Abstract
We present the first amplitude analysis of the decay D_{s}^{+}→π^{+}π^{0}η. We use an e^{+}e^{-} collision data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.19 fb^{-1} collected with the BESIII detector at a center-of-mass energy of 4.178 GeV. We observe for the first time the W-annihilation dominant decays D_{s}^{+}→a_{0}(980)^{+}π^{0} and D_{s}^{+}→a_{0}(980)^{0}π^{+}. We measure the absolute branching fraction B(D_{s}^{+}→a_{0}(980)^{+(0)}π^{0^{(}+)},a_{0}(980)^{+(0)}→π^{+(0)}η)=(1.46±0.15_{stat}±0.23_{sys})%, which is larger than the branching fractions of other measured pure W-annihilation decays by at least one order of magnitude. In addition, we measure the branching fraction of D_{s}^{+}→π^{+}π^{0}η with significantly improved precision.

Abstract
We designed and fabricated a new type of superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) susceptometers for magnetic imaging of quantum materials. The 2-junction SQUID sensors employ 3D Nb nano-bridges fabricated using electron-beam lithography. The two counter-wound balanced pickup loops of the SQUID enable gradiometric measurement and they are surrounded by a one-turn field coil for susceptibility measurements. The smallest pickup loop of the SQUIDs were 1 μm in diameter and the flux noise was around 1 μФ0/√Hz at 100 Hz. We demonstrate scanning magnetometry, susceptometry and current magnetometry on some test samples using these nano-SQUIDs.

CD8+ T cells stimulated by exosomes derived from RenCa cells mediate specific immune responses through the FasL/Fas signaling pathway and, combined with GM‑CSF and IL‑12, enhance the anti‑renal cortical adenocarcinoma effect. Abstract
A satisfactory cure rate for renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is difficult to achieve through traditional immunotherapy. RCC has a relatively high spontaneous regression rate due to tumor immune escape. However, tumor‑derived exosomes (TEXs), which effectively carry tumor‑associated antigens (TAAs) and trigger stronger antigen‑specific tumor immunity against autologous tumors than against other tumors, have been widely viewed as attractive potential vaccines for tumor treatment, although improvements are needed. Therefore, in our study, we determined whether RenCa cell‑derived exosome (RDE)‑stimulated CD8+ T cells exert a stronger specific cytotoxic effect on autologous tumor cells than on other types of tumor cells through the Fas ligand (FasL)/Fas signaling pathway, and whether the combination of RDE‑stimulated CD8+ T cells with GM‑CSF and IL‑12 enhances the anticancer effect. The results showed that RDEs were isolated, as expected, and promoted an increased percentage of CD8+/CD4+ T cells. RDE‑stimulated CD8+ T cells also more effectively facilitated cytotoxicity against RenCa cells when combined with GM‑CSF and IL‑12 in vitro. Furthermore, immunization with RDEs restrained the growth of RenCa tumors in mouse models, and facilitated the stimulation of a stronger specific cytotoxic CD8+ T cell response via the FasL/Fas signaling pathway in vitro. However, these results were observed less frequently for other types of tumor cells after treatment with RDEs, suggesting that RDEs depend on their antigen specificity to trigger antitumor immune responses. These findings revealed that RDE‑stimulated CD8+ T cells combined with GM‑CSF and IL‑12 can more effectively exert a stronger cytotoxic effect than RDEs alone and that RDEs can induce immunization more effectively against renal cortical adenocarcinoma than against other types of cancer. Therefore, according to our study, exosomes are promising potential vaccines, and the combination of exosome‑stimulated CD8+ T cells with GM‑CSF and IL‑12 may be a novel strategy for the treatment of RCC.

