Abstract
OBJECTIVES To evaluate, in a Chinese population, the performance of a screening strategy for preterm pre-eclampsia (PE) using The Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF)'s competing-risks model and to explore its clinical applicability in mainland China. METHODS This was a prospective, multicenter, observational cohort study including 10 899 women with singleton pregnancy who sought prenatal care at one of 13 hospitals, located in seven cities in mainland China, between 1 December 2017 and 30 December 2019. Mean arterial pressure (MAP), uterine artery pulsatility index (UtA-PI) and maternal serum levels of placental growth factor (PlGF) and pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A) at 11 + 0 to 13 + 6 weeks' gestation were measured and converted into multiples of the median using Chinese reference ranges. Individualized risk for preterm PE was calculated using the FMF algorithm. Prior risk was calculated based on maternal demographic characteristics and obstetric history. We evaluated the efficiency of the screening strategy using various combinations of biomarkers and analyzed its predictive performance for a composite of placenta-associated adverse pregnancy outcomes, including PE, placental abruption, small-for-gestational age (SGA) and preterm birth, at fixed false-positive rates for preterm PE. RESULTS We identified 312 pregnancies that developed PE, of which 117 cases were diagnosed as preterm PE (< 37 weeks' gestation). There were 386 pregnancies complicated by severe composite placenta-associated adverse outcome, including preterm PE, 146 cases of severe SGA (birth weight < 3rd percentile) neonate, 61 cases with placental abruption and 109 cases of early preterm birth < 34 gestational weeks. The triple-marker model containing biomarkers MAP, UtA-PI and PAPP-A achieved, at fixed false-positive rates of 10%, 15% and 20%, detection rates for preterm PE of 65.0%, 72.7% and 76.1%, respectively, and detection rates for severe composite placenta-associated adverse outcome of 34.7%, 41.7% and 46.4%, respectively. Replacing PAPP-A with PlGF or adding PlGF to the model did not improve the performance. Of women screening positive for preterm PE at a fixed 5% false-positive rate, an estimated 30% developed at least one placenta-associated adverse pregnancy outcome, including PE, placental abruption, SGA (birth weight < 10th percentile) and preterm birth < 37 weeks. CONCLUSIONS The FMF competing-risks model for preterm PE was found to be effective in screening a mainland Chinese population. Women who screened positive for preterm PE had increased risk for other placenta-associated pregnancy complications. © 2021 International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The incidence of thyroid cancer is rising globally. Most patients progress slowly, but some patients develop lymph node and distant metastasis earlier, and their prognosis is poor. Therefore, early diagnosis and warning of malignancy are very meaningful for such patients. SAS1B gene is a newly discovered protein expressed on the surface of mature egg cells and has metalloendopeptidase activity. We aimed at exploring whether SAS1B is involved in the occurrence of thyroid cancer, and at providing evidence for early diagnosis and targeted therapy of thyroid cancer. PATIENTS AND METHODS In this study, a rabbit anti-human SAS1B polyclonal antibody was prepared by gene recombination technology. The indirect ELISA method was used to detect the SAS1B protein expression in the serum of 69 patients with thyroid cancer and 55 normal controls, and the relevant pathological factors were analyzed. Immunohistochemistry and PCR technology were used to investigate the expression levels of SAS1B protein and mRNA in 30 thyroid cancer tissues and 23 control thyroid tissues. RESULTS The titer of SAS1B recombinant antibody was 1:51200. The expression of SAS1B in the serum of patients with thyroid cancer was higher than that in the normal control group (p<0.01). The antibody had a good sensitivity in serum detection of cancer patients (p=0.008<0.01), the linear regression analysis result was that the expression of SAS1B gene was related to tumor envelope invasion and lymph node metastasis (p=0.003<0.01, p=0.003<0.01), and it was irrelevant to the patient's gender, age, tumor mass size, number of cancer foci, pathological stage, etc. (p>0.05). The results of immunohistochemistry showed that SAS1B protein was mainly located in the cytoplasm and membrane of thyroid cancer cells. The expression intensity in thyroid cancer tissues was higher than that in control tissues (p<0.05), but it was not expressed in normal thyroid tissues. Antibodies showed a good sensitivity that was used to detect thyroid cancer tissues (p=0.000<0.01). The results of ordinary PCR detection using thyroid cancer tissue and control thyroid tissue showed that the amplification products of the three domains (N-terminal, C-terminal and catalytic domain) of the SAS1B gene showed high expression in thyroid cancer tissue. q-PCR results showed that the expression of SAS1B gene in thyroid cancer and control thyroid tissue was higher than that in control group (p<0.05), and the genes of Aurora A and BARD1 related to centrosome replication and DNA replication forks protection during the proliferation were highly expressed in thyroid cancer tissue. The study results suggested that SAS1B was involved in the carcinogenesis of thyroid cancer. The Hum_mPLoc.2.0 software, PSORT Ⅱ software and UniProt software were used to predict that SAS1B protein had secretory protein properties. CONCLUSIONS The above data indicate that the SAS1B gene is closely related to the process of thyroid cancer and can serve as a good tumor marker that can be used for early diagnosis and early warning of thyroid malignancy.