Abstract
This work proposes a discrete unified gas-kinetic wave-particle (DUGKWP) method for simulation of flows in all flow regimes. Unlike the discrete velocity method (DVM) and the direct simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC) method which solve the governing equations by either the deterministic method or the stochastic method, the DUGKWP combines the advantages of these two methods. In the DUGKWP, the information of microscopic particles as well as macroscopic flow variables are both evolved. Specifically, the microscopic particles are updated by the free-transport and resampling processes, while the macroscopic flow properties are evolved via solving the macroscopic governing equations of conservation laws with the finite volume method. According to the discrete characteristic solution to the Boltzmann-BGK equation utilized in the DUGKWP, in the highly rarefied flow regime, the motion of microscopic particles greatly determines the fluxes for the macroscopic governing equations. Conversely, for the continuum flow, no microscopic particle exists in the computational domain and the DUGKWP is degraded to the Navier-Stokes solver. Numerical studies validate that the DUGKWP can accurately predict the flow properties in all flow regimes. Furthermore, compared with the deterministic method, the DUGKWP enjoys superior efficiency with less memory consumption for both high-speed rarefied flows and flows close to the continuum regime.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical, biological and prognostic characteristics of leukemic non-nodal mantle cell lymphoma (nnMCL). Methods: The clinical data of 14 patients with nnMCL and 238 patients with classical mantle cell lymphoma (cMCL) in Blood Diseases Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from November 2000 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Among the 14 patients with nnMCL, there were 9 males and 5 females, with the age [M (Q1, Q3)] of 57.5 (52.3, 67.0) years. Among the 238 patients with cMCL, there were 187 males and 51 females, with the age of 58.0 (51.0, 65.3) years. The clinical and biological characteristics of the two groups were recorded and compared. Follow-up and efficacy evaluation were conducted by re-examination during hospital stay and telephone follow-up and so on. Results: The proportion of CD200 expression in nnMCL patients was 8/14, which was higher than that in cMCL patients [14.6% (19/130)] (P=0.001). The proportion of CD23 expression in nnMCL patients was 8/14, which was higher than that in cMCL patients [13.5% (23/171)] (P<0.001). The proportion of CD5 expression in nnMCL patients was 10/14, which was lower than that in cMCL patients [97.4% (184/189)] (P=0.001). The proportion of CD38 expression in nnMCL patients was 4/14, which was lower than that in cMCL patients [69.6% (112/161)] (P=0.005). The expression proportion of sex-determining region of Y chromosome-related high-mobility-group box 11 (SOX11) in nnMCL patients was 1/5, which was lower than that in cMCL patients [77.9% (60/77)] (P=0.014). The proportion of immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region (IGHV) mutations in nnMCL patients was 11/11, which was higher than that in cMCL patients [26.0% (13/50)] (P<0.001). As of April 11, 2021, the follow-up time for nnMCL and cMCL patients was 31 (8-89) months and 48 (0-195) months, respectively. Among the 14 nnMCL patients, 6 patients were still under observation, and 8 patients were treated. The overall response rate (ORR) was 8/8, including 4 patients with complete remission and 4 patients with partial response. The median overall survival and median progression-free survival were not reached in nnMCL patients. In the cMCL group, 50.0% (112/224) patients achieved a complete response, 24.6% (55/224) patients achieved a partial response, and ORR was 74.6% (167/224). There was no statistically significant difference in ORR between the two groups (P=0.205). Conclusions: nnMCL patients have an indolent progression, with higher expression rates of CD23 and CD200 and lower expression rates of SOX11, CD5 and CD38. Most patients have IGHV mutations, with a relatively good prognosis, and"watch and wait"approach is an optional treatment.