Abstract
We study the e^{+}e^{-}→γωJ/ψ process using 11.6 fb^{-1} e^{+}e^{-} annihilation data taken at center-of-mass energies from sqrt[s]=4.008 GeV to 4.600 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring. The X(3872) resonance is observed for the first time in the ωJ/ψ system with a significance of more than 5σ. The relative decay ratio of X(3872)→ωJ/ψ and π^{+}π^{-}J/ψ is measured to be R=1.6_{-0.3}^{+0.4}±0.2, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic (the same hereafter). The sqrt[s]-dependent cross section of e^{+}e^{-}→γX(3872) is also measured and investigated, and it can be described by a single Breit-Wigner resonance, referred to as the Y(4200), with a mass of 4200.6_{-13.3}^{+7.9}±3.0 MeV/c^{2} and a width of 115_{-26}^{+38}±12 MeV. In addition, to describe the ωJ/ψ mass distribution above 3.9 GeV/c^{2}, we need at least one additional Breit-Wigner resonance, labeled as X(3915), in the fit. The mass and width of the X(3915) are determined. The resonant parameters of the X(3915) agree with those of the Y(3940) in B→KωJ/ψ and of the X(3915) in γγ→ωJ/ψ observed by the Belle and BABAR experiments within errors.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the association between dust exposure and the incidence of hypertension in male coal miners. Methods: Using the method of retrospective cohort study,a hypertension cohort of colliery in Henan Province was established in January 2006. From 2006 to 2017,all the male coal miners in a colliery who were exposed to dust were selected into the exposure group including tunneling, mining, auxiliary and combining workers, and workers from administrative logistics departments who were not exposed to dust were selected into the control group. The eligible participants should satisfy following conditions: working more than one year, with clear and complete record of occupation change, and with complete archives and reliable diagnosis of occupational health surveillance. The exclusion criteria of participants were with hypertension at the baseline of study or with heart, liver, kidney diseases and malignant tumors. A total of 12 647 participants were enrolled in this study (11 663 in the exposure group and 984 in the control group). The follow-up period was from January 2006 to December 2017,with a total follow-up of 89 259.75 person-years. Questionnaires and physical measurements were used to collect general demographic characteristics, occupational exposure history and occupational health surveillance data of all participants. The Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to estimate the association between the dust exposure and the incidence of hypertension. Results: During the follow-up period, 2 549 new-onset hypertension patients were identified with an incidence density of hypertension about 2 855.71 per 100 000 person-years. The incidence density of hypertension was 2 967.58 per 100 000 person-years in the exposure group, and 1 643.85 per 100 000 person-years in the control group. The results of multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression model showed that after the adjustment of marriage, age, smoking, alcohol drinking and body mass index, the risk of hypertension was higher in the exposure group compared with the control group (HR=1.692, 95%CI: 1.410-2.032). Further analysis showed that compared with workers from administrative logistics departments, the risk of hypertension in tunneling, mining and auxiliary working was 1.629(1.345-1.973),1.677(1.374-2.046) and 1.782(1.475-2.151),respectively. Conclusion: Dust exposure may increase the risk of hypertension in male coal miners.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of the 2015ATA, 2017ACR and 2016KTA/KSThR ultrasound model for indeterminate thyroids nodules. Method: Four hundred and sixty-four patients with thyroid nodules that were initially diagnosed as indeterminate thyroids nodules by fine needle aspiration(FNA) cytology were included in this study. The clinical data and two-dimensional ultrasonographic features were compared between the benign and malignant nodules. The two-dimensional ultrasound images of all nodules were sorted by the 2015ATA, 2017ACR and 2016KTA/KSThR guideline ultrasound model grading criteria, and the malignant risk of different grading were calculated. In order to calculate the diagnosis and other indicators, the optimal threshold drawing from ROC curve was drawn to obtain the cut-off value of 2015ATA, 2017ACR and 2016KTA/KSThR. Result: ①There was no significant difference in age, sex and nodule size between benign and malignant nodules(P>0.05), and there also was no significant difference in irregular margin, microcalcification between benign and malignant nodules.②The sensitivity of the 2015ATA ultrasound model was 87.9%, slightly lower than that of the 2016KTA/KSThR and 2017ACR guidelines(P>0.05).The specificity of 2015ATA was 63.9%, which was significantly higher than that of 2016KTA/KSThR and 2017ACR guidelines(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between 2015ATA ultrasound model and 2016KTA/KSThR guide ultrasound for the accuracy(P>0.05), but the accuracy of 2015ATA ultrasound model was significantly higher than that of 2017ACR guide(P<0.05).③The area under the curve of 2015ATA was slightly lower than that of 2016KTA/KSThR(0.889 VS 0.902, P>0.05) and significantly higher than that of 2017ACR(0.889 VS 0.854, P<0.05). Conclusion: 2015ATA has high specificity and accuracy and moderate sensitivity for the diagnosis of benign and malignant indeterminate thyroids nodules, which is helpful for the clinical evaluation and management of such nodules.

