Abstract
PURPOSE This study aimed to assess the different needs of patients with breast cancer and their families in online health communities at different treatment phases using a Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model. METHODS Using Python, breast cancer-related posts were collected from two online health communities: patient-to-patient and patient-to-doctor. After data cleaning, eligible posts were categorized based on the treatment phase. Subsequently, an LDA model identifying the distinct need-related topics for each phase of treatment, including data preprocessing and LDA topic modeling, was established. Additionally, the demographic and interactive features of the posts were manually analyzed. RESULTS We collected 84,043 posts, of which 9504 posts were included after data cleaning. Early diagnosis and rehabilitation treatment phases had the highest and lowest number of posts, respectively. LDA identified 11 topics: three in the initial diagnosis phase and two in each of the remaining treatment phases. The topics included disease outcomes, diagnosis analysis, treatment information, and emotional support in the initial diagnosis phase; surgical options and outcomes, postoperative care, and treatment planning in the perioperative treatment phase; treatment options and costs, side effects management, and disease prognosis assessment in the non-operative treatment phase; diagnosis and treatment options, disease prognosis, and emotional support in the relapse and metastasis treatment phase; and follow-up and recurrence concerns, physical symptoms, and lifestyle adjustments in the rehabilitation treatment phase. CONCLUSION The needs of patients with breast cancer and their families differ across various phases of cancer therapy. Therefore, specific information or emotional assistance should be tailored to each phase of treatment based on the unique needs of patients and their families.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Clinical outcomes in gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) are generally excellent, but GTD is a rare and complex condition that requires specialist information and support to offer a gold standard of care. Across Europe, specialist nurses and/or midwives are increasingly common in the GTD multidisciplinary team to work alongside medical professionals in a holistic model of care; however, the role is sometimes non-existent or can vary significantly between GTD centres. OBJECTIVES The aim of the European Organisation for Treatment of Trophoblastic Diseases' (EOTTD) is to harmonise best practice in Europe. To provide a basis for the European standardisation of best practice nursing care in GTD, a group of European GTD nurses/midwives composed guidelines for minimal requirements and optimal nursing care of GTD patients. METHODS Members of the EOTTD member countries with nursing representation attended multiple workshops, both virtual and in person, and guidelines were created by consensus and evidence where available. OUTCOME 16 nurses and 1 midwife from 4 countries (England, Ireland, Sweden, and the Netherlands) contributed. The group created flow diagrams for treatment and screening patients, showing minimum and best practice nursing care for patients with GTD. CONCLUSION Despite the many different models of care and resources available to GTD services, this consensus working group has provided a set of guidelines to drive forward a patient focused holistic model of care for GTD patients. This is an original paper, whereby no such guidelines in GTD nursing have been developed before. The implementation of guidelines will encourage other health care professionals to improve the provision of patient care.

Abstract
This study focuses on patient engagement in online health communities (OHCs) and investigates the mechanism related to the impact of social support provided by patients on their personal engagement. Based on social support theory, we put forward a research model and conduct empirical analysis using datasets of 4797 patients with 160,484 posts and 1,647,569 replies from an online health community in China. The mediation of peer involvement and moderation of community status are also examined. The results indicate that the subdimensions of social support positively influence patient engagement with informational support exerting the greatest impact. Peer patient involvement imposes significant partial and positive mediating effects on the relationships, especially on informational support. Community status negatively moderates the impacts of social interactions and informational support on patient engagement in that the influence of social interactions and informational support are more profound for patients with low community status. The findings can bring an understanding of patient engagement in OCHs, and provide theoretical and practical implications to facilitate the development of an online healthcare service.

