Observation of New Resonances Decaying to J/ψK^{+} and J/ψϕ. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2021; 127:082001. Abstract
The first observation of exotic states with a new quark content cc[over ¯]us[over ¯] decaying to the J/ψK^{+} final state is reported with high significance from an amplitude analysis of the B^{+}→J/ψϕK^{+} decay. The analysis is carried out using proton-proton collision data corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1} collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. The most significant state, Z_{cs}(4000)^{+}, has a mass of 4003±6_{-14}^{+4} MeV, a width of 131±15±26 MeV, and spin parity J^{P}=1^{+}, where the quoted uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. A new 1^{+} X(4685) state decaying to the J/ψϕ final state is also observed with high significance. In addition, the four previously reported J/ψϕ states are confirmed and two more exotic states, Z_{cs}(4220)^{+} and X(4630), are observed with significance exceeding 5 standard deviations.

Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of humanized anti-BCMA chimeric antigen receptor modified (BCMA CAR) -T cell therapy after disease progression with their murine BCMA CAR-T cell therapy in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (MM) . Methods: Study participants underwent leukapheresis to collect T cells for BCMA CAR-T manufacturing. Patients were pretreated with intensive chemotherapy (fludarabine combined with cytarabine) before CAR-T therapy. Adverse events (AEs) , CAR DNA expansion, and cytokine were monitored. In vitro, transfection efficacy, specific cytotoxicity, and inflammatory response were detected when co-cultured with effector and target cells. Results: Patient (PT) 1 and 2 achieved complete remission (CR) and disease stability at 3 months post murine CAR-T therapy. However, 16 and 18 months later, they experienced progression of disease (PD) , and patient 1 presented with extramedullary disease at PD. Both of the patients received humanized CAR-T therapy and achieved partial remission (PR) and very good partial remission (VGPR) post humanized CAR-T therapy. PT1 achieved CR of the soft tissue masses at 4 months post humanized CAR-T therapy. Notably, the median peak of the BCMA CAR-T cells, copy of BCMA CAR gene, persistence of BCMA CAR-T, and the peak levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IFN-γ and TNF-α were higher in humanized CAR-T therapy than those in the murine CAR-T therapy. During the murine CAR-T therapy, both of the patients experienced grade 1 CRS and no ICANS. PT1 experienced grade 3 CRS and grade 2 ICANS during humanized CAR-T therapy, which were relieved by supportive care. Grade 2 CRS was observed for patient 2 during humanized CAR-T therapy. Humanized BCMA CAR-T cells showed a higher inflammatory response and in vitro cytotoxicity than that of murine BCMA CAR-T cells with effector/targets cells at 1∶1 over 48 hours (P<0.001) . The proportions of residual cells in humanized BCMA CAR-T and murine CAR-T were (17.38±5.18) % vs (28.27±4.58) %, (13.25±1.62) % vs (22.77±1.77) % for PT1 and PT2, respectively. Conclusions: The humanized BCMA CAR-T cell therapy was efficient and safe for patients who experienced progression of disease after the murine CAR-T therapy, especially for patients with extramedullary disease.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of intestinal protozoan infections among rural children in Henan Province. METHODS A total of 104 survey sites were sampled from 35 counties (cities) in Henan Province using the stratified cluster sampling method to investigate the prevalence of intestinal protozoan infections among rural children from 2014 to 2015. The trophozoites and cysts of intestinal protozoa were identified using the iodine staining method and the physiological saline direct smear method (one detection for one stool sample). The prevalence of intestinal protozoan infections was compared among rural children with different characteristics, and the factors affecting intestinal protozoan infections among rural children were identified. RESULTS The overall prevalence of intestinal protozoan infections was 0.60% (40/6 771) among rural children in Henan Province from 2014 to 2015. There were 7 species of intestinal protozoa identified, and there was no species-specific prevalence (χ2 = 37.732, P = 0.000). No significant differences were found in prevalence of intestinal protozoan infections among rural children in terms of gender (χ2 = 1.793, P = 0.181), age (χ2 = 1.443, P = 0.486), occupation (χ2 = 0.219, P = 0.896) or ecological region (χ2 = 1.700, P = 0.637). In addition, terrain (χ2 = 2.311, P = 0.510), economic level (χ2 = 4.322, P = 0.229), source of drinking water (χ2 = 0.731, P = 0.393), eating raw vegetables (χ2 = 1.134, P = 0.287) and deworming (χ2 = 1.089, P = 0.297) had no remarkable effects on the prevalence of intestinal protozoan infections among rural children in Henan Province; however, the prevalence of intestinal protozoan infections varied significantly among rural children living in regions with different coverage of non-harmless toilets (χ2 = 10.050, P = 0.018). CONCLUSIONS The prevalence of intestinal protozoan infections is low among rural children in Henan Province.

