with pseudocapsule can be effectively removed by the pseudocapsule-based extracapsular resection technique. In the areas without pseudocapsule, the tumor cells can spread into the adjacent tissues at the cellular level, which brings a great challenge to achieving total tumor resection.MethodsOur surgical strategy for PitNETs with an incomplete pseudocapsule is to combine the pseudocapsule-based extracapsular resection technique with the intensive excision technique for the removal of the tumor. Specifically, the pseudocapsule-based extracapsular resection technique is applied in the areas with pseudocapsule, while in the areas without pseudocapsule, the intensive excision technique bounded by adjacent normal structures is adopted. Moreover, a pathological examination was performed to determine the situations of pseudocapsule and tumor cell remnant.ResultsAll growth hormone-secreting PitNETs achieved biochemical remission after surgery. There was no deterioration of pituitary functions postoperatively, and the preoperative hypopituitarism had improved in all patients postoperatively. In total, two cases suffered a transient diabetes insipidus, and intraoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage was observed in two cases but no postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage in all cases. There was no recurrence during the follow-up. The fragmental pseudocapsule and small tumor remnants were found in the majority of suspicious tissues by histological staining.ConclusionThe effectiveness and safety of the surgical strategy were preliminarily explored for removing PitNETs without incomplete pseudocapsules. In overview, the pseudocapsule-based extracapsular resection technique is applied in areas with pseudocapsule, while the intensive excision bounded by adjacent normal structures is adopted in other areas.

Abstract
The purinergic receptor P2 × 7 has been established as an important mediator of inflammation and participates in a variety of cardiovascular diseases including atherosclerosis, however, its role in abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) remains unclear. In this study, we demonstrate that P2 × 7 plays essential roles in AAA development via modulating macrophage pyroptosis and inflammation. P2 × 7 is highly expressed in human AAA specimen, as well as in experimental murine AAA lesions (both CaCl2-and Angiotensin Ⅱ-induced AAA models), and it mainly confines in macrophages. Furthermore, P2 × 7 deficiency or pharmacological inhibition with its antagonist could significantly attenuate aneurysm formation in experimental murine AAA models, while P2 × 7 agonist could promote AAA development. The caspase-I activity, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) activity, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and pro-inflammatory gene expression were significant reduced in experimental AAA lesions in mice with P2 × 7 deficiency or inhibition. Mechanistically, macrophage P2 × 7 can mediate the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome and activate its downstream caspase-1 to initiate the pyroptosis pathway. After caspase-1 activation, it further cleaves pro-interleukin (IL)-1β and gasdermin D (GSDMD). Consequently, the N-terminal fragment of GSDMD forms pores on the cell membrane, leading to macrophage pyroptosis and release of the pro-inflammatory factor IL-1β. The resulting vascular inflammation further leads to the upregulation of MMP and ROS, thereby promoting AAA development. In summary, these data identify P2 × 7-mediated macrophage pyroptosis signaling pathway as a novel contributory mechanism of AAA formation.

Abstract
Achromatic bifunctional metasurface is of great significance in optical path miniaturization among advanced integrated optical systems. However, the reported achromatic metalenses mostly utilize a phase compensate scheme, which uses geometric phase to realize the functionality and uses transmission phase to compensate the chromatic aberration. In the phase compensation scheme, all the modulation freedoms of a nanofin are driven at the same time. This makes most of the broadband achromatic metalenses restricted to realizing single function. Also, the phase compensate scheme is always addressed with circularly polarized (CP) incidence, leading to a limitation in efficiency and optical path miniaturization. Moreover, for a bifunctional or multifunctional achromatic metalens, not all the nanofins will work at the same time. Owing to this, achromatic metalenses using a phase compensate scheme are usually of low focusing efficiencies. To this end, based on the pure transmission phase in the x-/y- axis provided by the birefringent nanofins structure, we proposed an all-dielectric polarization-modulated broadband achromatic bifunctional metalens (BABM) in the visible light. Applying two independent phases on one metalens at the same time, the proposed BABM realizes achromatism in a bifunctional metasurface. Releasing the freedom of nanofin's angular orientation, the proposed BABM breaks the dependence on CP incidence. As an achromatic bifunctional metalens, all the nanofins on the proposed BABM can work at the same time. Simulation results show that the designed BABM is capable of achromatically focusing the incident beam to a single focal spot and an optical vortex (OV) under the illumination of x- and y-polarization, respectively. In the designed waveband 500 nm (green) to 630 nm (red), the focal planes stay unchanged at the sampled wavelengths. Simulation results prove that the proposed metalens not only realized bifunctional achromatically, but also breaks the dependence of CP incidence. The proposed metalens has a numerical aperture of 0.34 and efficiencies of 33.6% and 34.6%. The proposed metalens has advantages of being flexible, single layer, convenient in manufacturing, and optical path miniaturization friendly, and will open a new page in advanced integrated optical systems.