Abstract
The structure of the uranyl aqua ion (UO22+) and a number of its inorganic complexes (specifically, UO2Cl+, UO2Cl20, UO2SO40, [Formula: see text] , [Formula: see text] and UO2OH42-) have been characterised using X-Ray absorption spectroscopy/extended X-Ray absorption fine structure (XAS/EXAFS) at temperatures ranging from 25 to 326 ºC. Results of ab initio molecular dynamics (MD) calculations are also reported for uranyl in chloride and sulfate-bearing fluids from 25 to 400 ºC and 600 bar to 20 kilobar (kb). These results are reported alongside a comprehensive review of prior structural characterisation work with particular focus given to EXAFS works to provide a consistent and up-to-date view of the structure of these complexes under conditions relevant to U mobility in ore-forming systems and around high-grade nuclear waste repositories. Regarding reported EXAFS results, average equatorial coordination was found to decrease in uranyl and its sulfate and chloride complexes as temperature rose - the extent of this decrease differed between species and solution compositions but typically resulted in an equatorial coordination number of ∼3-4 at temperatures above 200 ºC. The [Formula: see text] complex was observed at temperatures from 25 to 247 ºC and exhibited no major structural changes over this temperature range. UO2OH42- exhibited only minor structural changes over a temperature range from 88 to 326 ºC and was suggested to manifest fivefold coordination with four hydroxyl molecules and one water molecule around its equator. Average coordination values derived from fits of the reported EXAFS data were compared to average coordination values calculated using the experimentally derived thermodynamic data for chloride complexes reported by Dargent et al. (2013) and Migdisov et al. (2018b), and for sulfate complexes reported by Alcorn et al. (2019) and Kalintsev et al. (2019). Sulfate EXAFS data were well described by available thermodynamic data, and chloride EXAFS data were described well by the thermodynamic data of Migdisov et al. (2018b), but not by the data of Dargent et al. (2013). The ab initio molecular dynamics calculations confirmed the trends in equatorial coordination observed with EXAFS and were also able to provide an insight into the effect of pressure in equatorial water coordination - for a given temperature, higher pressures appear to lead to a greater number of equatorially bound waters counteracting the temperature effect.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES This study aimed to investigate how people's health-seeking behaviors evolve in the COVID-19 pandemic by community and medical service category. STUDY DESIGN This is a longitudinal study using mobility data from 19 million mobile devices of visits to all types of health facility locations for all US states. METHODS We examine the variations in weekly in-person medical visits across county, neighborhood, and specialty levels. Different regression models are used for each level to investigate factors that influence the disparities in medical visits. County-level analysis explores associations between county medical visit patterns, political orientation, and COVID-19 infection rate. Neighborhood-level analysis focuses on neighborhood socio-economic compositions as potential determinants of medical visit levels. Specialty-level analysis compares the evolution of visit disruptions in different specialties. RESULTS A more left-leaning political orientation and a higher local infection rate were associated with larger decreases in in-person medical visits, and these associations became stronger, moving from the initial period of stay-at-home orders into the post-lockdown period. Initial reactions were strongest for seniors and those of high socio-economic status, but this reversed in post-lockdown period where socio-economically disadvantaged communities stabilized at a lower level of medical visits. Neighborhoods with more female and young people exhibited larger decreases in in-person medical visits throughout the initial and post-lockdown periods. The evolution of disruptions diverges across medical specialties, from only short-term disruption in specialties such as dentistry to increasing disruption, as in cardiology. CONCLUSIONS Given distinct patterns in visit between communities, medical service categories, and between different periods in the pandemic, policy makers, and providers should concentrate on monitoring patients in disrupted specialties who overlap with the at-risk contexts and socio-economic factors in future health emergencies.

Abstract
Some gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) have a tera-electron volt (TeV) afterglow, but the early onset of this has not been observed. We report observations with the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory of the bright GRB 221009A, which serendipitously occurred within the instrument field of view. More than 64,000 photons >0.2 TeV were detected within the first 3000 seconds. The TeV flux began several minutes after the GRB trigger, then rose to a peak about 10 seconds later. This was followed by a decay phase, which became more rapid ~650 seconds after the peak. We interpret the emission using a model of a relativistic jet with half-opening angle ~0.8°. This is consistent with the core of a structured jet and could explain the high isotropic energy of this GRB.

Abstract
Emerging evidence has proved that inflammatory responses aggravate the pathological progression of Parkinson's disease. This study aimed to identify the role of Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase-M (IRAK-M) as an important negative regulator of innate immunity, in the pathological progression of Parkinson's disease. In the present study, a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) injection was administered to prepare the acute and sub-acute Parkinson's disease mouse models. Western blot analysis was utilized to examine the protein expressions of tyrosine hydroxylase and IRAK-M. The mRNA expression levels of IRAK-M, interleukin (IL)-6, IL-β, and cyclooxygenase-2 were evaluated via using reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). The expression of tyrosine hydroxylase-positive neurons in corpus striatum and substantia nigra pars compacta (SNc) tissues was detected using immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the protein and mRNA levels of IRAK-M were considerably upregulated in corpus striatum and SNc tissues in the sub-acute Parkinson's disease model. Furthermore, IRAK-M knockout significantly enhanced the MPTP-induced loss of tyrosine hydroxylase-positive fibers in corpus striatum and tyrosine hydroxylase-positive neurons in SNc, and intensified the effect of MPTP on the activation of microglial cells and the expression of inflammatory cytokines. In addition, sub-acute Parkinson's disease mice with IRAK-M deletion exhibited worse motor abilities than those of wild-type littermates. Overall, the present study suggested that IRAK-M reduces dopaminergic neuron damage in sub-acute Parkinson's disease by suppressing inflammation, which may provide a new therapeutic target for Parkinson's disease treatment.