Abstract
PURPOSE Vascular mimicry (VM) tubules are lumen structures comprised of malignant tumor cells without the participation of endothelial cells. VM simulates blood vessel function in tumors to deliver a sufficient blood supply for proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of malignant tumors, thereby reducing the clinical effects of anti-angiogenic treatments. The elimination or prevention of malignant tumor VM development therefore represents an urgent research goal as a therapeutic strategy to and cut off nutrients required for tumor growth. The GATA transcription factor TRPS1 is abnormally up-regulated in breast cancer, osteosarcoma, prostate cancer, and other tumor tissues, and is instrumental in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and tissue growth and development. METHODS Here, we explored the effects of TRPS1 knockdown on VM and the proteins underlying its development in triple-negative breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231. RESULTS We found that TRPS1 knockdown resulted in obvious inhibition of VM development. Fluorescence microscopy of F-actin and tubulin revealed that loss of TRPS1 function resulted in disruption of cytoskeleton and microtubule formation, respectively. In addition, TRPS1-suppressed cells exhibited reduced accumulation of VM-associated proteins EphA2, MMP-2, MMP-9, VEGF, and VE-cadherin. Moreover, it is interesting to know that the capacity for migration and invasion were limited in MDA-MB-231cells after TRPS1 knockdown and that the average number of VM tubules, their length, and number of intersections were also significantly decreased. CONCLUSIONS Based on our results, and in light of previous studies, we thus proposed that TRPS1 suppression negatively affects vascular mimicry possibly through reduced TRPS1-mediated transcriptional regulation of VM-related protein VEGF-A.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Infections are one of the most common causes of morbidity and mortality in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). SLE patients have a higher risk of tuberculosis (TB) infection due to impaired immune defence. OBJECTIVES To investigate the demographics, clinical characteristics and outcomes of patients with SLE and concomitant TB. METHODS Medical records of SLE patients with TB who were admitted to Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) Hospital in 1983-2019 were retrospectively reviewed. Age- and sex-matched SLE inpatients without TB were randomly selected as controls. Clinical and laboratory features and treatment were analysed and compared, and subjects were followed up to assess their outcome. RESULTS Of the 10 469 SLE inpatients, 249 (2.4%) were diagnosed with TB. Compared with controls, SLE/TB + patients exhibited higher frequency of prior haematologic, mucocutaneous and musculoskeletal system involvement, and prior treatment with potent glucocorticoid/immunosuppressive agents (GC/ISA). Arthritis and alopecia, positive T-SPOT.TB test and lymphocytopenia were more common in SLE/TB + patients. SLE/TB + patients with lupus before TB (SLE → TB) had higher risk of miliary TB (22.8%) and intracranial TB (16.5%) than SLE/TB + patients with lupus after TB (TB → SLE). SLE/TB + patients exhibited shorter long-term survival than SLE/TB- patients; those with poorer in-hospital outcomes had more severe lymphocytopenia and had received less treatment with ISAs. CONCLUSION Systemic lupus erythematosus patients treated vigorously with GC/ISA should be alerted of increased risk of TB infection, especially miliary and intracranial TB. Positive T-SPOT.TB and lymphocytopenia served as discriminatory variables between SLE/TB + and SLE/TB- patients. Lymphocytopenia was associated with poorer outcomes in SLE/TB + patients.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) is the most common complication of ischemic cardiomyopathy, which severely affects the prognosis of patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the protective effects of visfatin on the myocardium after ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) and its mechanism. MATERIALS AND METHODS Sprague Dawley rats were used to construct the MIRI model and visfatin was administrated intraperitoneally in rats to determine the protective effect of visfatin on myocardium after I/R. In addition, visfatin was used to treat rat myocardial cell line H9c2 cells and detect its effect on H9c2 cells. The effect of visfatin on the PI3K/Akt/HSP70 signaling axis in H9c2 cells was also detected to determine the mechanism of the myocardial protection of visfatin. RESULTS The damage of cardiomyocytes in MIRI rats pretreated with visfatin was significantly improved compared with untreated MIRI rats. Visfatin also reduced the level of inflammation and apoptosis of cardiomyocytes in MIRI rats, reduced myocardial injury markers, and improved cardiac function. In vitro, visfatin also reduced inflammatory and apoptotic factors in H9c2 cells. In addition, visfatin also promoted the activity of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and increased HSP70 expression in H9c2 cells. The inhibition of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway was found to attenuate the promotion of HSP70 by visfatin. SiRNA-HSP70 also attenuated the protective effect of visfatin on H9c2 cells. CONCLUSIONS Visfatin reduces the inflammation and apoptosis levels of myocardial cells through the PI3K/Akt/HSP70 signaling axis, thereby reducing I/R-induced myocardial injury.

