Abstract
Objectives: To evaluate the diagnostic consistency of working lengths by observing endodontic files in root canals and periapical subtle structures in digital intraoral radiographs presented in two smartphones, a tablet and a laptop computer. Methods: A dried human skull embedded in an acrylic compound was used for exposing radiographs of the upper and lower second premolars and first molars with two endodontic files (Kerr files size 10 and 15) positioned to the full length of the roots or 1.5 mm short of apexes. A total of 100 radiographs were taken for each of the file sizes. Five observers were asked to assess all the 200 digital radiographs according to a 5-category scale in smartphone A (HUAWEI P9 Plus), smartphjone B (Apple iPhone 7), tablet (Apple iPad 2018) and laptop computer (Lenovo Thinkpad E480), respectively. The gold standard for receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis was determined with the endodontic Kerr file size 20. A total of 150 roots with files were radiographed, 75 of which with files reaching the radiographic apexes of the respective roots and 75 of which with files 1.5 mm short of the radiographic apexes for each endodontic file size. Results from ROC analysis was analyzed with one-way ANOVA and independent sample t test. Results: For the Kerr file size 10, the area under the ROC curve for laptop, tablet and two smartphones were 0.891±0.037, 0.869±0.037, 0.870±0.017 and 0.849±0.037, while for the Kerr file size 15 the ROC values were 0.957±0.02, 0.961±0.02, 0.961±0.01 and 0.961±0.02, respectively. There were no significant differences for diagnostic accuracy for observing endodontic file positions among digital radiographs presented in the two smartphones, one tablet and one laptop devices (endodontic file size 10: F=1.39, P=0.281; endodontic file size 15: F=0.05, P=0.985). A significant difference was found in the diagnostic accuracy of endodontic file positions between size 10 and 15 files in different display devices (t=-10.65, P<0.001). Conclusions: There was a high diagnostic consistency in the determination of working length and periapical subtle structures of roots by observing digital radiographs displayed on smartphones, tablet and laptop computer.

Abstract
The singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay Λ_{c}^{+}→nπ^{+} is observed for the first time with a statistical significance of 7.3σ by using 3.9 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data collected at center-of-mass energies between 4.612 and 4.699 GeV with the BESIII detector at BEPCII. The branching fraction of Λ_{c}^{+}→nπ^{+} is measured to be (6.6±1.2_{stat}±0.4_{syst})×10^{-4}. By taking the upper limit of branching fractions of Λ_{c}^{+}→pπ^{0} from the Belle experiment, the ratio of branching fractions between Λ_{c}^{+}→nπ^{+} and Λ_{c}^{+}→pπ^{0} is calculated to be larger than 7.2 at the 90% confidence level, which disagrees with most predictions of the available phenomenological models. In addition, the branching fractions of the Cabibbo-favored decays Λ_{c}^{+}→Λπ^{+} and Λ_{c}^{+}→Σ^{0}π^{+} are measured to be (1.31±0.08_{stat}±0.05_{syst})×10^{-2} and (1.22±0.08_{stat}±0.07_{syst})×10^{-2}, respectively, which are consistent with previous results.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE We aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of finger touching combined X-ray-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and the feasibility of avoiding damage in medical staff caused by X-ray. PATIENTS AND METHODS From January 2013 to December 2020, 640 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy were performed through the 18-24-F channel. Among those cases, 22 (3.4%) cases were double-sided kidney stones surgeries, 294 (45.8%) cases were on the right side and 324 (50.5%) cases were on the left side. The targeted renal calyceal puncture was carried out under the combined guidance of the doctor's finger and X-ray. We assessed the X-ray exposure time of patients and doctors, average number of punctures, postoperative hospitalization, calculus removal rates, and complications. RESULTS The average number of punctures was 2.8 ± 1.4. Average X-ray exposure time during procedure: 2.8 s (range: 2-8 s). Average surgical time: 106.5 ± 49.4 min. Postoperative hospitalization: 6.8 ± 4.2 d. Average reduced hemoglobin level: 5.9 g/day. Stone-free rate 4 weeks after surgeries: 95.6%. Patients with upper ureteral calculi: 395 cases (61.72%). The calculus residual rate of patients with staghorn renal calculi or multiple renal calculi complementary treatments was 82.9%, including 0 patients who received shock wave lithotripsy, 2 cases of repeated percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), and 18 cases of ureteroscopy. Postoperative placement of renal drainage tube occurred in 52 cases. As for complications, no perirenal infection occurred, two severe bleeding complication cases occurred, and one case of colon perforation occurred. CONCLUSIONS Finger touching combined X-ray-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with renal calculus is safe and can accurately guide the puncture without radiation hazards. The placement of a renal drainage tube was beneficial to reduce renal effusion, hematocele, and infections.

