Abstract
In the present work, two hybrid series of pyrazole-clubbed pyrimidine and pyrazole-clubbed thiazole compounds 3-21 from 4-acetyl-1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-5(4H)-ole 1 were synthesized as novel antimicrobial agents. Their chemical structures were thoroughly elucidated in terms of spectral analyses such as IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectra. The compounds were in vitro evaluated for their antimicrobial efficiency against various standard pathogen strains, gram -ive bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumonia), gram + ive bacteria (MRSA, Bacillus subtilis), and Unicellular fungi (Candida albicans) microorganisms. The ZOI results exhibited that most of the tested molecules exhibited inhibition potency from moderate to high. Where compounds 7, 8, 12, 13 and 19 represented the highest inhibition potency against most of the tested pathogenic microbes comparing with the standard drugs. In addition, the MIC results showed that the most potent molecules 7, 8, 12, 13 and 19 showed inhibition effect against most of the tested microbes at low concentration. Moreover, the docking approach of the newly synthesized compounds against DNA gyrase enzyme was performed to go deeper into their molecular mechanism of antimicrobial efficacy. Further, computational investigations to calculate the pharmacokinetics parameters of the compounds were performed. Among them 7, 8, 12, 13 and 19 are the most potent compounds revealed the highest inhibition efficacy against most of the tested pathogenic microbes comparing with the standard drugs.

Abstract
Triazole is an imperative heterocycle renowned for its broad-spectrum biological significance. In this manuscript, facile microwave-assisted synthesis of a series of 4-(benzylideneamino)-3-(1-(2-fluoro-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)ethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5(4H)-thione 6(a-m) derivatives along with their in vivo analgesic activity is reported. 2-(2-Fluoro-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)propanoic acid (flurbiprofen) was converted to methyl 2-(2-fluoro-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)propanoate using microwave irradiation, followed by its hydrazinolysis with hydrazine monohydrate. 2-(2-Fluoro-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)propanehydrazide thus obtained was converted to 4-amino-3-(1-(2-fluoro-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)ethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5(4H)-thione, followed by its condensation with different aromatic aldehydes to get the title compounds. Structures of all the synthesized compounds were established using different methods (1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopies, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis) and evaluated for their potential as analgesic agents by tail flick, hot plate, and writhing methods. The results of this in vivo study revealed several compounds as potent analgesic agents among which compound 6e showed significant analgesic effect for all the three assays employed.

Abstract
New imidazolidindiones and tetra-substituted imidazole derivatives were designed, synthesized, and evaluated for the anticonvulsant activity through pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced seizures and maximal electroshock (MES) tests using valproate sodium and phenytoin sodium as reference drugs, respectively. Most of the target compounds showed excellent activity against pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced seizures with fair to no-activity against MES. Compounds 3d, 4e, 11b, and 11e showed higher activity (120%) than that of valproate sodium in PTZ model. Almost all compounds showed no neurotoxicity, as indicated by the rotarod test. Estimation of physicochemical properties and pharmacokinetic profiles of the target compounds were studied. The chemical structures of the target compounds were characterized by different spectrometric methods and elemental analysis.

Abstract
In this review, specific therapeutic and medicinal advantages including antiviral, antibacterial,
antifungal and antitumor, strategies for drug designing, structure-activity relationship, advances in
the syntheses of azo and hippuric acid derivatives of more than 50 compounds have been discussed
since 2009-2018. It is found that phenyl-diazenyl azo derivatives and pyridinyl substituted hippuric acid
derivatives showed promising antiretroviral potential. The incorporation of azo functionality to the
respective quinolones and coumarin moieties and the insertion of thiocarbazone to hippuric acid displayed
immense antibacterial activities. While, azo and hippuric acid derivatives of triazole and phenyl
species gave maximum fungicidal as well as cytotoxic activities.