Abstract
Using a total of 9.0 fb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data with center-of-mass energies between 4.15 and 4.30 GeV collected by the BESIII detector, we search for the processes e^{+}e^{-}→γX(3872) with X(3872)→π^{0}χ_{cJ} for J=0, 1, 2. We report the first observation of X(3872)→π^{0}χ_{c1}, a new decay mode of the X(3872), with a statistical significance of more than 5σ for all systematic fit variations. Normalizing to the previously established process e^{+}e^{-}→γX(3872) with X(3872)→π^{+}π^{-}J/ψ, we find B(X(3872)→π^{0}χ_{c1})/B(X(3872)→π^{+}π^{-}J/ψ)=0.88_{-0.27}^{+0.33}±0.10, where the first error is statistical and the second is systematic. We set 90% confidence level upper limits on the corresponding ratios for the decays to π^{0}χ_{c0} and π^{0}χ_{c2} of 19 and 1.1, respectively.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of rapid hepatitis B vaccination with different vaccine dosages and types in adults. Methods: Adults who were aged ≥20 years, negative in the detections of 5 HBV serum markers or only anti-HBc positive were selected from Chaoyang district of Beijing. They were divided into 4 community-based specific groups and given three doses of 10 μg HepB-SCY vaccine, 20 μg HepB-SCY vaccine, 20 μg HepB-CHO vaccine and 10 μg HepB-HPY vaccine respectively at month 0, 1, and 2. Their blood samples were collected within 1-2 months after completing the three dose vaccination to test anti-HBs level by using chemiluminesent microparticle immunoassay. A face to face questionnaire survey was conducted, and χ(2) test, Mantel- Haensel χ(2) test, Kruskal-Wallis rank test and multiple logistic regression analysis were performed. Results: A total of 1 772 participants completed vaccination and observation. Their average age was 48.5 years, and 62.75% of them were females. The anti-HBs positive rates in the groups of 10 μg HepB-SCY, 20 μg HepB-SCY, 20 μg HepB-CHO and 10 μg HepB-HPY vaccines were 79.49%, 84.34%, 82.50% and 74.15%, respectively (P=0.005), and the geometric mean titers (GMT) were39.53 mIU/ml, 62.37 mIU/ml, 48.18 mIU/ml and 33.64 mIU/ml respectively (P=0.025). The overall anti-HBs positive rate and GMT were 79.01% and 41.18 mIU/ml. The anti-HBs GMT of 4 groups declined with age. The differences in anti-HBs GMT among 4 groups minimized with age. The result of logistic modeling indicated that vaccine type and dosage, age and smoking were associated with anti-HBs statistically after controlling the variables of"only anti-HBc positive or not"and"history of hepatitis B vaccination". Conclusion: Hepatitis B vaccination at dosage of 20 μg based on 0-1-2 month rapid schedule could achieved anti-HBs positive rates>80% in middle aged and old people, which can be used as supplement of 0-1-6 month routine schedule.