Abstract
Silicon is the most scalable optoelectronic material but has suffered from its inability to generate directly and efficiently classical or quantum light on-chip. Scaling and integration are the most fundamental challenges facing quantum science and technology. We report an all-silicon quantum light source based on a single atomic emissive center embedded in a silicon-based nanophotonic cavity. We observe a more than 30-fold enhancement of luminescence, a near-unity atom-cavity coupling efficiency, and an 8-fold acceleration of the emission from the all-silicon quantum emissive center. Our work opens immediate avenues for large-scale integrated cavity quantum electrodynamics and quantum light-matter interfaces with applications in quantum communication and networking, sensing, imaging, and computing.

Abstract
The detection of traffic signs is easily affected by changes in the weather, partial occlusion, and light intensity, which increases the number of potential safety hazards in practical applications of autonomous driving. To address this issue, a new traffic sign dataset, namely the enhanced Tsinghua-Tencent 100K (TT100K) dataset, was constructed, which includes the number of difficult samples generated using various data augmentation strategies such as fog, snow, noise, occlusion, and blur. Meanwhile, a small traffic sign detection network for complex environments based on the framework of YOLOv5 (STC-YOLO) was constructed to be suitable for complex scenes. In this network, the down-sampling multiple was adjusted, and a small object detection layer was adopted to obtain and transmit richer and more discriminative small object features. Then, a feature extraction module combining a convolutional neural network (CNN) and multi-head attention was designed to break the limitations of ordinary convolution extraction to obtain a larger receptive field. Finally, the normalized Gaussian Wasserstein distance (NWD) metric was introduced to make up for the sensitivity of the intersection over union (IoU) loss to the location deviation of tiny objects in the regression loss function. A more accurate size of the anchor boxes for small objects was achieved using the K-means++ clustering algorithm. Experiments on 45 types of sign detection results on the enhanced TT100K dataset showed that the STC-YOLO algorithm outperformed YOLOv5 by 9.3% in the mean average precision (mAP), and the performance of STC-YOLO was comparable with that of the state-of-the-art methods on the public TT100K dataset and CSUST Chinese Traffic Sign Detection Benchmark (CCTSDB2021) dataset.

Abstract
Glioblastoma (GBM) is a common primary brain tumor with poor clinical prognosis. Although CAR-T therapy has been trialed for treatment of GBM, the outcomes are sub-optimal possibly due to exhaustion of T cells and life-threatening neurotoxicity. To address these issues, a combined therapeutic strategy was tested in the current study using GD2 CAR-T together with Nivolumab - an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. An effector-to-target co-culture system was established to evaluate the short-term and long-term cytotoxicity of CAR-T, as well as to investigate the inhibitory activity and T cell exhaustion associated with the PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway. Orthotopic NOD/SCID GBM animal models were generated to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combined therapeutic strategy at various dosages of GD2 CAR-T with Nivolumab. GD2 CAR-T exhibited significant antigen-specific cytotoxicity in a dose-dependent manner in vitro. The persistence of cytotoxicity of GD2 CAR-T could be enhanced by addition of Nivolumab in the co-culture system. Animal studies suggested that GD2 CAR-T effectively infiltrated into tumor tissue and significantly hampered tumor progression. The optimal therapeutic outcome was obtained via using the medium dosage of CAR-T with Nivolumab, which displayed the highest efficacy in extending the survival up to 60 days. Further investigation of toxicity revealed that high-dosage of GD2 CAR-T could induce tumor apoptosis through p53/caspase-3/PARP signaling pathway. This study suggests that GD2 CAR-T in combination with Nivolumab may offer an improved therapeutic strategy for treatment of GBM.

