Abstract
Cellular homeostasis requires critical communications between the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and mitochondria to maintain the viability of cells. This communication is mediated and maintained by the mitochondria-associated membranes (MAMs) and may be disrupted during acute traumatic brain injury (TBI), leading to structural and functional damages of neurons and supporting cells. To test this hypothesis, we subjected male C57BL/6 mice to severe TBI (sTBI) using a controlled cortical impact (CCI) device. We analyzed the physical ER-mitochondrion contacts in the perilesional cortex using transmission electron microscopy, western blot, and immunofluorescence. We specifically measured changes in the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in mitochondria, the unfolded protein response (UPR), the neuroinflammatory response, and ER stress-mediated apoptosis in the traumatic injured cerebral tissue. A modified neurological severity score (mNSS) was used to evaluate neurological function in the sTBI mice. We found that sTBI induced significant reorganizations of MEMs in the cerebral cortex within the first 24 hr post-injury. This ER-mitochondrion coupling was enhanced, reaching its peak level at 6 hrs post-sTBI. This enhanced coupling correlated closely with increases in the expression of the Ca2+ regulatory proteins (IP3R1, VDAC1, GRP75, Sigma-1R), production of ROS, degree of ER stress, levels of UPR, and release of proinflammatory cytokines. Furthermore, the neurological function of sTBI mice was significantly improved by silencing the gene for the ER-mitochondrion tethering factor PACS2, restoring the IP3R1-GRP75-VDAC1 axis of Ca2+ regulation, alleviating mitochondria-derived oxidative stress, suppressing inflammatory response through the PERK/eIF2α/ATF4/CHOP pathway, and inhibiting ER stress and associated apoptosis. These results indicate that dysfunctional ER-mitochondrion coupling might be primarily involved in the neuronal apoptosis and neurological deficits, and modulating the ER-mitochondrion crosstalk might be a novel therapeutic strategy for sTBI.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Little information is available on the prevalence and associated risk factors of diabetes and prediabetes in the community located in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang Province, southeast China. This study aims to investigate the prevalence of adult diabetes and prediabetes and their associated risk factors among a community population in Hangzhou. METHODS A multistage sampling method was used in this study. Ten communities located in Shangcheng district of Hangzhou city were selected, and 3096 permanent residents (resident for ≥6 months) aged 18 years and above were enrolled into this study. Finally, a total of 2986 participants were included. A questionnaire interview and physical examination were conducted for all participants by trained investigators in a local medical center. Anthropometric measurements covered height, weight, waist circumference (WC) and blood pressure, while the blood tests included fasting blood glucose, an oral glucose tolerance test and fasting lipid profiles. The American Diabetes Association diabetes diagnosis criteria were used to discriminate among normal blood glucose, diabetes and prediabetes. The Rao-Scott adjusted χ 2 test and complex sampling design-based unconditional multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to evaluate factors associated with diabetes and prediabetes. Descriptive and inferential statistics were calculated in Stata version 15. P-values <0.05 indicate statistical significance. RESULTS The overall prevalence of diabetes was 13.97%, of which 81.54% had prediagnosed diabetes and 18.46% were newly diagnosed with diabetes in the present study. The prevalence of prediabetes was 18.89%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that age, education, once smoking, family history of diabetes, obesity, central obesity and hypertension were factors associated with diabetes, while age, smoking, drinking, central obesity and hypertension were significant factors related to prediabetes. CONCLUSION The prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes in adults in Hangzhou city remains high. Interventions aiming to modify risk factors such as drinking, obesity, central obesity and hypertension are urgently required.

