Abstract
1. The role of probiotics in modulating intestinal mucosal immunity in chicks was investigated by measuring migration of intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) and cytokine signals in chicks fed on a diet supplemented with the Lactobacillus casei compared with those of chicks fed on an unsupplemented diet.2. Increased numbers of intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) were detected in the ileal epithelium at d 3 and d 7 after feeding a diet containing 108 CFU/g L. casei.3. Greater expression of chemokine genes for C-C motif chemokine ligand 3, C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 12, C-C motif chemokine receptor 5, and C-C motif chemokine receptor 9 were detected in the ileum on d 3, suggesting a greater number of IEL was associated with lymphocyte migration through the chemokine signalling pathway.4. After IEL migration, cell proliferation was evident in mucosal epithelial cells on d 14. Evidence of immune responses induced in the ileum from d 3-21 after feeding the diet containing L. casei was shown by the significant (P < 0.05) differences in transforming growth factor-β, secretory immunoglobulin A, interferon-γ, tumour necrosis factor-α, interleukin-4, and interleukin-10.5. These results indicated that feeding L. casei helps guide IEL migration and modulates intestinal mucosal immunity.

Abstract
We report on a precision energy loss measurement and theoretical investigation of 100 keV/u helium ions in a hydrogen-discharge plasma. Collision processes of helium ions with protons, free electrons, and hydrogen atoms are ideally suited for benchmarking plasma stopping-power models. Energy loss results of our experiments are significantly higher than the predictions of traditional effective charge models. We obtained good agreement with our data by solving rate equations, where in addition to the ground state, also excited electronic configurations were considered for the projectile ions. Hence, we demonstrate that excited projectile states, resulting from collisions, leading to capture-, ionization-, and radiative-decay processes, play an important role in the stopping process in plasma.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and changing trend of canine echinococcosis in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, so as to provide the scientific evidence for prevention and control of canine echinococcosis in high-risk areas of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. METHODS All data pertaining to Echinococcus infections in canine feces and sampling survey of human echinococcosis were collected from the echinococcosis-endemic foci of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2012 to 2018, and the prevalence of Echinococcus infections was investigated in dogs and humans. In addition, the spatial distribution characteristics and clusters of canine echinococcoses were identified. RESULTS A total of 164 139 canine fecal samples were detected in the echinococcosis-endemic foci of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2012 to 2018, and there were 2 136 fecal samples positive for Echinococcus coproantigens. The positive rates of Echinococcus coproantigens were 0.54% to 1.73% in dogs from 2012 to 2018, with a tendency towards a decline seen in the prevalence of Echinococcus infections in dogs (χ2 = 108.83, P < 0.01), and there was a significant difference in the positive rate of Echinococcus coproantigens in dogs among years (χ2 = 155.27, P < 0.01). Three-dimensional trend analysis showed that canine echinococcosis was mainly concentrated in east of central Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and a high prevalence was detected in New Barag Right Banner and Sonid Right Banner. The global spatial distribution of canine echinococcosis appeared a random pattern in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2012 to 2018 (Moran's I > 0, P > 0.05), and there were "high-high" and "high-low" clusters of canine echinococcosis in local areas. The prevalence of human echinococcosis was 0.08%, and there was a significant difference in the prevalence among regions (χ2 = 147.61, P < 0.01), with a high prevalence seen in West Ujimqin Banner, Jarud Banner and New Barag Right Banner. In addition, the prevalence of human echinococcosis correlated positively with the Echinococcus coproantigen-positive rate in dogs (r = 0.52, P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS The prevalence of Echinococcus infections shows an overall tendency towards a decline in dogs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2012 to 2018, with a high prevalence found in New Barag Right Banner and Sonid Right Banner. Human echinococcosis is concentrated in clusters of canine echinococcosis, where health education and targeted control interventions requires to be intensified.