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of different calcium intakes on metabolism in healthy adults with traditional Chinese dietary pattern. Methods: A total of 64 college students (32 males and 32 females) were recruited from the School of Public Health, Harbin Medical University from September to October 2015. A prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial design (RCT trial) was used to strictly control the diet of the volunteers through meal preparation, so that the background of the experimental and the control group was exactly the same. In our study, 64 healthy adults were randomly divided into two groups (calcium supplementation and control). The two groups were given the same diet every day. One group was given 400 mg/d of calcium supplementation, which was close to the recommended intake in China (800 mg/d); the other group was given pacebo, the average calcium intake was close to the average intake of Chinese (400 mg/d), calcium intervention lasted for 35 days. Serum and urine samples from pre-intervention, mid-intervention, and post-intervention were collected for metabolomics studies and detection of serum hormone levels and biochemical indicators. PCA and PLS-DA were used to compare the differences in serum and urine metabolites. After adjusting for age and BMI, the differences of hormones [parathyroid hormone, 1, 25(OH)2D3] and biochemical indicators were compared by repeated measurement variance analysis. Results: The 64 subjects were aged 23-28 years, including 32 males and 32 females. The baseline characteristics of the calcium supplementation group and the control group were balanced. The results showed that there were no significant differences in blood and urine metabolites, metabolic hormone [parathyroid hormone, 1, 25(OH)2D3] levels and biochemical indicators(serum Ca, serum P, glycolipid metabolism and hepatorenal function indicators)between the calcium supplementation group and control group at each time point throughout the trail (P>0.05). Conclusion: No health hazards associated with calcium deficiency was observed in healthy adults in the short term at current calcium intake level (300-400 mg/d).

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the physical indices and growth status of preterm children aged 0 to 4 years with different birth weight. Methods: Following the real world research approach, the current study retrospectively collected e-chart information of 8 496 preterm children from the child health care system of the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from December 2010 to December 2017, with 203 123 full-term children followed up during the same period as controls. Premature children were divided into normal birth weight (NBW) group, low birth weight (LBW) group, and very low birth weight (VLBW) group based on their birth weights. The weight and length development within 48 months of age of preterm boys and girls in each group were measured and recorded to establish a numerical table and analyze the growth levels, growth rate, and proportionality. The t-test or chi-square test was used for between-group comparison. Results: Of the 8 496 preterm children, 4 839 were girls and 3 657 boys, including 525 in the VLBW group, with an average birth weight of (1.28±0.14) kg, 3 862 in the LBW group, with an average birth weight of (2.07±0.28) kg, and 4 109 in the NBW group, with an average birth weight of (2.86±0.35) kg. The weight at the actual age of 2-<3 months ((5.61±0.96) vs. (5.64±0.78) kg in boys, (5.11±0.67) vs. (5.18±0.71) kg in girls) and the length at the actual age of 8-<10 months ((70.3±2.4) vs. (70.6±2.4) cm in boys, (68.9±2.2) vs. (68.9±2.4) cm in girls) in the NBW group reached the average weight and length of full-term children. The difference of physical growth before 24 months of age between LBW and control group decreased as children age, with that of LBW group approaches the average of full-term children after 24 months of age, with a weight difference of 0.64-0.95 kg and height difference of 1.3-1.7 cm. The weight and height of the VLBW group were lower than those of full-term infants (2.80-2.86 kg and 3.3-4.3 cm, respectively) at 48 months of age. During 2-12 months of age, the corresponding values of the VLBW group were higher than that of the LBW and NBW groups by 0.35 kg and 0.71 kg, respectively. However, the corresponding values of the VLBW group were lower than that of the LBW and NBW groups(0.64 kg and 0.76 kg at 0-2 months of age, 1.04 kg and 1.49 kg at 12-48 months of age, respectively). The rates of delayed development, underweight, and emaciation were the highest in the VLBW group (all P<0.01), while the rates of overweight and obesity were the highest in the NBW group, with that of the VLBW group being lower than LBW group (P<0.01) at the age of 24-<36 months. Conclusions: Prior to 4 years of age, the time for preterm children to reach the average physical indices of full-term children differ by birth weights, hence warranting further examination of the corrected gestational age for preterm children. Normal birth weight preterm children present with the highest incidence of overweight and obesity and very low birth weight preterm children present with the highest incidence of growth disorders, marking both groups at high risks of malnutrition.

