Abstract
The limitation of suitable anomalous valley Hall effect (AVHE) materials has seriously hindered the booming development and the widespread application of valleytronics. Here, through the first-principles calculations, we propose a MXene monolayer Y3N2O2 with spontaneous valley polarization (VP) of 21.3 meV, which induces intrinsic AVHE. The VP can be modulated linearly, which provides a route of effective control of the valley signals. Importantly, VP can be enhanced by adjusting up the spin-orbit coupling (SOC) based on a SOC Hamiltonian model and the first-principles calculations. From this physics underlying, we substitute the Y atom with the La atom and further propose the monolayer La3N2O2, in which the heavy atom La will provide stronger SOC than Y atom. The spontaneous VP in La3N2O2 is enhanced to 100.4 meV, so AVHE can be easily achieved. Our work not only provides compelling candidates for AVHE materials but also offers a novel mindset for finding suitable valleytronic devices.

Abstract
Dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 1 (DDAH1) mainly degrades asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), an endogenous nitric oxide synthase inhibitor. Emerging evidence suggested that plasma ADMA is accumulated in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). However, ADMA-DDAH1 involvement in PCOS pathogenesis is unclear. Here, we used dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)-induced PCOS rats and the ovarian granulosa cell line KGN to investigate the effect of the ADMA-DDAH1 pathway on ovarian apoptosis. Moreover, we also quantified the ADMA levels and redox status in human serum specimens, Sprague Dawley rats and KGN cells to investigate the effect of ADMA-DDAH1 on redox status and ovarian apoptosis in PCOS. We enrolled 19 women with PCOS and 17 healthy women (controls) in this study. The women with PCOS had increased serum ADMA levels and decreased glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) compared with the controls. In Sprague Dawley rats, 21-day DHEA treatment established PCOS and the rat contained higher ADMA levels in serum and lower DDAH1 expression in ovaries. Moreover, the PCOS rat serum and ovaries exhibited increased levels of the oxidative stress marker malondialdehyde (MDA). ADMA treatment of the KGN cells induced reactive oxygen species accumulation and led to apoptosis. Contrastingly, overexpressing DDAH1 in the KGN cells significantly decreased ADMA levels, enhanced cell viability, and inhibited oxidative stress, while the effect was inverse in DDAH1 knockdown cells. Overall, our results demonstrated that PCOS involves elevated ADMA levels and redox imbalance. The ADMA-DDAH1 pathway exerted a marked effect on oxidative stress and ovarian apoptosis in PCOS. Our findings suggested that strategies for increasing DDAH1 activity in ovarian cells may provide a novel approach for ameliorating PCOS.

Abstract
BACKGROUND This systematic review and meta-analysis pooled the prevalence of psychological symptoms during the COVID-19 pandemic and examined the effects of the pandemic on psychological health in postpartum women. METHODS A systematic literature search and identification were performed in PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, and PsycINFO databases until June 16th, 2021. The fixed or random effect models to estimate the pooled prevalence of postpartum psychological symptoms during the COVID-19 pandemic and the odds ratio (OR) of COVID-19 for psychological symptoms. RESULTS A total of 29 articles including 20,225 postpartum women during the COVID-19 pandemic and 8312 before the COVID-19 pandemic were identified. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the prevalence of postpartum depressive, anxiety, stress, and post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms were 26.7 % (95 % CI: 22.0-31.9 %), 33.8 % (95 % CI: 21.1-49.4 %), 55.0 % (95%CI: 27.9-79.5 %), and 33.7 % (95%CI: 19.6-51.5 %), respectively. The ORs of COVID-19 pandemic for postpartum depressive and anxiety symptoms were 1.54 (95 % CI: 1.00-2.36) and 2.56 (95%CI: 1.62-4.04). Subgroup analyses revealed that women with >6 weeks after delivery, younger than 35 years old, low income, less education and without breastfeeding experienced a higher risk of depressive or anxiety symptoms after delivery. LIMITATIONS Only a few of prospective studies were included, and significant but inevitable heterogeneities were found in some analyses. CONCLUSION A significantly higher proportion of postpartum women were suffered from psychological symptoms during COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in those with >6 weeks after delivery, younger than 35 years old, low income, less education and formula feeding.