Abstract
Indistinguishability of particles is a fundamental principle of quantum mechanics1. For all elementary and quasiparticles observed to date-including fermions, bosons and Abelian anyons-this principle guarantees that the braiding of identical particles leaves the system unchanged2,3. However, in two spatial dimensions, an intriguing possibility exists: braiding of non-Abelian anyons causes rotations in a space of topologically degenerate wavefunctions4-8. Hence, it can change the observables of the system without violating the principle of indistinguishability. Despite the well-developed mathematical description of non-Abelian anyons and numerous theoretical proposals9-22, the experimental observation of their exchange statistics has remained elusive for decades. Controllable many-body quantum states generated on quantum processors offer another path for exploring these fundamental phenomena. Whereas efforts on conventional solid-state platforms typically involve Hamiltonian dynamics of quasiparticles, superconducting quantum processors allow for directly manipulating the many-body wavefunction by means of unitary gates. Building on predictions that stabilizer codes can host projective non-Abelian Ising anyons9,10, we implement a generalized stabilizer code and unitary protocol23 to create and braid them. This allows us to experimentally verify the fusion rules of the anyons and braid them to realize their statistics. We then study the prospect of using the anyons for quantum computation and use braiding to create an entangled state of anyons encoding three logical qubits. Our work provides new insights about non-Abelian braiding and, through the future inclusion of error correction to achieve topological protection, could open a path towards fault-tolerant quantum computing.

Abstract
Neuromorphic perception and computing show great promise in terms of energy efficiency and data bandwidth compared to von Neumann's computing architecture. In-sensor computing allows perception information processing at the edge, which is highly dependent on the functional fusion of receptors and neurons. Here, a leaky integrate-and-fire (LIF) artificial spiking sensory neuron (ASSN) based on a NbOx memristor and an a-IGZO thin-film transistor (TFT) is successfully developed. The ASSN is fabricated mainly through simple sputter deposition processes, showing the prospect of high process compatibility and potential for integration fabrication. The device shows excellent spike encoding ability to deliver the neuromorphic information through spike rate and time-to-first spike. Moreover, in the ASSN, the a-IGZO TFT not only provides the fundamental spike signal computing function of the artificial neuron but also has NO2 gas and ultraviolet (UV) light dual sensitivity to introduce the neuromorphic perception capability. As a result, the ASSN successfully exhibits an inhibitory property under NO2 stimulation while exhibiting an excitatory state under UV light stimulation. Futhermore, self-adaption and lateral regulation circuits between different ASSNs are proposed at the edge in mimicking biological neurons' rich interconnection and feedback mechanisms. The ASSNs successfully achieve self-regulation after a huge response during a burst stimulus. In addition, the neuron transmits a more obvious output when the target-sensitive events occur through the edge internal regulation. The self-adaption and lateral regulation demonstrated in ASSN move an important step forward to in-sensor computing, which provides the potential for a multiscene perception in complex environments.

Abstract
In this work, a series of 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP)-based hyper crosslinked polymers were prepared by Friedel-Crafts reaction. Among them, the HCP-TPP-BCMBP, which was prepared by using TPP as the monomer and with 4,4'-Bis(chloromethyl)-1,1'-biphenyl (BCMBP) as the cross-linking agent, had the best adsorption capability for the enrichment of the nitroimidazoles of dimetridazole, ronidazole, secnidazole, metronidazole, and ornidazole. Then, a solid-phase extraction (SPE) method with the HCP-TPP-BCMBP as adsorbent coupled with HPLC-UV detection for the determination of nitroimidazole residues in honey, environmental water, and chicken breast samples was established. The influence of the main factors that affect the SPE, i.e., sample solution volume, sample loading rate, sample pH, and eluent and its volume, were studied. Under the optimal conditions, the limits of detection (S/N = 3) for the nitroimidazoles were measured to be in the range of 0.02-0.04 ng mL-1, 0.4-1.0 ng g-1 and 0.5-0.7 ng g-1 for environmental water, honey, and chicken breast samples, with the determination coefficients being in the range of 0.9933-0.9998. The analytes recoveries by the method in fortified samples fell in the range from 91.1% to 102.7% for environmental water, from 83.2% to 105.0% for honey, and from 85.9% to 103.0% for chicken breast samples, and the relative standard deviations for the determination were less than 10%. It shows that the HCP-TPP-BCMBP has a strong adsorption capability for some polar compounds.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Pregnancy-related low back pain (LBP) and pelvic girdle pain (PGP) significantly affect the quality of life of pregnant women. Understanding their severity and risk factors may help prevent and alleviate such pain and their resulting dysfunction. OBJECTIVE This study investigated the prevalence, severity, and biopsychosocial risk factors of pregnancy-related LBP and PGP in Zhengzhou, China. METHODS The Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), Chinese version of the Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ), and other questionnaires were self-administered by 1020 pregnant women undergoing treatment at a tertiary hospital between July and December 2019. Binary logistic regression was used to identify factors associated with pregnancy-related LBP and/or PGP. RESULTS The prevalence of LBP and/or PGP during pregnancy was 63.0%, and most participants (80.4%) had both. The mean NPRS and RMDQ disability scores were 2.44 ± 2.10 and 6.66 ± 4.65, respectively. A higher gestational body mass index, LBP and/or PGP during menstruation, history of pregnancy-related LBP and/or PGP, and constant pressure were significantly associated with pregnancy-related LBP and/or PGP. Subjective support was a protective factor against LBP and/or PGP. CONCLUSION The prevalence of LBP and/or PGP was high. The risk factors should be included in routine prenatal care to identify patients at risk of LBP and/or PGP.

