Abstract
Over the past decades, electrospray ionization for mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) has become one of the most commonly employed techniques in analytical chemistry, mainly due to its broad applicability to polar and semipolar compounds and the superior selectivity which is achieved in combination with high resolution separation techniques. However, responsiveness of an analytical method also determines its suitability for the quantitation of chemical compounds; and in electrospray ionization for mass spectrometry, it can vary significantly among different analytes with identical solution concentrations. Therefore, we investigated the ESI-response behavior of 56 nitrogen-containing compounds including aromatic amines and pyridines, two compound classes of high importance to both, synthetic organic chemistry as well as to pharmaceutical sciences. These compounds are increasingly analyzed employing ESI mass spectrometry detection due to their polar, basic character. Signal intensities of the peaks from the protonated molecular ion (MH+) were acquired under different conditions and related to compound properties such as basicity, polarity, volatility and molecular size exploring their quantitative impact on ionization efficiency. As a result, we found that though solution basicity of a compound is the main factor initially determining the ESI response of the protonated molecular ion, other factors such as polarity and vaporability become more important under acidic solvent conditions and may nearly outweigh the importance of basicity under these conditions. Moreover, we show that different molecular descriptors may become important when using different types of instruments for such investigations, a fact not detailed so far in the available literature.

Abstract
Photophysical and photochemical properties of diradical in the first excited state is recorded for the very first time with the IR, band structure for dianilino molecule at room temperature, in the vapor phase. In this experiment high resolution absorption spectra of anilino free radical, dianilino, aniline in the vapor phase and silicon dioxide in the solid state were recorded by flash photolysis technique photographically. Silicon dioxide absorption band between 250 and 255 nm were also observed for the reaction cell, because the cell and windows of the cell material were spectrosilica grade fused quartz. And this absorption band also used as wavelength calibration for all the photoproducts formed in the reaction cell during optical pumping.

Abstract
The observation of triplet-triplet absorption of salicylidene-p-toluidine, is complicated by the possible colored isomer formation during the optical pumping. The short-lived (singlet-singlet) and long-lived (triplet-triplet) absorption spectra were recorded phographically by microsecond flash and nanosecond laser flash photolysis techniques. Salicylidene-aniline complexes were purified by repeated recrystallisation until further recrystallisation produced no further changes for X-ray diffraction pattern and optical absorption, emission properties.

Abstract
The observation of triplet-triplet absorption and emission spectra of salicylidene-m-bromo-aniline in solution, is complicated by the possible colored isomer formation during the optical pumping for yotta-photonic excitation at room temperature. The short-lived (singlet-singlet) and long-lived (triplet-triplet) absorption spectra were recorded phographically by microsecond flash and nano-second laser flash photolysis techniques. Salicylidene-m-bromo-aniline complexes were purified by repeated recrystallization until further recrystallization produced no further changes for X-ray diffraction pattern and optical absorption, emission properties. For yotta-photon excitation system, light could be faster than usual, because of heat and to many photonic collisions in the cavity, slowed down by the molecule, and stopped or frozen in a molecular orbital for a short time from nano-second to atto-second. The physical properties of the absorbed photons, in a very high photon flux density (i.e. in a photon field) are different in photonic character, and the emitted photons by the excited states behaves differently in photon field, no splitting occurs for the absorbed or emitted lines like in electrical or magnetic fields.

Abstract
High resolution electronic absorption spectra of aniline and anilino free radical have been recorded in the vapor phase at room temperature by flash photolysis technique, and subsequent reactions have been investigated by kinetic spectroscopy. It was possible to follow the kinetics of the anilino radical's decay which occurred predominantly by bimolecular recombination. Decay parameters of anilino free radical were measured from the absorption bands.
