Abstract
Our study explores neutrosophic statistics, an extension of classical and fuzzy statistics, to address the challenges of data uncertainty. By leveraging accurate measurements of an auxiliary variable, we can derive precise estimates for the unknown population median. The estimators introduced in this research are particularly useful for analysing unclear, vague data or within the neutrosophic realm. Unlike traditional methods that yield single-valued outcomes, our estimators produce ranges, suggesting where the population parameter is likely to be. We present the suggested generalised estimator's bias and mean square error within a first-order approximation framework. The practicality and efficiency of these proposed neutrosophic estimators are demonstrated through real-world data applications and the simulated data set.

Abstract
It is challenging for a decision-maker to decide a proper decision in severe situations of multi-aspirated real-life problems. So there is always an ambiguity in the mind of decision maker. Keeping such vagueness in mind, this paper aims to incorporate some situation parameters imprecise in nature. The imprecise parameters are taken in single-valued bipolar neutrosophic environments. Different arithmetic operations on the single-valued bipolar neutrosophic number using the (α, β) cut method are proposed in this paper. Using this we have calculated the possibility mean of single valued bipolar neutrosophic numbers. A multi-item economic production quantity model with one time only discount is considered here with some parameters in single valued bipolar neutrosophic number as a case study of our proposed work. A possibilistic mean de-fuzzification technique is used here using possibility measures. Finally, numerical illustration and sensitivity analysis is done for different variables to emphasize the excellence of our proposed work.

Abstract
Pharmaceutical logistics are primarily concerned with handling transportation and supply chain management of numerous complex goods most of which need particular requirements for their logistical care. To find the high level of specialization, suppliers of pharmaceutical logistics must be selected under a mathematical model that can treat vague and uncertain real-life circumstances. The notion of bipolarity is a key factor to address such uncertainties. A bipolar fuzzy soft set (BFSS) is a strong mathematical tool to cope with uncertainty and unreliability in various real-life problems including logistics and supply chain management. In this paper, we introduce new similarity measures (SMs) based on certain properties of bipolar fuzzy soft sets (BFSSs). The proposed SMs are the extensions of Frobenius inner product, cosine similarity measure, and weighted similarity measure for BFSSs. The proposed SMs are also illustrated with respective numerical examples. An innovative multi-attribute decision-making algorithm (MADM) and its flow chart are being developed for pharmaceutical logistics and supply chain management in COVID-19. Furthermore, the application of the suggested MADM method is presented for the selection of the best pharmaceutical logistic company and a comparative analysis of the suggested SMs with some of the existing SMs is also demonstrated.

Abstract
Trapezoidal fuzzy neutrosophic decision making plays an important role in decision-making processes with uncertain, indeterminate, and inconsistent information. In this paper, we propose a new multi-attribute decision-making method based on decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL), fuzzy distance, and linear assignment method (LAM), and we express evaluation values as the trapezoidal fuzzy neutrosophic numbers (TrFNNs). First, attribute weights are obtained using the DEMATEL method and the new fuzzy distance of TrFNNs based on graded mean integration representation is defined. Then, alternatives are ranked using the LAM in operations research. In addition, we make two comparative analyses in the end to illustrate the feasibility and rationality of our method. Finally, an illustrative example about typhoon disaster assessment is presented to show the advantages of the proposed method.

Abstract
AbstractNeutrosophic set can deal with the uncertainties related to the information of any decision making problem in real life scenarios, where fuzzy set may fail to handle those uncertainties properly. In this study, we present the perception of trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic numbers and its classification in different frame. We introduce the idea of disjunctive structures of trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic numbers namely type-1 trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number, type-2 trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic numbers, and type-3 trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number based on the perception of dependency among membership functions in neutrosophic set. In any neutrosophic decision-making problem, the decision maker uses the comparison of neutrosophic numbers to choose among alternatives solutions. Here, we introduce a ranking method, i.e., De-bipolarization scheme for trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number (TrBNN) using removal area technique. We also describe the utility of trapezoidal bipolar neutrosophic number and its appliance in a multi criteria group decision making problem (MCGDM) for distinct users in trapezoidal bipolar arena which is more ethical, precise and reliable in neutrosophic field.