Abstract
Background: The aim of this study was to assess the association between pet ownership and threatened abortion (TA) in pregnant Chinese women. Materials and Methods: We enrolled pregnant women from 18 provinces and autonomous regions across China between November 2017 and December 2020. Participants were grouped based on the presence or absence of pet ownership. Pet owners were further sub-grouped based on the presence or absence of close contact with their pets. Pet species included cats, dogs, and both. Generalised linear mixed models, with province as a random effect, were used to estimate the associations between pet ownership and TA. Results: Pet ownership, whether or not one had close contact with pets, was associated with greater odds of TA (OR: 1.30, 95% CI: 1.21, 1.40). Keeping pet cats (OR: 1.24, 95% CI: 1.11, 1.40), dogs (OR: 1.29, 95% CI: 1.18, 1.41), or both cats and dogs (OR: 1.36, 95% CI: 1.04, 1.68) during pregnancy were all risk factors for TA. We observed significant group differences (p for difference < 0.05) in pre-pregnancy body mass index, education levels, and annual household income. Conclusions: Cat or dog ownership during pregnancy was associated with an increased risk of TA, especially among overweight, less educated, or lower-income participants.

Abstract
In vivo ultrasound imaging with phased array transducers is of great importance for both clinical application and biomedical research. In this work, relaxor ferroelectric PMN-0.28PT single crystal with very high piezoelectric constant d33 ≥ 2000 pC/N and electromechanical coupling coefficient k33 ∼ 0.92 is used to fabricate high-frequency phased array transducers. A 128-element 20-MHz phased array transducer is successfully fabricated, and the optimized performance of -6 dB average bandwidth of ∼ 84 % and insertion loss of -43 dB are achieved. The axial and lateral imaging resolutions of the transducer are determined to be 81 µm and 243 µm, respectively. With Verasonics image platform, in vivo fisheye images are acquired, demonstrating the potential application of our developed high-frequency phased array transducer for biomedical research on small animals.

Abstract
The Cryogenic Underground Observatory for Rare Events (CUORE) at Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso of INFN in Italy is an experiment searching for neutrinoless double beta (0νββ) decay. Its main goal is to investigate this decay in ^{130}Te, but its ton-scale mass and low background make CUORE sensitive to other rare processes as well. In this Letter, we present our first results on the search for 0νββ decay of ^{128}Te, the Te isotope with the second highest natural isotopic abundance. We find no evidence for this decay, and using a Bayesian analysis we set a lower limit on the ^{128}Te 0νββ decay half-life of T_{1/2}>3.6×10^{24} yr (90% CI). This represents the most stringent limit on the half-life of this isotope, improving by over a factor of 30 the previous direct search results, and exceeding those from geochemical experiments for the first time.