Abstract
The sedimentary history of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) over the past 140 years in a lake sediment core from Huixian karst wetland was reconstructed. The total PAHs and OCPs concentrations ranged from 40.0 to 210 ng g-1 and 0.98 to 31.4 ng g-1, respectively. The vertical distribution of PAHs and OCPs in different stages was great consistent with the history of regional socio-economic development and the usage of OCPs. As the indicators of socio-economic development, gross domestic product (GDP), population, energy consumption, highway mileage, and private vehicles correlated with the PAHs concentrations, indicating the impact of human activities on PAHs levels. The PAHs and OCPs concentrations were also affected by environmental changes in the wetland, as reconstructed by total organic carbon (TOC), sand, silt, clay, quartz, and calcite in sediments. Redundancy analysis (RDA) results showed TOC was the dominant factor to explain the concentrations of PAHs and OCPs with the explanation of 86.7% and 43.5%, respectively. In addition, TOC content had significantly positive correlation with PAHs (0.96, p < 0.01) and OCPs (0.78, p < 0.01). In particular, the significantly positive correlation (p < 0.05) between calcite and PAHs and OCPs inferred that karstification might play an important role in the migration of PAHs and OCPs in the karst area. Therefore, the lake in Huixian wetland tended to be a sink more than a source of PAHs and OCPs influenced by the increasing TOC content and karstification under climate warming.

Abstract
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a long-term environmental problem faced by human society. The sources of involuntary PAHs are complex, moreover, secondary emissions of fixed PAHs in the environment occur due to global change and disturbance of human activities. Samples of three environmental media including soil, air, and atmospheric bulk deposition were collected to observe the spatial distribution and seasonal variation, to discuss the source or sink of PAHs and their association with the air mass transport along the plain (Jianghan Plain, JHP) to mountain transect, and explore the geographic scope of the atmospheric transport influence. The results obtained showed that 16 individual PAHs generally existed in all environmental multimedia being studied, and the PAHs concentration in air, soil and deposition flux of atmospheric bulk was higher in JPH than in "Western Hubei Mountains" (WHMs). Considerably high PAHs concentrations were obtained from the soil, air and atmospheric bulk deposition in winter, summer, and both summer and winter, respectively. The air-soil fugacity fraction of PAHs indicated that the soil of Dajiuhu (DJH) is likely to be a sink. Backward air trajectory simulation confirmed that most of the air mass passes over the JHP before reaching DJH, combined with the (transport and persistence level III) TaPL3 model results JHP are acting as sources. However, seasonal changes lead to a shift in the roles of soil sources and sinks. The TaPL3 model calculated that PAHs are transported through water for a wider range of effects and a longer persistence, even up to 10 years.

Abstract
We report on systematic temperature- and magnetic field-dependent studies of the EuGa4binary compound, which crystallizes in a centrosymmetric tetragonal BaAl4-type structure with space groupI4/mmm. The electronic properties of EuGa4single crystals, with an antiferromagnetic (AFM) transition atTN∼ 16.4 K, were characterized via electrical resistivity and magnetization measurements. A giant nonsaturating magnetoresistance was observed at low temperatures, reaching∼7×104% at 2 K in a magnetic field of 9 T. In the AFM state, EuGa4undergoes a series of metamagnetic transitions in an applied magnetic field, clearly manifested in its field-dependent electrical resistivity. BelowTN, in the ∼4-7 T field range, we observe also a clear hump-like anomaly in the Hall resistivity which is part of the anomalous Hall resistivity. We attribute such a hump-like feature to the topological Hall effect, usually occurring in noncentrosymmetric materials known to host topological spin textures (as e.g., magnetic skyrmions). Therefore, the family of materials with a tetragonal BaAl4-type structure, to which EuGa4and EuAl4belong, seems to comprise suitable candidates on which one can study the interplay among correlated-electron phenomena (such as charge-density wave or exotic magnetism) with topological spin textures and topologically nontrivial bands.

