Abstract
Breast-conserving surgery (BCS) is the standard of care for early breast cancer patients, while the high ratio of reoperation is still a challenge due to inaccurate margin assessments. In patients with locally advanced or advanced breast cancer, radiotherapy is an important treatment for local control or improvement of quality of life. However, enhancing sensitization to radiotherapy is an unmet medical need. To solve the above clinical predicaments, a glutathione (GSH) exhausting virus-like silicon dioxide nanoprobe with Gd coating and folic acid (FA) modification is designed. After loading ICG in the mesopores, the VGd@ICG-FA probe efficiently targets tumor cells with high resolution, due to its virus-like morphology and folate acid anchoring. Especially, the fabricated nanoprobe enables the identification of tiny cancers and navigates precise surgery under NIR-II fluorescence imaging. Moreover, after the nanoprobes enter into the cytoplasm of cancer cells, tetrasulfide linkages in the silica framework are broken under the triggering of high GSH concentrations. In turn, the broken framework exhausts GSH to disrupt intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) homeostasis, and Gd produces more ROS under radiotherapy, further activating ferroptosis, and resulting in the enhancement of radiotherapy in breast cancer. Therefore, our nanoprobe exhibits tremendous potential as a NIR-II fluorescence imaging agent with no systematic side effects for precise cancer surgery and nanotherapeutics for boosting radiation sensitivity in future clinical translation of breast cancer.

Abstract
Sentinel lymph node imaging is important for breast tumor staging and prediction of postoperative metastasis. However, clinical sentinel lymph node imaging has limitations such as low specificity, low contrast, and short retention time. The combination of bio-conjugates chemistry and luminescence technology may achieve the specific targeting effect. In this research, we designed a dual-targeting composite nanoprobe (∼50 nm) using a metal-organic framework (MOF) as carrier, loaded with lanthanide and ICG, and combined with hyaluronic acid and folic acid to detect metastatic lymph nodes. The coupled hyaluronic acid and folic acid can target to the tumor cells and dentritic cells with a dual-targeting effect. The FA-HA/ZIF-8@ICG nanoprobes can accumulate rapidly in sentinel lymph node with a stronger luminescence intensity (1.6 times) than that of normal popliteal lymph nodes in vivo, thus distinguish metastatic sentinel lymph node from normal effectively. Furthermore, due to the MOF carrier, the integrated lanthanide and near-infrared dye by transferring the absorbed excitation energy from ICG to Nd3+ can enhance the signal-to-background ratio of NIR II imaging and have long retention time in vivo imaging. Finally, the FA-HA/ICG@Ln@ZIF-8 nanoplatform increased the penetration depth and contrast of imaging, prolonged the retention time, and achieved the sentinel lymph nodes surgical resection. This study has important implications for lymph node imaging and surgical navigation.

Abstract
Background Platinum-based chemotherapy is the main treatment for advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC). Eventually, patients with LUSC develop resistance to cisplatin, which affects the prognosis. Hence, the researchers sought to find a lncRNA in LUSC that affects resistance to cisplatin. Methods The lncRNA microarray assay was used to screen the differential expression of lncRNA. qPCR was used to detect lncRNA DSCAS (DSCAS) expression in tissues and cell lines. Lentiviral transfection was used to regulate the expression of DSCAS. CCK-8, colony formation, wound healing, transwell, and flow cytometry assays were used to assess the biological behaviors and sensitivity to cisplatin of LUSC cell. RNA-RNA interaction was tested using the dual luciferase reporting assay, RNA-IP, and RNA-RNA pull-down assay. The downstream pathway of DSCAS was verified by qPCR and Western blotting assays. Results DSCAS was highly expressed in LUSC tissues and cells, and its expression levels were higher in cisplatin-insensitive tissues than in cisplatin-sensitive tissues. Elevation of DSCAS promoted cell proliferation, migration and invasion as well as increased cisplatin resistance of lung cancer cells, while demotion of DSCAS inhibited cell proliferation, migration and invasion as well as decreased the cisplatin resistance of lung cancer cells. DSCAS bound to miR-646-3p to regulate the expression of Bcl-2 and Survivin, which affected the cell apoptosis and sensitivity to cisplatin in LUSC cells. Conclusions DSCAS regulates biological behavior and cisplatin sensitivity in LUSC cells by competitively binding to miR-646-3p to mediate the expression of Survivin and Bcl-2, known as apoptosis-related proteins.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Pirfenidone is an antifibrotic agent that has been proven to slow down the progression of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). This study aimed to characterize the population pharmacokinetics (PK) and exposure-efficacy analysis of pirfenidone in patients with IPF. METHODS Data from 10 hospitals with 106 patients were used to develop a population PK model. The annual decline in forced vital capacity (FVC) over 52 weeks was integrated with pirfenidone plasma concentration to characterize the exposure-efficacy relationship. RESULTS A linear one-compartment model with first-order absorption and elimination processes and lag time best described the pirfenidone PK. The population estimates of clearance and central volume of distribution at steady-state were 13.37 L/h and 53.62 L, respectively. Bodyweight and food were statistically correlated with PK variability but had no significant influence on pirfenidone exposure. Annual decline in FVC with pirfenidone plasma concentration was described by a maximum drug effect (Emax) model. The typical EC50 was 1.73 mg/L (1.18-2.31 mg/L) and the corresponding EC80 was 2.18 mg/L (1.49-2.87 mg/L). Simulations showed that two dosing regimens of 500 and 600 mg three times daily were predicted to generate 80% of the Emax. CONCLUSIONS In patients with IPF, covariates such as bodyweight and food might not be sufficient for dose adjustment, and a low dose of 1500 mg/day could also provide 80% of the Emax, as the standard dose (1800 mg/day).

