Study on the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of PCNL patients

The effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing on improving postoperative rehabilitation effect and life quality of early breast cancer patients

This study was intended to determine whether rapid rehabilitation nursing can enhance postoperative rehabilitation and life quality for breast cancer (BC) patients. One hundred seventy-two patients with BC treated in our hospital from March 2020 to September 2022 were included in this retrospective study and divided into the observation group (n = 86) and control group (n = 86) based on the different nursing methods that they received. The control group accepted routine nursing care, and the observation group accepted rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention. The amount of intraoperative blood loss, anesthesia awake time, postoperative drainage tube removal time, postoperative time of getting out of bed, length of hospital stays, incidence of postoperative complications, and postoperative recovery rate of affected limb, Barthel index and quality of life instruments for cancer patients: breast cancer (QLICP-BR) of BC patients were analyzed. The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less, and the difference was statistically significant (P < .05). The awake time of anesthesia, the time of pulling out the drainage tube after operation, the time of getting out of bed after operation and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were significant shorter (P < .05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was notably lower (P < .05). The excellent and good rate of postoperative rehabilitation of the affected limbs in the observation group was notably higher (P < .05). Before nursing, there exhibited no notable difference in the scores of Barthel index (P > .05). After 10 days of nursing, the score of Barthel index in the observation group was notably higher (P < .05). After 10 days of nursing, the QLICP-BR score of the observation group was significant higher (P < .05). Rapid rehabilitation nursing is beneficial to reduce the intraoperative blood loss of BC patients, shorten the recovery time of anesthesia, promote the excellent and good rate of rehabilitation of affected limbs, and improve the quality of life.

Clinical effect of MRZE chemotherapy combined with cluster nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and its influence on the levels of inflammatory factors and CT signs

The study aimed to analyze the clinical effect of MRZE chemotherapy combined with cluster nursing intervention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and its influence on CT signs. A total of 94 patients treated in our hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research object. Both groups were treated with MRZE chemotherapy regimen. Patients in the control group received routine nursing mode on this basis, and patients in the observation group received cluster nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, compliance and nursing satisfaction, detection rate of immune function pulmonary oxygen index and pulmonary function CT signs and the level of inflammatory factors before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The differences of adverse reactions between the observation and control groups were statistically significant. After nursing, the scores of tuberculosis prevention and control of tuberculosis infection route, tuberculosis symptoms, tuberculosis policy and tuberculosis infection awareness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. MRZE chemotherapy combined with cluster nursing intervention model for pulmonary tuberculosis patients can effectively improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Efficacy and Satisfaction Evaluation of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Patients with Laparoscopic Myomectomy

Objective. To evaluate the efficacy and satisfaction of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods. In this retrospective study, a total of 60 patients scheduled for a laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were enrolled and assigned at a ratio of 1 : 1 to receive either routine nursing (routine group) or rapid rehabilitation nursing (study group) according to different nursing methods. Outcome measures included nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction. Results. Rapid rehabilitation nursing resulted in less intraoperative blood loss, shorter postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay, and a lower incidence of bladder irritation ( $123.56\pm 30.68$ , $22.54\pm 5.07$ , $5.70\pm 1.06$ , and 4.55%) versus the routine nursing ( $185.78\pm 32.78$ , $31.02\pm 5.28$ , $7.57\pm 2.19$ , 18.18%) ( $P<0.05$ ). Rapid rehabilitation nursing was associated with a lower incidence of complications (3.33%) versus routine nursing (20.00%) ( $P<0.05$ ). The eligible patients receiving rapid rehabilitation nursing showed a significantly higher satisfaction (96.67%) versus routine nursing (80.00%) ( $P<0.05$ ). Conclusion. Rapid rehabilitation nursing is effective in the nursing of patients after laparoscopic myomectomy by minimizing the physical and mental stress of patients, shortening the length of hospital stay, reducing the occurrence of related complications, and boosting the quality of life of patients, so it is worthy of clinical application.
