Abstract
The 5-fluoroalkyl-1,2,3-triazoles, serving as a pivotal element in medicinal chemistry, hold substantial research significance. In this work, we developed a furan dearomatization reaction for the synthesis of various 5-fluoroalkyl-1,2,3-triazoles, which contains -CF3, -CF2H, -CF2CF3, -CF2CF2CF3, -CF2CO2Et, and -C6F5. This methodology relies on the intermolecular [3 + 2] cycloaddition/furan ring-opening triggered by α-fluoroalkyl furfuryl cation with azides to stereoselectively synthesize a series of (E)-fluoroalkyl enone triazoles. The reaction proceeds without metal participation, exhibits excellent substrate tolerance, and has excellent synthetic utility.

Abstract
Trifluoromethyl group relishes a privileged position in the realm of medicinal chemistry because its incorporation into organic molecules often enhances the bioactivity by altering pharmacological profile of molecule. Trifluoromethyl-β-dicarbonyls have emerged as pivotal building blocks in synthetic organic chemistry due to their facile accessibility, stability and remarkable versatility. Owing to presence of nucleophilic and electrophilic sites, they offer multifunctional sites for the reaction. This review covers a meticulous exploration of their multifaceted role, encompassing an in-depth analysis of mechanism, extensive scope, limitations and wide-ranging applications in diverse organic synthesis, covering the literature from the 21st century. This comprehensive review encapsulates the applications of trifluoromethyl-β-dicarbonyls and their synthetic equivalents as precursors of complex and diverse heterocyclic scaffolds, fused heterocycles and spirocyclic compounds having medicinal and material importance. Their potent synthetic utility in cyclocondensation reactions with binucleophiles, cycloaddition reactions, C-C bond formations, asymmetric multicomponent reactions using classical/solvent-free/catalytic synthesis have been presented. Influence of unsymmetrical trifluoromethyl-β-diketones on regioselectivity of transformation is also reviewed. This review will benefit the synthetic and pharmaceutical communities to explore trifluoromethyl-β-dicarbonyls as trifluoromethyl building blocks for fabrication of heterocyclic scaffolds having implementation into drug discovery programs in the imminent future.

Abstract
Immediately after the invention of 'Click Chemistry' in 2002, the regioselective 1,2,3- triazole scaffolds resulted from respective organic azides and terminal alkynes under Cu(I) catalysis have been well recognized as the functional heterocyclic core at the centre of modern organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and material sciences. This CuAAC reaction has several notable features including excellent regioselectivity, high-to-excellent yields, easy to execute, short reaction time, modular in nature, mild condition, readily available starting materials, etc. Moreover, the resulting regioselective triazoles can serve as amide bond isosteres, a privileged functional group in drug discovery and development. More than hundreds of reviews had been devoted to the 'Click Chemistry' in special reference to 1,4-disubstituted triazoles, while only little efforts were made for an opposite regioisomer i.e., 1,5-disubstituted triazole. Herein, we have presented various classical approaches for an expeditious synthesis of a wide range of biologically relevant 1,5- disubstituted 1,2,3-triazole analogues. The syntheses of such a class of diversly functionalized triazoles have emerged as a crucial investigation in the domain of chemistry and biology. This tutorial review covers the literature assessment on the development of various synthetic protocols for the functionalized 1,5-disubstituted triazoles reported during the last 12 years.

Abstract
Using the newly designed exciplex-forming 1,2,3-triazole-based acceptors with fast and efficient singlet → triplet intersystem crossing (ISC) processes, carbazole and benzoyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole derivatives were synthesized by Dimroth-type 1,2,3-triazole ring formation and Ullmann-Goldberg C-N coupling reactions. Due to the exciplex formation between covalently bonded electron-donating (carbazole) and 1,2,3-triazole-based electron-accepting moieties with small singlet-triplet splitting (0.07-0.13 eV), the compounds exhibited ISC-assisted bluish-green thermally activated delayed fluorescence. The compounds were characterized by high triplet energy levels ranging from 2.93 to 2.98 eV. The most efficient exciplex-type thermally activated delayed fluorescence was observed for ortho-substituted carbazole-benzoyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole which was selected as a host in the structure of efficient solution-processed white light-emitting diodes. The best device exhibited a maximum power efficiency of 10.7 lm/W, current efficiency of 18.4 cd/A, and quantum efficiency of 7.1%. This device also showed the highest brightness exceeding 10 thousand cd/m2. Usage of the exciplex-forming host allowed us to achieve a low turn-on voltage of 3.6 V. High-quality white electroluminescence was obtained with the close to nature white color coordinates (0.31, 0.34) and a color rendering index of 92.

Abstract
The title compound, C17H7F8N3O, was obtained via the reaction of 1-azido-2,3,4,5,6-penta-fluoro-benzene with 4,4,4-tri-fluoro-1-(p-tol-yl)butane-1,3-dione using tri-ethyl-amine as a base catalyst and solvent. The dihedral angles between the penta-fluoro-phenyl (A), triazole (B) and p-tolyl (C) rings are A/B = 62.3 (2), B/C = 43.9 (3) and A/C = 19.1 (3)°. In the crystal, the mol-ecules are linked by C-H⋯F and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds as well as by aromatic π-π stacking inter-actions into a three-dimensional network. To further analyse the inter-molecular inter-actions, a Hirshfeld surface analysis was performed.

Abstract
An organocatalytic azide-aldehyde [3+2] cycloaddition (organo-click) reaction of a variety of enolizable aldehydes is reported. The organo-click reaction is characterized by a high rate and regioselectivity, mild reaction conditions, easily available substrates with simple operation, and excellent yields with a broad spectrum of substrates. It constitutes an alternative to the previously known CuAAC, RuAAC, and IrAAC click reactions.