Abstract
Abstract
Introduction/Objective
Composite classic Hodgkin lymphoma and follicular lymphoma (CHLFL), defined as CHL and FL occurring simultaneously at the same site, is rare and poorly understood. While both Hodgkin/Reed-Sternberg (HRS) cells and FL are thought to be derived from germinal center B-cells, the relationship between CHL and FL when coexistent is unclear. Here, we present two cases of CHLFL and show that the CHL and FL components have a clonal relationship by FISH.
Methods/Case Report
Case #1 is a 50-year-old man with abdominal and mediastinal lymphadenopathy. An excised mesenteric lymph node showed two distinct components diagnostic for FL, grade 1-2 and CHL. Case #2 is a 63-year- old woman with a history of FL with transformation to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Cytogenetic studies showed a complex karyotype with an add(9p), del(10q), and trisomy 16. Post-treatment imaging revealed left axillary adenopathy. An excised axillary lymph node showed CHL with peripheral areas of FL, grade 3A.
Both cases had areas of typical FL with BCL2-positive phenotype and no significant CD30/CD15 expression. HRS cells were CD45/CD20-negative, expressed CD30 (strong), CD15, and PAX5, and were present in a mixed inflammatory background. No EBV RNA was present by in situ hybridization. Interestingly, HRS cells in case #1 expressed both BCL6 and BCL2.
FISH was performed in both cases. Case #1 had a BCL2 rearrangement in 48% of FL nuclei and in 100% of HRS cells. In case #2, targeted probes were used based on prior cytogenetic results. Here, 47% of FL nuclei and 44% of HRS cells had a 16p duplication; additionally, 32% of HRS cells had an unbalanced IGH rearrangement with loss of the IGH variable region, suggesting possible clonal evolution. No rearrangement of BCL2 or BCL6 was present.
An additional 27 CHLFL cases from the literature were reviewed. CHLFL was mostly nodal and occurred in late adulthood in patients with or without a history of FL. It presented at advanced clinical stage, with a 5-year overall survival of 22%. BCL2 expression in HRS cells was common. Bone marrow involvement was 45% (5/11) and consisted of FL exclusively. Five of six tested cases demonstrated BCL2/IGH rearrangement in both FL and HRS cells.

Composite CHL and FL are often clonally related and may share a common progenitor B-cell origin – likely a germinal center B-cell – from which additional genetic abnormalities are acquired to develop two distinct lymphomas.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the prognosis and determine the failure patterns after radiotherapy for low-risk early-stage patients with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal-type (ENKTCL). Methods: A total of 557 patients from 2000-2015 with low-risk early-stage ENKTCL who received radiotherapy (RT) with or without chemotherapy (CT) from China Lymphoma Collaborative Group were retrospectively reviewed. Among them, 427 patients received combined modality therapy, whereas 130 patients received RT alone. Survivals were calculated by Kaplan-Meier method and compared with Log-rank test. Overall survival (OS) was compared with age and sex-matched general Chinese population using expected survival and standardized mortality ratio (SMR). Cox stepwise regression model was used for multivariate analysis. Results: The 5-year OS and progression-free survival (PFS) were 87.2% and 77.2%. The SMR was 3.59 (P<0.001) at 1 year after treatment, whereas it was 1.50 at 4 years after treatment, without significant difference between ENKTCL group and country-matched general population (P=0.146). Compared with RT alone, CMT did not result in significantly superior 5-year OS (87.0% vs 87.4%, P=0.961) or PFS (76.1% vs 80.7%, P=0.129). Local failure (11.5%, 64/557) and distant failure (10.8%, 60/557) were the main failure modes, while regional failure was rare (2.9%, 16/557). The 5-year locoregional control rate (LRC) was 87.2% for the whole group, with 89.5% for ≥50 Gy versus 73.7% for <50 Gy (P<0.001). Radiotherapy dose was an independent factor affecting LRC(P<0.05). Conclusions: Radiotherapy achieves a favorable prognosis in patients with low-risk early-stage ENKTCL. The incidence of either locoregional or distant failure is low. Radiation dose still is an important prognostic factor for LRC.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of cell cycle checkpoint kinase 1/2 (CHK1/2) in mediating the inhibitory effect of oxymatrine (OMT) against renal inflammation and fibrosis in diabetic rats. METHODS SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, diabetes model group (DM) and OMT treatment group (n=6). HE and Masson staining were used to observe histopathological changes of the renal tissue, and the expressions of CHK1, CHK2, p-CHK1 and p-CHK2 were localized by immunohistochemical staining. The contents of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-1β in the renal tissue were detected using ELISA, and the expression levels of CHK1, CHK2, p-CHK1, p-CHK2, type Ⅲ collagen (Col-Ⅲ), type Ⅳ collagen (Col-Ⅳ), and fibronectin (FN) were determined using Western blotting. The changes in the expressions of CHK1, CHK2, p-CHK1, p-CHK2, Col-Ⅲ, Col-Ⅳ and FN proteins were also examined with Western blotting in NRK-52E cells in response to high glucose exposure, OMT treatment and siRNA-mediated CHK1/2 knockdown. RESULTS In diabetic rats, OMT treatment significantly decreased the levels of blood glucose, serum creatinine and 24 h urinary protein (P < 0.05) and obviously improved inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrosis phenotype in the renal tissue (P < 0.05). CHK1 and CHK2 were mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and nuclei of renal tubule cells, and their phosphorylation levels were significantly higher in DM group than in the control group and OMT group. OMT treatment significantly decreased the protein expression levels of p-CHK1, p-CHK2, Col-Ⅲ, Col-Ⅳ and FN in the renal tissue of diabetic rats and in NRK-52E cells exposed to high glucose (P < 0.05). In NRK-52E cells, CHK1/2 knockdown resulted in significant reduction of the protein expressions of p-CHK1/2, Col-Ⅲ, Col-Ⅳ and FN (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The inhibitory effects of OMT against renal inflammation and fibrosis in diabetic rats are mediated probably by lowered phosphorylation levels of CHK1 and CHK2, which result in reduced release of the downstream inflammatory mediators and decreased secretion and deposition of extracellular matrix.