Abstract
The relationships between biodiversity and ecosystem functions (BEF) are crucial for ecosystem management. However, little is known about how grazing affects BEF relationships in the context of ecological succession. Here, using a 5-year experiment in a semiarid grassland of the Loess Plateau, China, we mainly focused on how grazing affected the relationships between plant species diversity and aboveground biomass (AGB) and explored the underlying mechanisms behind the relationships. In addition, we compared the plant dynamics of community composition and structure under no-grazing and grazing treatments during succession. We found that the plant species diversity-AGB relationship shifted from a negative-linear pattern in no-grazing to a humped-back model in grazing during plant community succession, suggesting that grazing could regulate dominant species and alter the availability of light resources to suppress competitive exclusion during succession. In addition, changes in annual plants over time played crucial roles in the BEF relationships. The increase in annual Salsola collina in this study, which also alters multiple mechanisms of plant interaction, had a significant effect on the negative-linear relationship both with and without grazing. On average, compared to no-grazing treatment, grazing significantly decreased the plant community density (39.53 %), cover (16.97 %), height (7.85 %), and AGB (9.35 %), but increased plant diversity, including species richness and the Shannon-Wiener index, and especially dramatically enhanced the Shannon-Wiener index (ranging from 1.55 to 2.13). These results underline the close association between grazing and the dynamics of plant communities in semiarid grasslands during succession. In particular, our findings further reveal grazing-dependent relationships between diversity and AGB, which have significant implications for the management and biodiversity conservation measures of semiarid grassland ecosystems.

Abstract
Objective: To establish a dynamic syndromic surveillance system in the border areas of Yunnan Province based on information technology, evaluate its effectiveness and timeliness in the response to common communicable disease epidemics and improve the communicable disease prevention and control in border areas. Methods: Three border counties were selected for full coverage as study areas, and dynamic surveillance for 14 symptoms and 6 syndromes were conducted in medical institutions, the daily collection of information about students' school absence in primary schools and febrile illness in inbound people at border ports were conducted in these counties from January 2016 to February 2018 to establish an early warning system based on mobile phone and computer platform for a field experimental study. Results: With syndromes of rash, influenza-like illness and the numbers of primary school absence, the most common communicable disease events, such as hand foot and mouth disease, influenza and chickenpox, can be identified 1-5 days in advance by using EARS-3C and Kulldorff time-space scanning models with high sensitivity and specificity. The system is easy to use with strong security and feasibility. All the information and the warning alerts are released in the form of interactive charts and visual maps, which can facilitate the timely response. Conclusions: This system is highly effective and easy to operate in the detection of possible outbreaks of common communicable diseases in border areas in real time, so the timely and effective intervention can be conducted to reduce the risk of local and cross-border communicable disease outbreaks. It has practical application value.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the imaging evaluation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) otorrhea associated with inner ear malformation (IEM) in children. Methods: The clinical data of 28 children with CSF otorrhea associated with IEM confirmed by surgical exploration in Beijing Children's Hospital, from Nov, 2016 to Jan, 2021, were analyzed retrospectively,including 16 boys and 12 girls, aged from 8-month to 15-year and 8-month old, with a median age of 4-year old. The shapes of stapes were observed during the exploration surgery, and the imaging features of temporal bone high resolution CT(HRCT) and inner ear MRI pre- and post-operation were analyzed. Results: In 28 children with CSF otorrhea, 89.3%(25/28) had stapes footplates defect during exploration. Preoperative CT showed indirect signs such as IEM, tympanic membrane bulging, soft tissue in the tympanum and mastoid cavity. IEM included four kinds: incomplete partition type I (IP-Ⅰ), common cavity (CC), incomplete partition type Ⅱ (IP-Ⅱ), and cochlear aplasia (CA); 100%(28/28) presented with vestibule dilation; 85.7%(24/28) with a defect in the lamina cribrosa of the internal auditory canal. The direct diagnostic sign of CSF otorrrhea could be seen in 73.9%(17/23) pre-operative MRI: two T2-weighted hyperintense signals between vestibule and middle ear cavity were connected by slightly lower or mixed intense T2-weighted signals, and obvious in the coronal-plane; 100%(23/23) hyperintense T2-weighted signals in the tympanum connected with those in the Eustachian tube.In post-operative CT, the soft tissues in the tympanum and mastoid cavity decreased or disappeared as early as one week. In post-operative MRI, the hyperintense T2-weighted signals of tympanum and mastoid decreased or disappeared in 3 days to 1 month,soft tissues tamponade with moderate intense T2-weighted signal were seen in the vestibule in 1-4 months. Conclusions: IP-Ⅰ, CC, IP-Ⅱ and CA with dilated vestibule can lead to CSF otorrhea. Combined with special medical history, T2-weighted signal of inner ear MRI can provide diagnostic basie for most children with IEM and CSF otorrhea.HRCT and MRI of inner ear can also be used to evaluate the effect of surgery.