Abstract
Purpose Solid organ transplant recipients (SOTR) are at high-risk for poor health outcomes following COVID-19. Several studies have evaluated the antibody response to the vaccine amongst SOTR, yet there is a need to better understand peri-vaccination reactogenicity and patient behavior in SOTR. Our study reports the side effects, safety and the patient perceptions of the Pfizer vaccine amongst our center's SOTR. Methods In this single-center study, SOTR (heart, kidney, liver, lung, combined) who received the Pfizer (BNT162b2) vaccine in February-March 2021 completed an online survey about their side effects (SE) after the first and second dose of the vaccine, co-morbidities, masking behaviors, breakthrough infection, and perceptions regarding sense of protection and safety after vaccination. Descriptive and logistical regression analyses were performed. Results The survey was sent to 550 SOTR, of which 210 SOTR completed it thus far. Median age is 62 years, 154 (72%) are males and 61 (28 %) are females. 81 (39%) experienced SE after both doses. After dose one, 53% patients experienced a SE, the most common being injection site pain (79%). After dose two, 53% patients experienced a SE, including injection site pain (61%) followed by systemic SE (39%). No patient hospitalization after either dose was reported. Within a 6-month period post vaccination, only 1 patient tested positive for COVID-19 after the first dose. Increased age reduced the risk for SE for both first and second doses (0.95 (0.92-0.97, p<0.001 and 0.96 (0.94-0.99), p<0.002). SOTR without diabetes had a significant increase in injection site pain (1.92 (1.05-3.49),p=0.033). For masking behaviors, 83% plan to continue masking in healthcare settings while 10% will no longer mask in any setting. Regarding sense of worry of receiving the vaccine, 66% did not feel worried while 10% felt very worried. After vaccination, 53% felt very protected while 15% did not feel protected at all. Conclusion In SOTR who received the Pfizer vaccine, 39% of patients reported side effects after both doses. Injection site pain was most common after first dose and systemic side effects were more after the second dose. The study reinforces the safety profile of the vaccine and SOTR with reactogenicity similar to other studies. Even after vaccination, majority of SOTR plan to wear masks in various settings.

Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for rapid detection of DB-WAX capillary column and determination of the workplace air in 30 kinds of volatile organic pollutants. Methods: In August 2020, N-pentane, n-hexane, methylcyclohexane, octane, Acetone, ethyl acetate, butanone, benzene, 3-pentanone, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, toluene, butyl acetate, 2-hexanone, Isoamyl acetate, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, m-xylene, amyl acetate, o-xylene, chlorobenzene, styrene, cyclohexanone, P-chlorotoluene, bromobenzene, M-dichlorobenzene, p-dichlorobenzene, O-dichlorobenzene, o-Chlorotoluene, 1, 2 , 4-trichlorobenzene of 30 kinds of substances in air were collected by activated carbon tube. After analysis by carbon disulfide, the analytical solution was analyzed by DB-WAX column and determined by FID detector. Results: The above 30 kinds of volatile organic pollutants had good separation effect, the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was above 0.999, the relative standard deviation was 0.1%-3.2%, the desorption efficiency was 77.0%-117.1% , the lower limit of quantitation was 0.33-5.33 μg/ml, and the lowest quantitation concentration was 0.22-3.55 mg/m(3), the recoveries ranged was 95.4%-104.9%. Conclusion: The method can effectively separate and accurately determine 30 volatile organic compounds in these workplaces, and the method is simple and quick.

Abstract
Based on electron-positron collision data collected with the BESIII detector operating at the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider II storage rings, the value of R≡σ(e^{+}e^{-}→hadrons)/σ(e^{+}e^{-}→μ^{+}μ^{-}) is measured at 14 center-of-mass energies from 2.2324 to 3.6710 GeV. The resulting uncertainties are less than 3.0% and are dominated by systematic uncertainties.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics, treatment methods and outcomes of extramedullary plasmacytoma of the head and neck. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 10 cases with extramedullary plasmacytoma of the head and neck who were admitted to Henan Tumor Hospital from January 2005 to January 2020. Among the 10 patients, 6 were male and 4 were female. The average age at diagnosis was 56.3 years old (34-74 years old). Among them, 3 cases were located in the nasal cavity, 2 cases in the nasopharynx, 1 case in the sinuses, 2 cases in the larynx, 1 case in the oropharynx, and 1 case in the cervical lymph nodes. Treatments were administered according to tumor size and resection extent. Complete surgical excision (negative margins) was preferred, followed by adjuvant radiotherapy or radiotherapy alone. The clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of EMP were analyzed. Results: The patients' symptoms were not specific, frequently with local obstruction symptom and localized masses. All patients were confirmed pathologically as suffering from monoclonal plasmacytoma, with negative bone marrow biopsy and negative skeletal survey. Five patients received surgery, 3 received radiotherapy, and 2 received surgery with additional radiation. The follow-up time was 16-125 months, with a median of 92 months. Two patients developed into multiple myeloma. One patient who received radiotherapy after surgery relapsed after 7 years of follow-up and again received surgical treatment, with no evidence of second recurrence. The remaining patients had no recurrence or progression. Conclusion: Extramedullary plasmacytoma of the head and neck has a good prognosis. Surgical treatment can be considered for completely resectable lesions.