Abstract
Abstract Objective To obtain the protein expression profile of rat liver tissue after death by the 2100 bioanalyzer combined with protein chip, and infer the relationship between protein expression profile and postmortem interval. Methods Rats were killed by abdominal anesthesia and placed at 16 ℃. Water-soluble proteins in liver tissues were extracted at 14 time points after death. The expression profile data of proteins with relative molecular weight of 14 000-230 000 were obtained using protein chip, and principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and Fisher discriminant were used to analyze the data. Results According to the changes of protein expression profile, the postmortem interval was divided into group A (0 d), group B (1-9 d), group C (12-30 d) according to the result of PLS-DA. The prediction accuracy of the training set and test set of the model were all 100.0%, and the internal cross-validation of the training set was 100.0% according to Fisher discriminant. The Fisher discriminant model at each time point of group B and C was established to narrow the time window of postmortem interval estimation. The prediction accuracy of the training set and test set were all 100.0%, and the internal cross-validation accuracy of the training set was 100.0% in group B. The prediction accuracy of the training set and test set were respectively 95.2% and 78.6% in group C, and the internal cross-validation of the training set was 88.1%. Conclusion Protein chip detection technology can quickly and easily obtain the expression profile of water-soluble proteins of rat liver tissue with a relative molecular weight of 14 000-230 000 at different time points after death. PLS-DA and Fisher discriminant models are established to classify and predict the postmortem interval, in order to provide new ideas and methods for postmortem interval estimation.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the influence of the sleeve lengths and implant lengths on accuracy of static computer-assisted implant surgery (sCAIS). Methods: Twenty-eight models of bilateral mandibular single tooth loss were included. Fifty-five implants were placed under the guidance of sCAIS (Straumann Bone Level 4.1 mm×10 mm). According to the height of metal sleeve of static guide plate, 55 implants were divided into 11 groups (free hand group, 1 mm group, 2 mm group, 3 mm group, 4 mm group, 5 mm group, 6 mm group, 7 mm group, 8 mm group, 9 mm group, 10 mm group), with 5 implants in each group. Eight research models were included. Group with 5 mm sleeve guides were used to place implants of different length, (Straumann Bone Level width 4.1 mm, height was 8 mm, 10 mm and 14 mm), 5 implants in each group. Eighteen patients with mandibular single tooth loss were included in the Department of Oral Implantology, Tianjin Stomatological Hospital from October 2018 to June 2019. There were 10 males and 8 females, 18-46(33.7±7.9) years old. A total of 18 implants were implanted and divided into 3 groups (free hand group, 3 mm group and 5 mm group) with 6 implants in each group. Digital software was used to compare the implant positions before and after implantation. Non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test or one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the results. Results: There was no significant difference in implant vertical deviation between different sleeve height groups (1-10 mm) and free hand group, but the neck deviation in free hand group[(1.04±0.13) mm] was significantly higher than that in different sleeve height groups (1-10 mm) (P<0.05). The tip deviations of free hand group, 1 mm group and 2 mm group [(1.32±0.43), (0.83±0.10) and (0.78±0.11) mm, respectively] was significantly higher than that of 10 mm group [(0.31±0.14) mm](P<0.05). The angle deviation of free hand group and 1 mm group (3.99°±0.85° and 2.59°±0.69°), respectively] was significantly higher than that of 10 mm group (0.61°±0.03°) (P<0.05). The tip deviations of implants in the 14 mm group [(0.83±0.22) mm] was significantly higher than that in the 8 mm and 10 mm groups [(0.44±0.07) and (0.49±0.06) mm, respectively]. Clinical studies showed that there was no significant difference in neck deviation, tip deviation and angle deviation between 3 mm group and 5 mm group (P>0.05), but deviations were significantly lower than those in free hand group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The length of the sleeves has significant influence on the accuracy of the surgical guide. There was no significant difference in accuracy of the implant guide with 3 mm or 5 mm metal sleeves. The vitro study has some limitations and needs further systematic research.