Abstract
The sigma-1 receptor (Sig-1R) is a chaperone receptor that primarily resides at the mitochondria-associated endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane (MAM) and acts as a dynamic pluripotent modulator regulating cellular pathophysiological processes. Multiple pharmacological studies have confirmed the beneficial effects of Sig-1R activation on cellular calcium homeostasis, excitotoxicity modulation, reactive oxygen species (ROS) clearance, and the structural and functional stability of the ER, mitochondria, and MAM. The Sig-1R is expressed broadly in cells of the central nervous system (CNS) and has been reported to be involved in various neurological disorders. Traumatic brain injury (TBI)-induced secondary injury involves complex and interrelated pathophysiological processes such as cellular apoptosis, glutamate excitotoxicity, inflammatory responses, endoplasmic reticulum stress, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction. Thus, given the pluripotent modulation of the Sig-1R in diverse neurological disorders, we hypothesized that the Sig-1R may affect a series of pathophysiology after TBI. This review summarizes the current knowledge of the Sig-1R, its mechanistic role in various pathophysiological processes of multiple CNS diseases, and its potential therapeutic role in TBI.

Abstract
Natural molybdenite, an inexpensive and naturally abundant material, can be directly used as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries. However, how to release the intrinsic capacity of natural molybdenite to achieve high rate performance and high capacity is still a challenge. Herein, we introduce an innovative, effective, and one-step approach to preparing a type of heterostructure material containing 1T@2H MoS2 crafted from insertion and expansion of natural molybdenite. The metallic 1T phase formed in situ can significantly improve the electronic conductivity of MoS2. At the same time, 1T@2H MoS2 heterostructures can provide an internal electric field (E-field) to accelerate the migration rate of electrons and ions, promote the charge transfer behaviour, and ensure the reaction reversibility and lithium storage kinetics. Such worm-like 1T@2H MoS2 heterostructures also have a large specific surface area and a large number of defects, which will help shorten the lithium-ion transmission distance and provide more ion transmission channels. As a result, it exhibits a discharge capacity of 788 mA h g-1 remarkably at 100 mA g-1 after 485 cycles and stable cycling performance. It also shows excellent magnification performance of 727 mA h g-1 at 1 A g-1, compared to molybdenite concentrate. Briefly, this work's heterostructure architectures open up a new avenue for applying natural molybdenite in lithium-ion batteries, which has the potential to achieve large-scale commercial applications.