Abstract
AIMS This study aimed to compare the bone mineral densities (BMDs) among male patients with latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA), classical type 1 diabetes (T1DM), and type 2 diabetes (T2DM), and to examine the risk factors for developing low BMD in these patients. PATIENTS AND METHODS Between January 2017 and October 2020, a total of 57, 67, and 223 male patients with LADA, classical T1DM, and T2DM, respectively, were recruited from the endocrinology department of Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital. Hormonal markers of bone metabolism, lipid profiles, uric acid, glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), and beta-cell function were measured using blood samples. BMD was measured at the lumbar spine, femoral neck, and right hip by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. RESULTS The mean BMD values from all three skeletal sites in male patients with LADA were comparable to those with classical T1DM but were much lower than those with T2DM. After adjusting for confounding factors, multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that in all male patients with diabetes, body mass index (BMI), uric acid, and fasting C-peptide showed significant positive associations with BMD at all three skeletal sites; however, osteocalcin showed a negative association at all three sites. CONCLUSIONS Compared with male patients with T2DM, lower BMDs were observed in patients with LADA and T1DM. Low BMI, uric acid, C-peptide levels, and high osteocalcin levels are risk factors for developing low BMD in male patients with diabetes.

Abstract
A search for charged leptons with large impact parameters using 139 fb^{-1} of sqrt[s]=13 TeV pp collision data from the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented, addressing a long-standing gap in coverage of possible new physics signatures. Results are consistent with the background prediction. This search provides unique sensitivity to long-lived scalar supersymmetric lepton partners (sleptons). For lifetimes of 0.1 ns, selectron, smuon, and stau masses up to 720, 680, and 340 GeV, respectively, are excluded at 95% confidence level, drastically improving on the previous best limits from LEP.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to explore the influences of micro ribonucleic acid (miR)-708 on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury by regulating a disintegrin and metalloprotease 17 (ADAM17) in a targeted manner. MATERIALS AND METHODS The rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was established, and the differentially expressed miRNAs in the cerebral tissues of rats with ischemia-reperfusion injury were detected via sequencing. The research was performed in control group (PC12 cells received no treatment), inhibitor group (the expression of miR-708 in PC12 cells was down-regulated using miR-708 inhibitor), and interference + inhibitor group [PC12 cells were co-treated with miR-708 inhibitor and ADAM17 small interfering RNA (siRNA)]. Then, the expression of ADAM17 in cells, proliferation ability of cells, and number of apoptotic cells were detected in each group. RESULTS A total of 225 differentially expressed miRNAs were obtained through miRNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis, of which miR-708, miR-169, miR-26, and miR-96 were highly expressed, whereas miR-122, miR-118, and miR-177 were lowly expressed in rats in ischemia-reperfusion group. Compared with that in control group, the level of miR-708 declined significantly in inhibitor group after treatment with miR-708 inhibitor. After treatment with miR-708 inhibitor, the protein expression level of ADAM17 in inhibitor group was evidently higher than that in control group, while its protein expression level in interference + inhibitor group was significantly decreased and restored, after interference of ADAM17 siRNA with protein expression. In comparison with control group, inhibitor group had increased apoptotic cells after miR-708 inhibitor treatment (p<0.05). Besides, after interference of ADAM17 siRNA with protein expression, there were a smaller number of apoptotic cells in interference + inhibitor group (p<0.05), showing mitigated apoptosis. Moreover, the proliferation ability of cells treated with miR-708 inhibitor in inhibitor group was weaker than that in control group (p<0.05), whereas the proliferation ability of cells in interference + inhibitor group was restored to a certain degree after ADAM17 siRNA interfered with the protein expression (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS MiR-708 can modulate ADAM17 in a targeted manner to affect cellular proliferation and apoptosis in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.

