A click and three component A3 coupling reactions were achieved by lanthanum loaded CuO NPs under ultrasonication. 1,4-Disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles and propargylamines were synthesized in a short reaction time with high regioselectivity and yields.

Abstract
A hydrogen-bond-mediated asymmetric [4+1] annulation/rearrangement cascade of stable sulfur ylides and nitroolefins was developed. This reaction provides a facile route to enantioenriched 4,5-substituted oxazolidinones in moderate to excellent isolated yields (65-96 %) with excellent stereocontrol (up to more than 95:5 d.r. and 97:3 e.r.). This methodology was successfully applied to the concise synthesis of two bioactive molecules. The stereocontrolled modes and mechanism have been proposed to explain the origin of this stereochemistry.

Abstract
Propargylic amines are important intermediates for the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocycles. The insertion of a nitrene into a propargylic C-H bond has not been explored, despite the attention directed toward the Rh-catalyzed amination of other types of C-H bonds. In this communication, the conversion of a series of homopropargylic carbamates to propargylic carbamates and aminated allenes is described.

Abstract
A racemic Au(I)-catalyzed three-component reaction has been developed to prepare cyclic carbamimidates from imines, terminal alkynes, and sulfonylisocyanates. This reaction exploits the carbophilic π-acidity of gold catalysts to first activate an alkyne toward deprotonation and secondly, to activate the internal alkyne generated toward intramolecular O-cyclization. Unlike similar previously reported multicomponent gold-catalyzed reactions, the stereocenter generated during the alkynylation is preserved in the product. This trait was exploited by developing an enantioselective variant, using an unusual trans-1-diphenylphosphino-2-arylsulfamidocyclohexane ligand. Moderate to excellent levels of enantioselectivity were obtained using a variety of N-arylbenzylidene anilines (41-95% ee, 18 examples).