Abstract
Introduction: Disability simulation activities are commonly used for various purposes in higher education; however, instructors may be unaware of controversies regarding their use. The purpose of this research was to assess the effects of an activity using low vision goggles to simulate visual impairment in the context of an undergraduate course in special education. We highlight the need for instructors to consider the appropriateness of disability simulation activities given possible countertherapeutic effects. Methods: In this cluster-randomized trial, 11 classes (248 students) of preservice education and related services professionals were randomized to experimental (lecture + simulation) or control (lecture only) conditions. During a single class session, all students received basic information about visual impairment and watched a video on being a human guide. Students in the experimental group then practiced guiding and being guided while wearing low vision goggles. At the end of class, students completed three Likert-type surveys and later completed a quiz using publisher-developed materials. Results: Results showed individuals in the experimental group reported higher levels of interest and enjoyment than those in the control condition; however, there were no statistically significant differences in attitudes toward persons with visual impairments, confidence or self-efficacy for working with students with visual impairments, content knowledge, or perceptions of activity usefulness. Discussion: Findings of positive engagement in the absence of harmful effects indicate that disability simulation activities should be neither promoted nor denigrated wholesale; instead, instructors must weigh carefully potential benefits and drawbacks. Discussion includes considerations for professional education programs in using such simulations to promote skill acquisition via positive and respectful learning experiences. Implications for practitioners: Instructors who use disability simulation activities are encouraged to consider whether to discontinue this practice or incorporate principles recommended by the disability community and assess outcomes to ensure they are not perpetuating harmful stereotypes.

Abstract
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a kind of organic pollutants with carcinogenic, teratogenic, and mutagenic effects. This study aims to assess the effects of changes in China's socio-economic indicators represented by energy consumption and number of motor vehicles, on PAHs and black carbon (BC) deposition. For this, a 50-cm peat core from Dajiuhu peatland, Central China, was collected and divided into 50 subsamples to establish a sedimentary record of about 200 years with radioactive 210Pb. The Σ16PAH concentration ranged from 212.67 to 830.10 ng·g-1, mainly composed of 2- and 3-ring PAHs, and BC ranged from 7.89 to 36.48%. The deposition characteristics of BC first increased and then decreased from the core bottom to the top. The predominant of the carcinogenic PAHs (C-PAHs) was Dibenzo[a,h]anthracene (DBA) before 1949, and then changed to Benzo[b]fluoranthene (BbF). Ratio of Fla/Pyr, (3+4)-ring/(5+6)-ring PAHs, and BaA/(BaA+Chr), IcdP/(IcdP+BghiP) suggested that long-range atmospheric transmission (LRAT) and pyrogenic were the main PAHs sources, but that local PAH emission contribution gradually increased since 1990, and mixed (petroleum and combustion) sources were the dominant since 2000. The high concentration of Phenanthrene (Phe) and Naphthalene (Nap) were likely from plant product. Furthermore, increased concentrations of 4-, 5-, and 6-ring PAHs showed significant correlations with increased coal and petroleum consumption and the number of motor vehicles, respectively, and this influence has strengthened after 2000. These were caused by rapid urbanization and industrialization following the implementation of the reform and opening up policy in 1978, and a new round of urbanization after 2000.

Abstract
BACKGROUND IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary GN worldwide. Circulating immune complexes form that are prone to deposition in the mesangium, where they trigger glomerular inflammation. A growing body of evidence suggests that dysregulated expression of microRNAs in IgAN may play a significant role in establishing the disease phenotype. METHODS We generated single miR-23b-3p(miR-23b) knockout mice using CRISPR-Cas9. RESULTS In humans, miR-23b levels are downregulated in kidney biopsies and sera of patients with IgAN, and serum miR-23b levels are negatively correlated with serum IgA1 levels. We show that miR-23b-/- mice develop an IgAN-like phenotype of mesangial IgA and C3 deposition associated with development of albuminuria, hypertension, an elevated serum creatinine, and dysregulated mucosal IgA synthesis. Dysregulation of IgA production is likely mediated by the loss of miR-23b-mediated suppression of activation-induced cytidine deaminase in mucosal B cells. In addition, we show that loss of miR-23b increases the susceptibility of the kidney to progressive fibrosis through loss of regulation of expression of gremlin 2 and IgA accumulation through downregulation of the transferrin receptor. CONCLUSIONS Our findings suggest an indispensable role for miR-23b in kidney disease, and in particular, IgAN. miR-23b may in the future offer a novel therapeutic target for the treatment of IgAN.