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To screen for small molecular compounds with selective inhibitory activity against cutaneous melanoma cells with BAP1 deletion. METHODS Cutaneous melanoma cells expressing wild-type BAP1 were selected to construct a BAP1 knockout cell model using CRISPR-Cas9 system, and small molecules with selective inhibitory activity against BAP1 knockout cells were screened from a compound library using MTT assay. Rescue experiment was carried out to determine whether the sensitivity of BAP1 knockout cells to the candidate compounds was directly related to BAP1 deletion. The effects of the candidate compounds on cell cycle and apoptosis were detected with flow cytometry, and the protein expressions in the cells were analyzed with Western blotting. RESULTS The p53 activator RITA from the compound library was shown to selectively inhibit the viability of BAP1 knockout cells. Overexpression of wild-type BAP1 reversed the sensitivity of BAP1 knockout cells to RITA, while overexpression of the mutant BAP1 (C91S) with inactivated ubiquitinase did not produce any rescue effect. Compared with the control cells expressing wild-type BAP1, BAP1 knockout cells were more sensitive to RITA-induced cell cycle arrest and apoptosis (P < 0.0001) and showed an increased expression of p53 protein, which was further increased by RITA treatment (P < 0.0001). CONCLUSION Loss of BAP1 results in the sensitivity of cutaneous melanoma cells to p53 activator RITA. In melanoma cells, the activity of ubiquitinase in BAP1 is directly related to their sensitivity to RITA. An increased expression of p53 protein induced by BAP1 knockout is probably a key reason for RITA sensitivity of melanoma cells, suggesting the potential of RITA as a targeted therapeutic agent for cutaneous melanoma carrying BAP1-inactivating mutations.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of midodrine on treating patients with septic shock. MATERIALS AND METHODS Literature search was conducted in PubMed, the Cochrane Library, and Embase. The Mantel-Haenszel method was used to calculate pooled relative risks (RRs) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CI). The mean differences (MD) or standardized mean difference (SMD) were calculated using the inverse variance for continuous variables. Data analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3. RESULTS A total of 6 studies were finally included in this meta-analysis. Adding midodrine to patients with septic shock was associated with a reduction in hospital mortality [risk ratio (RR) 0.76; 95% CI, 0.57-1.00; p=0.05] and intensive care unit (ICU) mortality (RR 0.59; 95% CI, 0.41-0.87; p=0.008). However, there were no significant differences in the duration of intravenous vasopressors [standardized mean difference (SMD) -0.18; 95% CI, -0.47-0.11; p=0.23], intravenous vasopressor reinstitution (RR 0.58; 95% CI, 0.19-1.80; p=0.35), the length of ICU stay [mean difference (MD) -0.53 days; 95% CI, -2.24-1.17; p=0.54], and the length of hospital stay (MD -2.40 days; 95% CI, -5.26-0.46; p=0.10) between midodrine group and intravenous vasopressor alone group. CONCLUSIONS The additional use of midodrine might reduce hospital mortality and ICU mortality in patients with septic shock. More high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to verify this conclusion.