Abstract
Introduction With the enhancement of people's health awareness and the impact of the coronavirus pandemic in recent years, people's demand for online health information continues to expand, and online health communities (OHCs) have developed rapidly. However, the service quality of OHCs is uneven, and problems such as content quality, privacy disclosure are increasingly prominent. It's of great significance to establish normalized OHC service quality evaluation standards and develop effective evaluation tools and methods for the improvement of OHC service quality. Material and Methods Based on the grounded theory, the raw materials obtained from semi-structured interviews were coded in three stages to construct a service quality evaluation system for OHC. Through empirical analysis, the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation system were verified. Then six representative Chinese OHCs were selected and their service quality was evaluated by the entropy weight TOPSIS method. Results The service quality evaluation system of OHC was constructed which includes 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators. The weights of the first-level indicators from large to small are content quality, emotional experience quality, interaction quality and function quality. Among the second-level indicator weights, the top three are perceived cost reasonableness, content professionalism and effectiveness of interactive content. Conclusions The indicator system is reasonable and effective and the evaluation method has strong applicability and operability. This study will provide theoretical guidance for community platform operators and relevant departments to design effective evaluation mechanism of OHC service quality, offering a reference for decisions and policymakers.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Humanoid robots with artificial intelligence have been implemented in many healthcare facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, and many others. Due to the development of technology and the increasing use of humanoid robots, it is expected that more advanced humanoid robots will be developed and implemented in healthcare facilities for better healthcare services. Based on this anticipation, this study proactively examined the public trust in humanoid AI robot (HAIR) doctors that we might have in the near future. METHODS This study employed two scales that have been predominantly used to measure patient-doctor trust through an extensive search across different scholarships. For data collection, online surveys were administered by posting a weblink to the online survey through social media, mostly Facebook, Twitter, and KakaoTalk, in South Korea. RESULTS Data analysis of 424 valid surveys found that the level of public trust in HAIR doctors as primary doctors was slightly higher than human doctors. For the data analysis using demographic variables, a series of t-test and ANOVA revealed that males showed a higher trust in HAIR doctors than females, while maintaining indifference in other demographic variables. CONCLUSION Based on the rapid development of AI and robot technology, the implementation of HAIR doctors for our healthcare service would be a reality in the near future as the public also becomes more familiar with interacting with humanoid robots. Therefore, a proactive preparation for the future is urgently needed for effective use of future technology as well as patients' satisfaction.

Abstract
Objectives: YouTube is well known for providing easy access to various kinds of video content. In this study, we investigated the quality and reliability of videos on YouTube addressing exercise or dysphagia management in the pediatric population. Methods: Video quality and reliability were assessed by using the Global Quality Scale (GQS) and a modified DISCERN tool, respectively. The accuracy of the information in each video was also evaluated. Other information, including the video source, length, date of upload, as well as the number of views, likes, dislikes, and comments were investigated, and statistical significance was determined. Results: In total, 22 videos on exercises and dysphagia management in pediatric populations were evaluated; 36.4% and 72.7% of these videos did not have high quality or reliability, respectively. Moreover, half of the videos did not contain accurate information. Even when videos were created by medical specialists, many of these YouTube videos were of low quality, reliability, and accuracy. Conclusions: The reliability, quality, and accuracy of many videos on exercise or dysphagia management in the pediatric population were low. Video creators, especially medical specialists, should strive to create videos with high quality, reliability, and accuracy.

Abstract
Objective This paper aims to explore the influence mechanisms of online health information-seeking behavior (OHISB) on doctor-patient interactions from a psychological perspective, using theory as a guide, which can effectively guide the mode of doctor-patient interaction after search behavior in China. Methods We conducted a convenient web-based survey among members of the public who engage in searching behavior in China using a pretested structured questionnaire. Structural equation modeling was performed for path analysis and mediating effect testing. Results The findings of the study show that (1) 4 control variables (education level, occupation, income, and diagnosed disease) had significant differences in online health information-seeking behavior; 7 control variables (age, gender, living area, education level, occupation, income, medical insurance) were significantly different in doctor-patient interaction behaviors. (2) perceived disease severity (95% CI: 0.003, 0.04, P < 0.001), perceived action benefits (95% CI: 0.059, 0.138, P < 0.001), and e-health literacy (95% CI: 0.061, 0.155, P < 0.001) were positive predictors between OHISB and doctor-patient interactions. (2) E-health literacy and perceived disease severity (95% CI: 0.001, 0.013, P < 0.05), and e-health literacy and perceived action benefits (95% CI: 0.082, 0.166, P < 0.001) play chain mediating roles between OHISB and doctor-patient interactions. Conclusions E-health literacy, perceived disease severity, and perceived action benefits act as chain mediators between OHISB and doctor-patient interactions.