Abstract
Abstract Objective To study the expression of the three autophagy-associated proteins, BECN1, LC3 and p62, after the injury of the skeletal muscle of rats and to explore its application in differentiation between antemortem and postmortem injury. Methods The 72 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the undamaged control group, the antemortem injury group (0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 16 h and 24 h) and postmortem injury group (0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h and 4 h). A model of the injured right hind limb of rats was constructed. The expressions of the autophagy-associated proteins, BECN1, LC3-2/LC3-1 and p62, in the control group, the antemortem injury group and postmortem injury group were detected by Western blotting method. The data were respectively centralized and standardized and the orthogonal partial least square-discrimination analysis (OPLS-DA) identification model of antemortem and postmortem injury groups was constructed. Results The expression of BECN1, p62 protein and LC3-2/LC3-1 after the injury of the skeletal muscle of the rats showed different degrees of changes, but the differences among the 3 groups had no statistical significance. Antemortem and postmortem injury groups can be distinguished by centralizing and standardizing the expression levels of autophagy protein BECN1 and the ratio of LC3-2/LC3-1. The principal components extracted from OPLS-DA model of antemortem injury and postmortem injury had a relatively good interpretation of the model (Rx2=0.563, Ry2=0.439), but it were less predictive (Q2=0.366). Conclusion The expression of BECN1 and the ratio of LC3-2/LC3-1 in injured local tissue of the rat skeletal muscle can be used for the differentiation of antemortem injury group and postmortem injury group.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the safety and effectiveness of minimal invasive surgery treating pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs), and to summarize surgical characteristics and share experience. Methods: The clinical data of 80 pNETs treated by a single hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into laparoscopic group and robot group. And surgical procedures included pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD), distal pancreatectomy (DP), central pancreatectomy (CP), and tumor enucleation. Results: Of 80 patients, 76 cases (95%) underwent minimal invasive surgery and 4 cases (5%) changed to open surgery. There were 38 females, with median age of 54.4 (20-80) years and median BMI (17.0-38.0) kg/m(2). Among them, 24 patients (31.6%) underwent PD, 36 patients (47.4%) underwent DP, 8 patients (10.5%) underwent CP and 8 patients (10.5%) received tumor enucleation. The postoperative incidence of grade B/C pancreatic fistula was 35.5%, the incidence of abdominal infection was 10.5%, the postoperative bleeding was 7.9%, and the reoperation rate was 6.6%, without perioperative deaths. There was no significant difference in postoperative complications among different surgical methods, including postoperative pancreatic fistula (P=0.396), postoperative bleeding (P=0.297), postoperative abdominal infection (P=0.339) and reoperation (P=0.396). Conclusions: Surgical resection is an effective treatment for pNETs. pNETs are suitable for minimally invasive surgery with earlier stage and smaller tumor diameter. Minimally invasive surgery for pNETs is safe and feasible, and functional preserving surgery could take into consideration.

Abstract
Objective: Recently, increasing number of lung cancer patients benefit from immune-checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). However, the data of Chinese small cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients is limited. This study aims to analyze the response and survival data of ICIs treatment in SCLC and to explore the predictive biomarkers. Methods: Forty-seven SCLC patients who received ICIs treatment from Peking University Cancer Hospital from May 2017 to September 2019 was recruited. Clinical characteristics including sex, age, smoking status, ICIs strategy, PD-L1 expression and therapeutic efficacy were collected to explore the clinical predictive biomarkers for SCLC ICIs treatment. Results: Among the 47 patients, 18 (38.3%) cases were partial repose (PR), 11 (23.4%) were stable disease (SD), 18 (38.3%) were progressive disease (PD), and the objective response rate (ORR) was 38.3%, disease control rate (DCR) was 61.7%, the median progression-free survival (PFS) was 5.3 months. ICIs monotherapy accounts for 27.7%, the ORR was 15.4%, DCR was 53.8%, median PFS was 2.7 months. Combined therapy accounts for 72.3%, the ORR was 47.1%, DCR was 64.7%, median PFS was 5.4 months. Fourteen (29.8%) patients received ICIs as the first line treatment, their ORR was 85.7%, DCR was 100%, median PFS was 9.1 month. The ORR was not related to the age, sex, body mass index (BMI), smoking status and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression (P>0.05). The ORRs were higher in patients underwent PD-L1 monotherapy (P=0.001), combined therapy (P=0.002) and received ICIs as the first line treatment (P<0.001). Log-rank analysis indicated that the PFS of female patients were 12.0 months, significantly longer than 4.4 months of male patients in ICIs treatment (P=0.038). Patients who received PD-L1 monotherapy, combined treatment, or ICIs as the first line treatment had longer PFS than their counterparts, though no statistical significant was observed (P>0.05). Cox multivariate analysis showed that, the gender was not an independent predictor for PFS in ICIs treatment (HR=3.777, 95%CI=0.974~30.891, P=0.054). Conclusions: Immunotherapy is an effective treatment strategy for SCLC. Patients who receive combined ICIs treatment, first line ICIs treatment and PD-L1 treatment may get greater benefits. PD-L1 expression cannot predict the response and PFS in SCLC ICIs treatment.