Abstract
Collinear (small-angle) and large-angle, as well as soft and hard radiations are investigated in three-jet and Z + two-jet events collected in proton-proton collisions at the LHC. The normalized production cross sections are measured as a function of the ratio of transverse momenta of two jets and their angular separation. The measurements in the three-jet and Z + two-jet events are based on data collected at a center-of-mass energy of 8TeV , corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 19.8fb - 1 . The Z + two-jet events are reconstructed in the dimuon decay channel of the Z boson. The three-jet measurement is extended to includes = 13 TeV data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.3fb - 1 . The results are compared to predictions from event generators that include parton showers, multiple parton interactions, and hadronization. The collinear and soft regions are in general well described by parton showers, whereas the regions of large angular separation are often best described by calculations using higher-order matrix elements.

Abstract
The first measurement of the dependence of γγ→μ^{+}μ^{-} production on the multiplicity of neutrons emitted very close to the beam direction in ultraperipheral heavy ion collisions is reported. Data for lead-lead interactions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV, with an integrated luminosity of approximately 1.5 nb^{-1}, are collected using the CMS detector at the LHC. The azimuthal correlations between the two muons in the invariant mass region 8<m_{μμ}<60 GeV are extracted for events including 0, 1, or at least 2 neutrons detected in the forward pseudorapidity range |η|>8.3. The back-to-back correlation structure from leading-order photon-photon scattering is found to be significantly broader for events with a larger number of emitted neutrons from each nucleus, corresponding to interactions with a smaller impact parameter. This observation provides a data-driven demonstration that the average transverse momentum of photons emitted from relativistic heavy ions has an impact parameter dependence. These results provide new constraints on models of photon-induced interactions in ultraperipheral collisions. They also provide a baseline to search for possible final-state effects on lepton pairs caused by traversing a quark-gluon plasma produced in hadronic heavy ion collisions.

Abstract
The CMS experiment at the LHC has measured the differential cross sections of Z bosons decaying to pairs of leptons, as functions of transverse momentum and rapidity, in lead-lead collisions at a nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy of 5.02 TeV. The measured Z boson elliptic azimuthal anisotropy coefficient is compatible with zero, showing that Z bosons do not experience significant final-state interactions in the medium produced in the collision. Yields of Z bosons are compared to Glauber model predictions and are found to deviate from these expectations in peripheral collisions, indicating the presence of initial collision geometry and centrality selection effects. The precision of the measurement allows, for the first time, for a data-driven determination of the nucleon-nucleon integrated luminosity as a function of lead-lead centrality, thereby eliminating the need for its estimation based on a Glauber model.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of programmed death receptor (PD)-1 antibody therapy in patients with hepatitis B-associated liver cancer. Methods: Data of 29 chronically infected HBV patients with liver cancer who received PD-1 antibody combined with tyrosine kinase inhibitor in the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Fifth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from March 2020 to January 2021 were selected. At the same time, all of the above-mentioned hepatitis B virus (HBV) patients were treated with nucleos(t)ide analogues. Patients clinical diagnostic data, laboratory test results, tumor response and the incidence of adverse reactions were collected retrospectively to understand the overall safety, therapeutic anti-tumor effect, HBV changes condition and the correlation between HBV changes and anti-tumor PD-1 antibody efficacy, high viral load treatment condition, and HBV reactivation safety issues. Statistical analysis was performed by non-parametric rank sum test. Results: Therapeutic anti-tumor effect and safety profile were good in patients. The complete remission rate was reached 27.6%. Adverse reactions were mostly mild, and the incidence of serious adverse reactions was low. After 12 weeks of follow-up, HBV DNA and hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) was quantitatively decreased (P < 0.05). HBV DNA and HBsAg were decreased more significantly in patients with progressive disease (PD), stable disease (SD) and partial response (PR) (P < 0.05). Five patients with HBV DNA ≥ 10(4) IU/ml had responded well to the tumor treatment without serious adverse reactions. One patient had a slight increase in HBV DNA and alanine aminotransferase, while there was no HBV reactivation and correlated liver damage. Conclusion: Patients with HBV-associated liver cancer who received combined therapy have good anti-tumor efficacy and safety profile. PD-1 treatment has a certain effect on HBV. Compared with non-responders, patients with tumor response have better antiviral treatment efficacy. The safety of treatment in patients with high viral load is manageable, and there are no safety issues related to HBV reactivation.