Abstract
Basal cell carcinoma of the prostate (BCCP) is a rare tumor with a total incidence of 140 cases to date. However, BCCP with squamous metaplasia has not been reported as of date. In this paper, we report the first case of BCCP with squamous metaplasia. The patient was hospitalized for progressive dyspareunia and had been treated for recurrent urinary retention four times in 5 years. Rectal examination showed that the prostate was medium in texture with no palpable nodules. The levels of total prostate specific antigen (tPSA), free prostate specific antigen (fPSA), and fPSA/tPSA (f/t) ratio were 1.29 ng/mL, 0.4 ng/mL, and 0.31, respectively. Ultrasound of the urinary tract showed that the prostate gland was 51 mm*40 mm*38 mm in size. We performed transurethral resection of the prostate. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma with focal squamous differentiation, and immunohistochemical staining was positive for P63 and 34βE12. A laparoscopic radical prostatectomy was performed 45 days after the first surgery and the postoperative pathology showed a small amount of residual tumor with negative margins and no involvement of the seminal vesicles and vas deferens. The patient was followed up for 50 months and was doing well by the end of our study. We describe the clinical symptoms, pathological features, treatment, and prognosis of patients with BCCP with squamous metaplasia. The relevant published literature is also briefly reviewed.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Circadian rhythm regulates complex physiological activities in organisms. A strong link between circadian dysfunction and cancer has been identified. However, the factors of dysregulation and functional significance of circadian rhythm genes in cancer have received little attention. METHODS In 18 cancer types from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), the differential expression and genetic variation of 48 circadian rhythm genes (CRGs) were examined. The circadian rhythm score (CRS) model was created using the ssGSEA method, and patients were divided into high and low groups based on the CRS. The Kaplan-Meier curve was created to assess the patient survival rate. Cibersort and estimate methods were used to identify the infiltration characteristics of immune cells between different CRS subgroups. Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) dataset is used as verification queue and model stability evaluation queue. The CRS model's ability to predict chemotherapy and immunotherapy was assessed. Wilcoxon rank-sum test was used to compare the differences of CRS among different patients. We use CRS to identify potential "clock-drugs" by the connective map method. RESULTS Transcriptomic and genomic analyses of 48 CRGs revealed that most core clock genes are up-regulated, while clock control genes are down-regulated. Furthermore, we show that copy number variation may affect CRGs aberrations. Based on CRS, patients can be classified into two groups with significant differences in survival and immune cell infiltration. Further studies showed that patients with low CRS were more sensitive to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Additionally, we identified 10 compounds (e.g. flubendazole, MLN-4924, ingenol) that are positively associated with CRS, and have the potential to modulate circadian rhythms. CONCLUSIONS CRS can be utilized as a clinical indicator to predict patient prognosis and responsiveness to therapy, and identify potential "clock-drugs".

