Abstract
This study successfully encapsulated the Ag+-doped Au nanoclusters (Ag/AuNCs) within the ZIF-8 framework to construct a novel Ag/AuNCs@ZIF-8 ratiometric fluorescent probe for the antibiotic doxycycline (DOX) detection. The incorporation of Ag+ contributed to the fluorescence enhancement of the nanoclusters through the "silver effect", consequently improving the stability of the developed bimetallic Ag/AuNCs. Furthermore, the encapsulation of bimetallic Ag/AuNCs within the ZIF-8 framework restricted their intramolecular vibrations, resulting in further amplification of fluorescence intensity at 595 nm. The ZIF-8 also sensitized the restoration of DOX green fluorescence at 515 nm. Within the concentration range of 0.001-20 μg mL-1, the ratio of fluorescence intensity (F515/F595) exhibited a favorable linearity for DOX concentration, with a detection limit of 36.8 ng mL-1. This ratiometric fluorescence approach had the promising potential for accurate and efficient quantitative detection of DOX residue in food and served as a valuable reference for rapid monitoring of food contaminants.

Abstract
α-Dicarbonyl compounds (α-DCs) are important intermediate products during the thermal processing of foods and are closely related to the development of chronic diseases in the human body. However, there remains a significant gap in the availability of rapid detection methods for α-DCs. So, the ratiometric molecularly imprinted polymers (RCDs@GCOFs@MIPs) based on red-emitting biomass carbon dots (RCDs) and green-emitting fluorescent covalent organic frameworks (GCOFs) were constructed for the detection and removal of α-DCs in food processing. The ratiometric fluorescent sensors exhibited satisfactory detection and had good spiking recoveries in milk samples. And the excellent inhibition of pyrraline (PRL) by ratiometric fluorescent sensors was verified by simulating the milk pasteurization process. In addition, rapid onsite detection of α-DCs was achieved by recognizing the RGB value of the ratiometric fluorescence sensors via the smartphone. The ratiometric fluorescence sensors presented a new strategy for detecting and removing hazardous substances in food processing.

Abstract
Monitoring food safety is crucial and significantly impacts the ecosystem and human health. To adequately address food safety problems, a collaborative effort needed from government, industry, and consumers. Modern sensing technologies with outstanding performance are needed to meet the growing demands for quick and accurate food safety monitoring. Recently, emerging sensors for regulating food safety have been extensively explored. Along with the development in sensing technology, the metal-organic frameworks (MOF)-based sensors gained more attention due to their excellent sensing, catalytic, and adsorption properties. This review summarizes the current advancements and applications of MOFs-based sensors, including colorimetric, electrochemical, luminescent, surface-enhanced Raman scattering, and electrochemiluminescent sensors. and also focused on the applications of MOF-based sensors for the monitoring of toxins such as heavy metals, pesticide residues, mycotoxins, pathogens, and illegal food additives from food samples. Future trends, as well as current developments in MOF-based materials.

Abstract
The solvothermal approach was used to create a novel Eu metal-organic framework (Eu-MOF) based on 1,4-benzendicarboxylic acid (TPA), 1,10-phenanthroline, and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF)/H2O. Structural analysis of Eu-MOF, Fluorescence spectrometry, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) mapping, Thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), and Single Crystal X-Ray Diffraction (PXRD) methods. Using the fluorescence properties of the synthesized Eu-MOF, its use as a fluorescence sensor in the determination of different analytes, such as organic molecules (T3-T4 hormone, ascorbic acid, and glucose) and metal ions (Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cu2+, Mn2+, Hg2+, Pb2+, Ni2+, Cr3+, Al3+, Fe3+), was investigated. Fluorescence experiments revealed that Cu2+, Ni2+ cations, as well as T3 and T4 hormones, quenched the fluorescence of Eu-MOF. Turn-off luminescence can be induced by 10 μM Cu2+, 30 μM Ni2+ cations, 500 nM T3, and 800 nM T4 hormones. Fluorescence quenching efficiencies were calculated for Cu2+, Ni2+, T3, and T4 99.7%, 99.6%, 98.7%, and 98.2%, respectively.

Abstract
As tetracycline antibiotics were used in the poultry sector, their residue in edible animal products may adversely affect food safety and human health. The development of selective and sensitive tetracycline sensors has garnered a lot of interest due to the complexity of food samples. Therefore, a fluorescent sensing probe based on chromium(III)-metal-organic framework was developed for the rapid detection of tetracycline. After the addition of tetracycline, blue emission at λem 410 nm was effectively quenched by the interaction between TC and Cr(III)-metal-organic framework material. Under optimized conditions (sensor concentration: 30 mg/L and pH: 10.0), the sensing probe showed a fast response time (1 min), and low detection limit (0.78 ng/mL) with a linear range (5-45 ng/mL). Interestingly, the Cr(III)-metal-organic framework was successfully applied to quantity tetracycline residue in chicken meat and egg samples with recoveries of 95.17-06.93%. To deduce, our work can provide a new strategy for the direct detection of tetracycline in food samples.

Abstract
Among the tetracycline antibiotics, chlortetracycline (CTC) is the most frequently used antibiotic except for tetracycline (TC) for enhancing the ability of the organism to fight bacterial infections. The poor metabolism and degradability of CTC can cause serious health effects. Most studies have focused on the detection and analysis of TC, and research on CTC is relatively scarce. This is because the structures of CTC and TC and oxytetracycline (OTC) are extremely similar, and even indistinguishable. In this study, CTC was used as a template molecule and a molecularly imprinted layer was coated on the surface of highly fluorescent N-CDs using a reversed-phase microemulsion method to form N-CDs@MIPs. It was possible to specifically identify CTC without the influence of TC and OTC, which are extremely similar in structure. By comparing with the non-imprinted polymer (N-CDs@NIPs), it exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity with an imprinting factor of 2.02. And it was used in the determination of CTC in milk with recoveries and relative standard deviations of 96.7%-109.8% and 0.64%-3.27%, respectively, with high accuracy and precision. The specificity of the measurement is excellent compared with other assays, and it is a valid and reliable assay.