Abstract
Presurgical evaluation of refractory epilepsy involves functional investigations to minimize postoperative deficit. Assessing language and memory is conventionally undertaken using Wada and fMRI, and occasionally supplemented by data from invasive intracranial electroencephalography, such as electrical stimulation, corticortical evoked potentials, mapping of high frequency activity and phase amplitude coupling. We describe the comparative and complementary role of these methods to inform surgical decision-making and functional prognostication. We used Wada paradigm to standardize testing across all modalities. Postoperative neuropsychological testing confirmed deficit predicted based on these methods.

Abstract
Direct ultrafast laser photoinscription of transparent materials is a powerful technique for the development of embedded 3D photonics. This is particularly adaptable for astrophotonic devices when a number of inputs are required. The process relies essentially on volume fabrication of waveguiding structures in flexible 3D designs and refractive index contrast parameters adjustable for specific spectral ranges. This enables 3D geometry and thus avoids in-plane crossings of waveguides that can induce losses and cross talk in multi-telescope beam combiners. The additional novel capability of the technique allows for the fabrication of high aspect ratio nanostructures nonperturbatively sampling the optical field. Combining ultrafast laser micro- and nanoprocessing with engineered beams, we present here results for the development of chip-sized silica glass integrated robust 3D three-telescope beam combiners in the near-IR range, as well as embedded diffraction gratings, for phase closure analysis and spectro-interferometry applications in astronomy.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to retrospectively assess the efficacy and safety of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for upper urinary stones using upper pole access (UPA) and other (low or middle) pole access (OPA). MATERIALS AND METHODS A comprehensive literature review of articles investigating the clinical efficacy and safety of UPA and OPA was performed. The relevant literature was obtained from PubMed, EMBASE, Science Direct, Google Scholar and the Cochrane Library. The primary outcomes, including the stone-free rate, were evaluated using Review Manager 5.4 software. The secondary outcomes (peri- and postoperative complications and operative date) were also compared and analyzed. RESULTS Ten comparative studies involving 5,290 patients were included in the analysis. The pooled data showed that the UPA group had a stone-free rate (SFR) similar to that of the OPA group [odds ratio (OR) 1.38, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.94 to 2.03; p=0.22] but a higher incidence of blood transfusion [OR: 1.50; 95% CI: (1.03, 2.19), p=0.04]. There was no statistically significant difference in operative time [mean difference (MD): -7.27; 95% CI: (-25.18, 10.65), p=0.43] or hospital stay [MD: -0.13; 95% CI: (-0.64, 0.37), p=0.60] between the two groups. In addition, the results support that UPA causes fewer complications than OPA. CONCLUSIONS Our findings suggest that UPA and OPA are both effective treatments for the management of upper urinary stones. Compared to OPA, UPA is associated with less need for blood transfusion and fewer complications. Nevertheless, the findings should be further confirmed by well-designed prospective randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with large samples and strict standards.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Currently, no tests can definitively diagnose and distinguish neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) from multiple sclerosis (MS). METHODS Initially, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) proteomics were employed to uncover the novel biomarkers that differentiate NMOSD from MS into cohorts of 10 MS and 10 NMOSD patients. Subsequently, screening biomarkers were validated using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method and CSF and serum samples from 20 MS patients, 20 NMOSD patients, 20 non-inflammatory neurological controls, and 20 healthy controls. RESULTS In study cohort, insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 7 (IGFBP7) and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 2 (LAMP2) were screened. In validation cohort, serum and CSF IGFBP7 not only exhibited higher levels in MS and NMOSD patients than controls, but also had greatest area under the curve (AUC, above or equal to 0.8) in MS and NMOSD diagnoses. Serum IGFBP7 (0.945) and CSF IGFBP7 (0.890) also had the greatest AUCs for predicting MS progression, while serum LAMP2 had a moderate curve (0.720). CONCLUSIONS IGFBP7 was superior in diagnosing MS and NMOSD, and IGFBP7 and serum LAMP2 performed exceptionally well in predicting the MS progression. These results offered reasons for further investigations into the functions of IGFBP7 and LAMP2 in MS and NMOSD.