Abstract
Objective: To summarize the clinical data and prognosis of children with Philadelphia chromosome-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph-like ALL) common genes. Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study.Clinical data of 56 children with Ph-like ALL common gene cases (Ph-like ALL positive group) treated from January 2017 to January 2022 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Henan Children's Hospital, Henan Cancer's Hospital and Henan Provincial People's Hospital were collected, 69 children with other high-risk B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) at the same time and the same age were selected as the negative group. The clinical characteristics and prognosis of two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Comparisons between groups were performed using Mann-Whitney U test and χ2 test. Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival curve, Log-Rank test was used for univariate analysis, and the Cox regression model was used for multivariate prognosis analysis. Results: Among 56 Ph-like ALL positive patients, there were 30 males and 26 females, and 15 cases were over 10 years old. There were 69 patients in Ph-like ALL negative group. Compared with the negative group, the children in positive group were older (6.4 (4.2, 11.2) vs. 4.7 (2.8, 8.4) years), and hyperleukocytosis (≥50×109/L) was more common (25% (14/56) vs. 9% (6/69)), the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). In the Ph-like ALL positive group, 32 cases were positive for IK6 (1 case was co-expressed with IK6 and EBF1-PDGFRB), 24 cases were IK6-negative, of which 9 cases were CRLF2 positive (including 2 cases with P2RY8-CRLF2, 7 cases with CRLF2 high expression), 5 cases were PDGFRB rearrangement, 4 cases were ABL1 rearrangement, 4 cases were JAK2 rearrangement, 1 case was ABL2 rearrangement and 1 case was EPOR rearrangement. The follow-up time of Ph-like ALL positive group was 22 (12, 40) months, and 32 (20, 45) months for negative group. The 3-year overall survival (OS) rate of positive group was significantly lower than the negative group ((72±7) % vs. (86±5) %, χ2=4.59, P<0.05). Compared with the 24 IK6-negative patients, the 3-year event free survival (EFS) rate of 32 IK6 positive patients was higher, the difference was statistically significant ((88±9) % vs. (65±14) %, χ2=5.37, P<0.05). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the bone marrow minimal residual disease (MRD) not turning negative at the end of first induction (HR=4.12, 95%CI 1.13-15.03) independent prognostic risk factor for patient with Ph-like ALL common genes. Conclusions: Children with Ph-like ALL common genes were older than other high-risk B-ALL patients at diagnosis, with high white blood cells and lower survival rate. The bone marrow MRD not turning negative at the end of first induction were independent prognostic risk factor for children with Ph-like ALL common gene.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE We aimed at comparing the curative effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) and dynamic hip screw (DHS) in the treatment of Seinsheimer type V (type V) subtrochanteric fractures with sarcopenia. PATIENTS AND METHODS A retrospective analysis was performed on 59 patients with type V subtrochanteric fractures complicated with sarcopenia admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of the affiliated Jiangning Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from January 2016 to December 2021. Sarcopenia was diagnosed based on grip strength and skeletal muscle index (SMI). According to different surgical methods, they were divided into PFNA group (32 cases) and DHS group (27 cases). The age, gender, time from injury to operation, SMI value, incision length, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fluoroscopy times, perioperative blood transfusion, lower limb full weight-bearing time, visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain at 3 months after operation and at the last follow-up, Harris score as well as postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. RESULTS There were no significant differences in age, gender, time from injury to operation, and SMI between the two groups. The length of surgical incision, blood loss and blood transfusion in the PFNA group were less than those in the DHS group; however, the number of intraoperative fluoroscopies was more than that in the DHS group. The PFNA group had earlier full weight-bearing time, lower VAS score and higher Harris score at 3 months after operation, while there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score and Harris score between the two groups at the last follow-up. The incidence of complications in the PFNA group was lower than that in the DHS group, and the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS Both PFNA and DHS are effective methods for the treatment of type V subtrochanteric fractures complicated with sarcopenia. Strikingly, PFNA is preferred because of its short surgical incision, less blood loss, faster recovery, and lower incidence of complications.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The clinical work of ICU doctors is characterized by high intensity and medical risks, which lead to a highly stressful state for a long time and the occurrence of resignation due to long-term burnout. This study analyzes the correlation between the personal life, hospital work, social opinion, and psychological assessment of ICU physicians and their resignation intention. SUBJECTS AND METHODS This study is a multicenter questionnaire on the factors influencing resignation intention among ICU physicians. The study was completed through Critical Care E Institute (CCEI) and China Calm Therapy Research Group Academic Organization (CNCSG) by contacting critical care physicians in 3-A hospitals in 34 provinces in China. The questionnaire was in electronic format, and the results were filled in using the WeChat scan code. The survey included 22 indicators which included basic information about physicians (including gender, marriage, children, and income, etc.), hospital work (weekly working hours, on night duty, hospital environment, the evaluation of hospital's emphasis on medical staff, etc.), and SCL-90 psychological assessment. RESULTS A total of 1,749 ICU physicians completed the questionnaire. The results showed that 1,208 physicians (69.1%) intended to resign. There were statistical differences between the group's resignation intention and without resignation intention on 13 indicators. These indicators include professional title, night shift every few days, hospital hours/week, income satisfaction, work environment satisfaction, career prospect, and SCL-90 score, etc. (all p<0.05, respectively). The remaining nine indicators were not statistically different between the two groups (all p>0.05, respectively). Logistics analysis showed that working years, hospital hours (h/week), income satisfaction, work environment satisfaction, pride in hospital work, career prospects, and total SCL-90 score were all independent influences on physicians' choice of resignation intention (all p<0.05, respectively). The ROC curves' results showed that all seven indicators' predictive diagnostic value was low, with AUC areas ranging from 0.567 to 0.660. However, the combined diagnostic model of seven indicators has moderate diagnostic value. The AUC area of the model was 0.740 (95% CI: 0.718-0.760), with a sensitivity of 75.99% and specificity of 60.07%. CONCLUSIONS Physicians' income, working years, work environment satisfaction, career prospects, and psychological well-being can influence the choice of physicians' resignation intention in Chinese intensive care units. Government administration and hospitals can develop appropriate policies to enhance doctors working in hospital, thus reducing physicians' resignation choices.