Abstract
Objective: To summarize the phenotype of epileptic children with SCN2A mutations. Methods: Epileptic patients who were treated in the Pediatric Department of Peking University First Hospital from September 2006 to October 2017 and detected with SCN2A mutations by targeted next-generation sequencing were enrolled. Clinical manifestations of all patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results: A total of 21 patients (16 boys and 5 girls) with SCN2A mutations were collected. Twenty-one SCN2A mutations were identified. Ten patients had mutations inherited from one of their parents and 11 patients had de novo mutations. The age of epilepsy onset was from 2 days to 2 years and 6 months: six patients with seizure onset in neonates (29%) , six patients with seizure onset between 1 month and 3 months of age (29%), three patients with seizure onset between 4 months and 6 months of age, two patients with seizure onset between 7 months and one year of age, and four patients with seizure onset beyond one year of age. Multiple seizure types were observed. The focal seizure was the most common seizure type which was observed in 18 patients (86%) . Spasm seizure was observed in 6 patients (29%) . Other seizure types were rare. In 19 patients, seizures manifested in clusters (90%) . In 3 patients, seizures manifested fever-sensitive. Nine of ten patients with inherited SCN2A mutations had normal development. However, all patients with de novo SCN2A mutations had mild or severer development delay. In 21 patients with SCN2A mutations, five were diagnosed with benign familial infantile epilepsy, 3 with benign familial neonatal-infantile epilepsy, 3 with Ohtahara syndrome, 3 with West syndrome, 2 with encephalopathy with early infantile onset epilepsy, one with febrile seizures plus, one with Dravet syndrome, one with encephalopathy with childhood-onset epilepsy, one with autism with epilepsy and one with intellectual disability with epilepsy. Conclusions: The clinical features of patients with SCN2A mutations include that main seizure onset is the neonate and early infancy, and the main seizure type is the focal seizure, manifested in clusters. The large spectrum of SCN2A-related epilepsy, which not only includes epilepsy with a comparatively favorable prognosis, but also epileptic encephalopathy. De novo mutations often lead to severe phenotype with development delay.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the impact of ultrasonic assisted rapid processing technique combined with the environment friendly reagent (which can be utilized in fixing, dehydrating and clearing) on processing tumor biopsy specimens and the subsequent target detection. Methods: Postoperative tissue samples of 56 cases of breast cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver mass, bladder mass, uterus mass were obtained at the National Cancer Center, Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from February to April, 2017. Three specimens ranging in size from 1 to 3 mm were collected from each sample, and were separated into control group (traditional tissue-processing method); experiment group 1 (3.7% neutral buffered formaldehyde fixation, composite environment friendly reagent and ultrasonic assisted rapid processing) and experimental group 2 (composite environment friendly reagent direct fixation, higher temperature and longer time for tissue processing). Two pathologists blinded to the experimental groups scored totally the nuclear, cytoplasmic, and membrane staining of 43 cases of immunohistochemistry (IHC), four HER2 fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), 20 extracted DNA quality and four EGFR gene mutation detection in lung adenocarcinoma; the results were compared with the control group. Results: There was no difference in the IHC staining, HER2 FISH, the DNA quality, and EGFR genetic results between experimental group 1 and control group. For experiment group 2, comparing results of IHC staining, HER2 FISH and the quality of DNA, there was no obvious difference from control group and experiment group 1, but might show an increase in the background of IHC staining. The difference between the treatment temperature and time in the experimental group 2 did not affect the results of the gene mutation detection. Conclusions: Environment freindly reagent and ultrasonic assisted rapid processing equipment could be used for rapid processing and diagnosis for tumor biopsies. Using complex environment-friendly reagents supplement fixation, higher treatment temperature and longer treatment time do not significantly affect the IHC, FISH and molecular detection accuracy.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Less than half of eligible Chinese rural women have been screened for breast and cervical cancer. The objective of this study was to describe individual-level reasons for attending or not attending 'two cancers' screening using Andersen's Behavioral Model of Health Services Use. STUDY DESIGN Cross-sectional study. METHODS The study sample was from the Health Services Survey in 2013 in Jiangsu, China. A total of 6520 rural women aged 36-65 years answered the questions on 'two cancers' screening participation and were included in the final analysis, which consisted of univariate and multivariate logistic regression. RESULTS In the results of multivariate logistic regression, factors significantly associated with having 'two cancers' screening included educational level (odds ratio [OR] = 0.78, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.65-0.92), per capita household income (OR = 0.65, 95% CI = 0.58-0.73), availability of female medical faculty in township facilities (OR = 0.35, 95% CI = 0.28-0.42), quality of life (OR = 0.72, 95% CI = 0.58-0.90), being nulliparous (OR = 3.21, 95% CI = 1.96-5.26), and multiparous (OR = 1.91, 95% CI = 1.68-2.16). CONCLUSION To reduce inadequate screening service utilization of breast and cervical cancer in rural areas, efforts should be made not only to target the vulnerable rural women with lower income, lower educational level, and lower health conditions but also to further improve access to female primary-care providers. Strategies are also urgently needed to focus on nulliparous and multiparous women.

