Abstract
Circular dichroism (CD) methods have been developed for the analysis of luliconazole (LUC) using plant based silver nanoparticles (P-AgNPs). Cleaner and natural approach have found significant attention in recent times owing to their exceptional physicochemical characteristics. Utilizing FTIR, SEM, and XRD, the produced nanoparticles were analyzed. The produced P-AgNPs were then used to assay LUC in formulation drugs. Four CD methods are developed as zero order and second order derivative methods. Methods I and II are based on a normal CD scan (zero order) that produced calibration range from 2 - 16 μgmL-1 at 232 nm (positive band) and 299 nm (negative band), respectively. Methods III and IV are the second order derivative methods that are developed at 232 nm (negative band) and at 251 nm (positive band). Density functional theory study was done to comprehend the feasibility of the developed methods and to optimize the structure and energy gap that validated the experimental procedure. The LUC assay methods using the proposed CD approach are simple, sensitive and precise with a limit of detection for methods I, II, III and IV of 0.527, 0.428, 0.250 and 0.30 μgmL-1 and limit of quantification of 1.75, 1.42, 0.833 and 1.0 μgmL-1, respectively. For intra- and inter-day precision, the recovery data ranged from 99.48 to 101% and 99.37 to 101%, respectively. The methods were used in dosage forms that produced a relative standard deviation of less than 2% and the true bias (θL and θU) within ±2%, demonstrating the potential use of the developed methods.

Abstract
Spectroscopic analysis, density functional theory (DFT) studies and surface enhanced Raman scattering of 4-((3-bromo-5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)benzoic acid (BCHB) have been studied on different silver colloids concentrations in order to know the particular chemical species responsible for the spectra. For Raman and surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) wavenumbers, changes are observed. Observed variations in the modes of ring may be due to interaction of the π-electrons and presence of this indicated that RingII is more inclined than RingI and the BCHB assumes inclined orientation for concentration 10-3 M. Changes in orientation are seen in SERS spectra depending on concentration. In order to determine the electron-rich and poor sites of BCHB, the molecular electrostatic potential was also constructed. The molecular docking studies show that the bindings and interactions with the receptors may be supporting evidence for further studies in design further BCHB pharmaceutical applications.

Abstract
In this work, nitrogen-doped cathodes for high H2O2 production and sulfathiazole (STZ) degradation in electro-Fenton (EF) systems were prepared by the carbonization of three carbon/nitrogen-enriched precursors. Among the cathodes elaborated from different precursors, the one using 1h-1,2,4-triazole-3,5-diamine as the precursor showed the best oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) ability with the normalized H2O2 accumulation of 9.49 ± 0.03 mg L-1 h-1 cm-2 compared to the other two N-containing cathodes. The enhanced H2O2 accumulation was attributed to the high electroactive surface area and pyrrolic N (60.45%) content. Regarding reactive oxygen species in the absence of Fe2+, aside from the H2O2, O2-and 1O2 were identified using spectroscopic techniques and chemical probes. As a result, a degradation and mineralization efficiency of 98.25 ± 0.14% and 70.57 ± 0.27% of STZ were attained in the 180-min treatment, mainly coming from the homogeneous OH from classical Fenton, anodic OH on BDD anode and direct/indirect oxidation of O2-and 1O2. In addition, the plausible degradation pathway of STZ was proposed based on the density functional theory (DFT) combined with experimental data derived by ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). The frontier orbital theory and Fukui function theoretically suggested the vulnerable sites of STZ for different active species including OH, O2- and 1O2. This study provides a new strategy for improving the ORR process and analyzing the generation and conversion of reactive oxygen species in the EF process.

Abstract
The Zn+2 HDACIs show promising anticancer activity. Allyl mercaptan (AM), a metastabilzed monomeric form of diallyl disulphide (DADS) shows better HDACI activity. The present work screens a dataset of aryl AM derivatives 1(a-g) for potential HDACI action viain silico models. DFT calculations predicted the geometrical parameters and frontier orbital calculations suggested better chemical reactivity. Negative chemical potential and NBO hyper conjugative interactions predicted their chemical stability. ADME study confirmed favourable drug likeliness. Molecular docked models suggested the formation of coordinate bond between sulphur of allylmercaptan and Zn2+ cofactor of HDAC8. Besides, models also predicted the dominance of hydrophobic interactions. The aryl AM analogs docked perfectly with HDAC3 as well. The glide score and S-Zn distance of compounds 1a, 1f and 1g were found to be better than allylmercaptan. Therefore, the designed aryl AM analogs filtered as better HDACIs. These could be further used for design and synthesis of new improved HDACIs.

Abstract
This article represents the spectroscopic and computational studies of two new pyrazine compounds. In order to establish the structure and functional nature of the compounds, we have employed Fourier transformed infrared (FT-IR) and Raman spectra, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra, and ultraviolet (UV) absorptions and have compared them with the simulated computational spectra and found that they are in the agreeable range. Simulated hyperpolarisability values are used to obtain the nonlinear optic (NLO) activity of the compound, to be used in organic electronic materials. The charge transfer and related properties was investigated by the simulation of electronic spectrum with time dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT). Natural transition orbitals (NTO) provides information about which region of the molecules are more involved in the electronic transitions and the charge transfer properties for the lowest energy excitation have been analyzed on the basis of electron density variation. Molecular dynamics simulations provide information about the behavior of the molecule in solutions. Frontier orbital analysis and study of various reactivity descriptors like ALIE and Fukui provided deep knowledge on the reactivity side. Molecular docking has been also performed to investigate the interaction between title molecules and exhibits inhibitory activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa Enoyl-Acyl carrier protein reductase (Fabl).

