Abstract
Secondary neoplasms were reported as one of the complicated complications of childhood cancer treatment. Salivary gland carcinoma is rare, and mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) is the most prevalent subtype. Secondary neoplasms following neuroblastoma are not often described due to poor long-term survival. The exact cause of these tumors in children, and adults is not clearly known, but they are often observed after head, and neck radiotherapy and mainly involve main salivary glands, especially the parotid. Hence, we report a case of MEC with telangiectasia in the salivary glands of a 20-year-old girl with complaint of a palatal swelling who was treated with chemotherapy (etoposide, G-CSF, cyclophosphamide) without radiotherapy since childhood (18 months) in terms of neuroblastoma. Based on our knowledge, only three cases of MEC following neuroblastoma have been reported before, all of which involved the major salivary glands. Survivors of primary neoplasms who were treated are at risk of secondary malignant neoplasms, which usually occur at a long interval from the primary neoplasm (5-15 years), which necessitates long and close follow-up.

Abstract
Warthin's tumour (WT) is a benign epithelial salivary tumour, one type of salivary adenoma. Histologically, WT is structured of two components, epithelial tissue that often lines cystic formations and lymphoid tissue in the tumour stroma. FNA is a reliable diagnostic approach in the diagnosis of salivary gland lesions allowing a highly accurate categorization of benign tumour-like lesions, benign tumours and malignant tumours. In the proposed Milan reporting system of salivary gland lesions, WT is categorized in the IVA group of benign neoplasms. Accurate cytological diagnosis is straightforward when three characteristic components are present: oncocytes, either isolated or associated in clusters, lymphocytes and lymphoid cells and often an inflammatory/necrotic-like substance. Also, specific features of scintigraphy and radiological imaging contribute to the diagnosis of WT. WT is categorized according to Seifert G. et al in 4 types, depending on the proportions of the epithelial component and lymphoid stroma. Differential cytopathological and pathohistological diagnosis include other salivary gland lesions with lymphoid, oncocytic epithelial and cystic components. In some cases, such as the metaplastic WT variant, there are additional cytopathological and histological diagnostic difficulties. Moreover, bilateral, multicentric or multiple and infrequently seen extra-salivary localizations of WT are associated with further cytopathological diagnostic difficulties. Also, a rare possibility of malignant transformation of the epithelial or lymphoid component of WT as well as possible association with other primary tumours remains a challenge in accurate cytopathological and histological diagnosis of WT.

Abstract
Salivary gland tumors usually appear in solitary mass in single salivary gland. The coexistence of tumors with different histological types occurring within a unilateral parotid gland is an extremely rare event. We experienced a case which two different types of malignant tumors developed at different time points in same gland; metachronous tumors. The second tumor was excised widely and reconstruction was performed by free tissue transfer. Sensory and motor nerve to the left cheek appeared to be intact, and circulation was adequate. This rare case was presented in this article.

Abstract
Primary lung adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is extremely rare and accounts for approximately 0.1%-0.2% of all lung cancers. ACC of the head and neck has generally been regarded as a slow-growing, low-grade malignancy which has a tendency for local recurrence and frequent distant metastasis. When ACC of the lung is identified, physicians must determine whether it represents distant metastasis or a primary lung cancer. Thyroid transcription factor-1 staining is one of the most useful methods to differentiate primary from metastatic lesions in lung cancer. Herein we report a case of metachronous, not synchronous, ACC at the peripheral lung followed by ACC presentation at the base of the tongue, and review of relevant literatures.

Abstract
Examples of multiple minor salivary gland tumors, synchronous or metachronous, are uncommon. We report a patient who initially presented with polymorphous low-grade adenocarcinoma (PLGA) and subsequently with myoepithelioma. A 91-year-old white woman presented in 2009 with a 1-cm, firm, nontender, well-circumscribed nodule of the left side of the upper lip extending to the anterior buccal mucosa. Excisional biopsy revealed PLGA. While the margins were positive, further treatment was not recommended due to the patient's age. In 2011, the patient returned with a 1.5-cm, asymptomatic mass of the left buccal vestibule. Excision of the lesion revealed a circumscribed proliferation of epithelioid and plasmacytoid cells arranged in spherical or whorl-like islands and immersed in a mucinous stroma, consistent with myoepithelioma. The PLGA recurred 3 years after initial diagnosis. Excision was again associated with positive margins, and again no further treatment was recommended. A few months later, at a scheduled follow-up appointment, she presented with a painless nodule of the left upper lip, consistent with recurrent PLGA. One month later, the patient died of unrelated causes. We also present a literature review of multiple minor salivary gland tumors.