Abstract
1. Growth performance is significant for chickens. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have been found to play important roles in the post-transcriptional regulation of skeletal muscle growth. However, the mechanism of miRNAs in this process has not been elucidated.2. This study involved collecting leg muscle from slow- and fast-growing groups of Bian chicken at 16 weeks of age for high-throughput sequencing. A total of 42 differentially expressed miRNAs (DEMs) were identified. Among them, 22 DEMs were up-regulated and 20 DEMs were down-regulated.3. Biological process terms, relating to growth, were found by GO enrichment for target genes of DEMs and KEGG pathway analysis of target genes. This revealed some significantly enriched pathways closely related to skeletal muscle development, such as the calcium signalling pathway, ECM-receptor interaction, lysine degradation, apoptosis and tight junctions. Network interaction analysis of DEMs and target genes showed that the top fifty hub genes were targeted by thirteen DEMs.4. Four important miRNAs (novel_miR_158, novel_miR_144, novel_miR_291, and miR-205a) as well as some other valuable miRNAs, such as gga-miR-214 and gga-miR-3525 were identified. The qPCR results of five DEMs were highly consistent with that of sequencing between the two groups, which proved the reliability of miRNA-seq.5. The study will help to improve the molecular mechanism of miRNAs in chickens and guide future experiments concerning miRNA function in chicken growth.

Abstract
We present an angular analysis of the B^{+}→K^{*+}(→K_{S}^{0}π^{+})μ^{+}μ^{-} decay using 9 fb^{-1} of pp collision data collected with the LHCb experiment. For the first time, the full set of CP-averaged angular observables is measured in intervals of the dimuon invariant mass squared. Local deviations from standard model predictions are observed, similar to those in previous LHCb analyses of the isospin-partner B^{0}→K^{*0}μ^{+}μ^{-} decay. The global tension is dependent on which effective couplings are considered and on the choice of theory nuisance parameters.