Abstract
BACKGROUND A multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test used to complement existing screening could increase the number of cancers detected through population screening, potentially improving clinical outcomes. The Circulating Cell-free Genome Atlas study (CCGA; NCT02889978) was a prospective, case-controlled, observational study and demonstrated that a blood-based MCED test utilizing cell-free DNA (cfDNA) sequencing in combination with machine learning could detect cancer signals across multiple cancer types and predict cancer signal origin (CSO) with high accuracy. The objective of this third and final CCGA substudy was to validate an MCED test version further refined for use as a screening tool. PATIENTS AND METHODS This pre-specified substudy included 4077 participants in an independent validation set (cancer: n = 2823; non-cancer: n = 1254, non-cancer status confirmed at year-one follow-up). Specificity, sensitivity, and CSO prediction accuracy were measured. RESULTS Specificity for cancer signal detection was 99.5% [95% confidence interval (CI): 99.0% to 99.8%]. Overall sensitivity for cancer signal detection was 51.5% (49.6% to 53.3%); sensitivity increased with stage [stage I: 16.8% (14.5% to 19.5%), stage II: 40.4% (36.8% to 44.1%), stage III: 77.0% (73.4% to 80.3%), stage IV: 90.1% (87.5% to 92.2%)]. Stage I-III sensitivity was 67.6% (64.4% to 70.6%) in 12 pre-specified cancers that account for approximately two-thirds of annual USA cancer deaths and was 40.7% (38.7% to 42.9%) in all cancers. Cancer signals were detected across >50 cancer types. Overall accuracy of CSO prediction in true positives was 88.7% (87.0% to 90.2%). CONCLUSION In this pre-specified, large-scale, clinical validation substudy, the MCED test demonstrated high specificity and accuracy of CSO prediction and detected cancer signals across a wide diversity of cancers. These results support the feasibility of this blood-based MCED test as a complement to existing single-cancer screening tests. CLINICAL TRIAL NUMBER NCT02889978.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in heat stress-induced apoptosis of human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells. OBJECTIVE SH-SY5Y cells were incubated at 43 ℃ for 2 h followed by further culture at 37 ℃ for 0, 3 h, or 6 h. With the cells cultured at 37 ℃ as the control, the cells exposed to heat stress were examined for morphological changes under optical microscope and changes in cell viability using CCK-8 assay. Flow cytometry was performed for detecting apoptosis of the cells following heat stress, and intracellular Ca2+ level in the cells was determined using flow cytometry and immunofluorescence confocal microscopy. The mRNA expression levels of caspase-12, BIP and XBP-1 in the cells were detected using qRT-PCR, and the protein expressions of caspase-12, BIP, P-JNK, JNK and XBP-1 were examined using Western blotting. The effect of pretreatment with 4-PBA on cell apoptosis following heat stress was analyzed with Western blotting. OBJECTIVE SH-SY5Y cells showed obvious cell shrinkage immediately after the exposure to heat stress, followed then by gradual cell stretching over time. The cell viability decreased significantly after heat stress (P=0.001), and the intracellular Ca2+ level increased significantly at 0 h and gradually recovered the normal level at 3 and 6 h. Heat stress induced significant increase in the protein expression of cleaved caspase-3 and time-dependent increase of caspase-12 (P=0.002) and BIP (P=0.008) expression at both the protein and mRNA levels. The expression of P-JNK/JNK protein increased significantly at 0 h (P=0.003) followed by gradual decrease; the expression levels of XBP-1 protein and mRNA gradually decreased after heat stress (P=0.005, P=0.002). Pretreatment with 4-PBA significantly reduced the expression level of cleaved caspase-3 in SH-SY5Y cells following heat stress. OBJECTIVE Heat stress induces apoptosis of SH-SY5Y cells by triggering endoplasmic reticulum stress and the imbalance of intracellular calcium ion homeostasis.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this paper was to explore roles and significance of transcriptional repressor GATA binding 1 (TRPS1) in the process of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and clinicopathological parameters of HCC patients, respectively. PATIENTS AND METHODS The expression of TRPS1 was detected by quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) and Western blot. Chi-square test was used to investigate the association between TRPS1 and clinicopathological parameters of HCC patients. SiRNA was designed to suppress the expression of TRPS1. Moreover, transwell assay and cell cycle analysis were adopted to determine the invasion ability and proliferation ability of HCC cells. RESULTS It was demonstrated that TRPS1 was abnormally over-expressed in HCC tissues and cells, and was closely associated with the vascular invasion, tumor size, and TNM stage of HCC patients. Besides, the results indicated that the inhibition of TRPS1 in HCC cells could impede the cell invasion ability and proliferation ability. CONCLUSIONS TRPS1 plays a key role in the development of HCC and is closely associated with the clinicopathological parameters of HCC patients. Hence, it is proposed that TRPS1 may serve as a novel prognostic marker and a potential therapeutic target for HCC treatment.