Abstract
The aim of the research was to evaluate the dynamic changes of early posthatch starvation on residual yolk absorption, synthesis of macronutrients (protein, lipid, and glycogen), and organ development in broiler chicks. A total of 720 1-day-old chicks (Lingnan Yellow) were randomly assigned to 3 treatments: group A (nonfasted), group B (fasting for 24 h after placement), and group C (fasting for 48 h after placement). The trial lasted for 168 h, and water was provided ad libitum all the time. Sampling was performed at 0, 24, 48, 72, 120, and 168 h. Nonfasting (group A) promoted (P < 0.05) the absorption of amino acids, fatty acids, mineral elements, protein, and maternal antibody in the residual yolk of broiler chicks. The concentration of insulin-like growth factor 1 in plasma and the liver was higher (P < 0.05) in group A. Nonfasting enhanced (P < 0.05) the synthesis of protein and glycogen in the breast muscle and liver; the relative weights of the liver, pancreas, and spleen; and body weight, but retarded (P < 0.05) the synthesis of triglyceride in the liver. The results indicated that nonfasting (group A) after placement promoted the absorption of residual yolk and synthesis of protein and glycogen in the breast muscle and liver, whereas early feed deprivation promoted the synthesis of lipid in the liver. Thereby, nonfasting after placement promoted organ development and body growth of broiler chicks.

Abstract
Objective: To summarize the characteristics and difficulties of minimal invasive surgery for adolescent with pancreatic head tumor. Methods: The data of adolescent younger than 28 years old with pancreatic head tumor treated at Department of Gastroenterology and Pancreatic Surgery, Zhejiang Province People's Hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Fifteen cases were enrolled, included 5 males and 10 females. The median age was 20 years(range: 11 to 27 years) and the body mass index was (19.8±2.3)kg/m(2)(range: 17.3 to 21.6 kg/m(2)). Results: Standard pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed in 12 cases, including 9 cases of laparoscopic surgery and 3 cases of robotic-assisted surgery, and laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy with resection of hepatic flexure of colon was performed on 1 case, and robotic-assisted duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection with pancreatogastrostomy was performed on other 2 cases. The operative time was (269.0±65.1)minutes(range: 150 to 410 minutes), and the blood loss was (135.6±52.7)ml(range: 50 to 400 ml). Six patients got postoperative complications with gastrointestinal bleeding biochemical leakage and intestinal obstruction(n=1), pancreatic biochemical leakage(n=1), bile leakage(n=1), chylous leakage(n=1), wound infection(n=1), hepatic injury(n=1). The median postoperative hospital stay was 13 days(range: 9 to 22 days). The pathologic findings were solid pseudopapillary neoplasms(n=8), neuroendocrine neoplasms(n=3), introductal papillary mucinous neoplasm(n=1), cystic fibroma(n=1), serous cystadenoma(n=1), Ewing sarcoma(n=1).The median follow-up was 37 months(range: 2 to 75 months). The patient with Ewing sarcoma was diagnosed as liver metastasis at 41 months after surgery and died at 63 months after surgery. All the other patients survived without tumor.Three patients got the long-term complication of bile duct. Conclusions: Most of pancreatic head tumors for adolescent are benign or low malignant. Minimally invasive surgery be the first choice, and function-preserving surgery should be taken into account as much as possible.Perioperative management and communication is essential as the parents pay much attention to the quality of life after surgery.