Abstract
Recurrent spontaneous abortion is one of the common complications in women of childbearing age during pregnancy. The immune factor accounts for a large proportion of many causes. Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome is the most common type of acquired thrombophilia disease. Autoimmune diseases that cause thrombosis and obstetric complications under the action of antibodies are also the most common type of immune-related recurrent abortion. At present, there is no unified opinion on the treatment of this disease, especially the treatment of immunoglobulins and other drugs like glucocorticoid. Here we reviewed the progress of diagnosis and treatment of antiphospholipid antibody-related recurrent abortions and retrospectively analyzed and summarized the drug regimens and pregnancy outcomes of this disease with pregnancy patients in our hospital. A total of 75 patients were included. According to their clinical manifestations and laboratory results, these patients were basically divided into two categories: classical antiphospholipid syndrome and non-classical antiphospholipid syndrome. The latter was further divided into serum-negative antiphospholipid syndrome and antiphospholipid antibody-related recurrent abortion patients based on their clinical manifestations and antiphospholipid antibody results. The patients were divided into four categories: aspirin + hydroxychloroquine, aspirin + low molecular weight heparin, aspirin + low molecular weight heparin + hydroxychloroquine, aspirin + hydroxychloroquine + low molecular weight heparin + low dose glucocorticoids. Among them, aspirin + hydroxychloroquine + low molecular weight heparin + low dose glucocorticoid treatment regimen was most commonly used. Most of the patients who received the above different treatment regimens achieved full-term infants, and a small number of patients had adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as premature delivery, placental abruption, eclampsia, and fetal malformation. And adverse pregnancy outcomes also occurred in this group. It might be related to the severity of the disease and the potential adverse effects of maternal fetal. However, further statistical analysis is needed for the risk factors affecting the pregnancy outcome of this part of patients.

Abstract
In this study, we reported a case of progressive pseudorheumatoid dysplasia in Peking University Third Hospital. A 56-year-old male patient presented with hip joint pain for more than 40 years and multiple joints pain with limitation of movements of these joints for 28 years. This patient suffered from joint pain and impaired range of motion of the hip, knee, elbow and shoulder gradually, associated with difficulty in walking and inability to take care of himself. He was diagnosed with "femoral head necrosis" or "ankylosing spondylitis" in local hospitals, but the treatment of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and sulfasalazine was not effective. Up to the age of 14, the patient displayed normal physical development, with the highest height was about 158 cm, according to the patient recall. However, his height was 153 cm at present. There was no history of similar illness in any family member. Physical examinations descried limitation of movement of almost all joints. Enlargement and flexion deformity of the proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joints of the hands resulted in the claw hand appearance. Limited abduction and internal and external rotation of the shoulder and hip could be find. He had normal laboratory findings for blood routine test, biochemical indexes and acute phase reactants such as C-reactive protein (CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). Furthermore, HLA-B27 and autoimmune antibodies such as rheumatoid factor (RF), anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) antibody and antinuclear antibody (ANA) were all negative. X-ray of the hip showed loss of the joint space and irregularities of the femoral head, both femoral head were flattened, it could be see hyperplasia, osteophytes, bilateral femoral neck thicken, neck dry angle turned smaller. The radiological findings of the spinal vertebra indicated kyphosis deformity, narrowing of the intervertebral discs, vertebral syndesmophytes and flattening of the vertebra. However, there was no clues of bone marrow edema in the lumbar MRI. At last, genetic testing for the Wnt1-inducible signaling pathway protein 3 (WISP3) gene was done and indicated compound heterozygous mutations: 756C>G and c.866dupA. These two mutations were derived from the patient's mother and father (the patient's parents each had a heterozygous mutation). Two exons of the WISP3 gene had nucleotide changes leading to amino acid mutations. According to the patient's history, symptoms, physical examinations, radiological findings and genetic testing, the final definitive diagnosis was progressive pseudorheumatic dysplasia.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the surgical results and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer patients with liver metastases. Methods: The clinicopathological data and post-operative survival of 37 patients who underwent resection of liver metastasis from gastric cancer at our department from Dec. 2007 to Dec. 2014 were analyzed. Results: The 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival rates after resection were 91.4%, 57.9%, and 22.0%, respectively, with a median survival of 37 months. Univariate analysis revealed that lymph node metastasis, multiple hepatic metastases and no preoperative chemotherapy are unfavorable prognostic factors for overall survival. Multivariate analysis identified that lymph node metastasis and number of liver metastasis are independent prognostic factors. Conclusions: Gastric cancer patients with a solitary liver metastasis may be good candidates for gastric D2 resection combined with liver R0 resection.