Abstract
The structural, spectroscopic various physico-chemical and biological characteristics of the organic molecule benzil (BZL) and derivatives, 1,2-bis(4-methylphneyl)-1,2-ethanedione (DMB), 4,4′-difluorobenzil (DFB), 4,4′-dichlorobenzil (DCB) and 4,4′-dibromobenzil (DBB) have been studied by various computational methods. The experimental and scaled simulated Raman and IR spectra were compared and found close agreement. Assignments of important peaks are also presented. Detailed information pertaining to the local and global reactivity and other properties like electrophilic and nucleophilic characteristics were analysed. The hyperactive pressure was measured in terms of polarizability and corresponding biological properties were validated to identity reactive sites. Prediction of Activity Spectral Studies (PASS) predicts the biological activity of the compounds and it is found that the candidate molecules can be used as feruloyl esterase inhibitor, bisphosphoglycerate phosphatase inhibitor and Prolylaminopeptidase inhibitor. The crystals structures of those receptors are taken from the protein data bank and docking studies indicates stable complex with the receptors and candidate molecules. Light harvesting efficiency, followed by photovoltaic modelling shows that DMB is the best compound to be used in the DSSC to get the best output.

Abstract
FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of ethyl 3-(E)-(anthracen-9-yl)prop-2-enoate were recorded and analyzed. The conformational behavior of the molecule was also investigated. The vibrational wavenumbers were calculated using DFT quantum chemical calculations. The data obtained from the wavenumber calculations were used to assign vibrational bands obtained experimentally. The geometrical parameters are in agreement with XRD data. The stability of the molecule arising from hyper-conjugative interaction and charge delocalization has been analyzed using NBO analysis. The HOMO and LUMO analysis were used to determine the charge transfer within the molecule and quantum chemical parameters related to the title compound. From the MEP analysis, it is clear that the negative electrostatic potential regions are mainly localized over the carbonyl groups and anthracene ring and are possible sites for electrophilic attack and the positive regions are localized at all the hydrogen atoms as possible sites for nucleophilic attack. NLO and NMR studies are also reported. Molecular docking studies suggest that the title compound might exhibit inhibitory activity against IDE and may act as an insulysin inhibitor. Conformational analysis is also reported.

Abstract
The Fourier-Transform Infrared and Fourier-Transform Raman spectra of 2,2-diphenyl-4-(piperidin-1-yl)butanamide were recorded in the region 4000-400 cm(-1) and 4000-0 cm(-1). The vibrational wavenumbers are computed using HF and DFT methods. The complete vibrational assignments were performed on the basis of potential energy distribution using GAR2PED program. The geometrical parameters of the title compound are in agreement with the XRD data. From the MEP study, the negative electrostatic potential regions are mainly localized of carbonyl group and are possible sites for electrophilic attack and the positive regions are localized all the rings, indicating possible sites for nucleophilic attack. Stability of the molecule arising from hyper-conjugative interaction and charge delocalization has been analyzed using natural bond orbital analysis. The calculated HOMO and LUMO energies also confirm that charge transfer occurs within the molecule. PASS analysis of the title compound predicts among other activities, antidyskinetic activity. Molecular docking results draw us to the conclusion that the compound might exhibit inhibitory activity against adenosine A2A and may act as antidyskinetic agent.

Abstract
The optimized molecular structure, vibrational frequencies, corresponding vibrational assignments of Methyl N-({[2-(2-methoxyacetamido)-4-(phenylsulfanyl) phenyl]amino} [(methoxycarbonyl)imino]methyl)carbamate have been investigated using HF and DFT levels of calculations. The geometrical parameters are in agreement with XRD data. The stability of the molecule arising from hyper-conjugative interaction and charge delocalization has been analyzed using NBO analysis. The HOMO and LUMO analysis is used to determine the charge transfer within the molecule. Molecular electrostatic potential study was also performed. The first and second hyperpolarizability was calculated in order to find its role in nonlinear optics. Molecular docking studies are also reported. Prediction of Activity Spectra analysis of the title compound predicts anthelmintic and antiparasitic activity as the most probable activity with Pa (probability to be active) value of 0.808 and 0.797, respectively. Molecular docking studies show that both the phenyl groups and the carbonyl oxygens of the molecule are crucial for bonding and these results draw us to the conclusion that the compound might exhibit pteridine reductase inhibitory activity.

Abstract
FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of bis[(E)-anthranyl-9-acrylic]anhydride were recorded and analyzed. The conformational behavior is also investigated. The vibrational wave numbers were calculated using density functional theory (DFT) quantum chemical calculations. The data obtained from wave number calculations are used to assign vibrational bands obtained in Infrared and Raman spectra. Potential energy distribution was done using GAR2PED program. Abstract
FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of 4-Methylphenylquinoline-2-carboxylate were recorded and analyzed. The structure of the molecule has been optimized and structural characteristics have been determined by density functional theory. The geometrical parameters (DFT) are in agreement with the XRD results. HOMO and LUMO and other chemical properties are reported. Nonlinear optical properties are also reported. A detailed molecular picture of the title compound and its interactions were obtained from NBO analysis. The negative (red and yellow) regions of the MEP are related to electrophilic reactivity and the positive (blue) regions to nucleophilic reactivity, as shown in the MEP plot and the carbonyl group and the phenyl rings are observed as electrophilic. PASS analysis predicts that the 4-Methylphenylquinoline-2-carboxylate might exhibit anti-diabetic activity. Molecular docking results suggest that the compound might exhibit inhibitory activity against GPb.