Abstract
Employing the concept and function of tangency with similarity measures and counterpart distances for reliable medical consultations has been extensively studied in the past decades and results in lots of isomorphic measures for application. We compared the majority of such isomorphic measures proposed by various researchers and classified them into (a) maximum norm and (b) one-norm categories. Moreover, we found that previous researchers used monotonic functions to transform an identity function and resulted in complicated expressions. In this study, we provide a theoretical foundation to explain the isomorphic nature of a newer measure proposed by the following research paper against its studied existing one in deriving the same pattern recognition results. Specifically, this study initially proposes two similarity measures using maximum norm, arithmetic mean, and aggregation operators and followed by a detailed discussion on their mathematical characteristics. Subsequently, a simplified version of such measures is presented for easy application. This study completely covers two previous methods to point out that the complex approaches used were unnecessary. The findings will help physicians, patients, and their family members to obtain a proper medical diagnosis during multiple examinations.

Abstract
In this paper, a definition of quadripartitioned single valued bipolar neutrosophic set (QSVBNS) is introduced as a generalization of both quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic sets (QSVNS) and bipolar neutrosophic sets (BNS). There is an inherent symmetry in the definition of QSVBNS. Some operations on them are defined and a set theoretic study is accomplished. Various similarity measures and distance measures are defined on QSVBNS. An algorithm relating to multi-criteria decision making problem is presented based on quadripartitioned bipolar weighted similarity measure. Finally, an example is shown to verify the flexibility of the given method and the advantage of considering QSVBNS in place of fuzzy sets and bipolar fuzzy sets.

Abstract
In the last few decades, the computational methods under Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) have experienced significant growth in research interests from various scientific communities. Multi-Attributive Border Approximation area Comparison (MABAC) is one of the MCDM methods where its computation procedures are based on distances and areas, and able to express a complex decision systematically. Previous literature have suggested the combination of MABAC with fuzzy sets, in which this combination is used to solve problems that are characterized by uncertain and incomplete information. Differently from the fuzzy MABAC, which directly used single membership, this paper proposes bipolar neutrosophic MABAC of which the positive and negative of truth, indeterminate and false memberships of bipolar neutrosophic set are introduced to enhance decision in sustainable energy selection. Fourteen criteria and seven alternatives of sustainable energy are the main MCDM structures that need to be solved using the proposed method. A group of experts were invited to provide rating of performance values of criteria and alternatives of sustainable energy problem using a bipolar neutrosophic linguistic scale. The distances of alternatives from the Border Approximation Area of bipolar neutrosophic MABAC are the main output of the proposed method prior to making the final decision. The computational results show that ‘Biomass’ is the optimal alternative to sustainable energy selection. Comparable results are also presented to check the consistency of the proposed method.

Abstract
Similarity plays a significant implicit or explicit role in various fields. In some real applications in decision making, similarity may bring counterintuitive outcomes from the decision maker's standpoint. Therefore, in this research, we propose some novel similarity measures for bipolar and interval-valued bipolar neutrosophic set such as the cosine similarity measures and weighted cosine similarity measures. The propositions of these similarity measures are examined, and two multi-attribute decision making techniques are presented based on proposed measures. For verifying the feasibility of proposed measures, two numerical examples are presented in comparison with the related methods for demonstrating the practicality of the proposed method. Finally, we applied the proposed measures of similarity for diagnosing bipolar disorder diseases.

Disjunctive Representation of Triangular Bipolar Neutrosophic Numbers, De-Bipolarization Technique and Application in Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Problems. Symmetry (Basel) 2019. Abstract
This research paper adds to the theory of the generalized neutrosophic number from a distinctive frame of reference. It is universally known that the concept of a neutrosophic number is generally associated with and strongly related to the concept of positive, indeterminacy and non-belongingness membership functions. Currently, all membership functions always lie within the range of 0 to 1. However, we have generated bipolar concept in this paper where the membership contains both positive and negative parts within the range −1 to 0 and 0 to 1. We describe different structures of generalized triangular bipolar neutrosophic numbers, such as category-1, category-2, and category-3, in relation to the membership functions containing dependency or independency with each other. Researchers from different fields always want to observe the co-relationship and interdependence between fuzzy numbers and crisp numbers. In this platform, we also created the perception of de-bipolarization for a triangular bipolar rneutrosophic number with the help of well-known techniques so that any bipolar neutrosophic fuzzy number of any type can be smoothly converted into a real number instantly. Creating a problem using bipolar neutrosophic perception is a more reliable, accurate, and trustworthy method than others. In this paper, we have also taken into account a multi-criteria decision-making problem (MCDM) for different users in the bipolar neutrosophic domain.