Abstract
In intensive care units, sepsis has traditionally been the disease with the highest mortality rate and the highest cost of care. Now, the attention to sepsis is not only the initial systemic inflammatory response, but also the immune disorders which lead to the weakened clearance of septic infection foci, the activation of secondary infection and latent infection, and ultimately organ dysfunction. The research of sepsis immunotherapy is in full swing. However, there are not any fully approved clinically effective drugs on the market now, and we do not fully understand the immunological microenvironment in sepsis. This article intends to inspire future clinical practice by providing a thorough analysis of sepsis immunotherapy from the perspectives of immune status evaluation, potential immunotherapy drugs, defects in immunotherapy, and future research prospects.

Abstract
PURPOSE The effects of calorie restriction (CR) on gut microbiota and the mechanism of CR ameliorating hyperglycemia in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced T2DM model rats were explored. METHODS High-fat diet and STZ injection were applied to induce T2DM model rats. Rats were divided into the following three groups: the control-diet ad libitum group, the T2DM model group fed with ad libitum diet, and the T2DM group fed with 30% restriction diet. 16S rRNA sequencing was used to determine the bacterial communities. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-binding protein (LBP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were measured. RESULTS Glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity were improved by CR, as well as the levels of fasting and random plasma glucose. Besides, CR not only modulated the overall structure of gut microbiota but also had selective enrichment in anti-inflammatory bacteria such as Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group, Ruminococcaceae_9, Allobaculum, Alistipes, and Oscillibacter, and decreased pro-inflammatory pathogenic bacteria such as Bacteroides, Lachnoclostridium, and Bifidobacterium. Tax4Fun indicated that CR could regulate related functional pathways such as lipopolysaccharide biosynthesis, and the plasma levels of LBP, IL-6, and TNF-α were markedly reduced by CR, suggesting the mechanism of CR ameliorating hyperglycemia may associate with the modulation of disordered gut microbiota and the reduction of metabolic endotoxemia and inflammation. CONCLUSION CR could ameliorate hyperglycemia, the mechanism of which may associate with the alteration of the overall structure of gut microbiota, restoration of disordered microbiota function, and the downregulation of metabolic endotoxemia and inflammation in diabetic rats.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The incidence of infections among cancer patients is as high as 23.2-33.2% in China. However, the lack of information and data on the number of antibiotics used by cancer patients is an obstacle to implementing antibiotic management plans. AIM This study aimed to investigate bacterial infections and antibiotic resistance in Chinese cancer patients to provide a reference for the rational use of antibiotics. DESIGN This was a 5-year retrospective study on the antibiotic resistance of cancer patients. METHODS In this 5-year surveillance study, we collected bacterial and antibiotic resistance data from 20 provincial cancer diagnosis and treatment centers and three specialized cancer hospitals in China. We analyzed the resistance of common bacteria to antibiotics, compared to common clinical drug-resistant bacteria, evaluated the evolution of critical drug-resistant bacteria and conducted data analysis. FINDINGS Between 2016 and 2020, 216 219 bacterial strains were clinically isolated. The resistance trend of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to amikacin, ciprofloxacin, cefotaxime, piperacillin/tazobactam and imipenem was relatively stable and did not significantly increase over time. The resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains to all antibiotics tested, including imipenem and meropenem, decreased over time. In contrast, the resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii strains to carbapenems increased from 4.7% to 14.7%. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) significantly decreased from 65.2% in 2016 to 48.9% in 2020. CONCLUSIONS The bacterial prevalence and antibiotic resistance rates of E. coli, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, A. baumannii, S. aureus and MRSA were significantly lower than the national average.

Abstract
AIM To test the feasibility of ultra-low-dose (ULD) computed tomography (CT) combined with an artificial intelligence iterative reconstruction (AIIR) algorithm for screening pulmonary nodules using computer-assisted diagnosis (CAD). MATERIALS AND METHODS A chest phantom with artificial pulmonary nodules was first scanned using the routine protocol and the ULD protocol (3.28 versus 0.18 mSv) to compare the image quality and to test the acceptability of the ULD CT protocol. Next, 147 lung-screening patients were enrolled prospectively, undergoing an additional ULD CT immediately after their routine CT examination for clinical validation. Images were reconstructed with filtered back-projection (FBP), hybrid iterative reconstruction (HIR), the AIIR, and were imported to the CAD software for preliminary nodule detection. Subjective image quality on the phantom was scored using a five-point scale and compared using the Mann-Whitney U-test. Nodule detection using CAD was evaluated for ULD HIR and AIIR images using the routine dose image as reference. RESULTS Higher image quality was scored for AIIR than for FBP and HIR at ULD (p<0.001). As reported by CAD, 107 patients were presented with more than five nodules on routine dose images and were chosen to represent the challenging cases at an early stage of pulmonary disease. Among such, the performance of nodule detection by CAD on ULD HIR and AIIR images was 75.2% and 92.2% of the routine dose image, respectively. CONCLUSION Combined with AIIR, it was feasible to use an ULD CT protocol with 95% dose reduction for CAD-based screening of pulmonary nodules.

