Abstract
This paper aims to provide a multiple dependent state (MDS) sampling technique for light-emitting diode luminous intensities under indeterminacy by employing time truncated sampling schemes and the Weibull distribution. This indicates that ASN is significantly impacted by the indeterminacy parameter. Furthermore, a comparison is shown between the existing, indeterminate sampling plans and the recommended sample designs. The projected sampling technique is illustrated by calculating the luminous intensities of LEDs using the Weibull distribution. Based on the findings and practical example, we conclude that the suggested strategy needs a smaller sample size than SSP and the current MDS sampling plan.

Abstract
This piece of work deals with a time truncated sampling scheme for cancer patients using exponentiated half-logistic distribution (EHLD) based on indeterminacy. We have studied time truncated schemes like repetitive acceptance sampling plan (RASP) under indeterminacy. We have estimated the projected scheme parameters such as sample size and acceptance and rejection sample numbers for known indeterminacy parameters. In addition to the projected sampling scheme quantities, the corresponding tables are generated for various values of indeterminacy parameters. The results of a sampling scheme show that the average sample number (ASN) decreases as indeterminacy values increase. It leads that the indeterminacy parameter is played a crucial portrayal in ASN. A comparative study is carried out with existing sampling schemes based on indeterminacy and classical sampling schemes. The evaluated sampling schemes are exemplified with the help of cancer data. From tables and exemplification, we wind up that the projected RSP scheme under indeterminacy desired a smaller sample size than the existing schemes.

Abstract
Recently, the two-parameter Xgamma distribution (TPXGD) is suggested as a new lifetime distribution for modeling some real data. The TPXGD is investigated in different areas and generalized to other forms by many of the researchers. The acceptance sampling plans are one of the main important statistical tools in production and engineering fields. In this paper, modified acceptance sampling plans for the TPXGD are proposed with the assumption that the lifetime is truncated at a predetermined level. The mean of the TPXGD model is utilized as a quality parameter. The variables of the acceptance sampling plans including the acceptance numbers, the minimum sample sizes, operating characteristic function and the producer's risk are investigated for various values of the model parameters. Numerical examples are offered to illustrate the process of the proposed plans. Also, a real data is fitted to the TPXGD and an application based on the suggested acceptance sampling plans is considered for explanation.

Sampling Inspection Plan to Test Daily COVID-19 Cases Using Gamma Distribution under Indeterminacy Based on Multiple Dependent Scheme. INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH AND PUBLIC HEALTH 2022; 19:ijerph19095308. Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to develop a multiple dependent state (MDS) sampling plan based on time-truncated sampling schemes for the daily number of cases of the coronavirus disease COVID-19 using gamma distribution under indeterminacy. The proposed sampling scheme parameters include average sample number (ASN) and accept and reject sample numbers when the indeterminacy parameter is known. In addition to the parameters of the proposed sampling schemes, the resultant tables are provided for different known indeterminacy parametric values. The outcomes resulting from various sampling schemes show that the ASN decreases as indeterminacy values increase. This shows that the indeterminacy parameter plays a vital role for the ASN. A comparative study between the proposed sampling schemes and existing sampling schemes based on indeterminacy is also discussed. The projected sampling scheme is illustrated with the help of the daily number of cases of COVID-19 data. From the results and real example, we conclude that the proposed MDS sampling scheme under indeterminacy requires a smaller sample size compared to the single sampling plan (SSP) and the existing MDS sampling plan.

Abstract
In this work, we have proposed a neutrosophic statistical approach for the analysis of resistance of conducting material depending on the temperature variance. We have developed a neutrosophic formula and applied it to the resistance data. We also use the classical statistical approach for making a comparison between both approaches. As a result, it is observed that the neutrosophic statistical approach is more flexible and informative. Also, this work suggests that the neutrosophic statistical approach analyzes the resistance of conducting material for big data.

Abstract
PurposeThis paper aims to create a new decision-making procedure that uses “Lot-by-Lot Acceptance Sampling Plan by Attributes” methodology in the production processes when any production interruption is observed in tobacco industry, which is a significant example of batch production.Design/methodology/approachBased on the fish bone diagram, the reasons of the production interruptions are categorized, then Lot-by-Lot Acceptance Sampling Plan by Attributes is studied to overcome the reasons of the production interruptions. Furthermore, managerial aspects of decision making are not ignored and hence, acceptance sampling models are determined by an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) among the alternative acceptance sampling models.FindingsA three-phased acceptance sampling model is generated for determination of the reasons of production interruptions. Hence, the necessary actions are provided according to the results of the proposed acceptance sampling model. Initially, 729 alternative acceptance sampling models are found and 38 of them are chosen by relaxation. Then, five acceptance sampling models are determined by AHP.Practical implicationsThe current experience dependent decision mechanism is suggested to be replaced by the proposed acceptance sampling model which is based on both statistical and managerial decision-making procedure.Originality/valueAcceptance sampling plans are considered as a decision-making procedure for various cases in production processes. However, to the best of our knowledge Lot-by-Lot Acceptance Sampling Plan by Attributes has not been considered as a decision-making procedure for batch production when any production interruption is investigated.

Abstract
In this article, some properties of neutrosophic derivative and neutrosophic numbers have been presented. This properties have been used to develop the neutrosophic differential calculus. By considering different types of first- and second-order derivatives, different kind of systems of derivatives have been developed. This is the first time where a second-order neutrosophic boundary-value problem has been introduced with different types of first- and second-order derivatives. Some numerical examples have been examined to explain different systems of neutrosophic differential equation.

Abstract
The Process Capability Index (PCI) has been widely used in industry to advance the quality of a product. Neutrosophic statistics is the more generalized form of classical statistics and is applied when the data from the production process or a product lot is incomplete, incredible, and indeterminate. In this paper, we will originally propose a variable sampling plan for the PCI using neutrosophic statistics. The neutrosophic operating function will be given. The neutrosophic plan parameters will be determined using the neutrosophic optimization solution. A comparison between plans based on neutrosophic statistics and classical statistics is given. The application of the proposed neutrosophic sampling plan will be given using company data.

Abstract
In this paper, we developed a control chart methodology for the monitoring the mean time between two events using the belief estimator under the neutrosophic gamma distribution. The proposed control chart coefficients and the neutrosophic average run length (NARL) have been determined using different process settings. The performance of the proposed chart is compared with the control chart under classical statistics in terms of NARL using the simulation data and real example. From comparisons, it is concluded that the proposed chart is efficient, effective and adequate to be used under uncertainty environment than the chart under classical statistics.

A Variable Acceptance Sampling Plan under Neutrosophic Statistical Interval Method. Symmetry (Basel) 2019. Abstract
The acceptance sampling plan plays an important role in maintaining the high quality of a product. The variable control chart, using classical statistics, helps in making acceptance or rejection decisions about the submitted lot of the product. Furthermore, the sampling plan, using classical statistics, assumes the complete or determinate information available about a lot of product. However, in some situations, data may be ambiguous, vague, imprecise, and incomplete or indeterminate. In this case, the use of neutrosophic statistics can be applied to guide the experimenters. In this paper, we originally proposed a new variable sampling plan using the neutrosophic interval statistical method. The neutrosophic operating characteristic (NOC) is derived using the neutrosophic normal distribution. The optimization solution is also presented for the proposed plan under the neutrosophic interval method. The effectiveness of the proposed plan is compared with the plan under classical statistics. The tables are presented for practical use and a real example is given to explain the neutrosophic fuzzy variable sampling plan in the industry.
