Abstract
This study introduces innovative operational laws, Einstein operations, and novel aggregation algorithms tailored for handling q-spherical fuzzy rough data. The research article presents three newly designed arithmetic averaging operators: q-spherical fuzzy rough Einstein weighted averaging, q-spherical fuzzy rough Einstein ordered weighted averaging, and q-spherical fuzzy rough Einstein hybrid weighted averaging. These operators are meticulously crafted to enhance precision and accuracy in arithmetic averaging. By thoroughly examining their characteristics and interrelations with existing aggregate operators, the article uncovers their distinct advantages and innovative contributions to the field. Furthermore, the study illustrates the actual implementation of these newly constructed operators in a variety of attribute decision-making scenarios employing q-SFR data, yielding useful insights. Our suite of decision-making tools, including these operators, is specifically designed to address complex and uncertain data. To validate our approach, this study offers a numerical example showcasing the real-world applicability of the proposed operators. The results not only corroborate the efficacy of the proposed method but also underscore its potential significance in practical decision-making processes dealing with intricate and ambiguous data. Additionally, comparative and sensitivity analyses are presented to assess the effectiveness and robustness of our proposed work relative to other approaches. The acquired knowledge enriches the current understanding and opens new avenues for future research.

Abstract
This study investigates advanced data collection methodologies and their implications for understanding employee and customer behavior within specific locations. Employing a comprehensive multi-criteria decision-making framework, we evaluate various technologies based on four distinct criteria and four technological alternatives. To identify the most effective technological solution, we employ the q-spherical fuzzy rough TOPSIS method, integrating three key parameters: lower set approximation, upper set approximation, and parameter q (where q ≥ 1). Our novel approach combines the TOPSIS method with q-spherical fuzzy rough set theory, providing deeper insights into data-driven decision-making processes in corporate environments. By comparing our proposed framework with existing multi-criteria decision-making methodologies, we demonstrate its strength and competitiveness. This research contributes to enhancing decision-making capabilities in corporate settings and beyond.

Abstract
In recent years, various medical diagnosis problems have been addressed from the perspective of multi-attribute decision making. Among them, the three-way decision theory can provide a novel scheme to solve medical diagnosis issues under the framework of multi-attribute decision making via considering transforming relationships between loss functions and decision matrices. In this paper, we primarily explore a three-way decision method with tolerance dominance relations in ordered decision information systems. In existing three-way decision models, all objects can be divided into two states, we utilize decision attributes to obtain the set of two states in ordered decision information systems. Then, in order to improve the accuracy of patient classifications, the paper simultaneously considers the influence of loss and gain functions for each object, and uses loss and gain functions to obtain net profit functions as new measurement functions. Meanwhile, a class of three-way decisions in terms of multi-attribute decision making rules based on a tolerance dominance relation is established. In light of the proposed three-way decision method, we further construct a multi-attribute decision making method by using tolerance dominance relations and the constructed method is applied to a medical diagnosis issue of Lymphography. Finally, a comparison analysis and an experimental evaluation are performed to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented methodology.

Abstract
Based on decision theory rough sets (DTRSs), three-way decisions (TWDs) provide a risk decision method for solving multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problems. The loss function matrix of DTRS is the basis of this method. In order to better solve the uncertainty and ambiguity of the decision problem, we introduce the q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers (q-ROFNs) into the loss function. Firstly, we introduce concepts of q-rung orthopair fuzzy β-covering (q-ROF β-covering) and q-rung orthopair fuzzy β-neighborhood (q-ROF β-neighborhood). We combine covering-based q-rung orthopair fuzzy rough set (Cq-ROFRS) with the loss function matrix of DTRS in the q-rung orthopair fuzzy environment. Secondly, we propose a new model of q-ROF β-covering DTRSs (q-ROFCDTRSs) and elaborate its relevant properties. Then, by using membership and non-membership degrees of q-ROFNs, five methods for solving expected losses based on q-ROFNs are given and corresponding TWDs are also derived. On this basis, we present an algorithm based on q-ROFCDTRSs for MADM. Then, the feasibility of these five methods in solving the MADM problems is verified by an example. Finally, the sensitivity of each parameter and the stability and effectiveness of these five methods are compared and analyzed.

Abstract
Multigranulation rough set (MGRS) theory provides an effective manner for the problem solving by making use of multiple equivalence relations. As the information systems always dynamically change over time due to the addition or deletion of multiple objects, how to efficiently update the approximations in multigranulation spaces by making fully utilize the previous results becomes a crucial challenge. Incremental learning provides an efficient manner because of the incorporation of both the current information and previously obtained knowledge. In spite of the success of incremental learning, well-studied findings performed to update approximations in multigranulation spaces have relatively been scarce. To address this issue, in this paper, we propose matrix-based incremental approaches for updating approximations from the perspective of multigranulation when multiple objects vary over time. Based on the matrix characterization of multigranulation approximations, the incremental mechanisms for relevant matrices are systematically investigated while adding or deleting multiple objects. Subsequently, in accordance with the incremental mechanisms, the corresponding incremental algorithms for maintaining multigranulation approximations are developed to reduce the redundant computations. Finally, extensive experiments on eight datasets available from the University of California at Irvine (UCI) are conducted to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed incremental algorithms in comparison with the existing non-incremental algorithm.