Abstract
The initiation mechanism of Earth's plate tectonic cooling system remains uncertain. A growing consensus suggests that multi-plate tectonics was preceded by cooling through a single-plate lithosphere, but models for how this lithosphere was first broken into plates have not converged on a mechanism or a typical early plate scale. A commonality among prior efforts is the use of continuum mechanics approximations to evaluate this solid mechanics problem. Here we use 3D spherical shell models to demonstrate a self-organized fracture mechanism analogous to thermal expansion-driven lithospheric uplift, in which globe-spanning rifting occurs as a consequence of horizontal extension. Resultant fracture spacing is a function of lithospheric thickness and rheology, wherein geometrically-regular, polygonal-shaped tessellation is an energetically favored solution because it minimizes total crack length. Therefore, warming of the early lithosphere itself-as anticipated by previous studies-should lead to failure, propagating fractures, and the conditions necessary for the onset of multi-plate tectonics.

Abstract
MicroRNAs are small non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level which have been reported to be involved in the pathogenesis of various cancers. In the present study, we found that miR-497 was downregulated in osteosarcoma tissues. Gain and loss of function studies were carried out to investigate the effect of miR-497 on the growth of osteosarcoma cells. The results indicated that miR-497 inhibited the growth of osteosarcoma cells. Furthermore, bioinformatics analysis predicted plexinA4 and CDK6 as targets of miR-497, which was afterward confirmed by luciferase activity assay and rescue experiments. These findings suggested that miR-497, plexinA4 and CDK6 may serve as novel potential makers for osteosarcoma diagnostics and therapy.

Abstract
Environmental sediment dredging is one of the most common methods for the remediation of contaminated sediments in lakes; however, debate continues as to whether the effectiveness of dredging methods contributes to this phenomenon. To determine sediment resuspension and nutrient release following dredging with a variety of dredging methods, four dredging treatments at wind speeds of 0-5.2 m/s were simulated in this study, namely suction dredging (SD), grab dredging (GD), ideal dredging with no residual sediments (ID), and non-dredging (ND). Field sediments from suction and grab dredging areas (including post-dredged and non-dredged sediments) of Lake Taihu were used to assess the release abilities of soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) and ammonia nitrogen (NH4+-N) from the sediment-water interface. The effects of residual sediments on nutrient concentrations in water were also evaluated. The results reveal that inhibition of resuspension of particulate matter and nutrients released through sediment dredging decreases with increasing levels of residual sediment. Total suspended particulate matter content in the mean water columns of ID, SD, and GD under wind-induced disturbance (1.7-5.2 m/s) decreased by 67.5%, 56.8%, and 44.3%, respectively; total nitrogen and total phosphorus in ID (SD) treatments were 19.8% (12.9%) and 24.5% (11.2%) lower than that in ND treatment. However, there were ~ 1.6 and 1.5 times higher SRP and NH4+-N in the GD treatment compared with the ND treatment at the end of the resuspension experiment (0 m/s). A significant increase in the SRP and NH4+-N release rates at the sediment-water interface was also observed in field sediments from a grab dredging area, indicating that GD may pose a short-term risk of nutrient release to the water body. Hence, dredging methods with less residual sediments both during and after dredging improves the dredging quality.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the correlation between prenatal clinical data with etiological diagnosis and neonatal outcome in isolated fetal ascites. Methods: Totally, 36 pregnancy cases diagnosed as isolated fetal ascites by ultrasound in Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from June 22nd, 2016 to September 28th, 2018 were collected. Invasive prenatal diagnosis was performed by taking fetal cord blood, amniotic fluid, and fetal ascites respectively for cytogenetics, molecular genetics and biochemical examination and the impact of intrauterine therapeutic procedures on neonatal outcomes was evaluated as well. The correlation among prenatal examination, pathogeny and prognosis was analyzed by Fisher's exact test. Results: (1) The prognosis of isolated fetal ascites initially presenting ≥28 weeks was better than that before 28 weeks, survival rate of 1-year-old were 13/15 and 9/17,respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) The etiologic diagnosis rate of ascites before delivery was 31%(11/36), which increased to 53%(19/36) totally after birth. Characteristics of cases which were defined prenatally were as follows: 8 cases of digestive tract diseases showed ultrasonic abnormalities, including echogenic bowel, bowel dilatation and polyhydramnios; platelet level in umbilical cord blood of fetuses infected with cytomegalovirus were below 100 × 10(9)/L in 2 cases; 1 case of urinary system malformation showed megalocystis and hydronephrosis. Cases which were defined causes after birth included: 3 fetuses with chyloperitonium presented persistent fetal ascites; 3 cases of digestive-related causes were rectal duplication with infection, mesentery stenosis, and intestinal atresia; other causes included Pierre-Robin syndrome and Budd-Chiari syndrome. (3) The live birth rate was 72% (26/36) and survival rate of 1-year-old was 61% (22/36). And 9/10 of infants who underwent surgeries got good outcomes. Fetal ascites due to abdominal or pelvic factors turned well in 13/16 of cases. Conclusions: The pregnancy outcome of fetal isolated ascites depends mainly on primary causes. Gastrointestinal abnormality is one of the most common causes. Excluded intrauterine infection, chromosomal abnormality and abnormal systemic ultrasonic findings, fetus with reduced ascites as the pregnancy progresses will get good outcome.