EUROPEAN REVIEW FOR MEDICAL AND PHARMACOLOGICAL SCIENCES 2021; 24:5988-5995. Abstract
OBJECTIVE We aimed at analyzing the correlation between microRNA-133a-5p expression and clinical pathological parameters in patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and exploring the mechanism by which microRNA-133a-5p affects the biological behavior of ccRCC cells. PATIENTS AND METHODS MicroRNA-133a-5p expression in ccRCC tissues and cell lines were examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and the relationship between ATG14 expression and clinicopathological parameters of ccRCC patients was analyzed. A control group (NC mimic) and a microRNA-133a-5p overexpression group (microRNA-133a-5p mimic) were set in the ccRCC cell lines ACHN and 786-O, respectively. The impacts of microRNA-133a-5p on the proliferation and invasion of ccRCC cells were evaluated through performing Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) and transwell tests, respectively. We further explored the interaction between microRNA-133a-5p and its downstream target gene WNK2 by bioinformatics analysis and Luciferase assay. RESULTS Both in ccRCC tissues and cell lines, microRNA-133a-5p showed a significantly reduced expression, which could be used to predict poor prognosis of ccRCC patients. Upregulation of microRNA-133a-5p markedly blunted the proliferation and migratory capacities of HCC cells. Bioinformatics analysis suggested that microRNA-133a-5p can target MON2. In addition, qPCR assay indicated an increased expression of MON2 in ccRCC cell lines and tissues, which was negatively correlated with microRNA-133a-5p. Finally, in vitro cell reverse experiments suggested that overexpression of MON2 counteracted the inhibitory effects of overexpression of microRNA-133a-5p on the proliferation and metastatic capacity of ccRCC. CONCLUSIONS This study suggests that the reduced expression of microRNA-133a-5p in ccRCC tissue specimens can predict poor prognosis of ccRCC patients. At the same time, microRNA-133a-5p may suppress the proliferation capacity and metastasis of ccRCC cells by acting on MON2.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Neuroblastoma is the most frequent tumor of sympathetic nervous system in infants. MiRNAs acted as oncogenes or tumor suppressors in the process of tumor development. We aim at exploring the functions of miRNA in neuroblastoma. PATIENTS AND METHODS Cell viability and invasion were evaluated by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) and transwell assays. Western blot was utilized to assess the protein expression associated with epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers. Quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) was performed to calculate the mRNA levels of miRNA and gene. RESULTS MiR-424 was downregulated while doublecortin like kinase 1 (DCLK1) was upregulated in neuroblastoma tissues and cells compared to adjacent non-tumor and normal spongiocyte cells. MiR-424 suppressed cell viability, invasion, and EMT by targeting DCLK1. MiR-424 regulated the expression of DCLK1 by directly binding to the 3'-untranslated region (UTR) of DCLK1 mRNA in SK-N-SH and Be2C cells. DCLK1 reversed partial functions of miR-424 in neuroblastoma. CONCLUSIONS MiR-424 suppressed cell viability, invasion, and EMT by directly targeting the 3'-UTR of DCLK1 mRNA. The newly identified miR-424/DCLK1 axis provides novel insights into the pathogenesis of neuroblastoma.

Abstract
Using pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb^{-1} collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, the B^{0}→D^{-}D^{+}K^{+}π^{-} decay is studied. A new excited D_{s}^{+} meson is observed decaying into the D^{+}K^{+}π^{-} final state with large statistical significance. The pole mass and width, and the spin parity of the new state are measured with an amplitude analysis to be m_{R}=2591±6±7 MeV, Γ_{R}=89±16±12 MeV, and J^{P}=0^{-}, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. Fit fractions for all components in the amplitude analysis are also reported. The new resonance, denoted as D_{s0}(2590)^{+}, is a strong candidate to be the D_{s}(2^{1}S_{0})^{+} state, the radial excitation of the pseudoscalar ground-state D_{s}^{+} meson.