Abstract
Objective: To identify the risk factors related to perinatal complications in patients with pulmonary hypertension underwent cesarean section. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the medical records of all pregnant women with pulmonary hypertension hospitalized in 4 different hospitals in Shandong province and underwent cesarean section between May 2010 and May 2020. Patients were divided into perinatal complication group and control group according to the presence or absence of perinatal complications. Perinatal complications included aggravated heart function, new onset arrythmias, sudden cardiac arrest, all-cause death within 42 days post cesarean section, postpartum bleeding and thrombotic events. Risk factors of perinatal complications were analyzed. Results: A total of 167 patients (47 cases in the perinatal complication group and 120 cases in the control group) were included in this study. The average age of this cohort was 28(24, 32) years, and 75(44.9%) patients suffered newly diagnosed pulmonary hypertension during pregnancy. The main cause of pulmonary hypertension was congenital heart disease (137(82.0%)). Age, pregnant weeks, percent of primipara, intra-cardiac shunt, and receiving targeted medication therapy, cardiac dimensions were similar between the two groups. A total of 62 complications were recorded in the complication group including 28 cases of aggravated heart function, 4 cases of new onset arrythmias, 2 cases of cardiac arrest, 11 cases of bleeding or thrombotic events and 17 patients were dead. Prevalence of idiopathic pulmonary hypertension and general anesthesia was significantly higher, functional capacity was significantly lower in perinatal complication group than in control group (all P<0.05). The estimated systolic pulmonary artery pressure, serum N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide and total bilirubin (TBIL) levels were significantly higher in perinatal complication group than in control group (all P<0.05). Logistic analysis demonstrated WHO Function Class(FC) Ⅲ/Ⅳ (OR=2.416,95%CI 1.016-5.743, P=0.046) and TBIL level (OR=6.874,95%CI 1.643-28.757, P=0.008) were the independent risk factors of perinatal complications. Conclusion: TBIL and WHO FC are independent risk factors of perinatal complications in pregnant women with pulmonary hypertension underwent cesarean section.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and effect factors of collateral blood supply of patients with early trimester cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP). Methods: This study was a multicenter case-control study, with 219 inpatients with CSP in First People's Hospital of Zhengzhou, Zhengzhou Central Hospital, Third People's Hospital of Zhengzhou and Henan No3 Provincial People's Hospital from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020 who were selected to obtain their clinical data. Double-blind method was performed in digital subtraction angiography imaging analysis. The patients were divided into collateral blood supply group and non-collateral blood supply group, and the incidence of collateral blood supply of patients with early trimester CSP was calculated. Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis was performed to find the independent risk factors of collateral blood supply of patients with early trimester CSP. As well, clinical outcomes after uterine artery embolization (UAE) were compared between the two groups. Results: A total of 219 patients with early trimester CSP have average age of (32.4±5.0) years old and average pregnancy of (51.0±10.6) days. The incidence of collateral blood supply was 12.3% (27 cases), of which16 cases were on the left, 6 on the right and 5 in both sides. A total of 43 collateral vessels were found, with 1.59 vessels per patient on average. Bladder artery was the most common source of collateral blood supply, accounting for 74.4% (32/43), followed by internal pudendal artery for 18.6% (8/43). Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that gestational weeks ≥8 weeks, maximum diameter of gestational sac ≥50 mm and rich blood supply of gestational sac are independent risk factors for collateral blood supply of patients with early trimester CSP, with OR (95%CI) 3.68 (1.06-12.76), 7.00 (1.52-32.19)、9.96 (3.59-27.58), respectively, all P<0.05. The success rates of UAE were 100% in both groups. The reduction in serum β-Human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) level at 24 hours after UAE, vaginal bleeding during uterine curettage, hysterectomy and menstrual recovery time were not found to have significant difference between groups (all P>0.05). Conclusions: Early trimester CSP leads to a certain occurrence of collateral blood supply, which may have adverse impact on the efficacy of UAE and patient safety. Gestational weeks, the maximum diameter of gestational sac and the degree of vascularization of gestation sac have certain value in suggesting the collateral blood supply of patients with early trimester CSP, which is helpful for the complete embolization of gestational sac in the process of UAE.

Abstract
Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy sqrt[s]=3.773 GeV by the BESIII detector, the decay D^{0}→ωϕ is observed for the first time. The branching fraction is measured to be (6.48±0.96±0.40)×10^{-4} with a significance of 6.3σ, where the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. An angular analysis reveals that the ϕ and ω mesons from the D^{0}→ωϕ decay are transversely polarized. The 95% confidence level upper limit on longitudinal polarization fraction is set to be less than 0.24, which is inconsistent with current theoretical expectations and challenges our understanding of the underlying dynamics in charm meson decays.