Abstract
Recently, great progress has been made in the field of ultrasensitive microwave detectors, reaching even the threshold for utilization in circuit quantum electrodynamics. However, cryogenic sensors lack the compatibility with broad-band metrologically traceable power absorption measurements at ultralow powers, which restricts their range of applications. Here, we demonstrate such measurements using an ultralow-noise nanobolometer, which we extend by an additional direct-current (dc) heater input. The tracing of the absorbed power relies on comparing the response of the bolometer between radio frequency and dc-heating powers traced to the Josephson voltage and quantum Hall resistance. To illustrate this technique, we demonstrate two different methods of dc-substitution to calibrate the power that is delivered to the base temperature stage of a dilution refrigerator using our in situ power sensor. As an example, we demonstrate the ability to accurately measure the attenuation of a coaxial input line between the frequencies of 50 MHz and 7 GHz with an uncertainty down to 0.1 dB at a typical input power of -114 dBm.

Abstract
Rationale: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a prevalent neurodegenerative disorder that is characterized by degeneration of dopaminergic neurons (DA) at the substantia nigra pas compacta (SNpc). Cell therapy has been proposed as a potential treatment option for PD, with the aim of replenishing the lost DA neurons and restoring motor function. Fetal ventral mesencephalon tissues (fVM) and stem cell-derived DA precursors cultured in 2-dimentional (2-D) culture conditions have shown promising therapeutic outcomes in animal models and clinical trials. Recently, human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC)-derived human midbrain organoids (hMOs) cultured in 3-dimentional (3-D) culture conditions have emerged as a novel source of graft that combines the strengths of fVM tissues and 2-D DA cells. Methods: 3-D hMOs were induced from three distinct hiPSC lines. hMOs at various stages of differentiation were transplanted as tissue pieces into the striatum of naïve immunodeficient mouse brains, with the aim of identifying the most suitable stage of hMOs for cellular therapy. The hMOs at Day 15 were determined to be the most appropriate stage and were transplanted into a PD mouse model to assess cell survival, differentiation, and axonal innervation in vivo. Behavioral tests were conducted to evaluate functional restoration following hMO treatment and to compare the therapeutic effects between 2-D and 3-D cultures. Rabies virus were introduced to identify the host presynaptic input onto the transplanted cells. Results: hMOs showed a relatively homogeneous cell composition, mostly consisting of dopaminergic cells of midbrain lineage. Analysis conducted 12 weeks post-transplantation of day 15 hMOs revealed that 14.11% of the engrafted cells expressed TH+ and over 90% of these cells were co-labeled with GIRK2+, indicating the survival and maturation of A9 mDA neurons in the striatum of PD mice. Transplantation of hMOs led to a reversal of motor function and establishment of bidirectional connections with natural brain target regions, without any incidence of tumor formation or graft overgrowth. Conclusion: The findings of this study highlight the potential of hMOs as safe and efficacious donor graft sources for cell therapy to treat PD.

Abstract