EUROPEAN REVIEW FOR MEDICAL AND PHARMACOLOGICAL SCIENCES 2021; 24:3069-3076. [PMID: 32271424 DOI: 10.26355/eurrev_202003_20671] [Citation(s) in RCA: 2] [Impact Index Per Article: 0.7] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Indexed: 11/12/2022]
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of hsa_circ_001193 on the proliferation and apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cells. MATERIALS AND METHODS The messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expression level of hsa_circ_001193 in three NPC cell lines (CNE-1, SUNE-1, and HONE-1) and human normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cell line (NP69) was detected via quantitative Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). The expression of hsa_circ_001193 was silenced through transient transfection with small-interfering RNA (siRNA). Regulatory effects of hsa_circ_001193 knockdown on the proliferation and apoptosis of HONE-1 cells were determined using cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, colony formation assay, and flow cytometry. Potential miRNAs binding hsa_circ_001193 were predicted in the StarBase, which was further verified via Dual-Luciferase reporter assay and qRT-PCR. Moreover, the involvement of the predicted target miRNA in the proliferation of HONE-1 cells regulated by hsa_circ_001193 was determined by CCK-8 assay. RESULTS Compared with that in human normal nasopharyngeal epithelial cell line (NP69), the expression of hsa_circ_001193 was significantly upregulated in NPC cell lines (p<0.05). The results of CCK-8 assay and colony formation assay showed that knockdown of hsa_circ_001193 could significantly suppress the cell proliferation ability and colony formation ability compared with control group (p<0.05). The results of flow cytometry revealed that the apoptosis rate in hsa_circ_001193 knockdown group was remarkably higher than that in control group (p<0.05). Besides, according to the analysis of StarBase database, there were binding sites between hsa_circ_001193 and miR-496. The Dual-Luciferase reporter assay manifested that miR-496 bound hsa_circ_001193 (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Hsa_circ_001193 can serve as the miR-496 sponge, which regulates proliferation and apoptosis of NPC cells through up-regulating miR-496. Our findings provide a new therapeutic target for NPC.

Abstract
The production of χ_{c1}(3872) and ψ(2S) hadrons is studied as a function of charged particle multiplicity in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2 fb^{-1}. For both states, the fraction that is produced promptly at the collision vertex is found to decrease as charged particle multiplicity increases. The ratio of χ_{c1}(3872) to ψ(2S) cross sections for promptly produced particles is also found to decrease with multiplicity, while no significant dependence on multiplicity is observed for the equivalent ratio of particles produced away from the collision vertex in b-hadron decays. This behavior is consistent with a calculation that models the χ_{c1}(3872) structure as a compact tetraquark. Comparisons with model calculations and implications for the binding energy of the χ_{c1}(3872) state are discussed.

Li P, Huang Y, Yang Y, Huang X. Methylphenidate exerts neuroprotective effects through the AMPK signaling pathway. Hum Exp Toxicol 2021; 40:1422-1433. [PMID: 33660552 DOI: 10.1177/0960327121996021] [Citation(s) in RCA: 1] [Impact Index Per Article: 0.3] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Key Words] [Track Full Text] [Journal Information] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Indexed: 12/12/2022]
Abstract
PURPOSE Cerebral ischemia is the main cause of permanent adult disabilities worldwide. This study investigated the reparative effects and potential mechanisms of methylphenidate (MPH), a medication for the treatment of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. METHODS In vitro oxygen-glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R) and in vivo cerebral ischemia-reperfusion models were established. Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups (n = 20): Sham, Model, and MPH (0.5 and 1 mg/kg). Rats in MPH groups were treated with 0.5 or 1 mg/kg MPH via intraperitoneal injection for 7 days. Rats in the Sham and Model groups were treated with PBS during the same period. Cell viability was measured using MTT assay. Apoptosis was detected by Annexin V/PI staining. Protein expression was detected by Western blot. The volume of cerebral infarction was detected by triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining. The DNA damage in ischemic brain tissues was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) assay. RESULTS MPH treatment significantly reduced OGD/R-induced cell damage, shown by the increased cell viability and decreased apoptotic rate. p-AMPK and p-ACC protein expression increased in the OGD/R model after MPH treatment. The addition of AMPK inhibitor largely abolished the neuroprotective effects of MPH, evidenced by the reduced cell viability, increased apoptotic rate, and decreased protein expression of p-AMPK as well as p-ACC. Moreover, MPH treatment significantly alleviated the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and decreased apoptosis in brain tissues, which may be associated with the AMPK/ACC pathway. CONCLUSIONS MPH exerted protective activities against oxidative stress in the OGD/R model and ameliorated brain damage of rats in the middle cerebral artery occlusion model, at least in part, through activating the AMPK pathway. These data demonstrated neuroprotective properties of MPH and highlighted it as a potential therapeutic agent against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.