Abstract
Current therapeutic strategies for central nervous system (CNS) relapse of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) are extremely limited. Secondary central nervous system lymphoma (SCNSL) also shows a grave prognosis and high mortality. This report describes a young female patient with DLBCL and CNS relapse who received low-dose CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy followed with Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitor and programmed cell death protein 1 antibody after several lines of chemotherapy. However, limited reports on CAR-T cell therapy are applied for SCNSL, particularly those in combination with targeted agents. The current treatment combination for this case provides a new regimen for CNS relapse from DLBCL.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of children with Burkitt lymphoma (BL) and to summarize the mid-term efficacy of China Net Childhood Lymphoma-mature B-cell lymphoma 2017 (CNCL-B-NHL-2017) regimen. Methods: Clinical features of 436 BL patients who were ≤18 years old and treated with the CNCL-B-NHL-2017 regimen from May 2017 to April 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. Clinical characteristics of patients at disease onset were analyzed and the therapeutic effects of patients with different clinical stages and risk groups were compared. Survival analysis was performed by Kaplan-Meier method, and Cox regression was used to identify the prognostic factors. Results: Among 436 patients, there were 368 (84.4%) males and 68 (15.6%) females, the age of disease onset was 6.0 (4.0, 9.0) years old. According to the St. Jude staging system, there were 4 patients (0.9%) with stage Ⅰ, 30 patients (6.9%) with stage Ⅱ, 217 patients (49.8%) with stage Ⅲ, and 185 patients (42.4%) with stage Ⅳ. All patients were stratified into following risk groups: group A (n=1, 0.2%), group B1 (n=46, 10.6%), group B2 (n=19, 4.4%), group C1 (n=285, 65.4%), group C2 (n=85, 19.5%). Sixty-three patients (14.4%) were treated with chemotherapy only and 373 patients (85.6%) were treated with chemotherapy combined with rituximab. Twenty-one patients (4.8%) suffered from progressive disease, 3 patients (0.7%) relapsed, and 13 patients (3.0%) died of treatment-related complications. The follow-up time of all patients was 24.0 (13.0, 35.0) months, the 2-year event free survival (EFS) rate of all patients was (90.9±1.4) %. The 2-year EFS rates of group A, B1, B2, C1 and C2 were 100.0%, 100.0%, (94.7±5.1) %, (90.7±1.7) % and (85.9±4.0) %, respectively. The 2-year EFS rates was higher in group A, B1, and B2 than those in group C1 (χ2=4.16, P=0.041) and group C2 (χ2=7.21, P=0.007). The 2-year EFS rates of the patients treated with chemotherapy alone and those treated with chemotherapy combined with rituximab were (79.3±5.1)% and (92.9±1.4)% (χ2=14.23, P<0.001) respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that stage Ⅳ (including leukemia stage), serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)>4-fold normal value, and with residual tumor in the mid-term evaluation were risk factors for poor prognosis (HR=1.38,1.23,8.52,95%CI 1.05-1.82,1.05-1.43,3.96-18.30). Conclusions: The CNCL-B-NHL-2017 regimen show significant effect in the treatment of pediatric BL. The combination of rituximab improve the efficacy further.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES The aim of this study was to investigate whether angiotensin (Ang)-(1-7)-mediated restoration of pancreatic microcirculation profiles and endothelial injury is associated with the expression of telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT). METHODS Wild-type, TERT transgene, and TERT knockdown mice were used in this study, and acute pancreatitis model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of cerulein and lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Pancreatitis was confirmed by histopathology and serum amylase levels. Pancreatic microcirculation function was assessed by laser Doppler. Endothelial injury model was established by exposing endothelial cells to LPS. Proinflammatory cytokines were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, endothelial permeability was detected using transwell assay, and mitochondrial dysfunction and mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (mtROS) were determined by performing confocal microscopy. RESULTS The effects of Ang-(1-7) in the treatment of pancreatic microcirculation dysfunction were associated with TERT expression. In addition, Ang-(1-7) protected against endothelial cell lesions via inhibiting the increase in endothelial cell permeability and release of proinflammatory cytokines in a TERT-dependent manner. Furthermore, TERT was involved in Ang-(1-7)-mediated attenuation of mitochondrial dysfunction and mtROS in LPS-induced endothelial cells. CONCLUSIONS Angiotensin-(1-7) restores pancreatic microcirculation profiles and reverses endothelial injury by inhibiting mtROS production and mitochondrial dysfunction in a TERT-dependent manner.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of honokiol (HKL) for reducing doxorubicin (DOX)-induced cardiotoxicity in H9c2 cells and the underlying mechanisms. METHODS H9c2 cells were divided into control group, DOX group, HKL + DOX group, and HKL+compound C+DOX group. After 24 h of corresponding treatment, the cells were examined for morphological changes and cell viability using CCK-8 assay. The mRNA expressions of the inflammatory factors including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) were detected by RT-PCR, and the protein levels of cleaved caspase-3, cytochrome c, NOD-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3), caspase-1, apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC), p-AMPK and nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 (Nrf2) were detected with Western blotting; the expressions of NLRP3 and p-AMPK also detected with immunofluorescence staining. RESULTS DOX treatment caused swelling and significantly lowered the viability of H9c2 cells (P < 0.05), resulting also in increased mRNA expressions of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β (P < 0.05) and protein expressions of cleaved caspase-3, cytochrome c, NLRP3, caspase-1 and ASC (P < 0.05) but reduced protein levels of p-AMPK and Nrf2 (P < 0.05); fluorescence staining showed significantly increased NLRP3 expression and decreased expression of p-AMPK in DOX-treated cells (P < 0.05). All these changes in COX-treated cells were significantly alleviated by HKL treatment (P < 0.05). The application of compound C obviously mitigated the protective effects of HKL against DOX-induced cardiotoxicity in H9c2 cells. CONCLUSIONS HKL can alleviate DOX-induced cardiotoxicity by inhibiting pyroptosis in H9c2 cells, and this effect is mediated by activation of AMPK to regulate Nrf2 signaling.