The visible light–driven ZnS–TiO2/RGO nanocomposites, with good visible light–driven photocatalytic activity, utilizing graphene oxide as precursor, were successfully synthesized via a facile solvothermal thermal method with graphene oxide as precursor. Ti4+ ions were derived from titanium dioxide powder (TiO2, P25) and tetrabutyl titanate. S2− ions and Zn2+ ions were provided by sodium sulfide and zinc acetate, respectively. The photocatalytic and absorbance activity of the nanocomposites was investigated through the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue in aqueous solution. The results showed that the ZnS–TiO2/RGO nanocomposite prepared by tetrabutyl titanate exhibited better photocatalytic and adsorbance activity for methylene blue under visible light irradiation and its photocatalytic efficiency reached 90% in 60-min light irradiation, almost 1.5 times that of the synthesized ZnS–TiO2/RGO by P25, which was attributed to a cooperative reaction because of an increase of photo-absorption effect of graphene sheets and photocatalytic effect of ZnS nanoparticles. The adsorbance activity for ZnS–TiO2/RGO–tetrabutyl titanate) reached 48%, which was almost 1.7 times higher than that of ZnS–TiO2/RGO-P25 and almost 3.7 times higher than that of ZnS/RGO.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the surgical technique and outcomes of uteri retrieval from brain-dead multi-organ donors. This study is a preclinical research of human living uterine transplantation. Methods: From May, 2015 to May, 2017, four uteri retrieval procedures, characterized with radical hysterectomy and uterine vascular pedicles dissection, were performed in multi-organ brain-dead donors. The uterus was the third authorized organ after the kidney and liver retrieval procedures in the first two cases. The uterine pedicles included the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, the upper one-third of the vagina and internal iliac vessels or external iliac vessels. The perfusion of the uterus was conducted after the retrieval for evaluating the availability, followed by histopathological examination of the uterine issues per 30 minutes. Results: Since the uterine vein was quite difficult to identify and dissect in the first two case, which result in the rupture of triple uterine veins. Therefore, the uterine venous vessels including uterine vein connected with internal iliac vein and internal iliac arteries were selected as vascular grafts and dissected successfully in the last two cases, which could be perfused with the mixture of 4 ℃ heparinized physiological saline through each artery because of shortening the surgical time and arranging the uterine procurement as the first authorized organ procedure.Mean (SD) operative time was 152.5±39.0 min (115-215 min, n=4). Conclusion: Our preliminary experience indicated that the uterus could be retrieved from the brain-dead multi-organ donors and transplanted to the recipient. The attempt of skeletonizing the uterine veins should be replaced by dissection of internal iliac vein.

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of the mandible advanced device on the reproductive system of the male New-Zealand rabbit with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods: Thirty male New-Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (with 10 rabbits in each group): sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome group (group OSAHS), mandible advanced device group (group MAD) and control group. On the basis of the OSAHS animal model, mandible advanced devices were used for group MAD animals. After intervention for 8 weeks (sleeping by dorsal position, 4-6 hours/d), the samples were gained from the animals under general anesthesia and observed under the transmission electron microscope (TEM) and the AX-80 universal microscope. The cauda epididymis was obtained to be observed the number, viability, motility and abnormal rate of spermatozoa. Results: Compared with the control group, the upper airway space, the saturation of blood oxygen, partial pressure of oxygen, pH, the number, viability rate and motility rate of spermatozoa in cauda epididymis of the group OSAHS were significant decreased (all P<0.05), and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide and the rate of teratospermia was significant increased (both P<0.05). But compared with the control group, these indexes mentioned above in the group MAD showed no statistical significance (all P>0.05). TEM and the light microscope showed that the status of spermatogenic cell, seminiferous tubule and spermatogenic epithelium was improved in the group MAD. The correlation analysis showed that the saturation of blood oxygen had a negative correlation with the rate of teratospermia (r=-0.614, P<0.001). Conclusion: The damage of spermatogenic cells and the decrease of the sperm quality caused by OSAHS in New-Zealand rabbits could be improved by the mandible advanced devices.