Measurement of CP Violation in the Decay B^{+}→K^{+}π^{0}. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2021; 126:091802. Abstract
A measurement of CP violation in the decay B^{+}→K^{+}π^{0} is reported using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb^{-1} collected with the LHCb experiment at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=13 TeV. The CP asymmetry is measured to be 0.025±0.015±0.006±0.003, where the uncertainties are statistical, systematic, and due to an external input. This is the most precise measurement of this quantity. It confirms and significantly enhances the observed anomalous difference between the direct CP asymmetries of the B^{0}→K^{+}π^{-} and B^{+}→K^{+}π^{0} decays, known as the Kπ puzzle.

Abstract
The first observation of the suppressed semileptonic B_{s}^{0}→K^{-}μ^{+}ν_{μ} decay is reported. Using a data sample recorded in pp collisions in 2012 with the LHCb detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2 fb^{-1}, the branching fraction B(B_{s}^{0}→K^{-}μ^{+}ν_{μ}) is measured to be [1.06±0.05(stat)±0.08(syst)]×10^{-4}, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second one represents the combined systematic uncertainties. The decay B_{s}^{0}→D_{s}^{-}μ^{+}ν_{μ}, where D_{s}^{-} is reconstructed in the final state K^{+}K^{-}π^{-}, is used as a normalization channel to minimize the experimental systematic uncertainty. Theoretical calculations on the form factors of the B_{s}^{0}→K^{-} and B_{s}^{0}→D_{s}^{-} transitions are employed to determine the ratio of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix elements |V_{ub}|/|V_{cb}| at low and high B_{s}^{0}→K^{-} momentum transfer.

Abstract
Allergic diseases have continued to increase year by year causing serious physical and mental injury to patients, families and individuals. This increase has been driven by conventional environmental and nutritional changes but is also created by the continual introduction of food additives into the diet and novel interior decoration materials into the living space. The causes of allergic diseases are complex and diverse, and the medical laboratory often is not be able to identify the allergic trigger; this creates a difficult environment to identify the appropriate clinical treatment for disease prevention and control. Physicians must be able to identify these triggers to help patients avoid the underlying allergenic cause of their disease. This can only be done by actively knowing a patient's medical history, identifying the clinical manifestations of hypersensitivity and utilizing confirmatory testing as an important clinical tool in identifying the allergic source.

EUROPEAN REVIEW FOR MEDICAL AND PHARMACOLOGICAL SCIENCES 2020; 23:10818-10826. Abstract
OBJECTIVE The incidence and death rate of lung cancer has been rising year by year. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) seriously affects people's health and quality of life. This study was designed to explore the functional role of long-chain non-coding RNA (LncRNA) MIR503HG in the development of NSCLC. PATIENTS AND METHODS The quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) assay was conducted to access the expression level of MIR503HG in NSCLC cell lines and tissues. The Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, colony formation assay, and flow cytometric analysis were performed to assess the ability of MIR503HG in regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis in NSCLC. Subsequently, Western blotting was used to detect the expression level of Wnt1 in NSCLC. Besides, in vivo tumorigenesis assay was performed in nude mice to examine the ability of MIR503HG in tumor formation. RESULTS MIR503HG was downregulated in NSCLC. CCK-8 assay and colony formation assay revealed that MIR503HG negatively regulated cell proliferation in NSLCL progression. In addition, MIR503HG promoted cell apoptosis and suppressed cell cycle progression in NSCLC in vitro. MIR503HG inhibited tumor formation in nude mice bearing NSCLC in vivo. MIR503HG downregulated Wnt1 expression in NSCLC. CONCLUSIONS Lon non-coding RNA MIR503HG was downregulated in NSCLC. The over-expression of MIR503HG suppressed cell proliferation and promoted cell apoptosis in vitro and repressed tumorigenesis in vivo. MIR503HG suppressed NSCLC progression via negatively regulating Wnt1 expression.