The benefit of levothyroxine (L-T4) on serum lipid levels are unclear among pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH). OBJECTIVE To determine the recommended reference ranges for serum lipid concentrations during pregnancy and effects of L-T4 treatment on serum lipids in pregnant women with SCH. DESIGN Cohort study. METHODS A analysis of 20,365 women in the first trimester was conducted at Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University during 2018-2020. After excluding women with adverse pregnancy outcomes, we determined the reference range of serum lipid in the first and third trimesters of pregnancy by using median and quartile to determine appropriate percentiles. Next, we divided into three groups as follows: SCH L-T4 treatment group (n = 319), SCH non-intervention group (n = 103) and the control group(n = 9598). RESULTS The recommended reference range for serum lipids in the first trimester of pregnancy should be: TC < 5.33 mmol/L, TG < 1.73 mmol/L, LDL-C < 3.12 mmol/L and HDL-C > 1.1 mmol/L, and in third trimester of pregnancy should be: TC < 8.47 mmol/L, TG < 4.86 mmol/L, LDL-C < 5.3 mmol/L and HDL-C > 1.34 mmol/L. There are significant differences in TC and LDL-C levels between SCH treatment group and SCH non-intervention Group (P = 0.043, P = 0.046; respectively). CONCLUSIONS We determine the recommended reference ranges for serum lipid concentrations during pregnancy. TC and LDL-C levels in pregnant women with SCH could improve after L-T4 treatment.

Abstract
This work was carried out in order to broaden the application field of lignin and improve its additional value. The degraded deep eutectic solvent lignin-grafted poly(N-vinyl caprolactam) (DES-lignin-g-PNVCL) was synthesized by using modified DES-lignin and NVCL via activators regenerated by electron transfer-atom transfer radical polymerization (ARGET-ATRP). Aspirin was coated with DES-lignin-g-PNVCL through self-assembly by an ethanol/water anti-solvent method to obtain lignin thermosensitive polymer nanoparticle coated aspirin (aspirin@LTNP). X-ray electron spectroscopy (XPS), elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), dynamic light scattering (DLS), and ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV) were used to characterize the composition, structure and morphology of DES-lignin-g-PNVCL and aspirin@LTNP. The releasing behavior of aspirin@LTNP at different temperatures and pH values was investigated. The safety was evaluated by cytotoxicity tests. The results indicated that aspirin@LTNP was mainly accumulated by the hydrophobic effect and π-π interaction in the process of self-assembly, and its morphology was an ellipsoid stacked layer by layer. The aspirin@LTNP hydrophilic chains were increased and had externally hydrophilic and internally hydrophobic structures. The particle size decreased slightly during the self-assembly process. The red-shift occurred at the π-π interaction wavelength of the lignin aromatic ring, which indicated a physical coating process. The coating rate of aspirin@LTNP was 88.87%. Aspirin@LTNP showed an obvious temperature response; the 96 h cumulative release rate at the LCST was 73.75 ± 1.16%, while the 96 h cumulative release rate above the LCST was 28.10 ± 0.92%. The 96 h cumulative release rate was 63.21 ± 0.57% at pH = 1.5 and 49.56 ± 0.48% at pH = 7.4. The dosage of aspirin@LTNP used in the experiment was safe. This study provided a strategy for drug coating and controlled release.