Abstract
BACKGROUND To conduct a network meta-analysis comparing multiple treatments for complex aortic aneurysms (CAAs). METHODS Medical databases were searched on November 11, 2022. Twenty-five studies (5,149 patients) and four treatments (open surgery [OS], chimney/snorkel endovascular aneurysm repair [CEVAR], fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair [FEVAR], and branched endovascular aneurysm repair) were selected. Outcomes were branch vessel patency, mortality, and reintervention at short- and long-term followup, and perioperative complications. RESULTS Regarding branch vessel patency, OS was the most effective treatment and had higher 24-month branch vessel patency rates than CEVAR (odds ratio [OR], 10.77; 95% confidence interval [CI], 2.08-55.79). FEVAR (OR, 0.52; 95% CI, 0.27-1.00) and OS (OR, 0.39; 95% CI, 0.17-0.93) were better than CEVAR regarding 30-day mortality and 24-month mortality, respectively. Regarding 24-month reintervention, OS was better than CEVAR (OR, 3.07; 95% CI, 1.15-8.18) and FEVAR (OR, 2.48; 95% CI, 1.08-5.73). Regarding perioperative complications, FEVAR had lower acute renal failure rates than OS (OR, 0.42; 95% CI, 0.27-0.66) and CEVAR (OR, 0.47; 95% CI, 0.25-0.92) and lower myocardial infarction rates than OS (OR, 0.49; 95% CI, 0.25-0.97) and was the most effective treatment in preventing acute renal failure, myocardial infarction, bowel ischemia, and stroke, while OS was the most effective treatment in preventing spinal cord ischemia. CONCLUSIONS OS might have advantages regarding branch vessel patency, 24-month mortality, and reintervention and is similar to FEVAR regarding 30-day mortality. Regarding perioperative complications, FEVAR might confer advantages in preventing acute renal failure, myocardial infarction, bowel ischemia, and stroke, and OS in preventing spinal cord ischemia.

Abstract
Degradation of the kinetically trapped bulk heterojunction film morphology in organic solar cells (OSCs) remains a grand challenge for their practical application. Herein, we demonstrate highly thermally stable OSCs using multicomponent photoactive layer synthesized via a facile one-pot polymerization, which show the advantages of low synthetic cost and simplified device fabrication. The OSCs based on multicomponent photoactive layer deliver a high power conversion efficiency of 11.8% and exhibit excellent device stability for over 1000 h (>80% of their initial efficiency retention), realizing a balance between device efficiency and operational lifetime for OSCs. In-depth opto-electrical and morphological properties characterizations revealed that the dominant PM6-b-L15 block polymers with backbone entanglement and the small fraction of PM6 and L15 polymers synergistically contribute to the frozen fine-tuned film morphology and maintain well-balanced charge transport under long-time operation. These findings pave the way towards the development of low-cost and long-term stable OSCs.

Abstract
Objective Clinical data on 61 patients (grouped by their treatment with MVD or RHZ) with glossopharyngeal neuralgia were analyzed retrospectively. A summary analysis of the effective rate and surgical complications of MVD and RHZ in the treatment of glossopharyngeal neuralgia was performed to observe the new surgical options for GN. Method From March 2013 to March 2020, 63 patients with GN were admitted to our hospital by the professional group of cranial nerve diseases. Two patients diagnosed with tongue and pharynx pain secondary to tongue cancer and upper esophageal cancer, respectively were excluded from the group. The remaining patients all met the diagnosis of GN, some of them were treated with MVD and others were treated with RHZ. The pain relief rate, long-term results, and complications of the patients in the two groups were well-organized and analyzed. Result Of the 61 patients, 39 were treated with MVD and 22 were treated with RHZ. In the early-stage patients (the first 23 patients), all of them were operated on with the MVD procedure except one patient without vascular compression. In the later-stage patients, MVD was performed for evident single arterial compression according to the intraoperative situation. And for compression of arteries with greater tension or PICA + VA complex compression, RHZ was performed. It was also performed in cases where vessels with tight adhesions to the arachnoid and nerves could not be easily separated, or where it was easy to damage the perforating arteries after separating the blood vessels, causing vasospasm, which affects the blood supply to the brainstem and cerebellum. RHZ was also performed if there was no clear vascular compression. The efficiency of both groups was 100%. In the MVD group, one case recurred 4 years after the initial operation, and RHZ was performed for reoperation. Complications related to the operation included one case of swallowing and coughing in the MVD group, and three cases in the RHZ group; two cases of uvula not centering in the MVD group, and five cases in the RHZ group. There was 2 patients in RHZ group lost taste in 2/3 of the backing of the tongue, though these symptoms mostly disappeared or decreased after follow-up. One patient in the RHZ group had developed tachycardia by the time of the long-term follow-up, but whether it was related to the surgery is still uncertain. In terms of serious complications, there were two cases of postoperative bleeding in the MVD group. Based on the clinical characteristics of the patients' bleeding, it was judged that the cause of the bleeding was ischemia and was related to an intraoperative injury to the penetrating artery of the PICA artery and vasospasm. Conclusion MVD and RHZ are effective methods for the treatment of primary glossopharyngeal neuralgia. MVD is recommended for cases where vascular compression is clear and easy to handle. However, for cases with complex vascular compression, tight vascular adhesions, difficult separation, and without clear vascular compression, RHZ could be performed. Its efficiency is equivalent to MVD, and there is no significant increase in complications such as cranial nerve disorders. There are few cranial nerve complications that seriously affect the quality of life of patients. RHZ helps to reduce the risk of ischemia and bleeding during surgery by reducing the risk of arterial spasms and injury to the penetrating arteries by separating the vessels due to separation of vessels during MVD. At the same time, it may reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.

