Abstract
Nicotinamide, known as Vitamin-B3, has shown promising potential in improving various medical conditions. Carbacylamidophosphates (CAPh) are versatile phosphoramide ligands with a wide range of applications in both biochemistry and chemistry. Herein, to obtain compounds with enhanced anticancer activity and study the effect of the structure on this activity, four new Co(II) complexes of vitaminB3-based CAPh ligands with the formula of CoCl2[3-NC5H4CONHPO(NC5H10)2]2(C1), CoCl2[3-NC5H4CONHPO(NC5H9CH3)2]2(C2), CoCl2[3-NC5H4CONHPO(NC6H12)2]2(C3), and CoCl2[3-NC5H4CONHPO(NC4H10)2]2(C4) were designed and synthesized. FT-IR, UV-Vis, Atomic Absorption (AAS),1H, 13C, and 31PNMR, and Mass spectroscopies beside CHN and Molar conductivity methods were utilized to characterize the synthesized compounds. Using MTT-assay and Flow Cytometry, the anticancer effects of these complexes were studied on three distinct cell lines, including one normal cell line (MCF10A) and two cancer cell lines (MDA-MB-231, MCF-7). Results showed that our ligands could form complexes by coordinating with cobalt, which, not only have a very strong killing effect on cancer cells but also have a higher level of safety for normal cells and are more cost-efficient than Cisplatin. C3 was the most effective complex at inhibiting the growth of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells which exhibited a remarkable 97.5 % reduction in cancer cell growth and a Selectivity Index up to > 37. This is an impressive 93 and 54 times more selective and safer than commonly used drugs like Cisplatin and Doxorubicin, respectively.Flow Cytometry analysis shows complex-induced breast cancer cell apoptosis.The ligands' amine structure and ring size can directly impact the complexes' anticancer effect and safety for normal cells.

Abstract
The (E)-2-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)-3-methylbutanoic acid (E)-2HBAMBA was synthesized. The FT-IR, FT-Raman and UV-vis spectra have been recorded and characterized. Theoretical wavenumbers along with IR and Raman intensities were calculated using B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level and total energy distribution (TED) of the various normal mode of vibrations were also studied. The conformational analysis was performed for a stable conformer by selecting the dihedral angles and the optimized bond parameters were calculated for the stable structure. Effect of intramolecular interactions is calculated by changing the orientation of hydroxyl hydrogen. To know the charge transfer while changing the hydroxyl group hydrogen orientation, the NBO analysis was performed. Using the same level of calculation, the electronic charge transfers were calculated and compared.

The syntheses and characterization of six copper(II) complexes of 2-benzoylpyridine benzhydrazone in the form of [Cu(BPB)(2)], [Cu(BPB)Cl].H(2)O, [Cu(BPB)Br], [Cu(2)(BPB)(2)](ClO(4))(2).4H(2)O, [Cu(BPB)N(3)].H(2)O, and [Cu(BPB)NCS].H(2)O.CH(3)OH are reported. The analytical methods used for the characterization of complexes include partial elemental analyses, IR, electronic and EPR spectra, conductivity measurements, magnetic susceptibility measurements and single crystal X-ray diffraction. From the crystal structure, it is clear that the hydrazone adopts the E conformation about the azo bond to attach to the metal through the N(py)-N(azo)-O chelating system. In the EPR spectra of complexes in DMF at 77K four hyperfine quartets in the parallel region could be resolved and a half field signal is observed at 1500 G for complex [Cu(2)(BPB)(2)](ClO(4))(2).4H(2)O in polycrystalline state at 298 K which gives evidence for its binuclear nature indicating a weak interaction between the two Cu(II) ions.

Abstract
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(24)H(20)N(2)S(4), contains one half-mol-ecule: a crystallographic centre of inversion is located at the mid-point of the two central C atoms. The thio-phene ring is oriented at a dihedral angle of 60.64 (3)° with respect to the benzene ring. In the crystal structure, π-π contacts between thio-phene rings [centroid-centroid distance = 3.581 (1) Å] may stabilize the structure. A weak C-H⋯π inter-action is also present.