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of Xpert MTB/RIF assay in the diagnosis of cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis.Method:A total of 160 patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis confirmed by pathology in Wuhan Pulmonary Hospital between January 2015 and June 2016 were enrolled. Cervical lymph node biopsy tissue specimens from these patients were collected and tested with acid-fast bacilli smear, TB-DNA assays, culture, and Xpert Mtb/RIF, respectively. The results were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Result:Using pathological diagnosis as the standard, the sensitivity of acid-fast bacilli smear was 8.12%(13/160), the sensitivity of TB-DNA assay was 69.38%(111/160), the sensitivity of culture was 31.88%(51/160), and the sensitivity of Xpert Mtb/RIF was 74.38%(119/160). The detection rate of multidrug-resistant lymphoid tuberculosis using a combination of Xpert Mtb/RIF, line probe assay (LPA), and culture methods was 9.38%(15/160).Conclusion:Xpert Mtb/RIF can rapidly detect cervical lymph node tuberculosis and assess rifampicin resistance. TB-DNA assay exhibited similar sensitivity as compared to Xpert Mtb/RIF and can detect both isoniazid and rifampicin resistant genes through LPA.These two methods are more effective than the traditional culture and smear methods.

Abstract
Objective: To evalute the clinical outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) for infertility male with severe asthenospermia induced by multiple morphological anomalies of the flagella (MMAF). Methods: The clinical data of 15 patient with MMAF were retrospectively analyzed, who underwent ICSI treatment using hyponotic swelling test the "live" sperm in the Department of Reproductive Medicine of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital from January 2011 to December 2016. Another 30 obstructive azoospermia (OA)patients are matched strictly who also accepted ICSI in the same treatment time. The two groups were compared in the couples'age, the body mass index(BMI), the duration of infertility, the retrieved oocytes, the number of ICSI oocytes, and the rates of fertilization, cleavage, transferrable embryos, good embryos, embryos implanted, clinical pregncncy, early abortion, singleton and twins. Results: After 27 cycles of ICSI, all of the MMAF patients achieved clinical pregnancy, including 11 cases of live birth, 2 cases of spontaneous abortion, and 2 cases of pregnancy maintenance. There were no significant difference between MMAF and OA groups in the couples'age and BMI, or the numbers of retrieved oocytes and ICSI oocytes(P>0.05), but the differences in the infertility duration had statistical meaning(P<0.001). No statistical differences were observed among groups in ICSI fertility rate(92.0% vs 91.6%), clesvage rate(95.4% vs 96.5%), high-quality embryonic rate(56.5% vs 57.5%), good blastocyst rate(23/61 vs 35/94), embryo implantation rate(20/48 vs 35/75), early abortion rate(4/19 vs 8/36), clinical pregncncy rate(15/27 vs 28/50), singleton rate (10/13 vs 20/25)and twinning rate(3/13 vs 5/25)(P>0.05). Conclusions: MMAF may not affect ICSI treatment outcomes, but genetic defects can be transmitted through ICSI. The affected couples should be informed of the necessity of prenatal genetic diagnosis before embryo implantation and the inevitable vertical transmission of genetic problems to the offspring.

Icariin induces the growth, migration and osteoblastic differentiation of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts by inhibiting Toll-like receptor 4 and NF-κB p65 phosphorylation. Abstract
The proliferation, migration and differentiation capacities of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts (HPDLCs) are important for the treatment of periodontal diseases. The aim of the present study was to investigate whether icariin could promote these abilities in HPDLCs, and explore the cellular mechanisms therein. The results indicated that icarrin markedly blocked apoptosis, and increased the viability and migration of HPDLCs, particularly at the concentrations of 20 and 50 µM. In addition, icariin significantly promoted HPDLCs to synthesize extracellular matrix, which was reflected by the decreased expression of matrix matalloproteinase-1 and increased expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1. Furthermore, the levels of bone morphogenetic protein 2, collagen I, osteoprotegerin and alkaline phosphatase were markedly elevated by icariin, indicating that icariin was able to promote the osteogenic differentiation capability of HPDLCs. Icariin also inactivated the Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR)-4/nuclear factor (NF)-κB signaling pathway by suppressing the expression levels of TLR-4 and phosphorylated p65, and by blocking p65 nuclear translocation. These results suggested that icarrin increased the survival, migration and osteoblastic differentiation of HPDLCs by inhibiting the TLR-4/NF-κB signaling pathway.