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Improving the survival rate of fat grafts is yet a difficult problem in the field of autologous fat transplantation. Prevailing methods such as making nanofat and SVF are time-consuming. Hence, the role of additives application in the improvement of fat graft survival during fat transplantation was considered and preliminarily evaluated in a rabbit animal model. METHODS A rabbit animal model was established where rabbit ears were injected with a mixture of 1.5mL of adipose tissue and 1mL of saline (group A), 1.5mL of adipose tissue and 1mL of botulinum toxin A (BoNTA) (group B), 1.5mL of adipose tissue and 1mL of prostaglandin E2 (groupC), 1.5mL of adipose tissue and 1mL of PDRN (group D) respectively. Then, the extents of neovascularization and inflammation were evaluated on the 7th, 14th, 28th, 42nd, 56th and 70th day after injection by ELISA assays and H&E and immunofluorescence staining. RESULTS The results showed that pre-treatment with BoNTA, prostaglandin E2 and PDRN improved graft volume and weight. The H&E and immunofluorescence staining revealed that BoNTA, prostaglandin E2 and PDRN improved the graft angiogenesis. Simultaneously, TNF-α expression level detected by ELISA was the lowest in the PDRN group. CONCLUSION Henceforth, the present preliminary study suggests that pre-transplantation treatment with BoNTA, prostaglandin E2 and PDRN can improve the fat graft angiogenesis and graft integrity, whereby the effect of adding PDRN may be significant.

Abstract
Anomalous local temperature and extreme events (e.g. heat-waves) can cause rapid change and gradual recovery of local environmental conditions. However, few studies have tested whether species distribution can recover following returning environmental conditions. Here, we tested for change and recovery of the spatial distributions of two flatfish populations, American plaice (Hippoglossoides platessoides) and yellowtail flounder (Limanda ferruginea), in response to consecutive decreasing and increasing water temperature on the Grand Bank off Newfoundland, Canada from 1985 to 2018. Using a Vector Autoregressive Spatiotemporal model, we found the distributions of both species shifted southwards following a period when anomalous cold water covered the northern sections of the Grand Bank. After accounting for density-dependent effects, we observed that yellowtail flounder re-distributed northwards when water temperature returned and exceeded levels recorded before the cold period, while the spatial distribution of American plaice has not recovered. Our study demonstrates nonlinear effects of an environmental factor on species distribution, implying the possibility of irreversible (or hard-to-reverse) changes of species distribution following a rapid change and gradual recovery of environmental conditions.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Diurnal temperature range (DTR) is an important indicator of global climate change. Many epidemiological studies have reported the associations between high DTR and human health. This study investigated the association between DTR and hospitalisations for ischaemic stroke in Hefei, China. STUDY DESIGN This is an ecological study. METHODS Data of daily hospital admissions for ischaemic stroke and meteorological variables from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2017 were collected in Hefei, China. A generalised additive model combined with distributed lag non-linear model was used to quantify the effects of DTR on ischaemic stroke. The interactive effect between DTR and temperature was explored with a non-parametric bivariate response surface model. RESULTS High DTR was associated with hospitalisations for ischaemic stroke. The adverse effect of extremely high DTR (99th percentile [17.1 °C]) occurred after 8 days (relative risk [RR] = 1.021, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.002, 1.041) and the maximum effect appeared after 12 days (RR = 1.029, 95% CI = 1.011, 1.046). The overall trend of the effect of DTR on ischaemic stroke was decreasing. In addition, there was a significant interactive effect of high DTR and low temperature on ischaemic stroke. CONCLUSIONS This study suggests that the impact of high DTR should be considered when formulating targeted measures to prevent ischaemic stroke, especially for those days with high DTR and low mean temperature.