Abstract
The development of high-throughput sequencing technology has made it possible to develop molecular markers such as EST-SSR from transcriptome sequences in non-model plants such as bulbous flowers. However, the EST-SSR markers that have been developed are weakly validated and low polymorphic due to the short read size and poor quality of the assembled sequences. This study therefore used the CandiSSR pipeline to identify 550 potential polymorphic SSR loci among 487 homologous unigenes based on the transcriptomic sequences of three varieties of colored calla lily, and 460 of these loci with appropriate flanking sequences were suitable for primer pairs design. A further validation with 200 randomly selected EST-SSRs demonstrated an increase of more than 30% and 100% in amplification validity and polymorphism, respectively, in comparison with our previous study. In addition, since most of the current varieties of colored calla lily are hybridized from a few species, which have low genetic diversity, we subsequently identified primary core germplasm for 160 colored calla lily accessions using the aforementioned 40 polymorphic EST-SSRs. It was concluded that the core germplasm containing 42 accessions derived from the M strategy incorporated into the software Power Core was the most representative of all 160 original germplasm, as evidenced by the preservation of 100% of the EST-SSR variation, with a higher level of genetic diversity and heterogeneity (Nei = 0.40, I = 0.66, PIC = 0.43). This study provides a practical example of polymorphism EST-SSR markers developed from multiple transcriptomes for non-model plants. A future breeding program for colored calla lily will also benefit from the core germplasm defined by those molecular markers.

Abstract
The piriform cortex (PC) is part of the olfactory system, principally receiving input from the lateral olfactory tract and projecting to downstream components of the olfactory network, including the amygdala. Based on preclinical studies, PC is vulnerable to injury and can be easily kindled as an onset site for seizures. While the role of PC in human epilepsy has been studied indirectly and the subject of speculation, cases of demonstrated PC seizure onset from direct intracranial recording are rare. We present a pediatric patient with drug-resistant focal reflex epilepsy and right mesial temporal sclerosis with habitual seizures triggered by coconut aroma. The patient underwent stereoelectroencephalography with implantation of olfactory cortices including PC, through which we identified PC seizure onset, mapped high-frequency activity associated with presentation of olfactory stimuli and performance on cognitive tasks, and reproduced habitual seizures via cortical stimulation of PC. Coconut odor did not trigger seizures in our work with the patient. Surgical workup resulted in resection of the patient's right amygdala, PC, and mesial temporal pole, following which she has been seizure free for 20 months without functional decline in cognition or smell. Histological findings from resected tissue showed astrogliosis and subpial gliosis.

Abstract
AIMS Focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) is a major cause of drug-resistant paediatric epilepsy and is amenable to successful neurosurgical resection. FCD ILAE Type IIb is the most common FCD subtype, and brain somatic mutations affecting the mTOR pathway play a major pathogenic role. The aim of this study was to comprehensively describe the genotype-phenotype association of 20 patients with histopathologically confirmed FCDIIb using next generation sequencing (NGS) of paired blood-brain samples. METHODS Clinical and neuropathological data were retrospectively reviewed from the hospital archive. The NGS panel included 11 mTOR-pathway-related genes with maximum coverage of 2000×. The detected variants were validated by digital droplet PCR. RESULTS Pathogenic MTOR variants were identified in 10 patients (50%). Further comparison with MTOR-wildtype FCDIIb suggested a profound genotype-phenotype association characterised by (1) a non-temporal lobe lesion on MRI, (2) a larger lesion volume occupying grey and white matter (3.032 ± 1.859 cm3 vs 1.110 ± 0.856 cm3 , p = 0.014), (3) more balloon cells (50.20 ± 14.40 BC/mm2 vs 31.64 ± 30.56 BC/mm2 , p = 0.099) and dysmorphic neurons (48.72 ± 19.47DN/mm2 vs 15.28 ± 13.95DN/mm2 , p = 0.000) and (4) a positive correlation between VAF and the lesion volume (r = 0.802, p = 0.017). CONCLUSIONS Our study identified frequent MTOR mutations in the cell-rich FCDIIb phenotype, clinically characterised by a non-temporal location and large lesion volume. Comprehensive genotype-phenotype associations will help us further explore and define the broad spectrum of FCD lesions to make more targeted therapies available in the realm of epileptology.