Abstract
Molodtsov originated soft set theory that was provided a general mathematical framework for handling with uncertainties in which we meet the data by affix parameterized factor during the information analysis as differentiated to fuzzy as well as neutrosophic set theory. The main object of this paper is to lay a foundation for providing a new approach of single-valued neutrosophic soft tool which is considering many problems that contain uncertainties. In present study, a new aggregation operators of single-valued neutrosophic soft numbers have so far not yet been applied for ranking of the alternatives in decision-making problems. To this propose work, single-valued neutrosophic soft weighted arithmetic averaging (SVNSWA) operator, single-valued neutrosophic soft weighted geometric averaging (SVNSWGA) operator have been used to compare two single-valued neutrosophic soft numbers (SVNSNs) for aggregating different single-valued neutrosophic soft input arguments in neutrosophic soft environment. Then, its related properties have been investigated. Finally, a practical example for Medical diagnosis problems provided to test the feasibility and applicability of the proposed work.

Abstract
In real applications, most decisions are fuzzy decisions, and the decision results mainly depend on the choice of aggregation operators. In order to aggregate information more scientifically and reasonably, the Heronian mean operator was studied in this paper. Considering the advantages and limitations of the Heronian mean (HM) operator, four Heronian mean operators for bipolar neutrosophic number (BNN) are proposed: the BNN generalized weighted HM (BNNGWHM) operator, the BNN improved generalized weighted HM (BNNIGWHM) operator, the BNN generalized weighted geometry HM (BNNGWGHM) operator, and the BNN improved generalized weighted geometry HM (BNNIGWGHM) operator. Then, their propositions were examined. Furthermore, two multi-criteria decision methods based on the proposed BNNIGWHM and BNNIGWGHM operator are introduced under a BNN environment. Lastly, the effectiveness of the new methods was verified with an example.

Abstract
Most existing high-order prediction models abstract logical rules that are based on historical discrete states without considering historical inconsistency and fluctuation trends. In fact, these two characteristics are important for describing historical fluctuations. This paper proposes a model based on logical rules abstracted from historical dynamic fluctuation trends and the corresponding inconsistencies. In the logical rule training stage, the dynamic trend states of up and down are mapped to the two dimensions of truth-membership and false-membership of neutrosophic sets, respectively. Meanwhile, information entropy is employed to quantify the inconsistency of a period of history, which is mapped to the indeterminercy-membership of the neutrosophic sets. In the forecasting stage, the similarities among the neutrosophic sets are employed to locate the most similar left side of the logical relationship. Therefore, the two characteristics of the fluctuation trends and inconsistency assist with the future forecasting. The proposed model extends existing high-order fuzzy logical relationships (FLRs) to neutrosophic logical relationships (NLRs). When compared with traditional discrete high-order FLRs, the proposed NLRs have higher generality and handle the problem caused by the lack of rules. The proposed method is then implemented to forecast Taiwan Stock Exchange Capitalization Weighted Stock Index and Heng Seng Index. The experimental conclusions indicate that the model has stable prediction ability for different data sets. Simultaneously, comparing the prediction error with other approaches also proves that the model has outstanding prediction accuracy and universality.

Abstract
In classical group theory, homomorphism and isomorphism are significant to study the relation between two algebraic systems. Through this article, we propose neutro-homomorphism and neutro-isomorphism for the neutrosophic extended triplet group (NETG) which plays a significant role in the theory of neutrosophic triplet algebraic structures. Then, we define neutro-monomorphism, neutro-epimorphism, and neutro-automorphism. We give and prove some theorems related to these structures. Furthermore, the Fundamental homomorphism theorem for the NETG is given and some special cases are discussed. First and second neutro-isomorphism theorems are stated. Finally, by applying homomorphism theorems to neutrosophic extended triplet algebraic structures, we have examined how closely different systems are related.

Abstract
The Neutrosophic set (NS) has grasped concentration by its ability for handling indeterminate, uncertain, incomplete, and inconsistent information encountered in daily life. Recently, there have been various extensions of the NS, such as single valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs), Interval neutrosophic sets (INSs), bipolar neutrosophic sets (BNSs), Refined Neutrosophic Sets (RNSs), and triangular fuzzy number neutrosophic set (TFNNs). This paper contains an extended overview of the concept of NS as well as several instances and extensions of this model that have been introduced in the last decade, and have had a significant impact in literature. Theoretical and mathematical properties of NS and their counterparts are discussed in this paper as well. Neutrosophic-set-driven decision making algorithms are also overviewed in detail.