Abstract
Objectives: Despite recent advances in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), few population-based studies have assessed the mortality rates and the underlying causes of death (UCDs) among patients with RA and RA-associated interstitial lung disease (RA-ILD). This study evaluated the trends in mortality rates, demographic characteristics, and UCDs among patients with RA-ILD.Method: Using data from death certificates (1999-2018) from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Multiple Cause of Death files, we explored the trends in mortality rates and UCD for patients with RA and RA-ILD. Moreover, we examined the crude and age-standardized mortality rates (ASMRs) for such patients. Results: Among patients with RA or RA-ILD, ASMR variation decreased over 20 years. The ASMR ratio of RA-ILD to RA decreased by 5.84%. The ASMR for RA and RA-ILD stratified by gender or age group also decreased. The change in the ASMR ratio of RA-ILD to RA trended downwards in women and upwards in men. Arthropathies and ILD were the most frequent UCDs for RA-ILD, while arthropathies and ischaemic heart disease were the most frequent UCDs for RA.Conclusions: Although RA and RA-ILD presented a downward trend in mortality, RA combined with ILD may reduce life expectancy. Specifically, the mortality rate for patients with RA-ILD remained relatively stable during the study period when ILD was the UCD, suggesting the need for active prevention, early diagnosis, and effective management of RA-ILD.

Longitudinal Flow Decorrelations in Xe+Xe Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.44 TeV with the ATLAS Detector. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2021; 126:122301. Abstract
The first measurement of longitudinal decorrelations of harmonic flow amplitudes v_{n} for n=2-4 in Xe+Xe collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.44 TeV is obtained using 3 μb^{-1} of data with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The decorrelation signal for v_{3} and v_{4} is found to be nearly independent of collision centrality and transverse momentum (p_{T}) requirements on final-state particles, but for v_{2} a strong centrality and p_{T} dependence is seen. When compared with the results from Pb+Pb collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV, the longitudinal decorrelation signal in midcentral Xe+Xe collisions is found to be larger for v_{2}, but smaller for v_{3}. Current hydrodynamic models reproduce the ratios of the v_{n} measured in Xe+Xe collisions to those in Pb+Pb collisions but fail to describe the magnitudes and trends of the ratios of longitudinal flow decorrelations between Xe+Xe and Pb+Pb. The results on the system-size dependence provide new insights and an important lever arm to separate effects of the longitudinal structure of the initial state from other early and late time effects in heavy-ion collisions.

Search for Dark Matter Produced in Association with a Dark Higgs Boson Decaying into W^{±}W^{∓} or ZZ in Fully Hadronic Final States from sqrt[s]=13 TeV pp Collisions Recorded with the ATLAS Detector. Abstract
Several extensions of the Standard Model predict the production of dark matter particles at the LHC. An uncharted signature of dark matter particles produced in association with VV=W^{±}W^{∓} or ZZ pairs from a decay of a dark Higgs boson s is searched for using 139 fb^{-1} of pp collisions recorded by the ATLAS detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The s→V(qq[over ¯])V(qq[over ¯]) decays are reconstructed with a novel technique aimed at resolving the dense topology from boosted VV pairs using jets in the calorimeter and tracking information. Dark Higgs scenarios with m_{s}>160 GeV are excluded.

Abstract
Gryllodes sigillatus is a cricket widely distributed throughout the world. In this study, we reported the first complete mitogenome sequence of Genus Gryllodes and inferred its phylogeny. The mitogenome of G. sigillatus was 16,369 bp and consisted of a control region and a typical set of 37 genes. It was AT-rich with strong codon usage bias and possessed a gene arrangement of trnE-trnS1-trnN. Phylogenetic analysis indicated G. sigillatus was sister species to Velarifictorus hemelytrus, together belonging to the Family Gryllidae. Our findings would contribute to understanding mitogenomic evolution and phylogeny of Ensifera.
