Abstract
This study introduces a novel approach for synthesizing a Cu(II)-based coordination polymer (CP), {[Cu(L)(4,4´-OBA)]·H2O}n (1), using a mixed ligand method. The CP was successfully prepared by reacting Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with the ligand 3,6-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)pyridazine in the presence of 4,4´-H2OBA, demonstrating an innovative synthesis strategy. Furthermore, a novel hydrogel composed of hyaluronic acid (HA) and carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) with a porous structure was developed for drug delivery purposes. This hydrogel facilitates the encapsulation of CP1, and enables the loading of paclitaxel onto the composite to form HA/CMCS-CP1@paclitaxel. In vitro cell experiments demonstrated the promising modulation of thyroid cancer biomarker genes S100A6 and ARID1A by HA/CMCS-CP1@paclitaxel. Finally, reinforcement learning simulations were employed to optimize novel metal-organic frameworks, underscoring the innovative contributions of this study.

Abstract
Closed-to-open structural transformations in flexible coordination networks are of potential utility in gas storage and separation. Herein, we report the first example of a flexible SiF62--pillared square grid material, [Cu(SiF6)(L)2]n (L = 1,4-bis(1-imidazolyl)benzene), SIFSIX-23-Cu. SIFSIX-23-Cu exhibits reversible switching between nonporous (β1) and several porous (α, γ1, γ2, and γ3) phases triggered by exposure to N2, CO2, or H2O. In addition, heating β1 to 433 K resulted in irreversible transformation to a closed polymorph, β2. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies revealed that the phase transformations are enabled by rotation and geometrical contortion of L. Density functional theory calculations indicated that L exhibits a low barrier to rotation (as low as 8 kJmol-1) and a rather flat energy surface. In situ neutron powder diffraction studies provided further insight into these sorbate-induced phase changes. SIFSIX-23-Cu combines stability in water for over a year, high CO2 uptake (ca. 216 cm3/g at 195 K), and good thermal stability.

Abstract
Six new metal-organic coordination polymers (CPs) [Ni(L)(2,5-TDC)(H2O)] n (1), [Ni(L)(1,3-BDC)(H2O)] n (2), [Ni(L)(1,4-BDC)(H2O)] n (3), [Mn(L)(2,5-TDC)(H2O)] n (4), [Mn(L)(2,6-PYDC)(H2O)] n (5) and [Mn(L)(1,4-NDC)] n (6) were achieved by reactions of the corresponding metal salt with mixed organic ligands (L = 3,6-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)pyridazine, 2,5-H2TDC = thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid, 1,3-H2BDC = isophthalic acid, 1,4-H2BDC = terephthalic acid, 2,6-H2PYDC = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, 1,4-H2NDC = naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid) under solvothermal condition. CPs 1-6 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, TG, XRD and elemental analyses. Their structures range from the intricate 3D CPs 1, 3, 4 and 6 to the 2D coordination polymer 2 and the infinite 1D chain 5. The CPs 1-4 and 6 underlying networks were classified from the topological viewpoint, disclosing the distinct sql (in 1), pcu (in 3 and 6), new topology (in 2), and dia (in 4) topological nets. Moreover, analysis of thermal stability shows that they had good thermal stability. Finally, magnetic properties of CPs 1-6 have been studied, the results showed that complex 2 had ferromagnetic coupling and complexes 1, 3-6 were antiferromagnetic.
