Abstract
Numerous studies in the field of alkaloid chemistry have provided researchers with valuable insights into their unique properties as catalysts. Among the diverse natural catalysts, caffeine has emerged as a green, expedient, and biodegradable catalyst with high efficiency and applicability. Interest in using caffeine as a catalyst has burgeoned over the past few years with its role in diverse multicomponent reactions. Preparation of its imidazolium salts and further conversion to Nitrogen Heterocyclic Carbene (NHC) ligands and ionic liquids offers new paradigms. Caffeine has also played a multifaceted role as a support material in influencing the structural properties of nanoparticles. We hope that the chemistry of caffeine and its applications for sustainable organic transformations discussed in this review will stimulate new thinking and open new avenues in this field.

Abstract
Herein, core-shell magnetic nanoparticles are modified with imidazolium-tagged phosphine and propylene glycol moieties and used for the stabilization of bimetallic AuCu nanoparticles. The structure and morphology of the prepared material are identified with SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, atomic absorption spectroscopy, Fourier translation infrared spectroscopy, and a vibrating sample magnetometer. This hydrophilic magnetic bimetallic catalyst is applied in the reduction of toxic nitroarenes and reductive degradation of hazardous organic dyes such as methyl orange (MO), methyl red (MR), and rhodamine B (RhB), as well as in the degradation of tetracycline (TC). This magnetic AuCu catalyst indicated superior activity in all three mentioned reactions in comparison with its single metal Au and Cu analogs. This catalyst is recycled for 17 consecutive runs in the reduction of 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminophenol without a significant decrease in catalytic activity and recycled catalyst is characterized.

Abstract
In this report, the novel UiO‑66‑NH2 based-MOF(Zr) catalytic system which further modified with nitrogen-rich organic ligand (5-aminotetrazole) using post synthetic modification (PSM) approach has been prepared here as an efficient catalyst to promote the A3-coupling preparation of propargyl amines in green aquatic media. This newly highly efficient catalyst was synthesized upon Zr-based MOF (UiO‑66‑NH2) which successfully functionalized with 2,4,6‑trichloro‑1,3,5‑triazine (TCT) and 5‑aminotetrazole, following through stabilization of gold metal (Au) nanopartilces. The addition of N-rich organic ligand through post-synthesis modification which can be assisted to stabilize the bister and stable gold nanoparticles caused to unique structure of the final composite in favor of the progress of the A3 coupling reaction. Also several strategies comprising XRD, FT-IR, SEM, BET, TEM, TGA, ICP, EDS and elemental mapping analyzes, were used to indicate the successful preparation of the UiO-66-NH2@ Cyanuric Chloride@ 5-amino tetrazole/Au-NPs. The results of productivity catalyst are accomplished in good to excellent yields for all sort of reactions under mild conditions which is a proof of superior activity heterogeneous catalyst containing Au-nanoparticles. In addition, the suggested catalyst represented excellent reusability with no remarkable loss in activity up 9 sequential runs.

Abstract
In this paper, we report the synthesis of ZnFe2O4@SiO2@APTES@DHBS-Cu as a novel magnetic nanocatalyst, in a mild and green environment. The structure of the described magnetic compound was characterized by different physicochemical techniques including XRD, EDS, AAS, SEM, FT-IR, X-ray elemental mapping, TGA, and VSM analyses. The prepared magnetic nanoparticles exhibit excellent catalytic activity in synthesizing bis (pyrazolyl)methanes and oxidation of sulfide derivatives under green conditions. The heterogeneous nature of the catalyst was confirmed via the hot filtration experiment. Further, ZnFe2O4@SiO2@APTES@DHBS-Cu showed high efficiency and reusability that could be reused for at least five consecutive runs.

Abstract
Abstract
The gel type microscopic polymer beads bearing epoxy functionalities were modified using the two-stage procedures in order to decorate their surface with the moieties of the zeroth order PAMAM type dendrimer and different heterocyclic aldehydes (2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde, 2-pyrrolidinecarboxaldehyde, furfural or 2-thiophenecarboxaldehyde). The polymeric supports provided in this manner were then used for the immobilization of copper(II) ions. The resulting materials were characterized using different instrumental techniques (optical microscopy, SEM, FTIR microscopy, DR UV–Vis, ICP-OES, and thermal analysis). They were also used as catalysts in the model A3 coupling reaction of benzaldehyde, morpholine and phenylacetylene. The best catalytic activity was found for the polymeric catalyst bearing 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde moieties. It turned out to be effective in the A3 coupling reactions included different benzaldehyde, alkyne, and secondary amine derivatives, as well. It could also be recycled several times without a significant decrease in its activity in the model A3 coupling reaction.

Abstract
Nowadays, there is great demand to use natural, cheap, and biodegradable materials as catalysts in different organic reactions. In this work, we use human hair as a completely biodegradable, renewable, and available material for the reduction of nitroarenes in aqueous media at 50 °C. Using this new catalyst, structurally different aromatic nitro compounds, as well as heterocyclic compounds, are reduced to corresponding amines in high to excellent yields. The presented catalytic system is applicable for large-scale reduction of nitroarenes.