Abstract
Severe and critical coronavirus pneumonia 2019 (COVID-19) often occurs in elder patients with multiple comorbidities, and severe hypoxemia events constitute a key factor for the deterioration of some cases. The critical type of COVID-19 could progress into acute respiratory distress syndrome and multi-organ dysfunction, which are the major causes of death. Early non-invasive ventilation (NIV) treatment of possible pathophysiological abnormalities is helpful to improve prognosis. Close monitoring of oxygenation, reducing patients' oxygen consumption, active psychological intervention, and rapid handling of severe hypoxemia events are the key factors for successful NIV treatment. In addition, active adjuvant therapies such as correcting coagulation dysfunction, providing proper nutritional support, accurate volume control, and safe individualized blood glucose monitoring are of great significance.

Abstract
Objective: To prospectively explore the relationship between resting heart rate (RHR) and risk of new-onset heart failure. Methods: It was a prospective cohort study. People who attended the physical examination of Kailuan Group Company in 2006 and with complete electrocardiography (ECG) recordings were eligible for this study. A total of 88 879 participants aged 18 years old or more who were free of arrhythmia, a prior history of heart failure and were not treated with β-blocker were included. Participants were divided into 5 groups according to the quintiles of RHR at baseline (Q(1) group, 40-60 beats/minutes (n=18 168) ; Q(2) group, 67-70 beats/minutes (n=18 970) ; Q(3) group, 71-74 beats/minutes (n=13 583) ; Q(4) group, 75-80 beats/minutes (n=22 739) ; and Q(5) group,>80 beats/minutes (n=15 419) ) .The general clinical data and laboratory test results were collected. The outcome was the first occurrence of heart failure at the end of follow-up (December 31, 2016) .We used Cox regression model to examine the association between RHR and the risk of new-onset heart failure. Hazard ratio (HR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) were calculated using Cox regression modeling. Results: Among the included patients 68 411 participants were male, mean age was (51.0±12.3) years old, and RHR was (74±10) beats/minutes. Statistically significant differences among the RHR quintiles were found for the following variables: age, gender, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, body mass index, the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, education status, physical activity, smoking status, drinking status, history of diabetes, history of hypertension and history of use antihypertensive drugs (all P<0.01) . Higher RHR was linked with higher prevalence of diabetes, hypertension history, and higher systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and FBG levels (all P<0.01). After a mean follow-up of 9.5 years, the incidence of new-onset heart failure in Q(1), Q(2), Q(3), Q(4) and Q(5) groups was 1.60%(290/18 168), 1.36%(258/18 970), 1.80%(245/13 583), 1.76%(400/22 739) and 2.35%(362/15 419),respectively (P<0.01) . The person-year incidence of heart failure in Q(1), Q(2), Q(3), Q(4) and Q(5) groups was 1.7, 1.5, 1.9, 1.9 and 2.6 per 1 000 person-years respectively. Compared with the Q(2) group, multivariate analysis with adjustment for major traditional cardiovascular risk factors showed that HRs of Q(3),Q(4),and Q(5) group were 1.23 (95%CI 1.03-1.48, P<0.05) , 1.19 (95%CI 1.01-1.41, P<0.05) , 1.39 (95%CI 1.18-1.65, P<0.01) , respectively. In the absence of hypertension, diabetes, smoking and acute myocardial infarction, the Cox regression model showed that compared with Q(2) group, the HR of new-onset heart failure in Q(5) group was 1.58 (95%CI 1.02-2.45, P<0.05) . Conclusion: Increased RHR is associated with increased risk of new-onset heart failure in this cohort.

