Abstract
The MIL-100(Cr), PW12@MIL-100(Cr) and PW4@MIL-100(Cr) catalysts were prepared and characterized through XRD, FTIR, BET, SEM, EDS and Raman spectroscopy. A comparison of the catalytic properties of the synthesized materials in the epoxidation of FAMEs with hydrogen peroxide was made. The PW4@MIL-100(Cr) catalyst exhibited the highest catalytic activity and provided a high selectivity for the formation of epoxides. The effects of the reaction temperature, catalyst loading, reaction time and FAME:hydrogen peroxide molar ratio on the reaction performance were investigated, and the optimal process conditions were determined. An epoxide yield of 73% with a selectivity of 77% could be obtained using PW4@MIL-100(Cr) after 4 h at 40 °C. The catalytic stability test showed that PW4@MIL-100(Cr) could be easily separated and reused without any treatment for at least five consecutive cycles without a loss of activity or selectivity.

Abstract
A comprehensive review of recent existing methods of epoxidation of vegetable oils, unsaturated
fatty acids and alkyl esters of unsaturated fatty acids has been presented. The importance of
epoxidized vegetable oils and their applications in the production of polyols and polyurethanes was
discussed. Interests of researchers have been mainly focused on the development of advantageous
technological parameters of vegetable oils epoxidation. The epoxidations with peracetic acid or performic
acid generated in situ were mainly performed in the presence of strongly acidic catalysts. The
influence of process variables such as temperature, stirring speed, the molar ratio of carboxylic acid
and hydrogen peroxide to the amount of ethylenic unsaturation, amount of catalyst and reaction time
on the course of epoxidation has been investigated.

Abstract
Adipic acid (AA) was obtained by catalyzed oxidation of cyclohexene, epoxycyclohexane, or cyclohexanediol under organic solvent-free conditions using aqueous hydrogen peroxide (30%) as an oxidizing agent and molybdenum- or tungsten-based Keggin polyoxometalates (POMs) surrounded by organic cations or ionically supported on functionalized Merrifield resins. Operating under these environmentally friendly, greener conditions and with low catalyst loading (0.025% for the molecular salts and 0.001–0.007% for the supported POMs), AA could be produced in interesting yields.

Abstract
In this work, neat and supported H6 P2 W18 O62 into nanocage of β-zeolite were synthesized. However, H6 P2 W18 O62 into nanocage of β-zeolite was synthesized via template synthesis method. In addition, TiO2 was supported on H6 P2 W18 O62 /β zeolite by impregnation method. The obtained materials were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, UV-Vis, FESEM and EDS techniques. Also, W and Ti contents of the catalyst were determined by ICP and EDS technique. The results reveal that the photocatalyst performance depends on catalyst loading, pH effect, and methyl orange concentration. Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange follows a pseudo-first order kinetic. The chemical oxygen demand (COD) experimental proved mineralization of methyl orange. Another reason for degradation and mineralization of methyl orange is the absence of hydrazine at the end of reaction which is one of the photodecolorization products. The plausible mechanism for photodegradation of MO was proposed.

Abstract
An overview of the recent advances in the field of polyoxometalate, ionic liquid hybrids, is proposed with a special attention paid to their application in catalysis, more precisely biphasic and heterogeneous catalysis. Both components of the hybrids are separately outlined pointing to their useful properties and potential for catalysis, followed by the description of the hybrids preparation and synergy between components in a large range of organic transformations. And finally a vision on the future developments is proposed.