Abstract
Rare-earth oxyhydride (ReOxHy) films are novel inorganic photochromic materials that have strong potential for applications in windows and optical sensors. Cations greatly influence many material properties and play an important role in the photochromic performance of ReOxHy. Here we propose a strategy for obtaining Gd1-zYzOxHy films (z = 1, 0.7, 0.5, 0.4, 0.35, 0.25, 0.15, 0) using one-step direct-current (DC) magnetron co-sputtering. Distinct from the mixed anion systems, such material would belong to the class of mixed anion and mixed cation materials. For Gd1-zYzOxHy films, different co-doping ratios can help tune the contrast ratio (that is, the difference between coloration and bleaching transmittance) and cycling degradation, which may be related to the lattice constant. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns show that the lattice constant increases from 5.38 Å for YOxHy to 5.51 Å, corresponding to Gd0.75Y0.25OxHy. The contrast ratio, in particular, can be enhanced to 37% from 6.3% by increasing the lattice constant, directly controlled by the co-sputtering power. When the lattice constant decreases, the surface morphology of the sample with the smallest lattice constant is essentially unchanged by testing in air with normal oxidation for 100 days, suggesting great improvement in environment durability. However, the crystal structure cannot be overly compressed, and co-sputtering with Cr gives black opaque films without photochromic properties. Moreover, because the atomic mass of different rare earth elements is different, the critical pressure p* (films deposited at p < p* remain metallic dihydrides) is different, and the preparation window is enlarged. Our work provides insights into innovative photochromic materials that can help to achieve commercial production and application.

Abstract
To investigate the risk factors of poor prognosis and recurrence in patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis. A single center, observational cohort study was used to retrospectively analyze 44 patients with anti NMDAR encephalitis hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Beijing Tong Ren Hospital from January 2014 to October 2020. The results showed that the interval from onset to immunotherapy in the poor prognosis group was significantly longer than that in the good prognosis group (t=2.045,P=0.047), and the course of disease in the poor prognosis group was significantly longer than that in the good prognosis group (t=4.127,P=0.000 2). The number of patients with clinical manifestations of dyskinesia was significantly increased (Fisher exact test: P=0.014). The patients with abnormal brain MRI in the poor prognosis group were significantly more than those in the good prognosis group (Fisher exact test: P=0.017), and the patients with slow wave>50% in the poor prognosis group were significantly more than those with slow wave <50% (Fisher exact test: P<0.001). Patients with the first onset of immunotherapy time <3 months, long course of disease, high intracranial pressure, and high cerebrospinal fluid protein are prone to relapse. Bivariate logistic regression analysis showed that patients with dyskinesia, abnormal brain MRI, and slow wave EEG more than 50% were risk factors for poor prognosis (OR values were 4.687, 4.978, and 24.500, respectively; P values were 0.018, 0.016, and 0.000, respectively). The time of first-line immunotherapy for the first onset<3 months was the risk factor for recurrence (OR 17.231, P=0.010). In conclusion, dyskinesia, abnormal brain MRI and slow wave of EEG more than 50% may be the risk factors for poor prognosis of patients. The duration of immunotherapy less than 3 months after the first onset might be the risk factor for recurrence.