Abstract
The only anticipated resonant contributions to B^{+}→D^{+}D^{-}K^{+} decays are charmonium states in the D^{+}D^{-} channel. A model-independent analysis, using LHCb proton-proton collision data taken at center-of-mass energies of sqrt[s]=7, 8, and 13 TeV, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}, is carried out to test this hypothesis. The description of the data assuming that resonances only manifest in decays to the D^{+}D^{-} pair is shown to be incomplete. This constitutes evidence for a new contribution to the decay, potentially one or more new charm-strange resonances in the D^{-}K^{+} channel with masses around 2.9 GeV/c^{2}.

Abstract
Objective: To preliminarily explore the treatment effect of nivolumab on Chinese non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with brain metastases, and further enrich the evidences of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-1) monoclonal antibody in the treatment of NSCLC patients with brain metastases. Methods: The clinical and pathological data of 22 NSCLC patients with brain metastases treated with nivolumab were collected. The electronic imaging data were collected to confirm the treatment effect and time point of disease progression, and the survival data of the patients were obtained through follow-up. Results: Twenty-one patients were evaluated for the intracranial treatment effect. The intracerebral objective response rate (IORR) was 28.6%, the intracranial disease control rate (IDCR) was 47.6%. The median intracranial progression-free-survival (iPFS) of all the 22 patients was 5.2 months. Both the 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 56.7%. Conclusions: The treatment effect of PD-1 monoclonal antibody on NSCLC patients with brain metastases is similar as those without brain metastases.