Peatland degradation through drainage and peat extraction have detrimental environmental and societal consequences. Rewetting is a mitigation option to restore lost ecosystem functions, such as carbon uptake, water retention, biodiversity and nutrient sequestration. Peat mosses (Sphagnum) are the most important peat-forming species in bogs. Most Sphagnum species occur in nutrient-poor habitats, however, high growth rates have been reported in artificial nutrient-rich conditions with optimal water supply. Here, we demonstrate the differences in nutrient dynamics of 12 Sphagnum species during their establishment in a one-year field experiment at a Sphagnum paludiculture area in NW Germany. The 12 species are categorized in three groups (slower, medium and fast-growing). Rapid establishment of the peat mosses is facilitated by constant and sufficient supply of nutrient-rich, low pH, and low alkalinity surface water. Our study shows that slower-growing species (S. papillosum, S. magellancium, S. fuscum, S. rubellum, S. austinii; often forming hummocks) displayed signs of nutrient imbalance. These species accumulated higher amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium in their capitula, and had an elevated stem N:K quotient (> 3). Additionally, this group sequestered less carbon and potassium per m2 than the fast and medium growing species (S. denticulatum, S. fallax, S. riparium, S. fimbriatum, S. squarrosum, S. palustre, S. centrale). Lower lawn thickness may have amplified negative effects of flooding in slower-growing species. We conclude that nutrient dynamics and carbon/nutrient sequestration rates are species-specific. For optimal outcomes of bog restoration, generating ecosystem services or choosing suitable donor material for Sphagnum paludiculture, it is crucial to consider their compatibility with existing environmental conditions.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To quantitatively evaluate the trueness of five chairside three-dimensional facial scanning techniques, and to provide reference for the application of oral clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHODS The three-dimensional facial data of the subjects were collected by the traditional professional three-dimensional facial scanner Face Scan, which was used as the reference data of this study. Four kinds of portable three-dimensional facial scanners (including Space Spider, LEO, EVA and DS-FScan) and iPhone Ⅹ mobile phone (Bellus3D facial scanning APP) were used to collect three-dimensional facial data from the subjects. In Geomagic Studio 2013 software, through data registration, deviation analysis and other functions, the overall three-dimensional deviation and facial partition three-dimensional deviation of the above five chairside three-dimensional facial scanning technologies were calculated, and their trueness performance evaluated. Scanning time was recorded during the scanning process, and the subject's comfort was scored by visual analogue scale(VAS). The scanning efficiency and patient acceptance of the five three-dimensional facial scanning techniques were evaluated. RESULTS DS-FScan had the smallest mean overall and mean partition three-dimensional deviation between the test data and the reference data, which were 0.334 mm and 0.329 mm, respectively. The iPhone Ⅹ mobile phone had the largest mean overall and mean partition three-dimensional deviation between the test data and the reference data, which were 0.483 mm and 0.497 mm, respectively. The detailed features of the three-dimensional facial data obtained by Space Spider were the best. The iPhone Ⅹ mobile phone had the highest scanning efficiency and the highest acceptance by the subject. The average scanning time of the iPhone Ⅹ mobile phone was 14 s, and the VAS score of the subjects' scanning comfort was 9 points. CONCLUSION Among the five chairside three-dimensional face scanning technologies, the trueness of the scan data of the four portable devices had no significant difference, and they were all better than the iPhone Ⅹ mobile phone scan. The subject with the iPhone Ⅹ scanning technology had the best expe-rience.
