Abstract
Mortise and tenon joints are widely used in the building and furniture industries because of their excellent mechanical and eco-friendly properties. In real-life cases, there are usually many available alternative structures for a joint area, it is a challenge to select a proper structure from massively available alternatives. This paper aims to select a proper multiple attribute decision-making method based on massive alternatives and unreliable, uncertain and subjective information. Pugh's controlled convergence, rough number, Z-number, consistency theory and Shannon entropy are integrated and proposed an improved rough Z-number Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method. Firstly, Pugh's controlled convergence is a selection method, simple and rapid, presented in the first phase to eliminate most of the alternatives. In the second phase, an integrated method is proposed. The consistency theory, distance measurement and the Z-number are initially aggregated to calculate the expert weight. The entropy method is then presented to determine the criteria weight. The alternatives are then ranked and the optimal mortise and tenon joint is selected based on the rough Z-number MABAC method. A real-life case is presented, and the proposed method is implemented in the joint of a bucket cabinet. Finally, the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed method are proved by the case, sensitivity analysis and related comparisons.

Abstract
Z+-numbers, which carry more information than Z-numbers, are studied in this paper. Based on existed models, two more scientific and reasonable probability models of Z+-numbers are developed. In order to utilize Z+-numbers to solve practical problems, the α-cut set of Z+-numbers and corresponding utility function are proposed. Meanwhile, according to the structure of Z+-numbers, the entropy, cross-entropy and comprehensive cross-entropy are introduced to measure the uncertainty and fuzziness of Z+-numbers information. Furthermore, a linear programming model based on proposed three kinds of entropy is designed to obtain the weight vector of criteria in decision-making problems. Finally, we provide an example by selecting an optimal design of electricity vehicles charge station(DEVCS) combined the PROMETHEE method with Z+-numbers, and the feasibility of the proposed method are verified.

Abstract
As the generalization of the classical fuzzy number, the concept of Z-number introduced by Zadeh indicates more ability to depict the human knowledge and judgments of both restraint and reliability as an order pair of fuzzy numbers. In indeterminacy and inconsistent environment, a neutrosophic set is described by the truth, falsity, and indeterminacy degrees, but they lack measures related to reliability. To describe the hybrid information of combining the truth, falsity and indeterminacy degrees with their corresponding reliability degrees, this paper first proposes the concept of a neutrosophic Z-number (NZN) set, which is a new framework of neutrosophic values combined with the neutrosophic measures of reliability, as the generalization of the Z-number and the neutrosophic set. Then, we define the operations of neutrosophic Z-numbers (NZNs) and a score function for ranking NZNs. Next, we present NZN weighted arithmetic averaging (NZNWAA) and NZN weighted geometric averaging (NZNWGA) operators to aggregate NZN information and investigate their properties. Regarding the NZNWAA and NZNWGA operators and the score function, a multicriteria decision making (MDM) approach is developed in the NZN environment. Finally, an illustrative example about the selection problem of business partners is given to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the developed MDM approach in NZN setting.

Abstract
This paper investigates the underlying driving force in strategic decision-making. From a conceptual standpoint, few studies empirically studied the decision-maker's intrinsic state composed of entropy and uncertainty. This study examines a mutual information theory approach integrated into a state of qualia complexity that minimizes exclusion and maximizes the interactions of the information system and its dynamic environment via logical metonymy, illusion, and epigenetics. The article questions whether decision-makers at all levels of the organization are responding from the consciousness of an objective quale from a more subjective qualia awareness in the narrow-sense perspective of individual instances of their conscious experience. To quantify this research question, we explore several hypotheses revolving around strategic information system decisions. In this research, we posit that the eigenvalues of factor analysis along with the reduction in the uncertainty coefficients of the qualia entropy will be balanced by the quale enthalpy of our information theory structural equation model of trust, flexibility, expertise, top management support, and competitive advantage performance. We operationalize the integration of the aforementioned top management support, information systems competencies, and competitive advantage performance concepts into the qualia consciousness awareness and information theory quale framework.
