Abstract
A new method for preparation of 4-hydroxy-3-nitro-1,4-dihydrotriazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]-triazines using 1-nitro-2-morpholinoethylene and 3-diazo-1,2,4-triazoles is proposed. Antiviral activity against the Coxsackie B3 virus and electrochemical transformations of the prepared compounds are studied.

Abstract
Novel 7-amino-3-tert-butyl-2-OR1-6-R2-pyrrolo[1,2-b][1,2,4]triazine-8-carbonitriles (R1 = CH2CO2Et, CH2Boc, Me, n-Bu; R2 = CO2Et, CO2 n-Bu, CO2 t-Bu, C6H4CO2 i-Pr) have been synthesized and investigated by X-ray diffraction. Nucleophilic replacement of an alkoxy group with t-BuLi afforded sterically hindered tert-butyl 7-amino-2,3-di-tert-butyl- and 2,2,3-tri-tert-butyl-8-cyanopyrrolo[1,2-b][1,2,4]triazine-6-carboxylates. The lengths and bond angles as well as packing modes of molecules in crystals have been considered. The non-covalent interactions such as the changes in the H-bonding and close contacts were analyzed by DFT and the Hirshfeld surfaces and compared for different substituents. Abstract
α-Diazopyrroles selectively react with enamines at room temperature to give either (4+2)-cycloaddition-dehydroamination cascade products, pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazines, or azo coupling products. The reaction was used for the synthesis of functionalized ortho-fused heterocycles with new tetrahydrobenzo[e]pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazine and tetrahydro-6H-cyclohepta[e]pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,2,4]triazine frameworks. Unstable azo compounds, 2-[(2-aminovinyl)diazenyl]pyrroles, were obtained from enamines of tetralone or acyclic ketones. According to the density functional theory calculations, (4+2)-cycloaddition of α-diazopyrroles with enamines proceeds in a nonconcerted manner via the zwitterionic intermediate, which undergoes cyclization to pyrrolotriazine or a competitive 1,5-prototropic shift leading to the formation of azo coupling product.

Abstract
Fragments of 1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-7-one are found in many compounds with various types of biological activities, including the antiviral drug Riamilovir (Triazavirin®), which shows activity against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). Therefore, the development of convenient methods for the synthesis of new derivatives of 1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-7-one is always in demand. This review systematizes the information on the most common synthetic methods for constructing the 1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-7-one heterocyclic system.

Abstract
By single crystal X-ray diffraction the structures of (trans-)7-R1-8-methyl-3-tert-butyl-3,4-dihydropyrazolo[5,1-с][1,2,4]triazine-3,4-diyl dibenzoates 3а, 4а (R1 = H, Br) and diacetate 3b (R1 = H) are studied for the first time. The compounds are synthesized by oxidative bromination of respective 1,4-dihydropyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazines in the presence of carboxylic acids. Dicarboxylates adopt a twist-conformation with the equatorial (3a) or axial (3b, 4a) orientation of tert-butyl groups relative to the heterocycle. In the case of diacetate 3b, a decrease in the thermal motion of the O4–C16–C17 fragment along with a decrease in the unit cell volume are observed on cooling from 300 K to 200 K. Bond lengths, torsion angles, and molecular packings in the crystals are discussed. ![]()

Abstract
Single crystal structures in a series of 7-bromo-, 8-bromo-, and 7,8-dibromo-3-tert-butylpyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-4(1H)-ones have been investigated by X-ray diffraction. Novel 7-bromo- and 7,8-dibromo-3-tert-butylpyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazines were synthesized by reduction of triazine carbonyl with dehydrative aromatization in acidic media, and their XRD structural features were compared with that of the 4-oxo analogs. The lengths and bond angles and the packing of molecules in crystals have been considered. Non-valence interactions for some of the studied compounds were observed. Correlations between the presence of bromine atoms at different positions and structural features are determined.