Abstract
Differential equations occur in many fields of science, engineering and social science as it is a natural way of modeling uncertain dynamical systems. A bipolar fuzzy set model is useful mathematical tool for addressing uncertainty which is an extension of fuzzy set model. In this paper, we study differential equations in bipolar fuzzy environment. We introduce the concept gH-derivative of bipolar fuzzy valued function. We present some properties of gH-differentiability of bipolar fuzzy valued function by considering different types of differentiability. We consider bipolar fuzzy Taylor expansion. By using Taylor expansion, Euler method is presented for solving bipolar fuzzy initial value problems. We discuss convergence analysis of proposed method. We describe some numerical examples to see the convergence and stability of the method and compute global truncation error. From numerical results, we see that for small step size Euler method converges to exact solution.

Abstract
With respect to multiple attribute group decision making problems in which the attribute weights and the expert weights take the form of real numbers and the attribute values take the form of interval-valued uncertain linguistic variable. In this paper, we introduce the idea of variable precision into the incomplete interval-valued fuzzy information system and propose the theory of variable precision rough sets over incomplete interval-valued fuzzy information systems. Then, we give the properties of rough approximation operators and study the knowledge discovery and attribute reduction in the incomplete interval-valued fuzzy information system under the condition that a certain degree of misclassification rate is allowed to exist. Furthermore, a decision rule and decision model are given. Finally, an illustrative example is given and compared with the existing methods, the practicability and effectiveness of this method are further verified.

Abstract
In the age of the information-based economy and the rapid advancements of data schemes, business management has been faced with extraordinary difficulties and has entered into a reasonable period where the board’s conventional enterprise execution assessment centers around the interests of investors. Speculators accept money-related information as their basis and focus on the investigation of material fascination, and in the event of the off chance that they do not, they cannot confirm the next economy period. In this way, enterprise execution reflects the interests of investors and business strategists for the needs of partners, which is significant for the forthcoming rivalry. Given that, the collection of data is a significant research tool that has lately been considered by researchers for data examination. In this paper, we have established multi-criteria decision-making methods for the assessment of business execution with spherical fuzzy information. We have applied Hamacher aggregation operators such as the spherical cubic fuzzy Hamacher weighted averaging (SCFHWA) operator, the spherical cubic fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted averaging (SCFHOWA) operator, the spherical cubic fuzzy Hamacher hybrid averaging (SCFHHA) operator, the spherical cubic fuzzy Hamacher weighted geometric (SCFHWG) operator, the spherical cubic fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted geometric (SCFHOWG) operator, and the spherical cubic fuzzy Hamacher hybrid geometric (SCFHHG) operator for the appraisal of the best choice of enterprise. We ultimately defend the proposed approach with the existing strategies for possibility and adequacy.

Abstract
In real life, human opinion cannot be limited to yes or no situations as shown in an ordinary fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets but it may be yes, abstain, no, and refusal as treated in Picture fuzzy sets or in Spherical fuzzy (SF) sets. In this article, we developed a comprehensive model to tackle decision-making problems, where strong points of view are in the favour; neutral; and against some projects, entities, or plans. Therefore, a new approach of covering-based spherical fuzzy rough set (CSFRS) models by means of spherical fuzzy β -neighborhoods (SF β -neighborhoods) is adopted to hybrid spherical fuzzy sets with notions of covering the rough set. Then, by using the principle of TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) to present the spherical fuzzy, the TOPSIS approach is presented through CSFRS models by means of SF β -neighborhoods. Via the SF-TOPSIS methodology, a multi-attribute decision-making problem is developed in an SF environment. This model has stronger capabilities than intuitionistic fuzzy sets and picture fuzzy sets to manage the vague and uncertainty. Finally, the proposed method is demonstrated through an example of how the proposed method helps us in decision-making problems.

Abstract
In the age of the knowledge-based economy and the rapid development of information technology, enterprise management is facing great challenges and has entered an era of prudent management. Traditional enterprise performance evaluation focuses on the interests of shareholders. Investors take financial data as their base and pay attention to the study of material attraction and the results; if they do not, they cannot adjust to a new economy period. Therefore, enterprise performance reflects the interests of shareholders and business strategists for the needs of stakeholders, which is important for the future of lively competition. With that in mind, aggregation of information is an important research tool that has recently drawn the attention of researchers for information analysis. In this paper, we have developed multiple-attribute decision-making methods for enterprise performance evaluation with picture fuzzy information. We have applied Hamacher aggregation operators such as the picture fuzzy Hamacher weighted averaging (PFHWA) operator and picture fuzzy Hamacher weighted geometric (PFHWG) operator in picture fuzzy environment for the assessment of the best enterprise selection. Finally, we justified the proposed approach with the existing methods for feasibility and effectiveness.