Abstract
Background Anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) positivity can contribute to inhibit thyroxine synthesis. Gut microbiota can interact with metabolic or immune diseases. However, dynamics of gut microbiota from the second (T2) to the third trimester (T3) in women with TPOAb-positive/negative subclinical hypothyroidism (TPOAb+/TPOAb− SCH) have not been reported. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate whether gut microbiota can be potential therapeutic targets for managing TPOAb+ SCH. Methods In this single-center prospective cohort study, we observed gut microbiota dynamics by sequencing 16S rRNA from fecal samples collected in T2 (20–23+ 6 weeks) and T3 (28–33+ 6 weeks). TPOAb+/TPOAb− SCH were stratified depending on whether or not they used levothyroxine (LT4) during the pregnancy (LT4+/LT4−). Microbiome bioinformatics analyses were performed using QIIME2. The linear discriminant analysis effect size (LEfSe) was used for the quantitative analysis of biomarkers. Functional profiling was performed with PICRUSt2. Results Distinct gut microbiota dynamics from T2 to T3 were noted in the TPOAb− (n = 68) and TPOAb+ (n = 64) SCH groups. The TPOAb+ LT4− group was characterized by enriched bacterial amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) of Prevotella in T2 and Bacteria, Lachnospirales, Lachnospiraceae, Blautia, and Agathobacter in T3 and by depleted ASVs of Gammaproteobacteria, Enterobacterales, and Enterobacteriaceae in T2 and Actinobacteriota, Coriobacteriia, Actinobacteria, Coriobacteriales, Bifidobacteriales, Bifidobacteriaceae, Bifidobacterium, Dorea formicigenerans, and Bifidobacterium longum in T3. The TPOAb+ LT4+ group was characterized by enriched bacterial ASVs of Blautia, Streptococcus salivarius, and Bifidobacterium longum in T3 and by depleted ASVs of Bacteroidota, Bacteroidia, Bacteroidales, and Prevotella in T2 and Agathobacter in T3. Moreover, we identified 53 kinds of metabolic functions that were mainly involved in sugar, lipid, and amino acid metabolism. Conclusions Our results indicated that low dynamics of gut microbiota composition and high dynamics of its metabolic function from T2 to T3 were associated with TPOAb+ SCH. We concluded that gut microbiota could be new targets for treatment of TPOAb+ SCH during pregnancy. Abstract
Malignant tumor is a class of diseases with extremely poor prognosis. Current treatment methods mainly include surgical resection, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, target-therapy, endocrine therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine. For solid malignant tumors, surgical resection is one of the most effective methods. This review proposes a new concept of "target-territory resection" by summarizing a large amount of clinical experience, which can better standardize the implementation of malignant tumor surgery. This technology defines the target-territory area through the principles of differentiation, dynamics and intelligence, thereby determining the optimal operation timing and resection range. According to the "fourstandard surgery" , this operation tries to achieve zero tumor burden, and enables patients to obtain better treatment outcomes.

Abstract
Background Spontaneous abortion is one of the prevalent adverse reproductive outcomes, which seriously threatens maternal health around the world. Objective The current study is aimed to evaluate the association between maternal age and risk for spontaneous abortion among pregnant women in China. Methods This was a case-control study based on the China Birth Cohort, we compared 338 cases ending in spontaneous abortion with 1,352 controls resulting in normal live births. The main exposure indicator and outcome indicator were maternal age and spontaneous abortion, respectively. We used both a generalized additive model and a two-piece-wise linear model to determine the association. We further performed stratified analyses to test the robustness of the association between maternal age and spontaneous abortion in different subgroups. Results We observed a J-shaped relationship between maternal age and spontaneous abortion risk, after adjusting for multiple covariates. Further, we found that the optimal threshold age was 29.68 years old. The adjusted odds ratio (95% confidence interval) of spontaneous abortion per 1 year increase in maternal age were 0.97 (0.90–1.06) on the left side of the turning point and 1.25 (1.28–1.31) on the right side. Additionally, none of the covariates studied modified the association between maternal age and spontaneous abortion (P > 0.05). Conclusions Advanced maternal age (>30 years old) was significantly associated with increased prevalence of spontaneous abortion, supporting a J-shaped association between maternal age and spontaneous abortion.