Abstract
As the national awareness of health keeps deepening, online health communities (OHCs) have achieved rapid development. Users' participation is critically important to the sustainable development of OHCs. Nevertheless, users usually lack the motive for participation. Based on the social capital theory, this research examines factors influencing users' participation in OHCs. The purpose of this research is to find out decisive factors that influence users' participation in OHCs, enrich the understanding of users' participation in OHCs, and help OHCs address the issue of sustainable development. The research model was empirically tested using 1277 responses from an online survey conducted in China. Data was analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). We found informational support and emotional support to have significant direct effects over the structural capital, relational capital and cognitive capital of OHCs. Meanwhile, it is observed that relational capital and cognitive capital degree have a significant influence on knowledge acquisition and knowledge contribution of OHCs. For researchers this study provides a basis for further refinement of individual models of users' participation. For practitioners, understanding the social capital is crucial to users' knowledge acquisition and knowledge contribution that achieve high participation in OHCs.

Abstract
BACKGROUND With the rise of online health care service, there is growing discussion on the relationship between physicians and patients online, yet few researchers have paid attention to patients' perception of social presence, especially its influence on their willingness to communicate (WTC). OBJECTIVE The goal of the research is to investigate the influence of perceived social presence (PSP) on WTC in mobile medical consultations. METHODS Participants living in Yunnan province during the period of middle to high risk of COVID-19 infection were recruited via the internet. They were assigned randomly into 2 groups interacting with a virtual physician presenting high and low levels of social presence and then asked to complete a questionnaire. Based on the theoretical framework, the study puts forward a model evaluating the relationships among participants' PSP, communication apprehension (CA), self-perceived communication competence (SPCC), and willingness to communicate about health (WTCH) in the computer-mediated communication between virtual physicians and patients. RESULTS In total 206 (106 in group 1 and 100 in group 2) valid samples were gathered (from 276 log-ins) and 88.8% (183/206) of them were aged 18 to 44 years, which approximately resembles the age distribution of the main population engaging in online medical consultation in China. Independent t test shows that there is significant difference between the PSP of the 2 groups (P=.04), indicating a successful manipulation of social presence. The total effect of PSP on WTCH is 0.56 (P<.001), among which 74.4% is direct effect (P<.001). Among the indirect effects between PSP and WTCH, the mediating effect of SPCC accounts for 68.8% (P<.001) and the sequential mediating effect of CA→SPCC accounts for 19.2% (P<.001), while the mediating effect of CA alone is not significant (P=.08). CONCLUSIONS This study provides a comprehensible model, demonstrating that PSP is an important antecedent of WTCH, and the sequential mediating effect of CA and SPCC found in this study also proves that in the environment of online mobile medical services, CA cannot affect communication directly. The findings will provide some practical inspiration for the popularization of online medical service, especially for the promotion of online physician-patient communication.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The internet has now become part of human life and is constantly changing people's way of life. With the increasing popularity of online health information (OHI), it has been found that OHI can affect the physician-patient relationship by influencing patient behaviors. OBJECTIVE This study aims to systematically investigate the impact of OHI-seeking behavior on the physician-patient relationship. METHODS Literature retrieval was conducted on 4 databases (Web of Science, PubMed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, SinoMed), and the time limit for literature publication was before August 1, 2021. RESULTS We selected 53 target papers (42 [79%] English papers and 11 [21%] Chinese papers) that met the inclusion criteria. Of these, 31 (58%) papers believe that patients' OHI behavior can enable them to participate in their own medical care, improve patient compliance, and improve the physician-patient relationship. In addition, 14 (26%) papers maintain a neutral attitude, some believing that OHI behavior has no significant effect on doctors and patients and others believing that due to changes in the factors affecting OHI behavior, they will have a negative or a positive impact. Furthermore, 8 (15%) papers believe that OHI search behavior has a negative impact on doctors and patients, while 6 (11%) papers show that OHI reduces Chinese patients' trust in doctors. CONCLUSIONS Our main findings showed that (1) OHI-seeking behavior has an impact on patients' psychology, behavior, and evaluation of doctors; (2) whether patients choose to discuss OHI with doctors has different effects on the physician-patient relationship; and (3) the negative impact of OHI on China's internet users is worthy of attention. Due to the low quality of OHI, poor health information literacy, short physician-patient communication time, and various types of negative news, patients' trust in doctors has declined, thus affecting the physician-patient relationship. Improvement of people's health information literacy and the quality of OHI are important factors that promote the positive impact of OHI on the physician-patient relationship.