Abstract
A study of prompt charm-hadron pair production in proton-lead collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=8.16 TeV is performed using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of about 30 nb^{-1}, collected with the LHCb experiment. Production cross sections for different pairs of charm hadrons are measured and kinematic correlations between the two charm hadrons are investigated. This is the first measurement of associated production of two charm hadrons in proton-lead collisions. The results confirm the predicted enhancement of double parton scattering production in proton-lead collisions compared to the single parton scattering production.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the value of intraoperative cerebral oxygen saturation in predicting postoperative neurocognitive dysfunction (PND) in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods: A total of 210 cases of lumbar decompression, bone grafting and fusion surgery under general anesthesia were collected in the Third Central Hospital of Tianjin from June, 2019 to January, 2020, either sex, aged 65-75 year, BMI 19.5-32.5 kg/m(2), ASA physical status Ⅱ or Ⅲ, preoperative comorbidities with mild cognitive impairment. MoCA and MMSE were used to evaluate the cognitive function of patients 1 day before the operation, 7 days and 3 monthes after operation. PND group (n=38) and non-PND group (n=172) were selected according to postoperative MMSE and MoCA scale scores and the diagnostic criteria of PND. Heart rate (HR) , mean arterial pressure (MAP), pulse oxygen saturation (SpO(2)), bispectral index (BIS), cerebral tissue oxygen saturation (SctO(2), average left and right brain SctO(2) were recorded) were recorded pre-anesthetic (T(0)), ten minutes of anesthesia(T(1)), twenty minutes of anesthesia (T(2)), thirty minutes into the operation (T(3)), one hour into the operation (T(4)), end of the surgery (T(5)), and leave the PACU (T(6)). SctO(2) at time point T(0) was the base value of SctO(2), and the maximum percentage drop in SctO(2) from the base value was calculated (SctO(2max)%). Results: The incidence of PND was 18% (38/210) in 210 elderly patients undergoing surgery. The age of PND group and non-PND group was (71.0±2.1) and (67.8±2.0) years old, and the PACU time was (57±5) and (46±8) min, respectively. Compared with the non-PND group, the age of the PND group was higher (t=2.600, P<0.05) and the PACU time was longer (t=3.039, P<0.05). At the time points T(3), T(4), T(5) and T(6), SctO(2) in the PND group was (62±10) %, (60±11) %, (64±12) % and (66±10)%, respectively, lower than that in the non-PND group (67±60) %, (68±6) %, (69±5) % and (70±7)%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.369, 4.906, 3.787, 2.516, all P<0.05).The MoCA and MMSE scores of the PND group were (22.9±1.2) and (24.1±1.2) points, respectively, 1 day before surgery; and the MoCA and MMSE scores of the PND group were reduced to (20.8±1.2) and (21.3±0.7) points, respectively, 7 days after surgery, with statistically significant differences (t=3.523, 5.675, all P<0.05). MoCA and MMSE scores 7 days after surgery in the non-PND group were (22.4±1.3) and (23.1±1.6) points, respectively. Compared with the non-PND group, MoCA and MMSE scores 7 days after surgery in the PND group were reduced (t=2.630, 3.108, all P<0.05). The critical value of intraoperative SctO(2max)% was 13.74%, the area under the curve of PND was predicted to be 0.907 (95%CI: 0.819-0.995), sensitivity and specificity were 88.9% and 88.5%, respectively. Conclusion: SctO(2max)%>13.74% can be used as an indicator to predict PND occurrence in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment during lumbar surgery.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the influence of life satisfaction level and occupational stress related influencing factors on workers in chip manufacturing industry in order to provide guidance for psychological intervention. Methods: In June to December 2016, by using sampling method, 2251workers in electronic manufacturing industry were selected as study subjects. A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the demographic and occupational data of workers, Job Demand-Control Model (JDC) 、Effort-reword Imbalance Model (ERI) 、Well-being Index (WHO-5) were used to investigate and analyze the status of life satisfaction respctively. To analyze the influence of occupational stress factors on life satisfaction. Results: There were 773 workers with low life satifaction, the detect rate was 34.5% (773/2251) . Single factor analysis showed that migrant workers, type of employment contract, week working time (h) , working system, contact risk factors, chronic disease and all occupational stress related factors were the influcecing factors of life satisfaction among workers (P<0.05) . The results of multiple factor logistic regression analysis showed that contact risk factors, high effort in work and high effort inner work were the risk factors of low life satisfaction in electronic device manufacturers (OR=1.544, 1.376, 1.788, P<0.05) . And non-migrant workers, high return in work, high autonomy and high social support were the protective factors of low life satisfaction in electronic device workers (OR=0.606, 0.390, 0.615, 0.622, P<0.05) . Conclusion: Enterprises should strengthen the protection education of hazard factors for employees, those who contact hazard factors and high effort in work, improve worker's returns and autonomy, improve their social support, improve workers' life satisfaction, and build healthy enterprises.

Abstract
Abstract Objective To study the expression of the three autophagy-associated proteins, BECN1, LC3 and p62, after the injury of the skeletal muscle of rats and to explore its application in differentiation between antemortem and postmortem injury. Methods The 72 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the undamaged control group, the antemortem injury group (0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 16 h and 24 h) and postmortem injury group (0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h and 4 h). A model of the injured right hind limb of rats was constructed. The expressions of the autophagy-associated proteins, BECN1, LC3-2/LC3-1 and p62, in the control group, the antemortem injury group and postmortem injury group were detected by Western blotting method. The data were respectively centralized and standardized and the orthogonal partial least square-discrimination analysis (OPLS-DA) identification model of antemortem and postmortem injury groups was constructed. Results The expression of BECN1, p62 protein and LC3-2/LC3-1 after the injury of the skeletal muscle of the rats showed different degrees of changes, but the differences among the 3 groups had no statistical significance. Antemortem and postmortem injury groups can be distinguished by centralizing and standardizing the expression levels of autophagy protein BECN1 and the ratio of LC3-2/LC3-1. The principal components extracted from OPLS-DA model of antemortem injury and postmortem injury had a relatively good interpretation of the model (Rx2=0.563, Ry2=0.439), but it were less predictive (Q2=0.366). Conclusion The expression of BECN1 and the ratio of LC3-2/LC3-1 in injured local tissue of the rat skeletal muscle can be used for the differentiation of antemortem injury group and postmortem injury group.