Abstract
Milk fat is secreted from the mammary gland in the form of milk fat globules (MFG). Although milk fat depression has been studied since the beginning of the last century, the extent to which this phenomenon alters MFG synthesis is not fully understood. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on the size and distribution of MFG during milk fat depression in dairy cows. Twelve Holstein cows in mid lactation (145 ± 31 d in milk, 583 ± 34.6 kg of body weight, and 27.2 ± 2.4 kg of milk/d) were randomly assigned to a control diet or control plus Ca-protected CLA at 15 g/kg of dry matter for a 6-d period. The average diameter and particle size distribution of MFG were measured using a Mastersizer 3000 laser particle size analyzer (Malvern Instruments Ltd., Malvern, UK). Feeding CLA did not affect dry matter intake (16.2 ± 0.4 kg/d), milk production (28.4 ± 0.4 kg/d), milk protein, or lactose, but it decreased milk fat content (3.46 vs. 2.52%). In addition, surface area-related mean diameter of fat globules in cows fed CLA was lower compared with controls (3.02 vs. 3.45 μm). The percentage of large fat globules decreased and that of small fat globules increased in response to CLA. Overall, the data suggest that the milk fat depression induced by CLA is accompanied by a decrease in average diameter of MFG.

Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of silencing Paired related homoeobox 2 (Prrx2) expression on the proliferation of breast cancer and its molecular mechanisms. Methods: Short hairpin RNA knockdown of Prrx2 was used to examine cellular effects of Prrx2. The level of Prrx2 was verified by Western blot. MTT assay was used to analyze the proliferation of breast cancer cells in vitro. To investigate the effect of Prrx2 depletion on tumor growth in vivo, a nude mouse xenograft model was performed. Results: The expression of Prrx2 decreased 91.2% in MDA-MB-231 cells and 88.7% in MCF-7 cells after transfection with interfering vectors (P<0.05). MTT assay showed that the proliferation of cells in silenced Prrx2 expression group was significantly inhibited compared with the control group (P<0.05). Nude mice transplanted tumors showed that the growth of transplanted tumors was slow after silencing Prrx2 expression, and the weight of the tumors of silenced Prrx2 expression group were smaller than those of the control group ((160.2±26.3)mg vs (365.4±19.7)mg, P<0.05). Western blot showed that silencing Prrx2 expression inhibited the expression of β-catenin in breast cancer cell nucleus and down-regulated the activity of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. Conclusions: Silencing Prrx2 expression can effectively inhibit the proliferation and growth of breast cancer, suggesting that Prrx2 may become a new target for the treatment of breast cancer.

Abstract
Abstract Autopsy of patients who died of infectious diseases is of significance for public health management. Few forensic autopsies have been performed since the outbreak of the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) due to some limitations, thus forensic pathological examination failed to contribute to the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. Virtual autopsy has unique advantages in the forensic examination of patients who died of infectious diseases. Accumulated virtual autopsy image data are of great value to the study of the pathological mechanism and diagnosis of COVID-19. This article reviews the relationship between imaging changes and pathology of the COVID-19 as well as the application of virtual autopsy in autopsy of patients who died of infectious diseases, in order to provide reference for performing virtual autopsy in the outbreak of COVID-19.
