Abstract
A greener, cost efficient and simple method is described to prepare copper nanoparticles (NPs) immobilized on the magnetic chitosan (one of the more versatile polysaccharides) using Euphorbia falcata leaf extract as reducing/stabilizing agent. The prepared catalyst (Cu NPs@Fe3O4-chitosan) was authenticated by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), thermogravimetry/derivative thermogravimetry (TG/DTG), Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and elemental mapping. TEM analysis indicates that Cu NPs with average sizes in 5-10 nm range is formed on magnetic chitosan with the spherical morphology. The Cu NPs@Fe3O4-chitosan was employed as a new catalyst for the synthesis of different tetrazoles by the reaction of various secondary or tertiary cyanamides with sodium azide in water under reflux conditions. Easy separation by external magnetic field, mild reaction conditions, low cost and the reusability are some of the beneficial features of this catalyst.

Abstract
Two protocols for the combinatorial synthesis of 5-(dialkylamino)tetrazoles were developed. The best success rate (67%) was shown by the method that used primary and secondary amines, 2,2,2-trifluoroethylthiocarbamate, and sodium azide as the starting reagents. The key steps included the formation of unsymmetrical thiourea, subsequent alkylation with 1,3-propane sultone and cyclization with azide anion. A 559-member aminotetrazole library was synthesized by this approach; the overall readily accessible (REAL) chemical space covered by the method exceeded 7 million feasible compounds.

Abstract
A waste feedstock-derived economical basic alternative catalyst is described in this review. Eggshell is one of the household wastes created in tons of weight daily. Therefore, in order to reduce the environmental pollution-related problems, its use in heterogeneous catalysis can be attributed as a great contribution for the chemical and material science society to carry out several known reactions and for the much-needed energy alternative biodiesel production as low-cost catalytic system. Keeping green chemistry in mind, industrial use of these catalysts may also reduce the use of other traditionally used high-cost chemical catalytic systems.

Abstract
In this work, the Ag/Fe3O4 nanocomposite was prepared by Euphorbia peplus Linn (L.) leaf extract as a suitable reducing source and stabilizing agent. The green synthesized nanocomposite was characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and FT-IR spectroscopy. TEM analysis of Ag/Fe3O4 nanocomposite showed the spherical shape nanoparticles (NPs) with an average size of 5-10nm. The Ag/Fe3O4 nanocomposite then was used as a magnetically recoverable catalyst for the [2+3] cycloaddition of arylcyanamides and sodium azide in high yields and short reaction times without formation of hydrazoic acid (HN3). Also it can be easily recovered via applying of external magnetic field and reused several times without significant loss of activity.

Abstract
A convenient synthesis of a library of tetrazoles through a novel and operationally simple protocol effecting the direct conversion of arylboronic acids catalyzed by a new ONO pincer-type Pd(II) complex under mild reaction conditions using the readily available reagents is reported. The palladium complex was reused up to four cycles in an open-flask condition.

Abstract
This report provides a brief overview of the various representative literature procedures for the synthesis of 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles (1,5-DSTs) and fused 1,5-disubstituted tetrazoles with more than 120 references. Most of the published methods for the synthesis of 1,5-DSTs include the use of nitriles, amides, thioamides, imidoyl chlorides, heterocumulenes, isocyanates, isothiocyanates, carbodiimides, ketenimines, ketones, amines, and alkenes as the starting materials. The transformation of 1- and 5-substituted tetrazoles into 1,5-DSTs is also covered in this report.

Abstract
1-Aryl-1 H-1,2,3,4-tetrazoles were synthesised by the solvent-free reactions of aryl amines, sodium azide and triethyl orthoformate using FeCl3–SiO2 as an effective heterogeneous catalyst under conventional and ultrasound irradiation conditions. This method has the advantages of high yields, simple methodology and easy work-up. The catalyst can be recovered by simple filtration and reused delivering good yields.
