Abstract
A novel Gabapentin derivative Schiff base Gasa was synthesized by condensing Gabapentin with salicylaldehyde, which was further coordinated with Cu2+ in methanol to give a microcrystalline Cu(II) complex Cu(Gasa)2. The synthesized Gasa and Cu(Gasa)2 were further characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), as well as the FT-IR, Raman, electronic and fluorescence spectra. Cu(Gasa)2 exhibited excellent visible-light driven photocatalytic activities in removal of Congo red (CR) and Methylene blue (MB) dyes from aqueous solution in the presence of H2O2 as oxidant. It was revealed that ∙OH radicals played the most important role in the photodegradation processes of organic dyes, and the photodegradation of CR and MB fitted well with the pseudo-first-order kinetic model. In addition, solid state luminescent properties of Gasa and Cu(Gasa)2 were also studied in detail.

Abstract
In this paper, we successfully prepared rare earth element-doped 0.8% Nd-CoMoO4@NiMoO4 nanoflowers with a large specific surface area using the sol-gel method for the first time. In the experiment, we added a structure-directing agent to successfully assemble the nanosheets into a three-dimensional ordered micro-flower shape. By using the strategy of forming a flower-shaped morphology with a structure-directing agent and doping Nd elements to generate oxygen vacancies, the problems of the collapse of the active material structure and slow reaction kinetics were solved. Through relevant electrochemical performance tests, it was found that when the rare earth element Nd was doped at a concentration of 0.8%, the material exhibited exceptional specific capacitance (2387 F g-1 at 1 A g-1) and cycling stability (99.3% after 10 000 cycles at 5 A g-1). These performance characteristics far surpassed those of the other synthesized products. We assembled 0.8% Nd-CoMoO4@NiMoO4 with hydrophilic CNTs into an asymmetric device, 0.8% Nd-CoMoO4@NiMoO4//CNTs. This device exhibited high specific capacitance (262 F g-1 at 1 A g-1) and cycling stability (99.2% after 3000 cycles), with a good energy storage effect. In addition, 0.8% Nd-CoMoO4@NiMoO4 has a low band gap, which broadens the absorption range of the product and improves the utilization rate of visible light. The photocatalyst showed good degradation efficiency (all exceeding 96%) and cycling stability (96%) for all four dyes. This paper provides a new strategy and method for preparing doped polymetallic mixtures, which has potential application value.

Abstract
A new nanocomposite based on Cloisite 30B clay modified with ZnO and Ag2O nanoparticles (Cloisite 30B/ZnO/Ag2O) was synthesized as an effective catalyst in the sono-photocatalytic process of crystal violet (CV) and methylene blue (MB) dyes simultaneously. The characteristics and catalytic activity of Cloisite 30B/ZnO/Ag2O nanocomposite were investigated under different conditions. The specific active surface for Cloisite 30B/ZnO/Ag2O nanocomposite was 18.29 m2/g. Additionally, the catalytic activity showed that Cloisite 30B/ZnO/Ag2O nanocomposite (CV: 99.21%, MB: 98.43%) compared to Cloisite 30B/Ag2O (CV: 85.38%, MB: 83.62%) and Ag2O (CV: 68.21%, MB: 66.41%) has more catalytic activity. The catalytic activity of Cloisite 30B/ZnO/Ag2O using the sono-photocatalytic process had the maximum efficiency (CV: 99.21%, MB: 98.43%) at pH 8, time of 50 min, amount of 40 mM H2O2, catalyst dose of 0.5 g/L, and the concentration of 'CV + MB' of 5 mg/L. The catalyst can be reused in the sono-photocatalytic process for up to six steps. According to the results, •OH and h+ were effective in the degradation of the desired dyes using the desired method. Data followed the pseudo-first-order kinetic model. The method used in this research is an efficient and promising method to remove dyes from wastewater.

Abstract
The development of an efficient, eco-friendly, and low-cost photocatalyst is essential for addressing environmental and energy crises. In this regard, we report novel plasmonic photocatalysts through adorning tubular g-C3N4 with Ag2WO4, Ag, and AgI nanoparticles (TGCN/Ag/Ag2WO4/AgI) fabricated via a facile ultrasonic-irradiation procedure. The TGCN/Ag/Ag2WO4/AgI (20%) nanocomposite presented the excellent photocatalytic ability for removal of tetracycline hydrochloride under visible light, which was almost 45.6, 4.03, and 1.32 times more than GCN, TGCN, and TGCN/Ag/Ag2WO4 (20%) photocatalysts, respectively. Interestingly, the photocatalyst displayed impressive ability for the degradations of amoxicilline, rhodamine B, methyl orange, fuchsine, and methylene blue, which was 14.7, 52.2, 9.8, 13.2, and 7.46 times as much as pure GCN. The outcomes of DRS, PL, EIS, and photocurrent density analyses proved that the impressive activity could be related to the highly promoted harvesting of visible light, segregation of charge carriers, and improved charge migrations. In addition, trapping tests exhibited that •O2- and h+ were active species in the photocatalysis process.
