Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop an extension of CODAS method using picture fuzzy sets. In this respect, a new methodology is introduced to figure out how picture fuzzy numbers can be applied to CODAS method. COmbinative Distance-based Assessment (CODAS) is a new MCDM method proposed by Ghorabaee et al. Picture fuzzy sets (PFSs) are a new extension of ordinary fuzzy sets for representing human’s judgments having possibility more than two answers such as yes, no, refusal and neutral. Compared with other studies, the proposed method integrates multi-criteria decision analysis with picture fuzzy uncertainty based on Euclidean and Taxicab distances and negative ideal solution. ERP system selection problem is handled as the application area of the developed method, picture fuzzy CODAS. Results indicate that the new proposed method finds meaningful rankings through picture fuzzy sets. Comparative analyzes show that the presented method gives successful and robust results for the solutions of MCDM problems under fuzziness.

Abstract
Picture Fuzzy Sets (PFSs) originated by Cuong and Kreinovich are more capable to capture uncertain, inconsistent and vague information in multi-criteria decision making. In this paper, we propose a new picture fuzzy divergence measure based on Jensen-Tsallis function between PFSs. Further, the concept has been extended from fuzzy sets to novel picture fuzzy divergence measure. Besides the validation of the proposed measure, some of its key properties with specific cases are additionally talked about. The performance of the proposed measure is compared with other existing measures in the literature. Some illustrative examples are provided in the context of novel rapacious COVID-19 and pattern recognition which demonstrate the adequacy and practicality of the proposed approach in solving real-life problems.

Abstract
In the age of the knowledge-based economy and the rapid development of information technology, enterprise management is facing great challenges and has entered an era of prudent management. Traditional enterprise performance evaluation focuses on the interests of shareholders. Investors take financial data as their base and pay attention to the study of material attraction and the results; if they do not, they cannot adjust to a new economy period. Therefore, enterprise performance reflects the interests of shareholders and business strategists for the needs of stakeholders, which is important for the future of lively competition. With that in mind, aggregation of information is an important research tool that has recently drawn the attention of researchers for information analysis. In this paper, we have developed multiple-attribute decision-making methods for enterprise performance evaluation with picture fuzzy information. We have applied Hamacher aggregation operators such as the picture fuzzy Hamacher weighted averaging (PFHWA) operator and picture fuzzy Hamacher weighted geometric (PFHWG) operator in picture fuzzy environment for the assessment of the best enterprise selection. Finally, we justified the proposed approach with the existing methods for feasibility and effectiveness.

Abstract
This paper aims to give deeper insights into decision making problem based on interval-valued fuzzy soft set (IVFSS). Firstly, a new score function for interval-valued fuzzy number is proposed for tackling the comparison problem. Subsequently, the formulae of information measures (distance measure, similarity measure and entropy) are introduced and their transformation relations are pioneered. Then, the objective weights of various parameters are determined via new entropy method, meanwhile, we develop the combined weights, which can show both the subjective information and the objective information. Moreover, we propose three algorithms to solve interval-valued fuzzy soft decision making problem by Weighted Distance Based Approximation (WDBA), COmbinative Distance-based ASsessment (CODAS) and similarity measure. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of approaches are demonstrated by a mine emergency decision making problem. The salient features of the proposed methods, compared to the existing interval-valued fuzzy soft decision making methods, are (1) it can obtain the optimal alternative without counterintuitive phenomena; (2) it has a great power in distinguishing the optimal alternative; and (3) it can avoid the parameter selection problems.

Abstract
Performance analysis is an important way for hospitals to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness in providing services to their customers. The performance of the healthcare system can be measured by many indicators, but it is difficult to improve them simultaneously due to the limited resources. A feasible way is to identify the central and influential indicators to improve healthcare performance in a stepwise manner. In this paper, we propose a hybrid multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) approach to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for holistic hospital management. First, through integrating evidential reasoning approach and interval 2-tuple linguistic variables, various assessments of performance indicators provided by healthcare experts are modeled. Then, the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) technique is adopted to build an interactive network and visualize the causal relationships between the performance indicators. Finally, an empirical case study is provided to demonstrate the proposed approach for improving the efficiency of healthcare management. The results show that "accidents/adverse events", "nosocomial infection", ''incidents/errors", "number of operations/procedures" are significant influential indicators. Also, the indicators of "length of stay", "bed occupancy" and "financial measures" play important roles in performance evaluation of the healthcare organization. The proposed decision making approach could be considered as a reference for healthcare administrators to enhance the performance of their healthcare institutions.