Abstract
The scintillation of the orbital angular momentum (OAM) of a Bessel Gaussian beam was derived based on the Rytov method to characterize the performance of the OAM communication. Moreover, a multi-parameter demultiplexing method was also proposed which could decode the OAM state, the amplitude and two additional beam width information dimensions. The advantages of the OAM states as the communication carrier over the beam intensity were that the minimum scintillation of the fundamental mode was smaller, and its corresponding radius also diverged slower. The coefficient of variation of the decoding amplitude was approximated to the square root of the radial minimum scintillation, and it provided an estimated decoding precision for the input sample selection. This study not only provided theoretical basis for communication link design, but also had a promising application on the large capacity beam multiplexing in free-space laser communication.

Abstract
Background The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) has been shown to have prognostic value in several common cancers. This study aimed to investigate the prognostic value of NLR in patients with advanced oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) after definitive chemoradiotherapy (dCRT). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 158 patients with advanced ESCC who received dCRT from January 2012 to December 2018. The NLR for different treatment stages was calculated based on laboratory test results. The Kaplan-Meier (KM) method and Cox proportional regression model were used to analyse the relationship between NLR and overall survival (OS). Results The mean NLR of 158 patients with ESCC was 3.403 ± 2.479. The pre-treatment NLR cut-off was 4.839, and patients were divided into the low NLR group (NLR < 4.839) and the high NLR group (NLR ≥ 4.839). NLR in patients with ESCC was related to N stage (P < 0.05). The KM analysis showed that the median OS of all enrolled patients was 29.3 months, the median OS periods of patients in the high and low NLR groups were 15.6 and 35.8 months, respectively, and the OS of the low NLR group was better than that of the high NLR group (P < 0.001). In the multivariate analysis, NLR was an independent prognostic factor that affects the prognosis of patients with ESCC receiving dCRT. Furthermore, patients who maintained a high NLR before and after treatment showed worse clinical outcomes than the other groups. Conclusion Our findings suggest that NLR can effectively assess the prognosis of patients with advanced ESCC undergoing dCRT.

Abstract
With advances in new materials and technologies, there has been increasing research focused on flexible sensors. However, in most flexible pressure sensors made using new materials, it is challenging to achieve high detection sensitivity across a wide pressure range. Although traditional silicon-based sensors have good performance, they are not formable and, because of their rigidity and brittleness, they are not suitable for fitting with soft human skin, which limits their application in wearable devices to collect various signals. Silicon nanomembranes are ultra-thin, flexible materials with excellent piezoresistive properties, and they can be applied in various fields, such as in soft robots and flexible devices. In this study, we developed a flexible pressure sensor based on the use of silicon nanomembranes (with a thickness of only 340 nm) as piezoresistive units, which were transferred onto a flexible polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate. The flexible pressure sensor operated normally in the range of 0-200 kPa, and the sensitivity of the sensor reached 0.0185 kPa-1 in the low-pressure range of 0-5 kPa. In the high-pressure range of 5-200 kPa, the sensitivity of the sensor was maintained at 0.0023 kPa-1. The proposed sensor exhibited a fast response and excellent long-term stability and could recognize human movements, such as the bending of fingers and wrist joints, while maintaining a stable output. Thus, the developed flexible pressure sensor has promising applications in body monitoring and wearable devices.

Abstract
The vigorous development of information and communications technology has accelerated reshaping of the financial industry. The COVID-19 pandemic has further catalyzed the demand for digital financial services. Digital financial inclusion relies on information technology to overcome spatial limitations. In this case, the research question is whether it adheres to the spatial laws governing conventional financial activities. This study uses exploratory spatial data analysis and a geographical detector to elucidate the spatiotemporal characteristics and factors influencing digital financial inclusion at the county level in China (Data don't include that of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of China) from 2014 to 2020. The research findings indicate: first, China's county-level digital financial inclusion is generally increasing and exhibits significant spatial autocorrelation. Second, population density, level of traditional financial development, government regulation, and education level are key determinants of China's county-level digital financial inclusion. Third, policies should be differentiated by region to narrow the spatial gap in digital financial inclusion. The results provide a reference for other developing countries on using digital technology to develop financial inclusion.
