Abstract
Intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) represent a significant advancement in classical fuzzy set (FS) theory. This study advances IFS theory to generalized intuitionistic fuzzy sets (GIFSBs) and introduces novel operators GIFWAA, GIFWGA, GIFOWAA, and GIFOWGA, tailored for GIFSBs. The primary aim is to enhance decision-making capabilities by introducing aggregation operators within the GIFSB framework that align with preferences for optimal outcomes. The article introduces new operators for GIFSBs characterized by attributes like idempotency, boundedness, monotonicity and commutativity, resulting in aggregated values aligned with GIFNs. A comprehensive analysis of the relationships among these operations is conducted, offering a thorough understanding of their applicability. These operators are practically demonstrated in a multiple-criteria decision-making process for evaluating startup success in the Tech Industry.

Abstract
T-spherical fuzzy set is an effective tool to deal with vagueness and uncertainty in real-life problems, especially in a situation when there are more than two circumstances, like in casting a ballot. The correlation coefficient of T-spherical fuzzy sets is a tool to calculate the association of two T-spherical fuzzy sets. It has several applications in various disciplines like science, management, and engineering. The noticeable applications incorporate pattern analysis, decision-making, medical diagnosis, and clustering. The aim of this article is to introduce some correlation coefficients for T-spherical fuzzy sets with their applications in pattern recognition and decision-making. The under discussion correlation coefficients are far more advantageous than the existing and many other tools used for T-spherical fuzzy sets, because they are used completely and demonstrate the nature as well as the limit of association between two T-spherical fuzzy sets. Further, an application of proposed correlation coefficients in pattern analysis is discussed here. In addition to it, the proposed correlation coefficients are applied to a multi-attribute decision-making problem, in which the selection of a suitable COVID-19 mask is presented. A comparative analysis has also been made to check the effectiveness of the proposed work with the existing correlation coefficients.

Abstract
As a generalization of linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (Lq-ROFS), linguistic interval valued q-Rung orthopair fuzzy set (LIVq-ROFS) is a new concept to deal with complex and uncertain decision making problems which Lq-ROFS cannot handle. Due to the lack of information in decision making process, decision makers mostly prefer to give their preferences in interval form rather than a crisp number. In this situations, LIVq-ROFS appears up as a useful tool. In this work, we define operational laws of LIVq-ROFS and prove some properties. Furthermore, we propose the conception of the LIVq-ROF weighted averaging operator and give its formula by mathematical induction. To compare two or more linguistic interval valued q-Rung orthopair fuzzy numbers (LIVq-ROFNs), the improved form of score function is also given. Considering the powerfulness of LIVq-ROFSs handling ambiguity and complex uncertainty in practical problems, the key innovation of this paper is to develop the linguistic interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy VIKOR model that is significantly different from the existing VIKOR methodology. The computing steps of this newly created model are briefly presented. Finally, the effectiveness of model is verified by an example and through comparative analysis, the superiority of VIKOR method is further illustrated.

Abstract
For the sake of better handle the imprecise and uncertain information in decision making problems(DMPs), linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers(LIVIFNs) based aggregation operators (AOS) are proposed by combining extended Copulas (ECs), extended Co-copulas (ECCs), power average operator and linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information (LIVIFI). First of all, ECs and ECCs, some specifics of ECs and ECCs, score and accuracy functions of LIVIFNs are gained. Then, based on ECs and ECCs, several aggregation operators are proposed to aggregate LIVIFI, which can offer decision makers (DMs) desirable generality and flexibility. In addition, the desired properties of proposed AOS are discussed. Last but not least, a MAGDM approach is constructed based on proposed AOs; Consequently, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by a numerical example, and then the advantages are showed by comparing with other approaches.

Abstract
AbstractIn this paper, a multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) method based on weighted Archimedean power partitioned Bonferroni aggregation operators of generalised orthopair membership grades (GOMGs) is proposed. Bonferroni mean operator, geometric Bonferroni mean operator, power average operator, partitioned average operator, and Archimedean T-norm and T-conorm operations are introduced into generalised orthopair fuzzy sets to develop the Bonferroni aggregation operators. Their formal definitions are provided, and generalised and specific expressions are constructed. On the basis of the specific operators, a method for solving the MCDM problems based on GOMGs is designed. The working process, characteristics, and feasibility of the method are, respectively, demonstrated via a numerical example, a qualitative comparison at the aspect of characteristics, and a quantitative comparison using the example as benchmark. The demonstration results show that the proposed method is feasible that has desirable generality and flexibility in the aggregation of criterion values and concurrently has the capabilities to deal with the heterogeneous interrelationships of criteria, reduce the negative influence of biased criterion values, and capture the risk attitudes of decision makers.

Abstract
Two critical tasks in multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) are to describe criterion values and to aggregate the described information to generate a ranking of alternatives. A flexible and superior tool for the first task is q-rung orthopair fuzzy number (qROFN) and an effective tool for the second task is aggregation operator. So far, nearly thirty different aggregation operators of qROFNs have been presented. Each operator has its distinctive characteristics and can work well for specific purpose. However, there is not yet an operator which can provide desirable generality and flexibility in aggregating criterion values, dealing with the heterogeneous interrelationships among criteria, and reducing the influence of extreme criterion values. To provide such an aggregation operator, Muirhead mean operator, power average operator, partitioned average operator, and Archimedean T-norm and T-conorm operations are concurrently introduced into q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets, and an Archimedean power partitioned Muirhead mean operator of qROFNs and its weighted form are presented and a MCGDM method based on the weighted operator is proposed in this paper. The generalised expressions of the two operators are firstly defined. Their properties are explored and proved and their specific expressions are constructed. On the basis of the specific expressions, a method for solving the MCGDM problems based on qROFNs is then designed. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is demonstrated via a numerical example, a set of experiments, and qualitative and quantitative comparisons.

Abstract
The evaluation of evidence reliability is still an open topic, when prior knowledge is unavailable. In this paper, we propose a new method for evaluating evidence reliability, in the framework of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The reliability of evidence was evaluated, based on the supporting degree between basic probability assignments (BPAs). The BPAs were first transformed to intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs). By the similarity degree between the IFSs, we can get the supporting degree between the BPAs. Thus, the reliability of evidence can be evaluated, based on its connection with supporting degree. Based on the new evidence reliability, we developed a new method for combining evidence sources with different reliability degrades. Comparison with other methods was carried out to illustrate the effectiveness of the new method.
